That was an eventful two days

#I had a better time at the Waterparks concert #Noah was great #buuuut #I was on the barricade #I had my cousin hold onto my spot while I grabbed some merch and he didn’t hold onto the barricade so when I got back there were like three #rows of people in front of me #tall people too #and I got a ticket for my friend who wound not being able to go #and my brother who took us didn’t wanna go so I completely wasted $25 on a ticket #and it just Sucks that I spent so much money on ticket and got there super early just to be shoved way back when I LITERALLY had the front #there was this rude entitled lady who made everyone move for her son #he only knew tx2 but stayed up front the whole time #(she also took a spot right on the barricade too)#I was just really upset about how it didn’t go according to my plan and I kind of had a panic attack. like. a really fucking long one #and I had my vip bag + merch with me and everyone was stepping on it (no one was even playing?) and they fucked up my poster #but yeah I pretty much had a 2 hour long panic attack my ribs hurt now from hyperventilating (leaving the pit wouldn’t have helped)#the vip part was still good #I met Noah again he remembered me he did great it was just the people around me #oh I also like fucked up my knee #but that’s cause two concerts in a row hurt I think someone kinda accidentally kicked in a mosh pit and the first venue the ground had a #slight tilt to it. so it was kinda uncomfortable after a few hours #Waterparks #noahfinnce #concert #tx2 #music

#ado #ado world tour #HELL YES #they were mostly sold out in less than 5 seconds #i reloaded the page as soon as it hit 3pm (the time sale started) and ALL OF THE VIP #AND MOST OF THE GENERAL ACCESS TICKETS WERE SOLD OUT IMMEDIATELY #holy shit how the fuck did i actually manage to get them #we had me. my mum and my aunt all on our phones and laptops on this page to buy it #my aunt was able to get 2 bought #me and my mum also got 2 loaded up about to be confirmed but we didnt buy more than we needed obvsly we just let those go once we made sure #that my aunt had confirmed her 2 ones were purchased #IM SO FUCKING HAPPY HOLY SHIT #also managed to get seating tickets (well the venue is mostly seats anyways but still)#I DONT NEED TO WORRY ABOUT STANDING TOO LONG NOW CAUSE WE GOT SEATS

A question for my concert going friends: how do you feel about artists/venues doing priority entry? As in early entry, not disabled etc. Personally I really dislike it, as it pushes that idea that you can only be a "real fan" if you have enough money to do so. And "real/better" fans are always perceived as the ones at the front or with the best merch.

I'm probably just bitter as I don't have the money to be able to do priority entry lol, but I think it is just generally unfair, and I really wish more artists would stop doing it. Also if you're in the UK you probably know how the O2 venues work, and I just think thats ridiculous.

#I posted this on Facebook but I feel like people will be more honest here #as someone who LOVES being by the barrier at a concert #that shit is EARNED #its so heartbreaking when you've queued for hours and hours #just to see people who've paid more arrive at doors and get in before you #and yes you could say that working extra hours counts as earning that spot too #as it means you can pay for the priority entry etc #but queuing those few hours is just so much more accessible for most #and easier than picking up extra shifts imo #of course its never going to be 100% fair #but I just wish more artists and venues would see how hurtful having early entry is #have VIP and shit thats cool #but people who cant afford that still deserve to see their favourite band up close yk?#instead of having to stand behind all the “proper fans”#I have physically been pushed backwards because of this #because I was second row and I made the mistake of telling someone that I was regular GA #the person behind me had paid for VIP and acted like I was not allowed to be in front of her #even tho I got to my space before she was there #no one is entitled to be at the front #I have arrived at doors and still gotten second row #I've also arrived 4 hours early and not gotten the front row #but I wish I had gotten it fairly #instead of having to pay more #wow that was a rant #I have said my piece #I would love to know your opinions on this

THANK YOUUUUUU IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!!!! i was there alllll day and my legs are so sore now LOL but the whole day & the concert itself were the BEST EVER i had SUCH A GREAT TIME!!! I HOPE YOU HAVE FUN TOO!!!!!!!

#my venue didn't have assigned seating so we got there eeeearly to make sure we'd have a good spot #since we didn't have VIP #and there were three of us so we were able to save a spot in the front of that line AND the merch line #im really happy with my miku expo poster i bought :D memorieeees #literally every part of it went so well for me i hope it does for you too #and SEEING MIKU!!!! OMG!!!!! fantastic set list. band was amazing. LOVED the visuals #miku expo #god that was so fucking fun
