Bruce Wayne x Reader

(this is my first time writing headcanons on here or anywhere so I'm so sorry if it sucks LOL I might be adding more parts to this later/making it a series of headcanons? I need to get used to writing characters and their personalities, any tips would be appreciated!)

Batmom!Reader who was brought into the events of MW1 under Laswell's command.

I'd imagine she'd have become a Lieutenant. Prior to the events of MW1 she might've worked with Ghost a few times.

She assisted Gaz and Price in Piccadilly. With her medical skills and tactics she made an impression on both of them securing her place in 141 as the resident medic.

Her alias is up to you! (ex; Soap, Ghost, Gaz etc.)

I'd imagine she met Bruce pre-robin era after Piccadilly and assisted with an evacuation while he was Batman, despite his multiple attempts to get her out as well.

He then likely looked her up on the computer in the Batcave, intrigued. Bruce noticed her military background, seeing her involvement with Piccadilly among other events in her career, it made sense.

"Lieutenant (L/N)..." Bruce eyed the computer in interest.

"Another one of your... projects Master Bruce?"

"Something like that I guess."

Eventually you met as Bruce and (Y/n) and had gotten married along the way with having adopted your kids.

When you found out Bruce was Batman, you weren't too shocked, seeing as one of your teammates literally code name is Ghost and also dresses... in a similar scary fashion.

One by one he met your team. They each took their turns interrogating him, Price and Ghost the most. They had to make sure he treated their teammate well after all.

Alfred and Price got along well, likely bonding over their shared paternal figure roles and SAS backgrounds.

Soap and Gaz likely bond well with Dick and Jason.

I'm fairly certain Stephanie and Soap would make a great duo. They would so play pranks around the manor, one time they messed with Ghost maybe messing with his gear like his mask or something (maybe making it something cute instead of scary idk LOL) and he couldn't find his backup, so he had to go around in some cute cat balaclava or something.

Ghost might give them some jump scares once in a while, maybe standing in the corner like Drax when they realize some of their equipment is jammed only giving them a eerie smile under his mask and leaving them to figure out some of their own equipment was replaced with water guns or something.

You might end up having to defuse potential fights between Ghost and Bruce reminding you of Bruce's old fights with Jason.

Speaking of Jason... he and Kyle might try to "one up" each other but neither thinking that anything can really beat being revived straight from a Lazarus Pit.

"Ever fallen out of a helicopter... twice?" Gaz smirked.

"Nah, but you ever try dying?" Jason asked in response earning widened eyes from Gaz.

"You serious mate?"

"More than I'd like to admit," he shrugged, "but hey, more to hold over B's head the better."

"Bloody hell... Gotham is insane."

"Takes one to know one, or something like that."

Okay so we know Ghost likes to throw in an occasional joke but imagine he'd pull one in front of your kids.

"What do you call a soldier who loves to paint?" he asked Damian who simply looked up at him and glared with Jason right behind him.

"An art-illery master," queue the complaining from Jason and an eye twitch from Damian.

Bruce often gets more stressed whenever you're on the field, somehow he always finds a way to sneak into the comms and make sure your okay on a private line.

"Bruce I'm fine," you grunted as you took down an enemy, "let me speak to my damn Captain."

"...No."

"B..." you sighed, "I'll make sure this mission is done as quick as possible. Just go take care of the kids for me."

"Fine," he grumbled.

"I love you- now give me back my line to Price."

He mutters a "love you too" before cutting the line.

"What the hell was that Lieutenant?" Price asked on a private line with you and 141.

"My dumb husband," you rolled your eyes. (This would likely be when they know Bruce is Batman to avoid confusion)

Soap would whistle on the comms "Someone misses their missus huh?"

"Don't push it Johnny."

a/n: I HAVE FINALLY WRITTEN CALEB AFTER ALMOST 3 MONTHS OF POSTING LADS CONTENT. i'm excited to write more for him in the future, i can tell he's gonna be really fun. also for the most part, my ideas for these scenarios surround shooter games like valorant, overwatch, marvel rivals etc, so that's what i'm going to be basing your experiences with all of the lis off of.

date started: 4:15PM, june 25th, 2025.

date finished: 5:41PM, june 28th, 2025.

xavier ♡

i think that the only way that xavier would regularly game is if he's asked to play. i don't see him turning down co-workers or friends whenever they ask him to game, and he certainly won't say no if you ask.

i imagine that he has a switch where he has some cozy games or some story-based games that he's really into. i can also see him having a console or a pc setup for when his friends/co-workers want to play, but other than that, i don't think he games much.

xavier is relatively quiet to my understanding, so i think that would continue to apply when you play video games. he pings enemies, and seemingly teleports to your side just how he does irl when you start screaming for help, but his focus is mainly on everyone around him. he catches on pretty quickly, and does really well after getting used to the controls and learning about the characters.

he also LOCKS IN when you play. sometimes, you can hear his controller's clicking sounds from just how hard he gets into it. he doesn't even notice how focused he becomes, so when you bring it up, he's surprised by himself.

xavier is a dps main. i will not explain myself

who carries depends, i think. if you guys play consistently, i think you take turns carrying. if not, you take the lead.

xavier doesn't often look at stats, but when he does and sees that you're doing well, he always makes a point to praise you. you felt accomplished before, but your boyfriend's approval seals it in for you.

xavier doesn't really look at chat either, but he is so quick to come to your defense if he sees that someone is being mean to you. their account is reported and banned not long after.

i don't see xavier doing friendly fire. mainly, i think he'd just kind of..let you do whatever. push or blast him off of the map, shoot and kill him, etc. if there's an option, and you want to have a little fight, he'll play along. he always wins and you threaten to ban him from cuddle time /j.

once he starts collecting emotes, he uses the sitting ones OFTEN between gameplay. before a match starts or between queue, you find him sitting somewhere.

LOVES playing hide and seek in custom games. mainly when you're the seeker because your taunts and giggling warm his heart.

CAN xavier get competitive? yes. DOES he? no. he doesn't care enough. he just wants to have fun and spend time with you, so winning or losing doesn't matter to him.

knows some gamer lingo, so he mostly understands you when you use it. if something is unfamiliar to him, he asks then learns something new!

zayne ♡

similar to xavier, zayne doesn't game unless you ask him to. he might have played some when he was younger out of social obligation, but not much past that. i think that he prefers card or board games.

i think that zayne is pretty decent when it comes to shooter games. he isn't the best on the team, but he's not the worst either.

the idea of you solving puzzles together in a horror/mystery game is a really interesting thought to me. that's something i think he'd be really into. he also likes games where you have to work together towards a common goal. this cutie patootie LOVES games that exercise the brain.

idk why this came to my head but he likes crossword puzzles too. if he can't think of a word, he likes to ask for your help. he loves to do them with you, too.

BACK TO VIDEO GAME TALK, zayne is a support main. he likes to feel like he's contributing and he feels really useful when he heals people :)

gets SO soft when someone thanks him for healing them. it doesn't really show but the appreciation makes him happy

stops healing teammates when they're mean to you. won't revive them or nothin. reports any bullies or game sabotage after the match is over

i think that zayne would be down for friendly fire every once in awhile. you take turns chasing each other around, and zayne is really quick so you lose him kind of easily. your giggling while you run lights up his night.

you carry for the most part. when zayne really focuses, your stats match up, but he doesn't really play enough to perform well consistently.

zayne will glance towards chat in case, and rarely ever looks at stats. i think that he likes to watch the crazy stuff people will say sometimes

isn't familiar with gamer lingo. you have to teach him almost all of it, and he appreciates the effort.

also uses sit emotes often when you're not queued up. he likes when you send him pictures of you sitting together, he thinks it's really cute

always watches out for you when you play together. pockets you sometimes when there isn't much else for him to do

i think that he can be a little competitive. he doesn't care enough to get really upset by it, but he does get peeved

gets frustrated when people spawn-camp. annoyed when people t-bag.

rafayel ♡

i don't see rafayel liking shooter games all that much. i think that he would enjoy games like minecraft more, where his creative liberty can run wild.

minecraft is now rafayel's favorite video game because i said so

makes the most gorgeous houses and structures

likes the sims too

really good with room decorating

you make yourselves as sims and have a family together

he likes games that give him various customization. he likes making things pretty

if you ask him to play a shooter game with you, he'll say yes. any time with you is time well-spent

when you do play shooter games, rafayel mains support. he gets easily annoyed when playing dps and he has little to no interest in playing tank

doesn't know gamer lingo. you use it for the first time, and he makes a joke about it. you explain to him what it meant and do so from that point forward. he incorporates it into his own language when you play now and you feel so proud watching him grow as a silly little gamer

so down for friendly fire. likes smacking you for fun. you have 1v1s and keep track of your wins. sometimes you 1v1 in games to settle arguments or disagreements and you both think it's hilarious

rafayel gets really competitive. when someone targets you or him, his mission from that point forward is to kill that person and WIN.

very defensive of you. hears someone talking badly about you in game vc and GOES OFF.

gets easily side-tracked so you have to remind him of your objective sometimes

sylus ♡

i think that he would game on his own. very rarely does he, but he enjoys his time when it happens. it gives him something to do with his time and attention. open to playing with you almost any time

sylus likes games with lots of lore. he appreciates how much effort goes into video games. he also likes decision-based games because every action that one has having consequences is something that intrigues him

puzzle games too. give this man a door he can't open and he is on the hunt for the key

tank main. he's very strategic in the ways he makes space for his team, and it satisfies him

i think that he's flexible with what roles he plays though. he does whatever is most convenient for himself and his team to try to get to a win

very down for friendly fire. likes to tease you and other people. he thinks it's funny when people get mad at him for shooting them

knows some gamer lingo because of luke and kieran, but rarely uses it. watching you use it makes him smile because he knows that means you're enjoying yourself. he also kinda pokes fun at you because some lingo is really silly

sylus is a pretty good player. he doesn't play enough to be good consistently but when he gets back into the groove after playing for awhile, you don't often lose

sylus ABSOLUTELY gets competitive. he doesn't really verbalize it, but he wants to win. i can 100% hear him saying, "is that all you can do?" and "that was too easy."

if people are mean to you because you're not good at the game, he makes sure that they can't play on their device of choice anymore. but you don't know that

So as for now, they are good with Wukong being the little spoon. Both bc Wukong is the the one who constantly craves for touch amd bc Macaque feels more comfortable in a position of "control" let's say. He can decide how much closer or not to get to Wukong.

Then in the future they would be more comfortable to switch (and the bicker about who should be the big or small)

What if tieflings had some kind of a heat cycle and they get extra sensitive and desperate because of it?? I can imagine Zevlor and Rolan being super embarrassed or nervous to bring it up, maybe Dammon’s more chill about it but still extra needy

So, this has absolutely been a passing thought in my mind and as soon as this request came in I knew I just had to push it to the front of my request queue, purely for my own mental health lol

Tiefling NSFW heat and rut headcanons

General

So, I feel like once all tiefs reach sexual maturity they'll start to either have heats or ruts, depending on their biology

Anyone with female biology will have a heat, and I feel like they'd have heats similar to cats but with a slightly longer time between heats

So generally they'd have a heat every two to three months or so unless they're pregnant or have other health issues

For the ones with male biology they'd definitely have a rut

They'd follow similar patterns to the women, but it's not unusual for some tieflings to have longer stretches between their ruts if they don't have a partner

A single tiefling that isn't particularly sexually active might only go into rut once or twice a year

I do think a male tiefling could prematurely go into rut if exposed to a females heat, and couples that have been together for a while will sync up

They have pretty typical heat and rut behaviours with nesting, possessiveness, and a pretty undeniable breeding kink

Nesting, possessiveness, and general mood shifts tend to start setting in during pre-heats and pre-ruts

Pre-heats and pre-ruts can last two to five days, and a full heat and rut can last anywhere from two days to a full week depending on the individual

In saying that, having a partner can definitely shorten both heats and ruts, so single tieflings working through things by themselves will have longer heats or ruts

Heats and ruts can also become more painful the longer they go on without the relief of a sexual partner

Tieflings can tell when others are in heat and rut mostly through pheromones, but a female tieflings tail will also involuntarily lift when she's in pre-heat/heat and around a male

I wonder if I should go so far as to headcanon that they have knots, I did already give them all ridged dicks

If you and Dammon aren't dating then he'll be much more shy about his ruts

He basically disappears from his forge and the public for a few days and then comes back as if nothing happened

Once you start dating him is when you find out why he pulls the disappearing act

Dammon is actually very open about it now you're both together and have already been intimate

IMPROMPTU FANFICTION TED TALK

I’m gonna address something that I have thought about recently and then also give a little pep talk to anybody else that might be feeling this way or in a similar way:

Fanfiction is a valid form of expression and it’s okay to write fanfiction, no matter your age, no matter your life circumstance!

Recently, I’ve had doubts about whether or not I should still be writing fanfiction. I’m in my second semester of college, pursuing film, and I have plenty of original stories (three novels, four screenplays) floating around in my head that I keep telling myself I should get back into. But I still find myself feverishly writing fanfiction and pouring heaps of creative energy into that. And especially with how much fucking fanfiction I’ve written in the past six months, (over 201,000 words worth) I’ve had tons of thoughts like:

“You’re pursuing your passions, looking toward the future into your career ambitions, AT COLLEGE, and you’re STILL writing fanfiction?”

“It’s ridiculous how much fanfiction you’re churning out with all the original stories you have sitting in the back of your head that need to get written.”

“You’re wasting your time writing fanfiction, you should be investing your time into your original works, y’know, the things that are ACTUALLY gonna get released into the world one day.”

“You not gonna get paid for writing fanfiction– put more energy into writing the stories that you’ll actually end up getting paid to write rather than spending your time writing things that will only ever seen the light of a social media website.”

And shit like that. So I have thought recently: Why are you still writing fanfiction now that you’re taking active steps toward pursuing your dreams? Why are you writing THIS MUCH fanfiction when you should be spending your creative time working on your films/original novels?

Yep. So I guess some sort of guilt, or self-deprecation about writing fanfiction. And not just about the fanfiction writing itself, but also about HOW MUCH fanfiction I’ve been writing, to a point where I either 1) always have a project going, something I’m in the middle of, 2) always something next on my queue (I literally wrote a whole fanfic queue and color coded it to organize it for future fanfics and I have a huge-ass note on my phone/computer dedicated to recording/brainstorming ideas), or 3) spend more time in my fanfic-planning journal than taking notes for my college classes.

I’m doing well in classes and all that shit, but still, I find myself feeling bad that I write so much fanfiction, so to both combat that, and to give validation to others who might be hesitant about writing fanfiction as I've felt in the past:

IF IT MAKES YOU HAPPY, IT’S VALID, AND YOU SHOULD KEEP DOING IT.

If it brings you joy, it has a purpose in your life. Fanfiction is just yet another way to express love for something you like, something you love, and that obsession comes out as passion, which has to be expressed, and it’s no different than drawing fan art, making edits, or even any hobby that ISN’T directly tied to a fandom.

If writing fanfiction is how you prefer to spend your creative time, then it has a place in how you live your life.

If it makes you happy and brings you joy, then it has a reason for being in your life.

Fanfiction has a purpose in your life, let it fulfill that purpose.

Ever since that fated night, Y/n and Azriel became seemingly inseparable.

In Y/n's eyes, the stars had aligned at the right time as she began to believe the two were destined to meet.

It had been around four months since that night at the club and neither of them had been back, as much as Cassian had begged Azriel he refused, being too infatuated with Y/n's presence and wanting to be with her as much as humanly possible.

Azriel found himself slumped down on Rhys' velvet sofa, largely uncomfortable but loudly implying the man's wealth.

Cassian bounded through the room and flung himself next to Azriel, clasping a small almond from the coffee table in front of them, throwing it in the air and catching it in his mouth.

Azriel rolled his eyes.

Feyre, looking slightly worn out, yet still beautiful, sat across from them on a similar piece of furniture, bouncing her son, Nyx, on her knee, waiting for her husband to join them.

As if on queue, Rhysand waltzed in, in his usual blasé manner, plopping down next to his wife, swinging his ankle up onto his knee and his arm behind Feyre.

"Haven't seen you in a while." Rhys commented, signalling towards Azriel.

"I've been busy." Azriel shrugged back. It's not that he did not want his friends to know about Y/n, he just didn't want to push her into doing anything she might be uncomfortable with like... meeting his family, for instance.

Cassian smiled at him, a big cheesy grin that could only mean trouble.

He slammed his hand down onto Azriels thigh and squeezed.

"I think little Azzie has a ladyyyyyyy."

Azriel felt himself blush slightly, not enjoying the attention.

"Really, who?" Feyre questioned, joining in the conversation.

"No, I don't know why-"

"Let me guess," Cassian interrupted, his grin seemingly widening. "The pretty girl from the club?"

"What? That was ages ago." He replied trying to deter the conversation. He really should just tell them.

"You went to the club without me?" Rhys added with false betrayal lacing his tone.

"Not my fault you're suddenly boring 'Papa bear'." Cassian replied as Rhys gave him the finger.

"We went about four months ago." Azriel spoke, looking at Rhys.

"Yeah and Az spent the entire time sulking on his own or talking to this girl, then they left and-"

"So are you..." Feyre asked as Azriel flung his head into his hands.

"Her name is Y/n." He said finally, interrupting the interrogation. "And yeah we're together, we have been for a while now."

The room was silent. You could hear a pin drop. Unfortunately, that silence was broken by Cassian snorting.

"What?" Azriel whipped his head around to look at the burly man.

"Told you, looks like I'm $20 richer." Cassian looked at Rhys as he rolled his eyes.

"You made bets on me?" Azriel looked between the two men in disbelief.

"Well we knew something was up with you, it was just what, exactly, we didn't know." Rhys shrugged, grabbing the money from his leather wallet and passing it to Cassian who dramatically kissed the bill.

"You're coming to dinner with us all next week?" Feyre spoke up sending Azriel a sympathetic glance. Azriel nodded, their inner circle tended to have dinner at Rhys' at least once a week. "You should ask your- Y/n, to join us. My sisters will be there too."

"Yeah, I'll have to ask her but I'll check and let you know." Azriel smiled at Feyre.

"Your sisters are going to be there?" Cassian asked to which Feyre nodded.

"The scary one?"

Feyre chuckled

"Nesta? Yes, she will be there."

"Unfortunately." Rhys coughed into his hand as his wife lightly hit his arm.

Walking down the lane of apartment blocks on the other side of town, Azriel made his way to Y/n.

Knocking on the wooden door, he almost melted as she opened it. Her hair thrown up haphazardly and secured by a claw clip, she wore a baggy t-shirt down to her knees.

"Hi Az." She moved closer to him, wrapping her arms around his neck.

Following her inside, he made himself comfortable on her couch, eyeing the stack of paper and books on her desk.

"You've been studying?"

"How were your friends?" She asked looking up at him.

You mentioned somewhere that you have a lot of artwork in the queue.

How long do you think it'll take to post all of it? And also, have you considered finding another mod to run this blog, if life stuff happens and you can't update as frequently or something.

At the current rate of five posts a day, it would take years to post everything. These are just the things I have right now and I know there are lots of things I still need to find and save. That would end up being like 10-ish years.

So, I do intend to increase the amount of posts per day in the future but I keep it low for now so I'm not too overwhelmed while I'm busy working on other fandom things like zines. I'm in a sort of prep time period at the moment where I'm going through everything all over again to attach sources to images in drafts to make queuing posts faster in the future.

I'll be filling the queue to its limit soon so that if I can't continue posting for some reason, it'll carry on for quite a while without me. And if I feel something is coming up that might cause me to be out of commission for a very long time, I have fandom friends I could probably ask to tap in for me briefly.

But I'm not looking for help with the blog at the moment. I do this in large part because I'm mentally ill, to be quite frank. Once I obtained a certain amount of Viv's old art, my brain decided it wouldn't allow me to stop until it feels like I've collected and sorted it all. I'm glad to share the result of that with others since I'm doing it anyways. But I don't need to subject other people to the weird way my brain works with these things lol

I do share a server with @rainyday-deer that's dedicated to research where we have channels for things like Viv's accounts, the accounts of others who have worked for or with her, information about what cons she's gone to, and other things like that. A sort of giant research notebook. So, I do have some supporting help outside of the blog which is much appreciated. I'm also very grateful for any tips I've received here.

And anyone is free to make their own blog, obviously! I would advise a different enough name that blogs don't start getting confused with each other, but I don't have a monopoly on organizing and posting Viv's old art.

I mostly say this because I know sometimes people can feel like they're being copied when others do similar things to them on social media and might get upset about it. Which might make people nervous to do it themselves. But all this art is out there for anyone to find. I would never take offense if someone wanted to make their own blog organized to their own preferences.

For me, as an archivist type, that would just mean more backups. And more backups are always good!

Thoughts and Predictions about the Mangkwan Clan.

With Avatar: Fire and Ash coming out in December and not having any trailer's yet I wanted to share some of my thoughts and predictions surrounding the new Mangkwan Clan, or Ash People.

This is probably my favorite part of concept art from D3. It's terrifying, the fiery background and the hooded figures surrounding Varang. Varang herself wearing a manic smile and a necklace of kuru is so unsettling.

The necklace of kuru is so interesting to me. Kuru (or neural queue) are incredibly important in Na'vi society. It is a way to connect to the world around them and to their ancestors.

In the original script there is a scene where Lyle Wainfleet finds an injured Tsu'tey on the forest floor. Picking Tsu'tey up by the queue he cuts it off and it's brutal.

Now, this is only concept art and the neural queue necklace might now actually be in the final film. But I still wonder how Varang got them. The worst possibility is that she cut them off her opponents in battle, or something along those lines. The less horrible thing I can think of is that the queue are cut off from the deceased so their spirits won't connect to Eywa.

New creature! After ATWOW introduced so many new animals it'll be interesting to see what direction they will be taken.

According to the Wiki these things are called 'Nightwraith' and are a flying mount, much like an Ikran.

If you look you can see the Varang does have her queue connected to her mount. She is bonded with it, but I wonder if it is to the degree of an Ikran and it's rider.

Something I just noticed is that the background characters are weilding very obviously human weapons, not the typically bows and arrows. Pretty sure one has a rocket launcher?

This wouldn't be the first time we see Na'vi using human weapons. Characters like Jake do it all the time. But with the Mangkwan's lore I wonder how this will be portrayed.

Once again we can see the Mangkwan Na'vi with human weapons here. One of the three rules of Eywa is not using metal. With the Mangkwan being a Clan that has renounced Eywa it makes sense, but I wonder how they got these weapons.

I also noticed that the Mangkwan Na'vi have queue's, like Varang.

The most obvious thing it Quaritch. He's being escorted by Mangkwan warriors, seemingly to Varang.

I've seen people theorize that they will team up, possibly romantically, as a parralel to Jake and Neytiri.

The arcithecture of the Mangkwan is also interesting, lots of sharp points and red accents we haven't really seen before. The camp also seems to be beneath a Hometree-like structure. Possibly this same tree from this other piece of concept art.

The wiki mentions that that the Mangkwan used to be very similar to the Omatikaya, but their way of life was destroyed by a volcano that wiped out their village and destroyed their Hometree. This has left the Mangkwan survivors resentful and angry towards Eywa.

Something I'm very excited for is to see Neytiri interact with the Mangkwan and Varang. Neytiri is a very emotional character and we see her fly into a blind rage after Neteyam's death. I want her to reflect, to see herself in the Mangkwan and be horrified. Or maybe she'll empathize with them, defend their actions, join them even.

Hey You Should Check Out Freegal!

I'm surprised I've never seen a post on this service before (Or if I did I don't remember it, but if you know of one please send it my way and I'll add it to the queue here!).

Just this week I was clued into Freegal at one of my local libraries and I love it! It's music streaming service somewhat similar to Spotify or Tidal that libraries can get subscriptions for. Not only is it all free for library card holders to use, not only can you stream music with no ads at all, you can download a limited number of songs every week. For free. No weird rules that restrict you by making it only accessible through the app or anything. The MP3 file goes right into your device and it's yours to move or copy or burn to a CD or WHATEVER non-commercial use you wanna do with it!

To use it, you'll just need a card from a participating library (You can search for your library on the Freegal website) and an email address to make an account. You can access it through your browser on a desktop/laptop, or there's an app you can download through your phone's app store.

If you're like me and want to stop relying on music streaming services, Freegal is a great place to start! The exact limit differs between libraries as far as I'm aware, but it lets you download three to five songs a week, resetting on Monday. Even after you've hit your weekly limit, you can still add songs to a wishlist to have a convenient place for everything you want to download in the future!

I'd say one of the only downsides is that the selection isn't as big as the other services like Spotify. You're probably not going to find many of your favorite indie artists on there, but there's still a really decent selection and you're more than likely going to find something you're familiar with and enjoy! Also the app is...a bit rough around the edges and slow to load things at times (at least on Android, I haven't seen it on an iPhone) but it's not too bad. Imo everything else makes up for it.

I hope this post is informative and that you all have cards to participating libraries! If you don't, consider looking around for other libraries close by! It's a great service that I highly encourage you take advantage of, and increased awareness and demand for it might encourage more libraries to participate!

Some people will inevitably do the math, so needless to say, it was a big big big success and is a really interesting way to infuse so money into the business when you...for example...buy a professional VO booth. 😂

That being said, I don't view it as a win button or anything, I think realistically, i need to cap the number around 20/30 if I do it again because once that threshold is passed it turns into a source of anxiety regardless of how financially beneficial it is because that how any sort of task works for my ADHD riddled brain. Pile get too big? Guess I'm never gonna be able to do it! Which I'm sure sounds ridiculous to ppl who don't have that particular chemical imbalance.

I'm cautious about adding more work to the queue because I am basically always on the struggle bus in one way or another, but it is super fulfilling to speak specifically to a person who needs to hear some specific comfort or encouragement from a character of mine.

It was actually a really good exercise in exploring those characters and testing my creativity and improv because I'd say maybe 70% of the Cameos asked for very similar things, but I did my absolute best to say something different each time. Took no notes on what to say and let it all just come off the top of my head. Only had a handful of times where I had to do multiple takes and it was only because I didn't really think it was hitting right on the first pass.

There were a couple of subjects that were tricky to handle because you might have one person who wants you to straight up just take a hammer to a subject and ask for that, but others might want a more delicate approach. That's something where I think my best approach is just to give the most honest character response I could.

Like...how would Charlie handle something as sensitive as gender dysphoria? Right? So letting him be a little dumb, but be really genuine and loving about it, feels like the best approach vs let me give you the same five talking points someone is SUPPOSED to say in this situation, ya feel me?

I think MK, because dates are something a little more human, and cause Red Son is a workaholic. It can either be something like a training session, a videogame session at Red castle, or just also the traffic light trio being competitive. DBK and PIF are supporting, mostly bc they know their family will be even more powerful with an union such as theirs. Of course PIF is supporting also cause MK is Mac baby.

I know we all want to see Macaque and Wukong freaking out when their baby is sick, but I think we forget sometimes that, even though they aren’t medics, Wukong has a basic understanding how to heal wounds and medicine. Macaque is head-canoned many times to be an expert in fact. And I think there are demons/demonic doctors in case MK has some kind of curse or demonic sickness, which would be what actually makes them worry in the first place.
