I THINK THE QUIET MOMENTS HURT THE MOST. WHEN YOU'RE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FIGHT THERE'S ADRENALINE, THERE'S CONFUSION, EMOTIONS ARE HIGH BUT THOSE EMOTIONS AREN'T PROCESSED.
