I am here to tell all physical nonhumans and supporters to not engage with tumblr user ursacanid on any of his posts about physical nonhumans and perhaps consider blocking. He is not open to even tolerating physical nonhumans and will not change his mind. I ascertained this myself from a very long and frustrating conversation in which he kept rehashing very classic and familiar 'anti-thisidentity' povs. Namely:

He talks a lot about 'you can be tested and your DNA and blood etc would come back as human, therefore you are physically human' and won't accept any reasoning or arguments which oppose this as the one objective truth or suggest that the experience of being physically different even if it is all psychological perception warrants the use of the word physical or literally (blank) 1/2

Not accepting the personal happiness/euphoria of physical nonhumans and the fact it's harmless (except the issues he's invented) to be a good enough reason for the use of the word 'physical' and anyone saying 'I am literally physically nonhuman' due to above 'it's illogical' mentality. 2/2

'You're special snowflakes', although he didn't use that exact phrasing he may well have as he believes that physical nonhumans simply enjoy being more special than other nonhumans and enjoy starting fights by interjecting that they are physically nonhuman and accusing people of being ableist and exclusionary.

'I don't understand your labels, so you must be doing it to confuse me', he strongly believes that physical nonhumanity is a confusing term because of it's inclusion of the word 'physical' and that refusal to change it to something he deems is more fitting is being done because the community likes to confuse people and make communication difficult and unclear.

'You're in an echo chamber because you don't like it when I tell you that you're wrong', dislikes that most physical nonhumans won't and thinks they absolutely should debate him on their identity despite the fact that he won't accept any counterargument that doesn't result in you relenting that you've got a human body. Hates all that go 'Nope I am literally this though' due to feeling they do not have to justify their identity to strangers and can't seem to understand that hostility towards this behaviour is because it is rude and uncalled for and that no group enjoys it when people not in their group or even in their group tell them that they're not actually (blank). 1/2

Sees this as indication that physical nonhumans are a toxic group which exists in an echo chamber because wanting support for your identity, or at least tolerance, and to be included/considered in the wider community/communities language and disliking anti's who tell you you're not what you are is apparently wrong. 2/2

In other words, it's completely pointless and probably upsetting to try and speak with him on the matter. His posts are going to be inflammatory because he really wants to convince the community to go against physical nonhumans, or at the very least acknowledge that 'it's not physical, it's (blank)'. I have sympathy, he's Autistic and so am I and I know what it feels like when something doesn't sit right with your internal perception of 'real and logical' and how the mind makes a mountain out of that molehill because of it, so please please don't harass him, but I keep seeing his one post go around with different people trying to get something across to him and I'm telling you it's not happening. - zakkura: zack would take cloud to a convenience store to get the premade hot chocolate and cloud would still think its the pinnacle of romance, even when zack makes an absolute mess of the store

- asg: genesis would insist on making the hot cocoa from scratch because nothing could ever be as good what he makes, and he is actually right! angeal is ecstatic because it reminds him of when they were kids, and sephiroth is excited to know if it lives up to the hype, but even when it does sephiroth will still pretend like it doesn’t because he wants to (lovingly) tease and annoy genesis

- tsengru/renorude: rufus would have the perfect and fanciest hot chocolate made for them all while they’re all cozy and warm in his apartment, cuddled up together by the window to watch the snow fall. and then reno would bring cheap instant cocoa to force rufus to try! reno would take advantage of rufus’ expensive cocoa and get the most expensive one he can, rude would get the sweetest one possible which shocks everyone including reno, and tseng would opt for coffee in his cocoa, and rufus would fall in love with reno’s cheap “commoner” cocoa tamaki ohshc style

- aerti: aerith would suggest they make each other cocoa with (potentially strange for cocoa) ingredients they think the other would like and cozy up/cuddle together on the couch with a blanket wrapped around them both, enjoying each other’s weird concoctions happily

- tuestine: reeve would insist on making the perfect cocoa for vincent and he would be so proud of himself, and even if vincent isn’t fond of it, vincent will still compliment it and wouldn’t have the heart to risk breaking reeve’s proud excitement

and ships at a drinking party:

- zakkura: zack is having the time of his life, laughing and “dancing” with cloud, until poor cloud starts puking in which zack becomes the picture perfect boyfriend and holds cloud’s hair back and helps cloud in any way possible, basically waiting on cloud entirely until cloud starts to feel a bit better

- asg: sephiroth is the designated driver for both asg and zakkura, usually its angeal but sephiroth wanted to give angeal a break, and while genesis is moderately composed (aside from dancing promiscuously around angeal and sephiroth) angeal is an absolute drunken mess, behaving in ways that none of them have seen before, and that sephiroth and genesis will tease him about for the rest of their lives

- tsengru: they both have a few drinks, as rufus would convince tseng to let loose for once, but they would stop before either of them got too drunk because without each other knowing, they were both holding out in case either of them got too drunk and needed each other

- renorude: reno challenges anyone and everyone to a drinking contest, but he cant hold his liquor at all, and poor rude has to be dragged around all night by reno and make sure reno doesn’t get into too much trouble, plus rude is reno and tsengru’s designated driver so he can’t drink that night (poor dude has too put up with reno while sober… poor poor rude…)

- aerti: i like to think that the party is happening at 7th heaven so neither of them have to be the designated driver since neither of them have to leave, but i dont think either of them would get too wild, i think they’d have a few drinks but aerith can hold her liquor better then anyone else at the party, and even beats reno in a drinking competition, but then aerti both just get really lovey dovey with eachother and aerith tries to flirt with tifa in ways that make tifa laugh and they both know aerith will regret later

- tuestine: vincent doesn’t get very drunk at all, but he does loosen up at least a little bit around reeve, and reeve, despite initially wanting to be responsible and not drink much, he gets super wasted and starts being all over vincent, he’s just ultra clingy and all lovey dovey, but i also fully believe he’s an emotional drunk so he also gets all insecure about himself and whether he’s good enough for vincent, in which vincent actually handles it quite well and assuages all of reeve’s fears in his own way! and then they also probably hitch a ride back home with renorude/tsengru, where reeve ends up falling asleep on vincent and needing to be carried to bed

Like we all know he doesn't agree with the fire nation rn but how will he react?

Will he not support him cause sokkas a guy? Will he not support him because it's SOKKA? Will he accept him? Will he reveal he's known for years zuko was gay?

Especially with everything that happened with zhao, regarding to what jee said to bato on their date. (Which is a very understandable perspective, zuko just got out of this very sexually traumatising situation and almost immediately starts a relationship (his first relationship) with sokka, but then again it is a very unique situation)

One thing I love about some atla fics is how they portray the FNs thoughts on queerness, cause on one hand they were one of the only country's (I think) that treated men and women the same but then again it's also the fucking fire nation.

And I also think zukos whole canon arc can be very comparative to queerness,

His dads an asshole and after speaking out against him he throws him out, and zuko try's for 3 years to regain his father's love and acceptance, and then faced with the opportunity of regaining it takes it immediately regardless of who or what he may hurt (iroh, his own morals etc) but once he makes it back home realises how fucked up everything is and eventually confronts his dad and openly tells him he doesn't agree with him then runs aways.

I also wonder if iroh secretly knows jee is queer it doesn't seem that likely to me but it also is iroh so who knows.

I do think Iroh’s reaction will be a big moment for not only the story but for Zuko’s character development. Right now, Zuko’s technically still a prisoner, holding himself there by assuming Iroh will not understand or judge him when in reality he’ll never know what his uncle is thinking until they TALK ABOUT IT. (Which the FN royal family is just sooo good at healthy communication I don’t understand why this is so hard for them lol?!)

I do agree that the suddenness of the relationship combined with the intensity from both zuko and Sokka is very alarming for people looking at it from the outside (I mean we all totally get it cause we were there but others are like uhhhh hmmmm ok this might be concerning) so I get them gossiping and wondering if this is truly real or what the fucks going on with those boys.

I love Zukos canon arc because there’s just so much about zukos story that can be relatable no matter who you are and I think that’s why he is a fan favorite (it doesn’t explain why we torture him the way we do but ehhhh it’s fine haha)

You run a lot of events, so what do you think about events blocking people?

Oof, okay. You keep sending this ask, so I'm going to answer it. Please take into account that I do not speak for everyone, though I do know the majority of event runners in the fandom (inability to mind my own business).

I want to start by saying that fandom events are for the fandom/community at large. The goal is to have dedicated appreciation around a character, ship, theme- whatever. Something that brings everyone together in a positive way. Every event in the ACOTAR fandom is volunteer ran and, at least from my experience, takes an enormous amount of effort.

I've never met an event runner who wanted their event to cause problems, start drama, or otherwise alienate people. I don't know EVERYONE personally, so maybe someone is reading this "well I do want that", but they're certainly in the minority.

Running an event sometimes requires balancing the overall needs of the community with the wants of a few people. I know folks who have blocked people from events because they have every member of the event blocked, and it's too much effort trying to wrangle these individuals, especially if the event is very large and has a lot of content each day. These events typically have their moderators listed on the pinned post of the blog, so folks can check and see who runs it, and if they're blocked AND they've blocked all the admins...that's probably why.

Other events may block people they perceive might be anti-character/ship. Elucien week does that liberally, I think a lot of ship events that are part of the "ship war" probably do this.

I know this can feel hurtful- it's why LB and I have chosen not to block people (minus the ship events we host), even if they have us blocked, from events we run (unless they start problems with the event itself). So long as people remain respectful, if they want to participate we set aside our personal feelings because we're balancing the enjoyment of the community with our own personal feelings and frustrations.

However, I'm not condemning events that choose to operate differently. Just like fandom events are a community, so too are our individual interactions with folks. I won't speak for anyone else, nor will I say I don't think this should be allowed. There is nothing worse than having to host an event people are using as a battleground, or having to play nice with people who are taking shots at you every other second of the year, especially when you're doing this because you love the material.

So in short- I think event runners should be allowed to run their events in a way that feels supportive to them. Running a successful event is incredibly difficult- LB and I began planning and implementing our projects for elucienweek in January of last year for an anticipated week in July. Events that feature a lot of interactive elements, activities, and what have you are also doing the same. LB, Meghan, and I spent a lot of money, for example, to commission our coloring pages. LB makes quizzes, we did flappy elucien- it's just a lot of moving parts, and I'm saying that because if you do it well, it all seems very effortless and easy. Behind the scenes, though, it's a lot of work and the last thing anyone wants to worry about is other people trying to wreck all the careful preparation.

Anon, I understand your doubts about him, please you can see wider! I don't understand blaming him for literally everything when he found himself in a situation like Teru and other characters, with the difference that he started acting. I also don't understand how he can be blamed for what happened to Tsukasa. , after all, he's not responsible for creating this world,He's not responsible for what happened to Tsukasa. Why does the entire responsibility always have to be on him and the other main culprits aren't named. The situation Amane finds himself in is not his fault, but mainly no.1. He just acts this world. i 'm just tired of all the unfair blame sometimes being placed on Hanako, like right now and placing him as the main culprit of the whole situation and it is forgotten, someone is behind it, as in this case. It's easiest to blame him,only him. I believe that the current situation with Tsukasa is the world's fault, a side effect.

Amane's thoughts- are that he doesn't understand Tsukasa when he returns like he admitted

Here the scene was shown when Tsukasa sacrifices himself for Amane and he disappears, while Amane thinks that he is playing hide and seek.

Which means he didn't understand it when he came back, which has been shown many times, and the most recent one is here.

Do siblings always understand each other? Even Tsukasa doesn't understand Amane. They both have a problem with it, and the biggest problem is Tsukasa, I thought was Amane.

Here, Amane is shocked to the point of turning pale and sweating from what Tsukasa is doing to Akane. There are a lot of such shocks when it comes to Tsukasa's aggression and strength, because he is still a younger brother,his moon! He doesn't believe what he sees, but he knows he's aggressive because he said it during the star festival.

He said this to Tsukasa before the events with world no.1

This boy literally tells his brother that he has to stop him because he wants him with him! He also talks about saving him. This boy says that no wish is valid unless he is by your side. It was a sincere and loving confession to his brother saying 'this wish is worthless if you are not there'. He killed Tsukasa and then himself. Tsukasa is his yorishiros, he is the most important person in Amane's life.

What else should this boy do to show that he is not so cold and devoid of feelings and is a good, caring and thoughtful boy?

Tsukasa here says how he feels and Amane is pale, scared, surprised and crying. He is literally crying… he is close to tears… What he saw, this cruel side, what Tsukasa told him to him. So cold, ruthless and unmoved by his words.This isn't the Tsukasa he remembers. This is the key.

So let's call the twins mother as she should be callous and terrible mother because she said that Tsukasa is not her son, that something replaced him. Their mother had doubts, and Amane suspected something, but he didn't want to believe it. Only NOW when he saw how his sweet, caring, dearest brother was like a different person. At that moment, Amane saw that it was impossible that it was his dearest brother. So cruel, strong and repulsive, unmoved, as if Amane's feelings didn't matter to him. And it is unknown how Tsukasa's mother treated him until the tragedy.

Why is all this ignored? He's not a bad boy and NOW man!

This world was created by No.1 to get rid of Tsukasa. No.1 immediately said that Amane was wrong, that Amane's brother was taken over by a weak God who was using him to regain his former glory. It confirms what has been known for a long time!

'accident'? Amane summoned Tsukasa on purpose. This is not done by accident, it is a deliberate act.And Amane doesn't look happy about what happened to Tsukasa, but he looks so happy to see students summoned Tsukasa

Where do you see happiness in what happened to Tsukasa? I see a clever teacher who is literally slyly happy that the students summon Tsukasa.He is very happy about this. Amane's actions are ALWAYS well thought out. He is a not stupid boy and now man.

I have no doubt this is AMANE, but he is still a supernatural person, which I believe, like Akane.

These flowers symbolize Amane who overcame the disease and grew up and became what he was supposed to be - a teacher.

This world is supposed to be an alternative reality to the real one, where every character's dream comes true by getting rid of Tsukasa and other supernaturals to protect their boundary. Didn't Akane explain this to Teru?

The butterfly effect says clearly that what will happen will hurt no. 1 because of what they wanted to do, will hurts them very badly. This world is not perfect. The characters remember/recall their real world. Which is already very strange and shows that this world is not perfect and what Amane is doing will be a huge storm.

The clock doesn't work and Akane can't do anything, so there has to be another way and Amane does just that.

Akane wants to make sure that Tsukasa is gone for good, but there is one obstacle called AMANE. Amane makes a fuss by summoning Tsukasa by studnets Amane could remember Tsukasa at any time as a child, teenager or adult when he suddenly disappeared, which is suspicious.

That's true, the real goal of this world was to get rid of Tsukasa, he can destroy it, I think so.

So that's why I think-

What happened to Tsukasa is not Amane's fault, but the fault of No. 1 wanted to get rid of Tsukasa. This must be the result of their actions. The real Tsukasa is a 4-year-old boy, that's his true form, so his smaller size doesn't surprise me either. I also have a thought that this might not be the real Tsukasa, but I don't believe it.

Amane is a guy who is ready for anything for the sake of what he has to do to achieve it and he has always shown it, so his actions and thoughts too.It is unknown how, when and what happened in this alternate past that made Amane start acting like this.We don't know everything.

Every chapter convinces me that what will happen in this world and what a storm it will be… it will be a real bomb, they will pay a high price for the fun timeline.

Oh, I won't be surprised if Natsuhiko and Sakura enter the game. They are also pulling the strings and I wouldn't be surprised if that happened.

There is no single culprit here, everyone is responsible for something and does something for their own purpose. Hanako is not always guilty and is not the perpetrator. He is also exploited and pushed into action by Tsukasa, Sakura and Natsuhiko to fulfill this Sakura's selfish desires and Sakura doesn't care if anyone gets hurt either. She doesn't care if nene dies, it's worth it for their goal. But no one talks about it because it's best to blame one person - Hanako and ignore everything else.

Anon, I don't know how you , but I don't doubt him. Once again he is pushed into action as usual, and as usual, the entire blame must of course fall on Amane, not on No. 1 who did it. I don't doubt him. Because like I said, Amane is sus and I know there's something weird about him, but I believe it works the way it always does when it needs to,which would be good, because in the p.p. arc Amane wanted to stop them and seal the world, and here Amane wants to destroy it, which I think is right. They wanted to get rid of Tsukasa.Soo-Amane brought him back.

They have to destroy this world from the inside if they have no other option, because number 1 is blocking.

I'm happy there. Amane as an adult is really hoot, funny, playing with life and AR showed more of his true personality. What I like.

i don't :C i have made it clear he is a butch lesbian :C i've said it before but i see a lot of myself in vi and as a gnc butch who uses he him pronouns i see vi as the same. also with vi canonically being a butch who binds i personally see that as transmasc vi and use that as fuel for my he him vi thoughts. i have lots of complex thoughts on why i view vi in this way but it primarily just ties into butchness and gender queerness relating to being lesbian and furthermore being butch. it may be hard to explain to an outsider but being butch is a complex and layered identity and many butches such as myself and vi ( to me ) use he him pronouns as a way to express butchness and masculinity while subverting traditional gender norms and expectations. it's a way to challenge society's view of femininity and womanhood while also feeling more authentic to many butches to be referred to with typical "male" pronouns despite not being male.

I imagine any meeting between Prime and Super would likely come after Prime has already had the misfortune of meeting Sonic, and subsequently had at least one (1) argument about Super. If the argument hasn't already happened by the time Prime and Super meet, it's definitely imminent. I imagine Prime would be a lot more forgiving of Super than Sonic is (partly because he just doesn't have the same baggage Sonic does and partly because he's just overall less of a dick) so he'd be sympathetic to his plight. He'd be much quicker to believe Super when he says he doesn't want to be that evil person who hurts and kills people for fun. Sonic would scoff and call him a trusting idiot, but it's not that Prime is oblivious to or ignoring the danger that Super can cause, he just doesn't believe dogpiling the guy about it will actually help his situation

Sonic's reaction to finding out they're dating would just be more "I think you're fucking stupid" or, depending on how not-awful his relationship with Super is, just a quiet scoff. He probably tells Prime that if he's soooo fond of Super, then he can take Super with him back to his dimension, but he's probably also secretly worried about Prime actually following through, because if anything goes wrong, Sonic isn't there to help stop it. Chaos energy in the fleetway dimension is fucky and corrupted; for all his bitching and "don't come crying to me if he tries to kill all your friends", Sonic doesn't actually want another universe to suffer from that corrupted energy. He definitely doesn't want the chaos energy in the prime zone to become corrupted the same way his was, either

I can't imagine Scourge has much emotional attachment to Super to care too much. Like, he sees a part of himself in Super, specifically in how both of their identities used to be tied to Sonic, but he doesn't like that he can relate to Super. He doesn't hate or dislike him, but he definitely doesn't like him, either. He just often ends up being the one Ebony calls for out of everyone else in the freedom fighters because he's the one with the least amount of history with Super, so Super doesn't put him on edge the same way he does everyone else. So if Super started dating Prime, he'd probably just make some snarky comment about weak-hearted goody-two-shoes flocking together

Ultimately, the two of them together will probably mock the relationship. They probably only find out because one of them comes home and immediately starts bitching about how "did you HEAR Super and Prime are dating now???" and then they spend an hour talking shit about them. After all, even if Sonic has warmed up to Super a little, he probably still doesn't trust him or is comfortable being around him, and Scourge is a stubborn fucker who won't change his mind about disliking Prime out of sheer spite, so neither Prime nor Super have much of Sonic and Scourge's respect

Ah, Gren. Yes. The overly cheerful human had far too much to say to me during our days in that dungeon. Everyone deals with imprisonment and their impending doom in their own way, so I did not hold his attempts at conversation against him. But I did not answer him, either, as I was busy engaging in my own choices.

I wouldn't know him on sight, and he wouldn't know me, but if he spoke, I would recognize his voice.

I am not sure that would please me, since I only know him from the darkest period of my life. But if he and I both survived that dungeon, against all odds, I suppose that would be something we could be relieved about, together.

He was trying to be kind, in his rambling way. I should not like to find myself on opposite sides from him, after that.
