This morning I looked at what the long run was supposed to be for this week and thought it was doable. Even though I had to walk most of it I think I’m going to go ahead and go to 16 weeks to go starting tomorrow. I was faster the last time I did this pre-vacation but it was also on a flat course then and todays was quite hilly.
