Listen idk if it’s because I’m really emotional right now, but can we take a moment to appreciate Echo? I love that man so much he is so dear to me. Despite everything he’s been through, he’s still so genuinely kind and good, but is still the same badass we all know him as. He has so much fight in him, but can also admit when he’s wrong and apologize and move forward with a desire to do better. He’s hilarious but can also be so serious. He’s lost so much and so many people. He allows himself to feel his grief. He’s so loyal. He has strong convictions but isn’t afraid to be challenged and questioned. He’s a tough as nails, badass ARC trooper who can be so gentle and caring with kids, especially with Omega, but also encourages her chaotic streak. Just…Echo man.

Art study but make it Bridgewater✨

Suddenly I’ve been wanting to do an art study so my brain decided that the best thing to do while making an art study was to draw Jeremy Bradshaw so here you go 🫶 (It’s 4am now so yeah it was such an impulsive decision jdjdjdjd)

As always he has his little ace badge (Jeremy being ace soothes my heart so much) and the little Bridgewater hiking club badge (which is the design of the official merch! Crying in not have been able to buy it when it was available so I love to put it everywhere) and I did grey hair around Jeremy’s temple because I thought that it was a neat addition to his physical appearance!

The art study was around the art of the American artist J. C. Leyendecker, and as a lot of people I really love his art style! It’s my first serious art study so I tried to look at a lot of his characters and see how he was functioning in terms of shading and colours (I think it made me bolder in terms colour for this piece so that worked super well), the part I struggled the most was the hair but for a first try I won’t complain!!

This Leyendecker piece was the main model/inspo for the fanart and then I adapted it to make Jeremy!

And I know this is the third Bridgewater drawing I post today JDVDJDJD the brainrot is real what can I say /lh /j

OMG the last one.

The last one is literally one of the least insane things that happen in the story of Cú Chulainn. Like in context it almost makes sense.

(In case you haven't heard: Sétanta, which is his birth name, wanted to get to the king's party, but came late and was barred from entering his house by said king's favourite dog. He got into a fight with the animal and accidentally killed it, for which he felt so bad he agreed to replace said dog by himself. Hence his name Cú Chulainn, which means "the dog of Culainn" - said king's name.)
