This better not be the last we see of Katsuki before this is over.

I'm going to be really bummed if it's like the third movie and they fight entirely separate battles, katsuki passes out, Izuku fights on, and they don't meet again until afterwards, likely in the hospital.

At least have Katsuki get to Izuku by the time he's wrapping up with Shigaraki

At least please have them maybe throwing a final punch together or something comparable, or having katsuki supporting izuku, there are so many ways it could happen,

At least have them passing out together on the battlefield, exhausted, bleeding, but victorious.

PLEASE AT LEAST HAVE THEM HAVE EVEN A SMALL CONVERSATION OR SAY SOMETHING TO EACH OTHER, PLEASE LET THEM TALK BEFORE ITS ALL OVER

If Ambrosius (movie ver.) lost his hearing in that blast, Ballister would immediately start learning sign language, even with all the beef between them, even after all that happened, even with a prosthetic that would probably make it harder to learn, he'd still do it no questions asked. Change my mind.

#I do wish Ambrosius was canonly disabled in the climax of the movie like in the comic #In addition to sorely needed representation of disabled people being happy and free #I think it was a really good resolution to his character arc #I mean its technically not canon-divergent to have him be deaf or hoh I don't think we see him have a conversation after the blast at all #or to have limited mobility in his arm/shoulder but I digress. wish we saw him with at least scars from the blast #i still love love the movie though #nimona #ambrosius goldenloin #goldenheart #ballister x ambrosius #ballister boldheart

#rwrb #i keep thinking how much i miss the stuff after storming the palace #the book stuff #like all the soft gentle bf stuff #and how that doesn't mean the movie is BAD it's just romcom books and romcom movies are formatted differently #in books the third act break up is usually p small on contrast to the rest #but in a movie that's the entire climax #and often they just get together at the v end #so with the movie we just skip past the MONTHS after texas #remember texas happens in september. the election is in nov. that's two months we breeze past where they're in an established relationship #and i love what we do see but i wish so much there has been another montage of emails after too #i DO think there is gonna be a sequel and i'll eat my words but #just thinking abt how books and movies are different mediums

Watched Mutant Mayhem! It's pretty good, didn't re-write my brain chemistry or anything, but it does some novel stuff that I thought was interesting.

My only advice is to not watch it in 3D, lmao, it actively detracts from the experience

now listen. u know i would rather die than post five nearly-uninterrupted minutes of a fight scene. so take that into consideration.

#I wish I had known about bt when atsushi was still around:( like #getting into them so much has been like a source of happiness and comfort this year #but then I feel kind of bad because the reason I found out about them is because someone died #for a while it was just one of those things that’s like yeah #sometimes an artist dies and that’s how you find out about their stuff #and it’s nice for people to continue discovering and loving someone’s art after they’re gone #but I’ve been feeling more sad about that lately #like I’ve never found a band that’s just felt so much like My thing before #there’s plenty of bands and songs I love but #I’ve never really gotten this obsessed or invested in a specific band #so part of me wishes I had discovered them sooner or heard about them under better circumstances #and not cause I happened to be scrolling through tumblr during work and #saw goth blogs I follow posting memorial stuff #it feels kind of spooky and morbid too because I had been #thinking lately I wanted to find some goth bands from japan #if I had actually gotten around to doing the research I probably would have started listening to them #so it was weird timing #and I was showing my dad the climax together tour and he was kind of #lamenting that he had never heard of them when he was younger because he would have gotten so into their music #like. ah if my dad had any exposure to japanese rock when he was younger #I definitely would have grown up listening to a lot of buck-tick #and der zibet too probably #I was watching dz concert videos late last night #and issay was so cute and lively and full of energy #and then I thought about how he died in some accident and I started feeling upset #especially since one of my favorite movie actors died in a pretty horrific freak accident #it’s like I’d rather just not think about what might’ve happened (since there weren’t really public details)#anyway I’m just kind of like. having complicated feelings about all of it #different than sadness and grief I’ve felt over artists in the pass since it was all postmortem that I knew about them

They’d all snuck in a back entrance, both to avoid any attention from Caleb’s people, but also to avoid the crowds. It had been a lot easier than Julie expected honestly. One of Willie’s high school best friends worked there and got permission to buzz them in. All Julie and her brothers had to do was throw on some hats and sunglasses and no one gave them a second glance.

#climax 2018 #the dancing was amazing ofc. that's why i wanted to watch in the first place #the way the dancing was filmed was incredible #the way everything was filmed actually #now im reading about the film and every part of its production is blowing my mind #what do you MEAN there was no script and all the dancers were improvising? what do you MEAN gaspar figured the story out as he went?#WHAT DO YOU MEAN ONE CONTINUOUS 42-MINUTE TAKE THAT'S HALF THE FUCKING MOVIE #not even doing those birdman cut tricks? like wowwwww #side note most of the dancers were voguers and krumpers but there were two waackers there and WERK love to see some waacking!#i recognized one of them - her name is Mounia and she is a beautiful waacker. and in climax she is EVIL and i LOVE IT
