About the Damon Baker x Kris Gustin photo session and what it means to me as a queer artist obsessed with Joker Out
Note, this is not me trying to look smart and trying to talk about someone else's art pieces, although my dearest Daria made a small analysis on the Kris-Bojan set that I found very interesting, and it is interesting that these are a somewhat subjective views of Bojan and Kris's souls, or at least a visual representation of themselves as people. In any case, this is, if anything, an overview of what these art pieces make me feel and their significance to me.
First I must admit, as an artist, that these photos are beautiful and actually hold a lot of artistic value from my perspective. I think these should be seen as pieces of art and must be perceived in a different way than other Joker Out photos. However it is still very interesting how much these photos actually talk about the subject: these pieces are an exploration of Kris Gustin, the person portrayed, and I've honestly never have seen portraits that explore the nature of the subject in such a personal manner. Kris is displayed in a subjective, intimate way, whether how Damon sees him or how Kris himself sees himself deep down. I'm sure more elaborate and accurate explanations of Damon's art can be found online, as I actually didn't know of his work until now, but as I was able to read he focus a lot on the intimacy of the subject.
Anyways, there's a clear theme this session follows: femeninity and vulnerability. The usage of visible makeup (a first time for Kris on camera if I'm aware), the flowers, the exposed skin, the cloth (a typical femenine piece of clothing on Balkan/Slavic cultures), I think they were all choices to purposefully provide a more femenine vision of Kris. But he still allows himself to do poses similar to those I've seen him do before, there's still a hint of the Kris I know, his posing flows naturally and doesn't feel forced because this is just a natural extension of what he is, this is a natural exploration of his most femenine side, he is simply letting himself flow.
I think we all know Kris seems to be a man with a complex relationship with normative gender roles. Even as a cishet man he has this appearance and mannerisms that can be more related to a more "femenine" convention of gender and I have always wondered if he has ever struggled with this, and that if he has ever felt forced to keep the normative conventions of what a man should be. Things like asking to have his hair cut shorter after being called a girl when he was a child, or denying to be put makeup on by fans, he sometimes tried to run away from things that could be perceived as "feminine", maybe out of insecurity, maybe out of fear.
But there he is,
Glitter on his eyes,
Flower in his head,
Embracing himself.
I am a person with a complex relationship with gender roles. I was born a woman. I am short and tiny and have feminine features that simply cannot be ignored. I will forever be perceived as a woman by the people around me. I look like a girl, I have long hair because I am not allowed to have it short and I wear women's clothes. And while I don't want to be a girl, my relationship with femininity is actually very strong. I like pretty things, I like sparkles and pink, I like everything girly, I like girls. I've been told it's stupid to perceive myself as a guy since I look so girly, since I like so many girly things, and in times I don't feel I have deserved the masculine pronouns I use and my neutral name I've given myself (the ones I can only use online out of fear).
So I try to put some sense into it. I draw girly things because I like girly things. I draw men because I want to be like men. I draw men in pretty soft pinks and sparkles and sequins because that's what I am.
And I've found a safe place in Kris, with his non conforming masculinity that more often than not becomes femininity. As many other people like me, I like him because he helps me put sense to my feelings. I draw him in soft pastels and pretty clothes and delicate features because in my mind, if a man like him can be allowed to be femenine, then I can allow myself to feel the way I feel too. I can allow myself to simply not fit any binary gender convention, and I can allow myself to be myself. I like Kris because I find a part of me in himself, I relate to him and I see myself in his eyes. It is a complex relationship where I don't necessarily like him because I find him attractive, I am not actually sexually attracted to him; I see myself in him, in my own little weird way. I have distorted my own reality to make my own perception of him fit my needs. This is why I draw him the way I draw him. And perhaps that's why so many praise how I draw Kris. It is unique because it's personal. And I know he doesn't necessarily see himself this way, at least not in the degree I do. My Kris talks much more about how I see myself than how I see him. The way I draw Kris represents myself. My Kris is myself.
So when I saw him in this session, with the glimpse and the passion and the attitude I draw him like, it felt special.
"He looks like my art" I told myself. "He's seen himself the way I see him."
This is Kris,
This is my Kris,
This is me.
So I'm very thankful for Kris trying to open himself, and embracing this vulnerable side of him I purposefully push into the narrative of my art. He called these "therapy sessions", so I can't help but wonder if these have been helpful to him, if he has found something about him, if he has learnt to accept himself the way he is. He has helped me cope with complicated subjects of my life, and I cling to him to keep with life. He is my special little obsession that keeps me alive. So I can't help but sometimes wonder if he's happy, If he's loved, if he's content with himself.
And I think this exploration of himself will be very helpful to his soul. I am very proud of him, I am hopeful for his future, and I wish him the best.
I love you, my muse, and thank you for allowing yourself to see you with my own eyes.

[ENG SUB] Bojan Cvjetićanin on Val 202 (13.11.2024)
Transcript and translation by @chaosofsmarty, review and subtitles by a member of JokerOutSubs, proofread by @flowerlotus8
Watch the video with on our Youtube:
youtube
Transcript below the cut 👇
Host: It's 22 minutes till eight or 46 and a half hours till the release of Joker Out's new, third album, and on Monday I caught up with Bojan Cvjetićanin, the band's singer. And the story of Joker Out before the third album can be divided into the time before and after Eurovision, because after that final performance, things started happening really quickly.
Bojan: I mean, before Eurovision, our aspirations were to try breaking into the Balkans, in whichever form it would be, we didn't dare think much about going abroad. When our duet with Elvis Costello happened, we started thinking in that direction, that maybe we could go for, for example, English speaking markets or not Slovenian or Balkan ones. But there were no real steps made in that direction, and now our plans absolutely involve more than just Slovenia and the Balkans, but it all has to be part of one story, Europe is now definitely part of the regular repertoire, I'd say. Last year, or this year, we had three offers for a small tour across Australia, which we, unfortunately, couldn't accept, because we fortunately wanted to finish this album. We had a concert in New York booked, but we had to cancel it because we couldn't get work visas fast enough, because everything happened very ad hoc. So, there were offers, there are options, I believe that honestly, I don't think we have any sort of megalomania or an abnormal wish for success or hunger. We just want to keep making music that we like and play it to the people who like it, the future will show how far it reaches, but I don't want to force anything.
Bojan from Joker Out on Val 202, 'Souvenir Pop', the third album, will be released to the people on Friday early in the morning, and is, after the initial listen, a rollercoaster of genres, emotions and languages.
I saw now, during the creation of this album, that it can really turn us around, take us in a wholly other direction than the one planned, and it was quite a tumultuous experience of creating this album, so I'm not worried that emotions and ideas for the fourth one would be running low, the only thing I'm scared of is this rollercoaster, how quick it can spin and how many languages we intend to add and such.
How much privacy is in the songs we've not heard yet?
A lot, in some songs there's a lot of contemplation about privacies that were stolen from some people. There's a lot... Yeah, I'd say quite a lot, the album is very introspective in general.
'Souvenir Pop' out on Friday morning, that was Bojan Cvjetićanin, singer of the band Joker Out, and the album will include 'Stephanie'.

your friendly neighborhood "hung nace agenda" enthusiast 🙏here, asking all the important questions. such as, do you think martin still checks in on his boys every now and then, just to make sure they're all taken care of? I'm sure he's heard nothing but good things from them about nace and doesn't have any worries. but maybe when he's in town he gets to see how nace "performs", just to make sure...
what a wonderful idea! of course Nace took up the mantle of looking after the Jokers. Someone had to keep them all in line.
(NSFW under the cut)
Bojan is always a little performer, playing up his sensuality to an audience, touching himself, thrusting his hips, letting his tongue out to pant like a dog as he sings his heart out. He’s so very aware of the eyes always on him.
However the best way to make Bojan forget he’s being watched is to have his mind consumed by pleasure, all thoughts of performing squirting out of his ears faster that the precum dripping out of his dick as Nace fucks him.
“I see I had nothing to worry about,” Martin muses from the chair, stroking his cock absentmindedly as he watches Nace take care of their little singer. Bojan whimpers loudly as Nace pushes harder, deeper, growling against his neck.
“You trained him to take dick like a slut, I should be thanking you,” Nace laughs as Bojan clenches and tightens around him, proving Nace’s point by moaning high and loud, a moan to rival even the best pornstars. He’s cock drunk and happy, clenching around Nace’s dick with every movement he makes. He hasn’t cum yet but it doesn’t matter, there’s already Martin’s load from earlier rising up and running down Bojan’s thighs when Nace pulls out of him.
“Does Nace take good care of you Bojan?” Martin purrs from his chair, his cock long and hard in his hand.
He gets a slurred “uh-huh” in response, Bojan grinning happily as Nace kisses down his spine.
“Good. Now be a good boy and go get Jan, I want to see if it’s true that Nace managed to tame the little hipster brat.”

Gig report: Joker Out at Tvornica Kulture, Zagreb 12.03.24
I had a good feeling about Zagreb from the moment I saw the queue in the morning. I arrived around 6.40 and was the fourth person to show up. In my previous experiences the concerts where I’d gotten a number lower than 20 have been the most intimate and memorable plus where the queue is the most chill feeling much more like a big group of friends hanging out.
I was happy to have a low number for sure but at the same time I cannot help feeling relieved that I wasn’t the first. Admittedly, I don’t feel comfortable with taking on the responsibility of being line organizer. Jokes on me it seems. None of us were comfortable with the leadership role yet loved the number system enough to keep It, so I ended up being the one walking around keeping up with the numbers now I was already giving out stickers. That later turned into me organizing the line as well.
I will say for my first time it could have gone way worse especially since I kept getting told that the Balkans are disorganized and hates queuing. It was not a problem-free experience, and you could definitely feel the stress getting to me (but I am also an open book when it comes to my emotions) yet with the help of some helpful Croatians we got the people to form two lines relatively easily and without anybody – that I know of – pushing or making trouble. The most trouble we had was that at one point during the day somebody noticed the joker out car parking by the other entrance and followed the band inside. From what I gather they were quickly thrown out again.
After the line(s) were formed the three people in front of me for early entry decided I should be first to show gratitude for the – in their words – great work I’ve done (I feel so honored). Having to be first was both so cool yet nerve wrecking since I felt the pressure to set a good example of how to behave getting in the door.
Safe to say I got myself a spot at the barricade where the first thing I did was to take off six layers of shirts (a hoodie and then t-shirts I’d made for each bandmember). Then when the guys arrived, I tried to get the attention of just any one of them and the person ended up noticing my yelling and my sign was Bojan. He gestured to me to hand over the shirts which meant that since the barricade was a meter from the stage, I tossed the shirts right into his arms. The look of bewilderment on his face catching the big ball of cotton was priceless! He had to put them to the side to continue the soundcheck (hard to sing with the hands clutching t-shirts) and I was sure that would be the end of it. In my defense, my last soundcheck experience where I’d gifted the boys a pencilcase full of keychains and stickers, I didn’t get to witness them open it or heard anything about it afterwards so I had no reason to expect the guys would even acknowledge my gift. (below: Bojan with his hand full of shirts during soundcheck, unedited)
During soundcheck we got two and a half song instead of the promised one. A few people in the queue had been wishing for specific songs out loud so the rest of us aided them by chanting for Bele Sanje, Barve Oceana and Sunny Side of London (all songs we ended up getting).
Me being starved for intense Bojan eye contact searched his eye at one point which he noticed. Locking eyes, he made a little nod which I took as him asking me if I had wanted us to have this intense stare down, so I just smiled and nodded back. I must have misread our silent interaction however, because he came to me, hand outstretched and gave me a guitar pick!!! (not that I’m complaining!!!)
Nace, precious boy, went around afterwards to hug people at the barricade so I went into my pocket and found five stickers for him. He sounded a bit apologetic and stuck between wanting to please us and running backstage so to not be late. He kept saying things like ‘I really need to go’ and ‘sorry I don’t have time’ but the fact he decided to do this little gesture anyways was very sweet. All this to say, I don’t blame him for his reaction to my stickers (saying ‘oh more stickers’ in a tone that seemed low on any form of emotion). I should – and am – just happy he actually took the stickers in the first place … and also, he gave me a hug, so that made up for it /j.
After that lovely soundcheck somebody behind me pointed out that Kris had taken a picture of my shirt and shared it on IG!! For context Kris is probably the member I would least expect to notice me, so this felt big!!! Now I started to feel semi anxious since it occurred to me that the boys HAD indeed taken the time to look at the shirts and so there was a chance, they’d wear them at some point. In my mind that ‘some point’ would be somewhere in the future but another fan made me hopeful for the possibility that they might choose to wear the shirts tonight.
However first we had MRFY entertain us on stage, and they were a vibe. I loved their silly costumes and the frontman’s fluffy blue guitar.
After their set the music started building up, and I felt the adrenaline kicking in. And yet despite everything, I was indeed not prepared. Seeing Jure with my scribbles on his body I fell to the ground screaming only to get up confused the next second because it was not the shirt, I’d expected Jure to wear: instead of his own face he wore the face of Bojan. Everything clicked when Bojan ran tumbling in with his arms outstretched and I saw that he wore Jure’s shirt. With no sleeves on either none the less but honestly I think they look better this way!!
Safe to say the concert was up to an insane start for me. So let’s get to the songs one by one (you’ll understand how I can do this later):
Muzika za Decu started out the set and I will say it’s a great opener – good to get people to sing along and the energy was contagious!! NGVOT without Kris on lead was a strange experience (let the boy sing his own song, gosh darnit!!). I hadn’t expected to be this hype for Stephanie but having Jure fooling around with a boombox made me wonderfully giddy. And also the fact I could now see him and Bojan interact with my shirts on full display for everybody to see and take photos/pictures of. (below: Jure and Bojan in "the shirts" during Stephanie, unedited)
After an adorable Bojan-Kiki hug (I think it was Kiki’s birthday? I remember we sang the happy birthday melody to him?) and a good few of the greatest hits (Tokio, Ona and VDG) we got our next taste of a new song live, Ako Toga Više Neće Biti, where Jan joined behind the piano (had not expected that for this song but oh well, it sounded good!). Then it was time to my favourite angst song (Everybody’s Waiting) before Bojan started making frames with his hands. What I gathered from my limited – cough nonexistent – serbian vocabulary, he was talking about having to look picture perfect and how that fits with the next song aka Plastika.
Katrina gave way into Mesto Duhov and as I had expected the song slaps live!! Especially the ‘papapapa’. Bojan got an acoustic guitar partway through the song and got us to play with the dynamics of the crowd’s singalong (or maybe more correctly put it; our volume) which was fun. The combination of Sonce and Vse Kar Vem hit hard especially for the person right behind me. She was so touched that she cried: I turned around and gave her a hug which I am not sure if helped or not. Gola sounded lovely as usual.
Another unfair pairing was Lips and Demoni since both featured Bojan being possessed by his inner growling beast and dang it gave me weak knees (almost as weak as those few more times I caught his eyes and felt my legs sink to the floor – oh and Nace held my eyes and smiled so heartwarmingly I started happy stimming. Jan and I had a fun little nonverbal interaction of cunty head movements so that was fun too). Speaking of cunt, Sta Bih Ja was just as county as always – I love seeing Bojan being so dramatic during this song!!!! I was surprised that we got Omamljeno Telo after that, but it fit the cunty vibe for sure.
Ne Bi Smel with Jure in front was also great and then we got to Carpe Diem. Everything seemed great until I realized that the boys had kind of wrapped up their set without having played Bluza!!! That didn’t seem right to me, especially since they had promised to play all the new songs for us on this tour. Luckily they went back for an encore containing three more outings, the first being my beloved Bluza. It is definitely different where the new version had Jan on keys and Bojan not playing around with the notes as much in the chorus yet I still enjoyed hearing it.
Umazane Misli was Umazane Misli – ngl I spend most of my time during the song tailing the guys still on stage to see what shenanigans they were up to while Bojan went to do karaoke with people. In best Joker Out fashion we ended with Novi Val where Bojan suddenly went away (I later learned he’d taken a selfie) leaving the other four to bathe in the spotlight. (below: Joker Out "ending" their set after Carpe Diem ... only to come back for an encore, unedited)
All in all the set was jam packed and omg people were generous with their gifts – I am so happy that most of the things thrown on stage were plushies and if people wanted the chance to gift them something more sturdy like sunglasses or bracelets that was given by hand. Not that I can say anything given my behavior at soundcheck.
I didn’t even try to get a setlist today. Instead, I went towards the merch to check out the goods and to hope to be near when the boys hopefully would come out to stamp us. There was some confusion about where to go but then we noticed two rows being made in front of security, so after paying for a shirt and a cd I went down in the back of one of these queues. Bojan also found his trumpet and played some notes for us (starting to sound pretty good!) yet I was too far back to actually see him.
I had taken my Bluza shirt off in hopes of getting it stamped and as soon I was in front the guys I immediately blurted out that I was the one making the shirts and when they acted positively to that information, I showed Bojan the ‘are you’ tattoo. He seemed very happy and seemed to recognize it from somewhere (although there is no way he could have, unless the sneaky bastard actually saw my story of it back in august without letting me know!!) He, Nace and I am pretty sure at least one more member – but I cannot recall who – giggly ‘are you’ed me when seeing the tattoo and I was so taken aback I blanked for a few seconds. Because of this I only managed to get three stamps before being thrown out by security (I guess the minute I took speaking with the guys was too long). The boys shouted ‘thank you for the shirts’ after me.
When the stamping was over another security person went to me and the fan I was talking to and handed us some setlists the band must’ve had in the back (the whole thing of the guy singling me out to gift the setlist to was what mostly threw me off but in a good way). Then the joker out car was driven up all the way up to the door where the guys immediately jumped inside after half a second of waving at us (all except Nace who took a few seconds to wave after I bid him goodbye). It was weird the windows of the car were see-through so we could see them sit down and fumble with the light inside before driving off.
As it often happens after a gig, we were a group hanging out just to gather our thoughts when we suddenly noticed Kiki moving around. One of the people in our group really wanted to talk with him yet was unsure how to approach him so I took the initiative to go and say hi. We got to chat a bit about the show and the tour where I sneaked in some ‘maybe consider denmark’ propaganda. Being prompted by another fan I also randomly started sharing the story about how I’ve been on stage with Käärijä two months before. After a good long talk – and a few pictures- we said goodbye to Kiki and later we also thanked Vita for the show when she got into the van. With the last of the crew driving off we finally dismantled the group and went home (none of us had wanted the day to end). I managed to get two hours of sleep before having to travel home to Denmark. Writing this I have a bit of a post-concert cold but otherwise I feel great and blessed once again. (below: me and Kiki, unedited)
Underneath here I’ve added a picture of all the merch, freebies and souvenirs I got from this trip. The Zagreb magnet is from Sunday when I went to a Christmas market around the capital while everything saying Slovenia or Ljubjana was from Monday where I had half a day in Joker Out’s city being a silly tourist. I also got a sticker for the Ljubjana gig the week before yet I can’t seem to find it so that sucks a bit. Thank you to everybody who gave me things whether it was a bracelet, a smile, a good conversation or in other ways contributed to me having a great time. I love you and here’s to hopefully more Joker Out gigs to come!! (don't mind it being upside down :'D)

THIS NIGHT I DREAMT I WAS AT A JOKER OUT CONCERT AND SUDDENLY BOJAN FULLY KISSED KRIS ON THE MOUTH FOR AT LEAST 5 FULL SECONDS AND I DIDNT REALIZE IT WAS A DREAM UP UNTILL NOW
Heres what happened:
Kris was on jan and naces side (idk where they went tho, they werent there) And he was just there playing his guitar, really feeling it like he does. Bojan walked over to this side aswell, he came really close to kris and then suddenly he kissed him while the lights were turning from blue to pink almost in slowmotion. Bojan was cupping kris’ face and kris was surprised at first but soon followed by running his hand through bojans hair and keeping his hand there. And thats all i remember 🥴

22 for bojere :)
Thank you for your ask!
22: In a rush of adrenaline.
Ruisrock 2024:
Jere put on his bolero and walked onstage while pouring some ice cold water all over himself. The cold water ran down his face, tits, tummy, all over the place. The crowd cheered as they heard the first notes of Cha Cha Cha play and saw Jere walk on stage. Jere started to sing. He turned around and noticed that the Joker Out guys were not in the VIP area. He brushed it off and continued to perform. After the second bridge, the dancers left the stage and Jere was confused as fuck. This is where they had to do the centipede. Well, the dancers were replaced by five sexy Slovenian guys. Jere's heart fluttered when he saw Bojan walk onstage. He was wearing the lacy slut shirt that he had left at Jere's apartment and some tight slacks that hugged his ass and his hips nicely. The centipede was formed. Jure was in front, and then Kris, and then Jan, and then Nace, and then Bojan. Jere rode Bojan and to fuck around with the fandom, each Joker Out guy moaned and made Bojan's sexual face from Tavastia and Bojan followed suit as he pushed his hips up where Jere was riding him. Once Jere got off, the guys stayed onstage with Jere to finish Cha Cha Cha. Jere was flirting with Bojan onstage, touched him, and kissed his neck. Once he rapped the final Cha, Cha, Cha, Cha, Cha, Cha, He left out the last Cha, and since he felt an adrenaline rush, he French kissed Bojan onstage. Bojan was surprised and didn't know what to do. The rest of Joker Out weren't surprised and Jan and Nace were happy that they could mark this spot on their Bojere bingo card. The Joker Out guys walked off stage while waving as Jere was thanking the crowd.
He realized what happened and saw that Bojan wasn't inside and he ran.
"Bojan!! Bojan!!" He called out backstage. He kept running to find Bojan. He caught Jan and Nace nearly having sex from their steamy makeout as Jan was sucking Nace's neck in the corner and interrupted them. (So that's why he wears turtlenecks, Jere thought.)
"Hey, sori Jan and Nayce, but you seen The Bojan?" Jere asked.
"Not really. Sorry Jerč. " Jan said.
Nace remembered he saw Bojan run somewhere.
"I think he went that way." Nace said as he pointed a certain direction.
"Kiitos." Jere said and ran.
"thank you guys!" Jere said and continued to run. He ran until he finally found Bojan.
"Bojan! I looking all over for you, yes. Can I talk to you for a second?" Jere said
Bojan nodded. Jere took a deep breath and turned to face Bojan.
"I know you been keeping your distance, but I really like you, Bojan," Jere confessed. "I can't stop thinking about you."
Bojan felt his heart pounding in his chest. He had always been attracted to Jere but had been too afraid to act on his feelings. Now, with the adrenaline from the performance still coursing through his veins, he knew he couldn't deny his feelings any longer. "I like you too, Jere," Bojan admitted.
Without hesitation, Jere leaned in and kissed Bojan. The kiss was passionate and full of pent-up desire. Bojan wrapped his arms around Jere, pulling him closer, and returned the kiss with equal intensity.
As they parted, they both felt a sense of relief and happiness. They knew that this moment marked the beginning of something new and exciting between them. And even though they came from different worlds, they were united by their love for music and each other.
From that day forward, Jere and Bojan started dating, and their relationship grew stronger with each passing day. They learned to navigate the challenges of their different cultures and languages, finding comfort and solace in each other's arms. And as they continued to perform together, they cherished the memories of their first kiss backstage at Ruisrock, fueled by the rush of adrenaline and the power of their love.

@mitamicah this is very cursed, very stupid and very very low effort that i don't even know if it's funny or just dumb.
joker out wonka AU i guess.
The three wonka’s were famous for their factory. Unimaginable delights trickled out of their door and their creators just as mysterious as the secrets of the sweets they produced. All that was known was the three had made their fortunes together, being the greatest candy makers anyone had know.
Nace Jordan was a strange child. Mostly because he was not a child but a 29 year old man who lived with his good friend Kris who despite being 23 was lovingly called grandpa. He’s earned the nickname through an incredibly complex story of running gags, a weird roommate relationship a brief time in the circus and three different cats named steve. If I were to tell you the whole story it would end up an entirely different fanfiction.
The wonka factory had been sitting abandoned for many years. Everyone assumed the creators were dead, no children of their own or shady lawyers to pass on the empire of chocolate to. Then one day smoke started billowing out from the candy cane stripped smoke stacks and trucks began filing out of the factory once more. The town below was abuzz with excitement especially after there was an announcement. A video that claimed 5 golden tickets were to be won for a tour of the factory and a very special prize at the end.
Kris was dirt poor and Nace was dirt poorer. They lived in what was not legally a house and at night they would burn their own armpit hair to stay warm. It didn’t keep the fire going very long and really they should have used wood but that sounded less pathetic and sad.
One day Nace came home after had earned his paycheck at the miserable child orphanage (the owner’s name was Mr Miserable and the orphanage was the happiest place in the whole town with people flying in from all over the country to adopt little children from it’s doors because they were just that happy and well behaved). He found Kris eating a chocolate bar.
“I stole it from the weird freak on the street corner.” kris explained.
“steal-from steve?” Nace confirmed. Everyone stole from steal-from steve. It wasn’t even a crime anymore.
Kris then reached into his bag and pulled out another chocolate bar and handed it to nace, smiling sweetly at the way his eyes lit up.
“Happy birthday” he said.
Nace took the bar and held it like a newborn. It was a precious thing. Delicious and wonderful and just the thing to bring some joy into their poor, moneyless lives. He unwrapped the chocolate bar and couldn’t believe his eyes and the sight of a pure gold piece of paper. It was actual solid gold. Surprisingly heavy and as a result to compensate there was much less chocolate in the bar than in Kris’s. Nace pouted at the lack of chocolate.
“oh my god we’re going to tour the factory!” Kris beamed, pulling Nace out of his stupor and together they danced and cheered into the night, their excitement keeping them warm even when the fire died out.
The day of the factory tour came and the pair eagerly waited at the golden front entrance. Nace was allowed 1 person to accompany him. The others that had won was a finnish man with his friend who was also a finnish man and some other irrelevant people who I know you don’t care about because this is a really stupid story.
Finally the doors opened and ther before them stood the Wonkas. The first was a man with a mess of shoulder length black hair and a trimmed black beard. His wore a velvet suit with tails, lime green pants, a fancy black top hat and a shiny black cane. An led screen behind them (because they wanted to make sure the gathered crowd knew who they were) displayed the name JAN WONKA in big bold letters with little fireworks behind it.
The next Wonka was BOJAN WONKA according to the screen. His coat was a rich red with a much neater brown top hat and a colourfuly patterned cravat around his throat. He was shorter than Jan, with brown hair and a grey streak that fell out from under the top hat.
The final Wonka was JURE WONKA. His coat was bright purple, sensible brown pants and bright blonde hair stuck out from beneath the light brown top hat. He was easily the cutest of the Wonka’s and the author has no personal bias in that description whatsoever that is just how he is.
Then the author got bored and decided to not write anymore but you know the plot anyway.
#why did i write this i have no idea#sorry it is terrible i swear i can actually write i was just being stupid for this#i made myself laugh sometimes

📝 ENG Translation: Joker Out: "We perform only for a loud audience".
Article from City Magazine, Serbia.
ENG Translation:
We perform only for a loud audience
Loud, fun, with dancing and a pinch of sequins
We don’t remember when a band jumped several levels of the music scene so quickly, and flew into the most popular in the region ,like the Slovenian band Joker Out.
The popular Slovenians sold out a concert at Dom Omladine in just a few hours, so another date had to be added. Belgrade will welcome them on the 2nd and 3rd of November.
The guys are still on the fence about their fans, when the female fans throw teddy bears on stage, as well as bras. Their audience consists of girls of various ages, but even the parents have heard about them after this year’s Eurovision, when the guys won the hearts of Serbia, which in return gave them 12 points.
Even though it seems to us that everything happened quickly, the band’s frontman Bojan Cvjetićanin didn’t agree with us and told us they’ve been performing at this level for a few years already.
From here we started our short interview, before he and the band ran onto the stage in Belgrade and had an absolute blast.
“In Slovenia we’ve been working at a very high level as a band for at least two or three years already. But we’re still proud of how we’re leading the whole band. We’ve gathered a team that’s like a family to us, so we’re all trying to do things to keep that childish enthusiasm to the max. We’re still very happy and smiling children.” Bojan tells us and continues on that he knows he’s still a “happy child”.
“Even now, when we get to the soundcheck, I behave the same as when everything started. We run out of the van, set up our equipment, joke around, consult with the sound engineers… ”
I asked him what they do when they’re not rock’n’roll stars, but the rock’n’roll star got a little embarrassed at that. However, I asked him to be serious, because it wasn’t me who filled the space in front of the main stage at Arsenal fest this summer, but him.
“We really hang out a lot, and when we’re free, outside of gigs, we spend time together. We love to go fishing.” answers Cvjetićanin and adds what everyone always asks of him; what ‘Carpe diem’, from the name of their biggest hit, means to them.
“All of that time spent together, when we always have new ideas, and where we’re never bored, which also represents a part of that childish enthusiasm. Carpe diem, that’s our day when we’re together.”
A serious career in the west is opening for the guys. In addition to their notable Eurovision performance, this year they collaborated with the famous Elvis Costello. Because of this, and the quality and popularity of their songs, they had a nearly sold out tour in Great Britain, as well as Poland and Scandinavia.
“We haven’t really considered collaborations, with Elvis it came organically. He’s a big inspiration as a musician, and at the very top there’s not many above him. Of course, there’s people we’d love to collaborate with, but as I said, if something happens on its own, then that’s it.”
Regardless of the jump to the west, they haven’t forgotten about the first steps and the people they looked up to at the start, so they always take the chance to mention bands like Siddharta or Da Phenomena, which will be familiar to those who watched and enjoyed MTV Adria.
Lastly, we asked them which bands from the former Yugoslav republics they would bring on tour with them, if they could.
“Of course, from Serbia it has to be Buč Kesidi, Vojko V from Croatia, Who See from Montenegro. We’d bring the young Slovenian band MRFY with us as well. Now, I’m not familiar with a lot of the Macedonian music scene unfortunately, and from Bosnia… (after a long thought and with loud laughter) Hari Mata Hari.”
I had to ask the classic reporter question before a gig, a little twisted though, what do you expect when performing? “I don’t expect a quiet crowd. And I really wouldn’t like for someone not to have fun while we’re performing.”
I’m sure it’ll be exactly like that. Loud, fun, danceable, with a pinch of sequins.

hi!! Omg I love your fic and the last chapter was so good, all of these dynamics between the characters are so interesting! I also love when you give us extra lil snippets or ficlets here, and I was wondering if you could satisfy my curiosity about something (if you feel like it and it won't cause spoilers? )
I'd love to read a little scene of what went down between the others when Bojan and Jan were fucking during practice haha. Like how/when did they realise they weren't gonna be joining them anytime soon and why, could they hear them, is this normal behaviour or were they like wtf. I'm especially interested in how Nace and Kris felt, I'd love to hear Kris' POV of him realising and hearing that his not-boyfriend was indeed getting fed by someone else and how Kris felt about that.
Way shorter and not an actual scene but id also love to know what Jure whispered in Naces ear to make him even hornier watching bojan and Jan make out haha!
No pressure at all but if you did want to write something short I'd love to read it :)))
Aww thank you so much! I'm very glad you liked it!
I do really like that idea and probably will write something for how the others felt while the fucking was happening. Probably won't be a full chapter or anything and I'll post it here maybe. Might write it after I've written a few more chapters of the fic just so I don't spoil feelings and stuff. (I dunno if there would be spoilers but I wanna be safe)
I can do the other idea though! Have a little ficlet of Nace's POV during the Bo(Jan) dance floor flashback. Very quick thing.
"You wanna play with Joker Out you gotta party with Joker out" Jure slurred in Nace's ear, half kissing at the shell of it. The bassist had wondered how much of the rock and roll lifestyle the band would indulge in when he joined and it seemed he was getting his answer at their celebratory party to honour his first gig with them.
There was much less drugs and girls and much more bad karaoke and getting closer to each other than Nace realised. He knew what Bojan was and had been ready for him to be a flirt and a tease. It seemed the other three were just as bad though.
Jure had spent much of the night running his fingers down Nace's spine, sending shivers over his body as Kris giggled and told him about the last time Bojan had gone down on him.
Nace blushed hard as Kris keep repeating variations on "Dude you have to let him feed on you at least once. It's so worth it," Jure mumbling in agreement of how hot it was the few times they'd let him watch as payment for using his bed at the studio.
He breathed a sigh of relief as Kris got up to buy them all another round. The relief was short lived however as he looked to the dance floor. There were bodies everywhere but there were only two he cared about. Jan had pulled Bojan close, his hands in the demon's back pockets and lips hungrily devouring his.
Bojan moved his hips against Jan's, practically dry humping him as his hands grabbed at Jan's hair and neck. The lights danced over them as the music pounded, making them look almost ethereal.
Nace felt his cock harden even more, already worked up from Kris’s stories and Jure's lewd comments. He tried to stifle his moan behind the glass he brought to his lips. Jan looked hot, his lips easy and relaxed as they worked against Bojan's, his mesh shirt showing off his body wonderfully and his hair falling in his face. He wanted to be in Bojan's place, have Jan's hands against his ass and his body pressed close as they showed off for everyone watching. They broke the kiss and Nace's eyes met Bojan's, dark with lust and alcohol. The demon grinned at him, Jan's mouth on his jaw. Nace then glanced to meet Jan's gaze. The werewolf looked at him through his eyelashes and really that wasn't fair with how seductive he looked.
"He has a big cock I bet, maybe he'll show it to you," Jure hissed in his ear, grinning as Nace turned an even darker shade of red. The image of Jan fucking him right here and now appeared in his mind and he bit his tongue hard. The image of Jan sitting casually in the booth while Nace rode his dick, lost in ecstacy, everyone watching them and enjoying the show, sent a wave of need over him.
He couldn't be here anymore, excusing himself quickly and taking in lungfuls of fresh air outside as his head swam. He was never going to get that image out if his head. Those beautiful eyes looking at him after he made out with Bojan, practically begging him to come take the demon's place. Or maybe that's just what Nace hoped they said. This wasn't some cute little crush anymore, this was a heavy need for the werewolf to be his. Nace would have to learn to enjoy the ride if he was going to survive being in the band.
