Character ask: Tina!
Awwwww, Teeny Tina!! đ„čâŁïž Thank you so much for asking about my daughter!!
First impression: I've always loved Tina and related to her a lot. She's a weirdo who loves writing fanfiction and is also definitely autistic. How could you not love her?? I definitely relate to how awkward and shy she can be at moments because that was definitely me. It was more so when I was younger, but still. I remember seeing her fail at the toothpick challenge in the first episode and laughing my head off.
Impression now: I still love Tina, she's so sweet and has gone through a lot of development as well. She legitimately stands up for herself a lot more, showing that she knows her worth. You go girl. I also love when episodes delve into her psyche, such as the Some Like It Bot two-parter. It was so interesting seeing her almost go through with this crazy decision, only to realize that she and Tammy have more in common than she thought. It was so fascinating to see how teasing has affected her over the years and caused a negative self-image within her. I wanted to hug her so bad ):
Favorite moment: One of my favorite moments was when she was riding Jericho at the horse camp after learning how difficult it was riding an actual horse (it's not really her fault, though, she got stuck with the most difficult horse when it was her first time, which must've sucked). Another one of my favorite moments with her was when she gave Louise that bracelet, which Louise immediately decided she wanted to keep. So sweet. Also when she crashed the car in Tina-Rannasaurus Wrecks, because that entire scene, I--
Idea for a story: Maybe a story that does a huge deep dive into her relationship with Jimmy Jr. would be interesting. I think their relationship is just so interesting to analyze and has a lot of story potential.
Unpopular opinion: I'm not sure if I have any unpopular opinions about her per se?? Maybe that I think she might be straight and polyamorous rather than Bi. But I could see her being Bi, just, like, 99% boys. I just think there hasn't been enough evidence (yet) to show her being Bi. But that could always change!!
Favorite relationship: Her relationship with Jimmy Jr. is so fascinating to analyze and talk about, I could just talk about them all day. Their relationship is just so interesting. I also love her relationship with her siblings, it's always very sweet to see. We definitely need time to flesh out her relationship with Gene in particular. It's worth pursuing!!
Favorite headcanon: Probably that she's neurodivergent, because she definitely is. I love how she's weird and strange and almost no one looks down on her because of it, at least when it comes to her family. She's just her nerdy authentic self.
#asks#bobs burgers#tina belcher#i love tina so thank you so much anon!!#i will never stop saying that tina and gene deserve an episode together just the two of them#they would have so much fun together#these character asks have been SO fun omg

So I just read your fic with Big Dick!Billy and I were wondering if you could do something like this with reader being a Cheerleader and a Queen Bee (pretty much like Regina George) and he just put her in her place in public⊠>///<
Queen Bee
Pairing: King Billy! Billy Hargrove x Queen Bee! f! Reader
Warning: references sex (oral specifically), but doesn't have any smut. Sexual tension is STRONG; very much enemies with benefits vibe. Reader is dating Tommy (helped with the Regina vibe, ok).
Summary: You're the Queen Bee of Hawkins and everyone loves you, except one certain King of the school, Billy Hargrove.
A/n: You didn't specify if you wanted smut or not so I didn't write it for it, HOWEVER, I'm open to writing it if you want me to, Anon! So please let me know!!
You are the Queen of Hawkins High, from your attitude to the way you dress. Every girl wants to be you, every boy wants to fuck you. You are everything.
You smile wide as you finish out the routine, raising your pompoms up into the air for the final pose. You have been practicing all morning with the rest of the girls, well, almost. Nicole hasn't shown up, and practice is already ending.
"Alright! Good job, everyone! You've all done amazing!" Coach Lively smiles at all of you. "You are dismissed for the day, enjoy your weekend!" The lot of you step away, but you stay put, requiring Tina and Carol to come to you.
"Oh! Bev!" You turn to your fellow cheerleader, her red hair tied in a high pony, "that skirt is so cute! Where did you get it? I might have to ask Coach about getting them for the Spring Uniforms!" You smile at her.
Beverly's cheeks go red, the corners of her lips pull up into a smile. "Oh! Thank you! I actually got it from my mom's closet..." She gives a small twirl, which your posy giggle at.
"Ooh, vintage! Love it!" You watch her walk away and turn to the two girls behind you, "That skirt is so ugly. Why would her mom own that?" They snicker.
You step out of Tommy's passenger seat, him following shortly after you, throwing his arm around your waist. Carol steps up beside you, glancing away at the show of affection as her recent ex-boyfriend clings to you like a lost puppy. You all step into the house party, Tina walking up to you and smiling.
"Tommy, could you go get us a drink?" You turn to your boyfriend, hoping to make the boy feel useful.
"Of course!" He gets everyone's drink orders before going to walk off, but someone stops him.
Billy Hargrove blocks his path, making the poor guy knock right into him.
"Sorry, Billy." Tommy recoils a bit before glancing back at you. You try desperately not to roll your eyes.
"Tommy, Baby..." You bat your eyelashes at him, "Our drinks?" Carol glances at him then you, before looking away again, obviously uncomfortable with the name calling but too scared to say anything.
"On it!" Tommy perks up, but Billy once again steps in his way. This time you don't bother hiding your eyeroll.
"Ugh, Billy, let him pass. Jesus, you're such a nuisance." Your comment makes Tina giggle. "Don't you torture him enough with your stench during practice?"
"Do you always have to be such a bitch?" He counters.
"I just speak truth."
"Truth? While fucking your friend's ex-boyfriend? Please, you're just a whore who doesn't know how to behave." Billy steps closer to you, getting too close for your comfort. His comment get's the attention of some people nearby.
"Excuse you?" You scoff. No one had ever talked to you like that, and they weren't gonna start now.
"You heard me, Bitch. You bite the hand that feeds you enough times it's gonna bite back." He looks you up and down, looking at every curve of your body.
The things he could teach you...
"All high and mighty for a dick with legs." You snicker, "What? Nicole didn't give good enough head today?" You notice the girl behind him look at you, the fear in her eyes fuels you.
"You know, from what I hear, Nicole isn't the only one on her knees regularly... Even the good old King Steve," He lifts his arms, getting the attention of even more on-lookers, "used to shove his cock down your throat. So why don't you get down there and show me just what a good whore you are."
You glare at him, your blood practically boiling. "You're an ass, Billy."
"And you're just a good lay, Queen Bee."

other installments: part 1 | part 2 | part 3 | part 4
The first hour of the car ride back to Hawkins had dragged on, killing your will to live. Your body is angled away from Steve, your head resting on the cold glass of the window. You watch as Indiana farms pass by, again and again, keeping your eyes occupied as you sit in silence in Steveâs station wagon.Â
Steve was particularly quiet, glancing at you once in a while, checking to see if you were awake. Each time he checks, you were, you just didnât want to talk to him, and Steve understood that. The entire night, Steve had tossed and turned beside you, his mind never being able to turn off enough for him to fall asleep. Steve was bothered by how the evening had gone, Tinaâs vicious side coming to light. Steve realizes that this entire ploy is a giant mistake, something that he regretted deeply as he stared at the ceiling in the darked bedroom you two shared last night. What Steve regretted even more was involving you.Â
Tinaâs personality, or lack of, had become unattractive to Steve, manifesting into something Steve didnât want any part of. When he had sat across from his friends, across from Tina, at the campfire, he felt like an outsider, each one of them people Steve wouldnât associate with naturally. These people were people he would have been friends with when he was younger and still a bully; these were people who belonged to stay in his past. He decided to let it all go. Especially Tina.Â
The entire ride home, Steve wanted to talk to you immensely. He wanted to apologize, to tell you he was sorry for asking you to do such a thing like be in a fictious relationship; how good of a friend you were to oblige, willing to be there for him in anyway. Steve had gone about things all the wrong way, letting things get to a boiling point where you were the one that got burned.Â
Another issue that circulated in Steveâs mind was his feelings for you. At first, having feelings for you felt like it was a crime, an unthinkable concept, as if he was imposing himself in a place he shouldnât be, but at some point it didnât feel so wrong. Truthfully, being in a fake relationship with you at felt real and easy. You both had a long history with each other, always being such close friends and caring for each other. Is it so wrong to think you two could, or even should, be in a relationship?Â
While he left you alone, letting the hum of the carâs engine fill the silence, Steve thought about how he could make it up to you, but nothing seemed like enough. Eventually, Steve turned onto your street, the weekend trip to the cabin coming to an end. You managed to get through the car ride without speaking a word to each other, letting the weekendâs events absorb into your mind.Â
Steve pulls up in front of your house, the lawn outstretching to the sidewalk until it meets the corner of the street where Steve car sits. You hesitate getting out, feeling like you have a million things to say to Steve, but you refrain, your energy completely drained. You lean back, pulling your duffle from the back seat up to the front seat and into your lap.Â
You glance at Steve, and then unlatch the passenger door, letting the warm breeze flow into the car. At once, you turn as youâre about to close the door, but you feel like you at least owe your best friend a few words. âSee you later,â you say, clearing your throat as you speak. Before Steve can speak, you close the door, turning on your heel, walking towards your home. Steve slumps against his seat, watching you as you walk up your front yard to the front door of your house. Once youâre in, Steve starts the car again with a sigh, driving towards his house.Â
You lay on your bed, having climbed the stairs to your room with eagerness so your parents didnât get the opportunity to ask about how the weekend went. You let your eyes close, your feelings and thoughts overwhelmed by the events.Â
The weekend had been an experience, to say the least. Steve had become lost in his efforts to get Tina back, and in the process had forgotten about how you may have felt in the middle of it all too. There was another side too that your mind circled around: the indescribable feelings you had felt throughout the weekend.Â
At first you had tried to ignore the feelings, they were just a product of your environment, the possibility that you were playing the role of Steveâs girlfriend to realistically and it was starting to affect you. Or were there more to the feelings you were having? You had shaken the possibility off that you could feel more for Steve; if you had feelings for Steve then why had it taken years for you to realize? Steve always had girlfriends, an endless flow of them entering and exiting your life, and you had never been upset by them. Why now?
You rolled over on your stomach, smothering the side of your face into your pillow. Your body relaxed, for the first time in several days, and almost immediately your body drifted off into sleep.Â
On the other side of Hawkins, Steve was also laid out on his bed, his arms crossed underneath his head as he stared at his bedroom ceiling. How had he fucked up so bad?Â
Steve hated you being upset with him, you and he almost never being in an argument with each other, and he knew he needed to fix the issues between you soon. Steve felt as though there is nothing that would be enough to show his apologies, but he knew heâd have to try. Steve cared for you deeply, his dedication to your friendship is one of his top priorities, and he wanted to never screw that up. He racked his mind with ideas, a headache growing as he continued to think, and before he knew it the sun had disappeared, the sky growing darker by the hour.Â
You sit cross-legged on your kitchen chair watching your mother put together lunch. When you had fallen asleep the night prior, your body was so exhausted that you slept through the entire not, not waking up once. Now, itâs late in the afternoon, the heat from outside seeping into the house.Â
âSo, how was the trip? You ran up the stairs before I could ask you anything last night.â Your mother asks, glancing over her shoulder to look at you. You shrug, wishing she didnât have to ask about the trip; itâs the last thing you want to discuss.Â
âIt was fine.âÂ
Your mother frowns, angling her body towards where you sit at the kitchen table. âJust fine?â You sigh to yourself, knowing that your mom always knew you were being dishonest. âJust fine. We just played some games and went to the beach; nothing crazy.â You say, shifting in your seat.Â
Your mother hums, expressing dissatisfaction at your answer. âDid Steve have a nice time?âÂ
You shrug again. âI suppose so, yes.âÂ
âAre you sure youâre all right?â Your mom asks, dividing lunch into two separate bowls. You nod, reaching out to take the bowl from your mother as she hands it to you. âIâm all right.âÂ
After lunch and dodging the rest of your motherâs questions about the weekend, you stomp up the stairs towards your room. All you want to do is hibernate away in your room, forgetting about the world around you â especially Steve.Â
Even though you were mad at him, all you do is think about him. Did he realize how careless he had been over the weekend? You sigh, sitting yourself down on your bed. As much as you try, the image of Steve floods your mind and once again youâre confronted with the budding feelings you have for him. Here you are, mad at Steve yet thinking about him and how, somehow, youâre developed feelings for your best friend. Could there be anything worse?Â
Reaching over to your nightstand, you grab the latest book youâre reading, attempting to escape reality for a while and preoccupy your mind. And it works â for a while at least.Â
âY/n!â Your mom yells from downstairs. âThereâs someone here for you!â It darks now, the summer days beginning to end earlier, even though itâs only the early evening. You toss your novel to the side, swinging your legs to the other side of the bed.Â
From the top of the stairs, you have a good view of the front door. Peering down from the top stair, you see Steve and your mother talking in the doorway. You huff. âSteve?â you say, taking one step at a time. âWhat are you doing here?âÂ
Your mother frowns, glancing between you and Steve. Though you didnât mean for it to, your question comes out in a certain tone, one that expresses your unhappiness. âIâll let you two talk.â Your mother mumbles, moving away from the front door.Â
For a moment, you and Steve linger in the doorway, no words being spoken. Steve speaks up, breaking the silence. âGet your shoes,â Steve says, his eyes grazing down your body until he sees your sock covered feet. âWeâre going to see Pretty in Pink.âÂ
You snort, crossing your arms in front of your chest. âNo, Iâm not in the mood.â That wasnât entirely truthful, you had been dying to see Pretty in Pink for weeks. Your mind flashes back to you and Steve making plans to see it outside of Jason Carverâs house only to cancel them to go on the trip. Your heart pangs, wishing you two had just stuck to your movie âdate.â
Steve rolls his eyes. âYouâve been dying to go; I know you want to see it.âÂ
âI do - just not with you. What are you doing coming over here acting like nothingâs happened?â You say, shaking your head. You step towards where Steve stands in the doorway, beginning to push him out of your front door.Â
Steve looks down at the ground, at his dusty sneakers. âItâs my way of asking for your forgiveness. I hate that youâre mad at me, y/n; it was a mistake to ask you to fake date me and even more of a mistake to ask you to go to the lake with Tina.âÂ
You bite your lip, leaning against the doorframe, your arms crossed in front of your chest. As Steve speaks, his voice cracks, making your heart squeeze with sympathy. You were thankful it took less then 24 hours to receive an apology from Steve, and to see that he truly seems remorseful of his actions, but you didnât know if you should go to the movies with him; maybe you just needed a break from each other?Â
âI donât even know what I saw in Tina to begin with, I should have just listened to you. But Iâm over it, Iâm over her.â Steve continues, beginning to ramble. You raise your eyebrows at Steveâs confession, feeling relief that Steve realizes he deserves better. âJust please let me take you to the movies. I want to sit through a stupid ass Molly Ringwald movie, thatâs how much I want to make it up to you.âÂ
You smile, a small laugh escaping your lips. You look at Steve, locks of his hair beginning to fall out of its hold and brushing against his forehead. His eyes express worry, his eyebrows knitted together with angst. Steve looks up at you, making eye contact. Closing the few inches that separate you, Steve reaches out, his large hand cupping your cheek. âIâm sorry,â Steve murmurs softly. You feel your eyes go wide, your breath hitching at the close proximity to Steveâs face. Inside of you, your core melts, butterflies causing a ruckus in your stomach. âL-Let me get my shoes.âÂ
You donât give yourself any time to think about going to the movies with Steve as you scatter back into your home, searching for your shoes. When you spot them, you hold on to the side of the wall, easily slipping your shoes on with one hand. Back at the front door, Steve shakes his head at himself, wondering why he touched your face like that. When he saw your face, he knew he may have let his emotions go a step too far.Â
Steve steps aside on your front steps as you enter back through the front door, closing the door gently behind you. In silence, you, and Steve walk side by side to his car thatâs parked at the end of your driveway. You want to be mad at Steve, holding a grudge against him, but you canât help but fall back into your routine with him as he holds the passenger door open for you.Â
Itâs a short drive to Hawkins theater, your home only five minutes away. In silence, Steve drives you both to the movies, glancing at you ever now and then. His fingers drum against the wheel softly, filling the silence that settles in between you. You look down at your fingers that are intertwined on your lap, the confusion of being in the car with Steve when an hour ago you were so angry at him, and now you sit beside him in his car, makes you anxious and you begin to pick at your nail beds.Â
When you arrive in downtown Hawkins, Steve parks in front of the theater. Today, the theater is empty, only a few people linger in the dimly lit lobby. The smell of fresh popcorn fills your nose, instantly making your mouth salivate.Â
You stand behind Steve as he purchase two tickets to Pretty in Pink and popcorn, your hands tucked into your sweatshirt pocket. When Steve is handed the bucket of popcorn, he turns, passing it to you. You step forward to take it, noticing that you recognized the boy behind the counter. âGareth?âÂ
Gareth eyes flick up, Steve steps backwards with the paper movie tickets in his hands.Â
âY/n? I didnât even notice it was you.â Gareth says, his eyes flicking between you and Steve. Gareth was a friendly person, but certainly an outcast due to his affiliation with Eddie âthe freakâ Munson â but you never minded. You had known him since elementary school, and for as long as youâve known him, heâs always offered you a blush-tinted smile.Â
âYou two know each other?â Steve asks, his eyes pinching slightly. Steve knows everything about you, you two always spending every free second with each other, and he wonders why youâve never mentioned Gareth before. Itâs clear, to Steve, that Gareth likes you, the way his demeanor changed when he saw it was you.Â
You nod, holding the large bucket of popcorn against your torso. âYeah but itâs been awhile since weâve hung out together though.âÂ
Before Gareth can respond, Steve puts his hand on your back, pushing you towards the theaters. âWe should probably get in there, thanks for the popcorn, man.â Steve says towards Gareth, though Steve doesnât look in Garethâs direction.Â
The theater is already dark, you follow close behind Steve, squinting to watch where you step. Almost all the seats are empty, except a couple that sits in the front row, and Steve guides you to the back row of seats. You attempt to get as comfortable as possible, the cushions of the seats soft and boney with age and wear. The seats sit low on your back, creaking as you shift in your seat to settle in. You place the bucket of popcorn between your seats, shrinking down in the seat with content. You donât realize youâve leaned over to the left of your seat until Steve places his arm on the top of your seat. He glances over at you, a small smile on his face.  You turn back to the screen, your eyes trained on the movie that begins to play out in front of you.Â
In Steveâs mind, his nerves play tricks on him. Generally, he thinks of himself as a smooth, confident guy, never nervous while on dates with other girls. But here he sits beside you, his fingers tremble as his reality sets in; Steve has feelings for you, far beyond just being best friends. Though heâs sat in front of a large movie screen, the silence between you and him, and the darkness, allows for Steve to think about what to do next.
Does he tell you right away; or does he tell you at all? If you donât feel the same, it would certainly change the whole dynamic within you and Steveâs friendship. Not telling you at all seems like the most viable option but would Steveâs feelings for you eat him alive? Steve sighs to himself, shaking his head gently; no option feels like the right option â thereâs just too many consequences.Â
Your time at the movie theater goes by quickly, and even though youâve been dying to see this movie since it was announced, you barely paid attention, your mind was focused on the weight of Steveâs arm against your back, his fingers brushing against your upper arm.Â
As you step outside, the chill of a summer night makes you shiver. Youâre thankful Steve parked so close to the building; youâre only exposed to the cold for a few seconds. Just as it was on your way to downtown Hawkins, the ride back to your house is quiet, except for Steve when he asks if the movie lived up to your expectations. âIt certainly did,â you say.Â
Steve pulls back into your driveway, slowing his car to a stop, turning his car off promptly. You know this your que to get out, and to say thank you for going to the movies, except you find yourself sitting in the passenger seat, eyes looking out the window towards the front of your house. Your mind swirls with everything thatâs happened today, a small headache beginning to form at the front of your head; you wince.
âEverything okay?â Steve asks, noticing you wince.Â
You nod, glancing over at Steve. His eyebrows are knitted together, a stand of his hair resting on his forehead. âYeah, I just have a small headache.âÂ
âItâs probably my fault,â Steve hums, his hands gripping the steering wheel. âAll of the shit I dragged you into.âÂ
You shake your head, turning your body towards where Steve sits in his driverâs seat. You tuck one leg under the other, resting your head against the car seat. âItâs not your fault, Steve.â Steve mirrors your body, turning towards you in his own seat. âYou say that but Iâm sure youâre still mad at me.â
You sigh, looking out the windshield. Your house is dark, the outside light left on for you, the curtains drift against the summer breeze in the windows that are cracked open. âSteve.âÂ
âAll right, all right,â Steve says, sensing your mood begin to shift. âSo, who was that Gareth guy?âÂ
You chuckle, rolling your eyes. âJust a friend, we were friends in elementary school before you and I met. I havenât talk to him in a while.âÂ
âHe has a crush on you, you know,â Steve says, his eyes lingering on you. âHe got all flustered when he realized it was you.âÂ
You shake your head. âIâm sure you misread him, we really havenât talked at all in, like, years.âÂ
Steve shakes his head, crossing his arms across his body, leaning forward to towards you to rest his body against the middle console. âIâm a guy, y/n, I can tell when another guy likes a girl.âÂ
You shrug, not bothered by Steveâs observation. âI donât know.âÂ
Steve is silent for a moment, building his courage up. âWould you like him back, if I was right about him liking you?â You look towards Steve, raising one of your eyebrows up. âWhy are you asking?âÂ
Steve shrugs, his arms untangling to allow his arm to reach out, his fingers working to brush a strand of your hair out of your face. âJust curious.â You swallow, your skin igniting with heat in reaction to his touch. Your eyes stay on Steveâs, your stomach flipping with nerves.Â
âNo, I wouldnât,â you say, surprised that your words come out in a soft murmur. Without much warning, Steve leans in even closer, his face only an inch or two away from yours; so close you can feel the heat of his breath. Your eyes flutter, fingertips digging into your exposed thighs. Your heart thumps against your chest, the pulsing sound echoing inside your ears. Steveâs hand flexes, his hand placing itself on your jawline, the pad of his thumb brushing your cheekbone.Â
You find yourself leaning in further, closing another inch of space between you and Steve. Your lips almost touch Steveâs, merely brushing against his. All at once, your mind whirls, the reality of your lips so close to Steveâs, to your best friend. You abruptly lean back, Steveâs fingertips brushing against your skin as you pull away. âI-I should go inside, Iâm sure my parents are waiting up for me.â You quickly unbuckle yourself, opening the latch of the door.Â
âY/n, wait-â Steve says, leaning towards the passenger side, ducking to look at you as you exit the car. You bend down, Steve in your eyesight. âThanks for taking me to the movies, it was fun,â you say, and close the passenger door before Steve can reply.Â
Steve sighs, slumping against his seat as he watches you practically run to your front door. He closes his eyes, his knuckles rubbings his eyes. Steve shakes his head, turning the ignition, his headlights flashing on as his car shutters underneath him. He was so close.Â

Carmy bringing his extremely sweet, shy, soft spoken , introverted girlfriend to Family for the first time? In stark contrast to most of Carmyâs staff who are veryyy loud and outgoing? Y/n clinging to Carm and hiding her face in his chest? Iâm sure Tina and Sydney would be really sweet to her!
AHH I love this sm anon! Reader is a bookworm because I am and why not
đđ©đ©đšđŹđąđđđŹ
âAre you sure?â You mumbled, fidgeting with the bottom of your shirt.
âIâm sure. Theyâll love you.â he said.
You laughed quietly, and he smiled. âPlease?â
âOkay. Iâll go if it means so much.â
He smiled again âThank you. Iâll uh⊠pick you up before, yeah?â
You nodded and kissed him before he left, wrapping your arms around his neck.
âSee you. Lock the door.â
âYeah. See you.â You said, and went back onto the bed to continue reading your book.
It was a few hours when the door was being unlocked, and he shouted your name.
You jumped a bit and stood up, going into the living room.
âHey, carm.â
âHey. You ready? Iâm making family today, so we gotta hurry.â
You nodded, and he opened the front door again, you followed him into the car.
Your leg bounced up and down, Carmy noticed. Putting his hand on your thigh, he asked what was wrong.
âNothing. Im just⊠nervous.â You said, staring out the window.
He looked at you for a moment and then back to the road.
âThereâs nothing to be nervous about. I promise you. Youâll be fine.â He said, and soon after pulled into the parking lot.
âIâm just fucking saying! Like, this shit is fucking ridiculous-â
âThis shit is not fucking ridiculous, youâre fucking ridiculous, Richie!â
âYo! Whatâs going on?â
âSydney over here is saying that-â he rambled on and on, they argued for a little and stopped.
âSo.. anyways, this is y/n. My girlfriend.â He said when they were finally done arguing.
One girls eyes widened âHey. Iâm Sydney.â
âTina.â An older woman said with a smile.
âMarcus.â A man said.
You gave them a small smile and looked back at the ground, just following Carmyâs every move.
Soon they were all sat down, while you followed him around the kitchen, he gave you small glances here and there.
Finally he was done, he pulled up an extra chair for you next to him, and you sat next to him closely, scooting your chair as close as you could.
âSo, howâd you guys meet?â Sydney asked suddenly. She looked at you, not Carmy.
âUh.. we met through Richie actually.â You said, and looked at him.
âY/nâs Tiffâs friend.â He said, mouthful of food.
âAt a family dinner.â You continued.
Carmy nodded, and they all started to eat.
âHey. You okay?â Carmy asked when you were finished and tried to scoot impossibly closer, the others talking and chatting loudly with each other.
You nodded and your legs were now touching, he wrapped an arm around you.
You and his family were opposites, that part was for sure.

Ooo okay, My birthday just passed yesterday and I would absolutely love to request a Richie Jerimovich x reader fic/drabble/headcanons on what he would do for her birthday. Maybe how he would celebrate or if he would get her a gift or something? I feel like heâd suck at it but would try his best ahhh so cute haha thank you if you do this! No worries if not!
Omg happy birthday anon!!! I hope you had a great day! â€ïžâ€ïž
âââ
âThe bannerâs crooked on the left,â Richie said, pointing at it. âIt needs to go up higher.â
âLike⊠here?â Fak asked, raising his side.
âNo thatâs too much, a little lower.â
âHow about now?â
âLower. No wait now thatâs too low!â
Richie sighed in frustration, passing a hand over his face. Sweeps, holding the other side of the banner, also sighed, growing impatient.
Ebra, who was blowing up balloons with Sydney, chuckled. Richie shot him a glare, but he was undeterred.
âYou are getting hysterical again, my friend,â he said.
âYeah, well, I need everything to look as good as it can,â Richie huffed before turning back to Fak. âOkay, just a few inches higherâŠ. There, right there! Donât you dare move it!â
Finally, the homemade banner that spelled out âHappy Birthday!â was taped to the wall. Fak and Sweeps stepped off their respective stools and high-fived before looking at their handiwork.
âLooks good man!â Fak exclaimed. âYou think sheâs gonna like it?â
âI sure hope so,â Richie said, glancing down at his watch. âSyd, what time is Marcus gonna be here with the cake?â
Sydney shrugged. âHe said heâd be here by two thirty, but you know heâs a perfectionist.â
He rolled his eyes but nodded his assent. âWeâll deal with that in a second, but now we gotta hang the streamers.â
The front door opened, and while everyone had expected someone like Carmy or Tina, it was you who stepped into the apartment.
âUm⊠whatâs going on here?â You asked, shocked at the sight before you.
âBaby! Youâre here early!â Richie exclaimed, his eyes wide and horrified. âShit, I thought you wouldnât be back until later⊠I didnât want you to see it like this.â
Your lower lip trembled and your eyes watered. âYou were planning a surprise party?â
âWell, yeah! I justâŠ. Itâs my girlâs special day,â he said, scratching the back of his head awkwardly.
âDo you want me to leave? Iâll forget I saw anything!â
âNo, no, wellâŠâ he trailed off, gesturing towards the others.
âSurprise!â Everyone said, trying to sound as excited as possible.
The tears of joy spilled then and you extended your arms to the sides. âAwww you guys! Come here, why donât we have a group hug?â
Everyone huddled around you for a hug, wishing you a happy birthday. You grabbed Richie as everyone else dispersed, bringing him in for a kiss.
âThank you, and Iâm sorry I ruined the surprise,â you said, tilting your head back to look up at him. âI love it, I really do. I love you.â
Richie smiled, bending down to kiss you once more. The front door opened again, and this time Marcus appeared carrying a box.
âCakeâs here! OhâŠâ he said, his face falling when he saw you.
âA little too late there,â Richie sighed.
âItâs never too late for cake!â You chastised, smacking his arm and heading to the kitchen. âLet me look for some candles.â
You wiped at the tears in your eyes, still smiling so wide it hurt. Even if it wasnât perfect, you didnât think there was any other way youâd want to celebrate your birthday.

Wayhaven anon: about midway through book 3 and I'm rlly liking it! I was worried it would be one of those 'hot brooding vampires that struggle with Drinking Blood' but thank GOD its so much more lighthearted than that. You play as a detective in a small town, secret urban fantasy type setting, and four vampires get assigned to protect you for plot reasons. Your first introduction to them can be you pepper spraying one and the rest start basically laughing at him over it. One of the characters puts a blood bag in the microwave to heat it.
The ROs can be either gender (Their names change based on gender so ppl use the first letter of their name, so A F N and M), you can be male/female/nb, and theres some small details like choosing your room's decor or what you wear (not gender locked either, you can wear skirts and dresses as a man). And those choices actually matter and pop up in the story! I got REALLY attached to the characters (even those outside the main focus, I adore Tina) and romancing M is a fucking (both noun and verb) rollercoaster. I also REALLY appreciate that its sorta episodic, since theres 3 books out atm and theres supposedly going to be 7 total. Each book ends more or less conclusively so it doesnt feel like its cut off yknow? The vamp lore is kinda neat too, one of the key things they mention is enhanced senses (normal vamp trait) but some of them have hypersensitivity issues. All but one cant eat human food bc it Tastes Too Much, and one of them cant be touched without feeling pain/discomfort because their senses are cranked WAY too high. The game also forces you alone with each character so you aren't falling into the trap of choosing your RO everytime the choice is given, you actually het to personally talk to and interact with everyone in a meaningful way without mjssing those sweet sweet romance scenes.
tldr really like the series!!! 'Review' is kinda all over but I was looking for like a week straight for an IF to play and this one is scratching the itch so good. Only drawback is no save system unfortunstely
I just remembered I forgor to answer this!! sorry!!
ooh thank u for the info it sounds really fun!! the lore sounds really cool too I love interesting takes on vampires like this :3c
thank u for the message, I'm gonna have to check these out for sure!

Hi! I think your animation error au is brilliant. But I recently remembered there was an even earlier test pilot with a cruiser art style where they're actually grinding up a person. Was that an inspiration for this au as well?
Whilst I am honoured you think it's mine, I wish I could take credit for the incredible Animation Error AU, any and all credit goes to my favourite lesbian @trussego // @egosarchive !!! (@/egossketchdump on IG - unsure about X as I do not have/use it.)
I am a HUGE fan of her AU, so I can only offer researched answers opposed to fanon answers. To my knowledge the AU originated from this errored frame of the show (S3E4; Mutiny on the Windbreaker):-
Along with inspiration from The Last of Us, it does have some inspiration from the OG pilot, in that infected characters seem to transform into designs more resembling the original cannibal pilot designs! Re: this post featuring Tina's Daniel design.
I am honoured that my name even somehow gets associated with this AU, as it truly sparks so much creativity in my brain. It's honestly incredible. In fact, I'm shocked that I'm still yet to do any fan art of it. Hopefully I can change that soon! :D
Thanks for the ask, anon! I'm always happy to share love for this remarkable AU!!! ^^

I think I first found you on ao3 via kazumaji, a gilded leash, when I was younger and more new to fanfic, and I remember being really into the fact that you didnât overly romanticize things, and allowed their relationship and the way they interacted to not be perfect and not be cliched or fit into generally accepted fandom boxes. Unlike what so much fan fiction does. Since then I read most of your stuff and i consistently enjoy it :) reaally hoping you post more The Bear stuff because Iâm obsessed with richie and yours is one of the only like 2 portrayals of him in fanfic that I like. You rule
1. to the anon at the top: thank you!! re: the "overly romanticizing things." I've talked at length about how we get those formulaic fics is from people only reading fic, where makes your writing into a copy of a copy of a copy until no trace of genuine human interaction remains and you are left with a coffee shop au. so thank you for saying that, a gilded leash is my fave yakuza fic of mine and I'm very glad you like it.
2. re: the bear, and the other asks-- I am indeed writing more! I like no good days and I loooove a "so-and-so finds out" fic more than I love my own mother, so I'm writing a Nat Finds Out addition
as a thank you to you and everyone who sent asks or read all my dumb responses: exerpt of the upcoming bear fic below!!!!

I fagioli
Syd put her head right next to Carmyâs and said, âYou telling Nat today?â the same way she had every few days in the month since she learned that Carmy and Richie were hooking up.
They were finishing up prep right before service, everyone tense and bustling. Nat was out front, which meant everyone in the kitchen knew about Carmy and Richie being cousins with benefits, as Marcus liked to put it. Kissing cousins, Tina would tack on. Everyone in the kitchen always knew, unless Natalie or Cicero were in the kitchen.
âNo, chef,â Carmy said to Syd as he flicked on the overhead warmers. âNo need. As discussed.â
âAs discussed, chef, yes need. Big need, because she needs to know.â
âNo need, chef. Wish you didn't know, chef.â
Marcus stuck his head around the corner. âShouldn't have fucked around at work then, chef.â
That got a laugh all around. Carmy rolled his eyes. His face was hot under the warmers and also just hot anyway; he hadn't gotten into the swing of people actually knowing, it still made his gut roll. Richie told him: as someone who's dedicated their life to breaking your balls, lemme give you some adviceâit's fun âcause you freak out. Just play it cool.
So, Carmy was faking it until he made it, and faking it with Nat was not an option. So, he had to wait until he made it, or until he stopped fooling around with Richie, whichever came first. Carmy spent a good amount of time every day wondering which would come first.
He kept his hands busy until eyes were off him, then sidled up next to Syd at expo. He got a syllable out before she cut in.
âSomebody's gonna slip up, and you're gonna be all pissed off, and Nat's gonna have to hear it from someone other than you.â
Carmy had been about to say I'm not ready, leave it. He realized after a moment's hard thought that Syd, probably, would find that selfish. It didn't feel selfish any more than ducking for cover under fire would. Self-preservation.Â
He said, âThen nobody should slip up.â
Syd gave him a burnt-on look. âYou're asking over a dozen people to keep a secret perfectly.â
âThey just have to not talk about me fucking.â
âYou're asking over a dozen people who work in a kitchen to not talk about you fucking.â
Carmy sighed and tipped his head back. His stomach burned and he blinked away his bleary vision. âYeah. Okay.â
âYeah, okay. So. I can't make you do anything, butââ
âBut I gotta tell her.â
âYou super gotta tell her,â Syd said. âHe's her cousin too, you know?â
Carmy hung his head. âPhrasing.â
Sweeps hurried in from the front and slapped Carmy on the back. âOh, the cousin-lover wants to talk about phrasing?â
Carmy swatted at him; Sweeps twirled out of his reach, cackling, and got a seamless fist bump from Manny. Syd chuckled.
#ronanswers#ronWIPs#the bear#sorry to bulk asks together but I appreciate you all!!!! I just don't have enough to say

Hi I just got through reading all of your liveblogging posts about The Bear! It was a delight to read all of your real-time predictions that ended up coming true, you really had this showâs number from the jump lol. Do you have any predictions for next season? Most fans think Carm and Syd are headed for an explosive confrontation, but are any other storylines, scenes, character beats, etc. that you think we might see?
This is super nice of you, anon! thank you so much for following my chaotic ramblings XD and hey it's a lot easier to know what might happen in the show when they've got such competent writers/directors! tho they surprised me a fair number of times (i don't think i'll be over the interplay/intercuts of claire, carmy, and syd at the end of 2X07/start of 2X08 any time soon), which keeps things fun
as far as predictions for next season...i think it's hard to say without having the first five minutes of S3 in front of me (they do such a good job setting up the tone and conflicts of the season in the first little bit of S1 and S2!), but i've got
a couple things i'm pretty sure about:
-more REM songs (only thing i'm 100% positive on)
-more kitchen/cooking time for our mains, especially carmy. last season's renovations + cliche john hughes nonsense kept him mostly out of the kitchen from ep 3 on, and i'm 99% sure he'll be back with a knife in hand come S3
-nat giving birth to a girl (i'd love it but am not solid on predicting she'd be named some derivative of 'mary' (or a name meaning 'victory', such as nicole), given the berzatto family prayer).
i know the temptation for her to have a boy named after michael is strong b/c it's TV, but this series (rightly, in my mind) tends away from Lionizing the Dead simply b/c they're dead, and after spending S2 breaking down mikey (and showing mikey and nat's relationship, which like ever berzatto relationship wasn't super healthy), i'm hopeful and trusting the writers to avoid this. it wouldn't make me hate the show or anything, but it would honestly disappoint me unless done in a way (i honestly can't think of what way) that would make it okay. plus pete kinda screams girldad to me, and seeing carmy and richie with a little niece would be incredibly precious
-sydcarmy dustup of some kind, but i doubt it'll be as explosive as we've seen in the past, mostly b/c syd was stressed but exhilarated by success at friends & family and b/c i think carmy's (lack of) mental health will be brought up in relation to it
-solidifying of a secondary staff at the bear to let our regulars breathe a bit and have the bear feel like a real, functioning kitchen, not a mom and pop greasy spoon -- this started at the end of s2 but it needs to continue
-cicero setting the tone of the first few months of The Bear (and probably his commentary on carmy's relationships) -- we're not out of the realm of Complete and Utter Failure yet, lads, and the money is gonna come due -- whether by the guise of Friendly Uncle Jimmy visiting with Nat, or the mask of Cicero the Loan Shark coming out in full force
-art storyline with carmy figuring out what will replace the awful painting (i'm going to guess it'll be something of his design, but it'll at least be something he feels represents him, given the comments last season)
-major theme of carmy figuring out what he wants vs what others want for him. him analyzing his relationship with claire by himself -- or, my preference, talking it out with Tina, who he seems to be able to open up to pretty well -- is part of this
things that have to happen but i have no idea how/to what resolution:
-carmy and richie addressing the "donna" fight/comment. it's gonna be multi-ep (neither one is great at complimenting the other to their face and tend to do it behind the other's back, but richie is especially bad at it), and it's gonna hurt.
-pete spilling the beans to Someone (not nat but not sure who) about donna being at f&f
-resident claire's poor little hurt feelings from trespassing into the kitchen and eavesdropping on then leaving carmy in the middle of a really, really bad attack (yes i'm phrasing it that way because it's true <3)
-something about tiff's upcoming wedding (marcus getting contracted/recommended to make dessert for it would be painful but oh so crunchy)
-carmy meets syd's dad. he's proud of her and her success and you know he's gonna want to meet her business partner
nebulous predictions:
-ebra's storyline with him carving out a niche at the sandwich window getting screentime
-tina coming more into her own and maybe getting a designated storyline (about what? no idea)
-more gary nonsense. man lives the wildest life and we see almost none of it
-carmy working through what cooking means to him and what it means in relation to the bear/the berzattos/sydney
-nat's water breaks/she goes into labor at the bear. not sure the baby will actually be born there (i'd guess probably not on the whole), but the process will Begin there
-syd distraction/love interest storyline. not even her dating particularly, just her attention being Split and having the shoe be on the other foot for carmy as they navigate what being business partners means outside the kitchen
-fak time. he's a little uncertain, a little wandering in the restaurant, and he was a major...antagonistic force, let's say? in S2. his place in the world of the bear needs clarification and harmony, and his identity needs solidity and sureness
things that aren't impossible/improbable but would be a Little Treat for Me specifically:
-chef jess being invited to the bear by richie (let the man have people outside the bear and his kid/ex! garrett may come too i'll allow it)
-the return of louie my beloved (helping out at the sandwich window? he makes a good foil to Young Carmy, so i would like to see him more -- carmy in Full Mentorship would be a thing to see, and it would be a being-better-than-mikey-was-to-him thing as well. it's narratively crunchy and provides lots of room for growth, but can be done in ways that don't involve louie, so that's why it's here)
-syd's best meal + comment about being a regular at The Beef coming back. do i think they eventually will? yes. am i aware that my desire for them is prolly stronger than it narratively should be be predicted? also yes. could this easily be combined with carmy meeting syd's dad? yes and i will break the sound barrier
-carmy drawing a dish syd comes up with. a hand-drawn menu for the bear would be Incredible, and syd's face looking at a sistine-chapel-style drawing of a dish she came up with? tremendous, chef
thing that i want to be brought up more than Anything but don't predict it'll be touched (at least directly):
-carmy yelling for syd during his attack in the walk-in (i'm sorry you can't have the man yelling "MARCUS GET ME SYD. GET ME SYD" and expect me not to want it on a billboard
that got long, sorry anon, but there we go -- 4am rambling off-the-cuff about S3...only months to go, hopefully....
#the bear#anti claire bear#asked and answered#sorry this is like a novella but i can't keep my mouth shut! y'all know how it goes#syd x carmy#i refer to her as 'resident claire' because 1) no surname and 2) referring to her place in the bear universe as a Type rather than a person#she's not claire a fleshed out character; she's the resident claire; the archetype that is a vehicle for conflict + growth#also because i am as catty as the day is long and i can be! been in fandom too many decades not to call it as i see it#that and it's her job title so like it works but it works in so many different ways#it's like poetry it rhymes dot jpeg#i might be way off base but i'm p sure i'm at least on the field

Tell us more about Tina's role in the western au, i love the ethel cainfication of her character
OH GLADLY
So I am a big fan of her storyline in qsmp about her being a demon, but feeling a lot of self-hatred for it and believing she needs to be "perfect" to be with qBagi, so I tried translating it for the AU without the whole demon aspect of it since I wanted all of the characters in the main party to be human.
I played with the idea of her having religious trauma and was pretty sold on it since she could see herself as a metaphorical demon that way, but then I read up on a list of example phobias and manias that appear in the Keeper's Rulebook for Call of Cthulhu and found a mania that got me MARRIED to the idea:
Enosimania, also known as the "pathological belief that one has sinned".
The way she joins the party is because of 2 reasons:
Wanting to help Bagi on finding her lost twin brother
Needed something to break the monotony of her life, seeking something new that doesn't involve working in the local saloon or even being in the same village.
Her role in the party, storyline wise, I'm still figuring out (alongside the rest of the party), but I do want her to be a rock of sorts. I feel like her strong belief is what keeps her sane while experiencing the horrors(tm) and thus helps the others do so as well.
It's like, Bagi keeps them in line with her methodical thinking while Tina does so with her emotional thinking (they both have the highest Sanity out of the group, didn't notice this until after I made their character sheets lmao).
As for her own personal journey, I believe she finds it within herself to forgive herself. She will still believe that she is not pure / has sinned, but she'd learn that that doesn't make her lesser than the rest. A big support system for her on this would be Slime since he is the only other religious party member and feels a similar way as she does, though he has a more concrete reason to believe he has sinned (I could talk so much about him too but this is about Tina so another time).
In terms of "why does she feel like she has sinned" it's mainly just the adults around her (which were mainly nuns) chastising her for just being a kid, she really didn't do anything wrong. I'm still building her complete backstory, but that's the key point of it.
Anyways, that's all I can say that is (mostly) set-in-stone for her. Once I develop her more and have more concrete ideas I'll be sure to share !! She's my favorite character to write and draw in this AU alongside Slime so I will definitely have a lot for her once I sit down and give her my full attention.
Here's a doodle of her as a thank you for the ask, anon !! :D
#pam.rambles#qsmp horror western#speaking of i'm going to develop her more rn#writing all of this got me so excited !!#also sorry for the long text askjdnkjn#i hope it's an enjoyable read at least TT

Maybe part of my resistance to boxing Carmy and Sydney strictly into the âplatonicâ category is that Iâm not even sure, based on what weâve seen over the two seasons, if they are even friends. Sydney has been at the Beef/The Bear for a little over a year now (?), so maybe the window has been small to get super close, but you look at her relationships with the other characters and thereâs imo much more clarity as to those friendships: she and Marcus of course are very good friends, he was probably her first friend at The Beef; she and Tina, it took some time to build that trust but once it was there Tina became her work mom and Syd values her companionship; although not shown explicitly, I also want to argue that Sydney and Nat have built a friendship of sorts since the end of s1 - they came up with CP at some point, meaning Syd felt comfortable enough (and Nat encouraged) talking shit about Carmy with her when heâs being Carmy. And the omelette was such a lovely act of kindness and care. Syd and Richieâs dynamic is significantly better than in s1, but itâs a bit awkward and kinda in the category of work friend that was once your nemesis but now you happily tolerate, if that makes sense? I do think itâs less intense between them by E10, and Iâm curious how them working together like that on expo will make Syd more inclined to trust Richie more. The rest of the crew id say are amicable work friends to just associates?
That leaves her and Carmy. Theyâve got crazy chemistry off the bat, their minds operate on almost the same level, completing each others sentences, etc etc. But while thatâs great evidence of their strong work relationship, I can see Sydney if asked saying that Carmy is more so just a guy she works (and now is a business partner) with, whereas sheâd definitely say Marcus is a good friend, yknow? Syd has huge emotional walls built up, doesnât like to be vulnerable, though sheâs done so when either one of the guys urge her to share more. From Carmyâs end, he actually might (subconsciously) view Sydney as his friend thanks to their easy connection. He also picked Sydney, whereas all of his current âfriendsâ were just inherited from Mikey (sorry Fak). Doesnât mean he loves them any less or that they arenât his actual friends â just that with Syd, heâs starting fresh in making a friend. He really wants to get to know Sydney â how sheâs feeling, what her former bosses think of her, what Sheridan was like, what her relationship with her parents is like (and he feels guilty for not knowing about her mom) â but his probing always happens in the context of cooking or the kitchen, and so Sydâs default is to be guarded or resort to humor. And I think that there were indications that they were growing closer through the chaos menu, but then he starts to date Claire and that project (and building a friendship) was put on hold for a long time and instead there was big a disconnect cause they werenât communicating. So like yeah, there are platonic elements, but I say these two are operating as a more ambiguous, âsecret third thingâ. And especially after E10, I donât know where their pre-friendship progress stands going forward cause I see their relationship as the one that may need the most repairing post Friends & Family đ
hey anon! sorry for the delay answering this. i appreciate you dropping these bear thoughts in my inbox :)
iâm not sure what made you think i believe syd and carm are platonic? unless maybe you saw me tag something with âiâm a sydcarmy queer platonic truther.â if thatâs the case, let me assure you that puts me firmly in the âsecret third thingâ camp with you. basically, i think itâs likely carmy is on the asexual spectrum, and whatâs more âsecret third thingâ than a queer platonic relationship?
i agree with your reads on the other, clearer relationships between syd and the bear employees (tho i think thereâs also a mentor (syd)/mentee (tina) quality between syd and tina. and marcus obvi feels less platonic/more romantic towards syd)
as for syd and carmy⊠idk, itâs the most complicated dynamic on the show. i disagree that syd views carmy as âjust a guy she works withââthis is a guy she can be *creatively vulnerable* with, a colleague who has serious accolades who is telling her theyâre working at the same level. who is telling her out of all the high end chefs he knows, he wants to collaborate with her. like, he believes in her and her food so much that heâs made her his partner in all of this. and thatâs in addition to the crazy chemistry you reference! being a chef isnât just a job for them, itâs an artistic calling. collaborating like they do is more on par with a directing duo than people who just work together in the same department. they make each other better at their chosen art (like thatâs straight from under the table scene)
but i agree their friendship is.. in its infancy at the least lmao. and i think your reads for why syd is hesitant are correct. carmyâs only tryna get close and ask personal questions when theyâre cooking (because he doesnât know any other way to bond). that being said, besides her dad, sheâs never shown chilling with anyone outside of former or current coworkers. syd clearly forms great relationships with her coworkers, like you point out and as further evidenced by her food crawl in sundae. but itâs heavily implied that syd is just as addicted to work as carm, and might not have a huge circle she hangs out with regularly (yet another syd/carm parallel). sheâs got walls, like you say, and is shown to be uncomfortable with a lot of emotion (and can sometimes be a dick about it, like with mikeyâs hat <3 ). so thereâs allll that at play from sydâs end.
and i do agree that carmy views her as a close friend. i like that you point out everyone in carmyâs life except syd is an inherited relationship. thatâs SO TRUE. in general, carmy is really delayed and unaware when it comes to relationshipsâALL relationships, not just romantic. fak claims carmy and him are best friends but carm doesnât think so, or rather heâs not really sure. he hasnât had enough close friends to say. he thought mikey was his best friend, but then was frozen out and realized he knew nothing about him. he wants to be closer with syd, suggested the palate cleanser, which would have been a great way for syd and him to build their friendship, but then claire came along :\
i *am* super stoked to see where syd and carmâs relationship shakes out next season. like carmâs in suuuuch a bad place, and then syd is SOOO anxious about failing. i fear itâs going to get worse before it gets better⊠but i do think theyâre meant to be together in the best (secret third thing) way :)

I was gonna go on anon to ask this bc fear lol but do what scares you until it doesn't scare you ufeelme lmao ANYWAY
Do you have any guidance or advice to someone that has /never/ read fanfic but wants to start? I'm not really a shipper (outside of canon, anyway, like I love boblin but avoid the kids ships even if canon bc of the internet drama I've read. Obviously no judgment on my end, I just don't wanna be involved in it - that anxiety/ chronic stress life babey)
But I've been feeling like having scenes or stories to draw will be the next step in improving my art. I can draw the characters reasonably legible now so wanna draw them interacting with each other more! To encapsulate their dynamics and relationships with one another, any fanfic seems ideal for that! Otherwise I'd just be redrawing scenes and that's fine as is, but it's not necessarily enough? If that makes sense?
With all this in mind, I'm overwhelmed with the prospect of diving in without any knowledge on the fanfic/writing world whatsoever. As I only follow a small handful of writes, and you seem to be one of the most consistent/frequent, I would absolutely love and appreciate your help!
I understand this may either be an unnecessary amount of info, or just a lot/ an intense amount in general lmao, so you don't have to answer this! But I had to try somewhere đđđ I hope you understand! I'm sure you'll understand đđ€
Hello! Sorry for responding so late, work has been taking all of my spoons this weekend and I wanted to be sure I could answer this with the gusto you deserve. (Also I HELLA feel the "do what scares you until it doesn't", I need to start living by that more. Good on you, mate!) For what to read, my number one rule is if I don't think I'll enjoy the story I stay away. AO3's tagging systems is a freaking lifesaver for that imo as you can filter away a lot of stuff you don't want to see, like certain ships or genre tropes or even physical acts of affection/intimacy. Sometimes the summary of a story can also help you decide if it's something you would be interested in. And if there are certain things you DO want to see or certain characters or ships, you can exclusively look for stories that have them (like how I hang out almost exclusively in the Zeke x Tina tag on AO3 lol). Knowing what you do and don't like is crucial for this, though. If nothing else, you can just go onto the Bob's Burgers AO3 tag and scroll through the fics until you see something you want to try reading. And always remember that fanfic is supposed to be FUN, so if you start something and start to not like it there is no shame in clicking out. You are not obligated to keep reading something you don't like, not even if it's posted by someone you DO like. This is supposed to be a fun hobby, after all. I hope this helps you a little bit! And thank you so much for asking me about this, I feel honored. <3 Happy reading!
#pom answers#unclefathersantateddy#fanfic#i really hope this helps#and again so sorry for taking so long to answer orz#i'm such a turtle when it comes to answering asks i need to get better about it lol

what was tina and frederic Pardo's relationship like?
how did they meet?
Hi Anon, thank you very much for your question, and sorry for my late reply...
In a March 1967 article Tina recalls about her meeting with FrĂ©dĂ©ric Pardo: âWe met - says Tina - six months ago at a vernissage at FrĂ©dĂ©ricâs uncleâs gallery, on Boulevard Haussman, and for both of us it was a crushâ. So they met in October 1966 at FrĂ©dĂ©ric's uncle gallery.
Their relationship was really close, all of their friends thought they were soulmates, sharing jokes and understanding eachother without words, sadly it didn't last but they remained friends until his passing in 2005.
Frédéric Pardo was a shy guy and he didn't use any hard drugs, and although his paintings were really psychodelic, he was a very down to earth man. Tina, however, was getting a very different lifestyle and started to use hard drugs and their relationship fell apart. As they remained friends, he helped her to give up drugs, I guess they loved eachother very much until the end.
Frédéric Pardo had a relationship with actress Dominique Sanda after breaking up with Tina, and Tina felt really betrayed as Dominique Sanda was her fiend and... Dominique Sanda was previous married to Christian Marquand!! and she gave him a son called Yann who was born in 1972.
After Dominic Sanda, he married ThérÚsa Pardo, they met in the late 70s, she was a model of African origin and she appreciated Tina very much, in fact Tina was in her group of close-friends and she always welcomed her in dinners, celebrations, parties... she was never jealous of Tina because in her African culture polygamy was normal and she grew up with it. ThérÚsa said that Frédéric Pardo only was in love twice in his life, and his loves were Tina and herself, and as Tina was once Frédéric's love, ThérÚsa respected her for that.
Well, I know you asked me for Tina & Frédéric Pardo's relationship like, and I explained more things because I just find it interesting and I want people to know how things are/were, so I hope you like and appreciate my answer although is longer than I thought!!
Thank you so much for your question, and sorry fo my late reply!
