see whenever i think about the dynamic of tfw2.0 as a Weird Family (think Addams meets the Sawyers if you would) i think specifically about how sam dean and cas react/respond to jack going off and doin things — attempted strangling, telekinetic torture-murder & double cannibalism, to name a few. of course they aren’t going to respond to it like normal people but it still, to me anyways, sets this sort of precedent for their dynamic.

I mean when they found out jack had been eating raw human hearts (and cas even witnessed footage of him ripping it out of a guys chest mind you) it felt more like they just found out their kid smokes weed and he’s desperately trying to convince them it was for anxiety and not just recreational drug use lmao. dean did the angel equivalent of spraying water at him for nearly strangling someone else and attacking cas to boot.

I really adore the casually prioritized importance of friendships in the new Twisters movie. Like obviously there were sparks of romance that i thoroughly enjoyed but the point is that that was never the point. The way that Javi and Kate took care of each other and looked out for each other even when they were fighting. The way the whole tornado wranglers crew acted like family and welcomed Kate right in. The way Tyler was genuinely interested in getting to know Kate and working together with her. There was no big fight between Javi and Tyler over Kate or anybody else. Kate spent the whole movie processing a lot of trauma and was able to be supported by the friends surrounding her instead of having all of her interactions stopped up with an intense budding romance. I just really love it when friendship and people are the most important things.

Logan with someone who doesn't moan easily. He would take it as a challenge to make those pretty sounds leave your lips. Either willingly or forced, he'll pull something out.

"I know you can baby, come on—", he'd growl. His hand moving between your legs. The most he has heard in the last 20 minutes is your heavy breathing, as much as that satisfies him, and you. He needed more.

His fingers worked. Slow at first, drawing tight circles until the slick noises filled the empty air. His thick fingers making your breath hitch at first before a shaky exhale. Not good enough.

Then his fingers would start to get faster. Dragging, pressing them against your inner walls before plunging them again. He was not gonna drop this. He needed his sweet girl to make noises.

Finally, soft whispers would leave your lips. Of his name, said like a chant. In rows, over and over before you crumble. But his hands still moving. Making your hips squirm off of the bed. The grip on the pillow leaving to dig into his wrist, trying to push it away. To get a moment to calm down.

Your eyes opening to look up at him, his eyes fixed on yours. Determined. You can already feel the tight pull again. Your brows furrowed. Your body still sensitive, not given a moment to relax.

Finally— a soft mewl leaving your lips. He knew he could get you. It was small, quiet but he heard it. Pulling the pleasure out of you for the second time. This time, soft noises came out along with your heavy breaths.

It was like opening treasure for Logan and he wasn't stopping until his beautiful girls voice was echoing the closed walls.

how it represents a safe passage forward from Death, and more broadly it symbolises the idea of a personal, individual to each person Heaven;

how the person usually isn't as directly lit as Edwin here, but from a side?

and how, when Charles looks at Edwin with the slightest smile and utter conviction in his eyes, Edwin is completely bathed in blue?

and. how Edwin, dead on a technical error, never got to see where his soul really belonged when it comes to his afterlife— and yet it's doubtless, from this shot alone, what his original destination would be.
