the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?????????? and thus was verbal again

okay so i have a lot of thoughts about kitten burst (it is a good game go play it NOW if you haven’t >:D) but my friends @buginyourcomputer and @larachnae watched me stream it and when hugo came up i voiced him like i did most of the others.

however during his speech i made him such a soggy, pathetic man. voice cracking as he mentions how he’s learning perspective transitions and asking m0lly how many peopled liked his speech and asking how many views he has, near tears. just a complete and utter clown. we thought the bit was fucking hilarious so we continued with it but. the sogginess seems to be supported by his character.

look at these lines and TELL ME that DOESN’T radiate sogginess.

hugo has more lines that are like pathetic as fuck but i’m not willing to go through the whole thing again to get the screenshots. he’s so beloved to me though. whines at you that he’ll kick you if you disrespect his dogecoin (i mean hapicoin) again. he’s being an awful person in the time you see him but in the ending where you merge the planes he changes for the better. he can BE a good person and i wish we could see that side of him. the bitterness he must have felt the whole time, the same way del and eclips and 0rator and literally EVERYONE felt, and causing the most damage must have led to such guilt. not knowing where hapi is, the cat that changed his and everyone else’s lives, never being able to truly apologize. trying to reconnect with all of shiver or at least canonically s4br afterwards. he extended his reach and felt sorry enough that s4br of all people believed he changed. i think of him a lot outside of my “haha soggy. sogged up cryptobro. with your stupid fucking segway.” jokes. all that said here is soggy wet cat hugo.

putting this at the top because it's extremely important but i received a message implying that some folks headcanon these two as drastically different ages. you may headcanon whatever you like of course, but in my work i firmly think that they're both full adults who are at least 25+. this is abundantly clear in my work. i'm not interested in headcanoning any of them as literal children and i would never touch that shit. dni if you think that sort of ship would actually be okay. don't be a freak. thanks.

very typical to take your favs and then also shove them together but isn't that the point. anyway i have literally never seen anybody else ship them (if you're out there... hello... 😭) despite them both being very main characters and i don't know why?? they could be so cute i think...

they are both industrious adventurers, prolific hard-workers (team task doers), and a little cheekily competitive!

i think that bandee is no stranger to a wide variety of close and intense relationships; he's beloved by many and loves them all equally but distinctly in turn. magolor on the other hand has been sooo isolated and lonely for such a long-ass time, he barely knows how to be friends let alone really care for someone. bandee is smart enough to be suitably wary but kind enough to give him a chance despite that, which i think would knock him off his non-existent feet instantly. in reply, magolor could give him something unique by loving and prioritising him utterly singularly, in a way bandee wouldn't even have realised he was missing

in awtdy (pictured in the sketch page; if you see a tattered looking magolor in my art it's probably this au) in particular they are both thrown into the angst soup together and come out insanely trauma bonded at the hip. their friendship/relationship is central to the plotline; together they're working on a solution to the timeline anomaly, while also hiding that they even really know each other the whole time

I don't know if/when I'd ever write this but. but.

Hotguy and Cuteguy running from something or other and ducking into an enclosed area. Except it's a lot smaller than they thought, and it leaves them basically pressed up against each other with absolutely no room.

Cuteguy struggles, trying to at least find some space so they aren't so close together, but really all he manages is to wiggle against Hotguy. Eventually, Hotguy gets tired of him moving so much and holds him in place by his waist.

Cuteguy opens his mouth, ready to tell him to let go of him, and that's when he feels it. Right against his thigh, he can tell exactly what being so close to Hotguy and moving around so much is doing to him. So he scoffs, ready to tell him that he can't believe he's turned on by this, only to realize...he's not the only one.

And, look. Cuteguy knows Hotguy is hot. Obviously, it's part of his name. It didn't come from nowhere. And sure, maybe he's gotten a little hot and bothered from watching Hotguy use his bow or move around effortlessly. But he's usually able to duck away, to go back to his apartment and take care of himself if he's really desperate (which he often is - not that he'd really admit to it).

But now, though...now he's trapped, pressed against the very man he refuses to admit haunts his thoughts more often than not, and both of them are very clearly getting worked up.

Cuteguy risks a glance up at Hotguy and is almost surprised to see the way he's looking down at him. Eyes heated, pupils dilated so much all he can see is black.

And Cuteguy hesitates. He could look away, try to get out of this area. Surely enough time has passed that they're safe.

Or, he could press further into him, reach up and pull him down enough that he can kiss him, and grind against his stupidly muscular thigh, and -

Yeah, okay.

He loops his arms around Hotguy's neck and tries to pull him down so he can kiss him, only to realize quite quickly that isn't going to work. Hotguy is much stronger than he is - moving him is an impossible feat.

Hotguy blinks down at him, confused, and Cuteguy groans. "Kiss me," he demands, glaring up at him, and barely gets a moment of satisfaction as the way Hotguy's eyes widen before he's leaning down and capturing Cuteguy's lips in his own.

It's hot and wet and messy, a clashing of teeth and it's perfect. Cuteguy moves himself even closer and finally allows himself to grind against Hotguy's thigh, so close to the bulge he can feel. Hotguy pulls back, inhaling sharply, and then he's grinding back into Cuteguy.

It doesn't take long for their movements to turn frantic, panting into each other's mouths as they get closer. Cuteguy's nails dig into the skin he can reach and bites at Hotguy's lips. Hotguy groans and he drinks in the sounds, tries to press himself closer and finds a particularly good angle that he grinds against him with.

Ever the competitor, he'd tried to get Hotguy to come first, but with the new angle, he knows that's a losing battle. So he throws everything he's got into it, and when he knows he's close, he moves his head to Hotguy's chest, tries to muffle his moan into his neck as he finally comes, cum spilling into his boxers.

He rocks against Hotguy's thigh as he rides out his high, and it doesn't take long before Hotguy is coming too, head back against the wall behind him as he moans.

After, they relax against each other, catching their breaths. Of course, Hotguy recovers faster, and he looks down at Cuteguy with an expression he can't identify. Cuteguy ignores it and tries to move back as far as he can before looking out of where they came in from.

He ignores the feeling of cum in his boxers as he says the coast is clear. Neither of them say anything about what happened as they stumble out.
