(Jinx didn't kill Cassandra here; Caitlyn's hatred for Jinx is fueled by something else and occurs during the events of the second season, when Caitlyn is obsessed with finding Jinx with all that dark style, haha). They talk, maybe a little angst in the conversation, they kiss, make out, etc. The ending could be Caitlyn going to her sister's room after having heard something, but when she gets there the reader is "asleep" or something else you prefer. its late at night, everyone in your house is asleep and you can’t even close your eyes. your so frustrated from the lack of sleep and you dont even know how late it is. you reach for your phone to call your girlfriend but it went straight to voicemail. “fuck. she’s probably asleep.” you groan in annoyance and push the covers off you and walk to your bathroom, you splash warm water on your face sighing in relief when you hear a low tapping noise in your room. you freeze, is someone awake? you turn of your tap and dry your face when you hear the tapping again. “what the hell..” it was coming from your window, you crawl over to your window on your cold wooden floor and peak through the curtains. you jump when you see jinx waving at you pointing to the lock of your window.

you slide your window up and pull jinx in, jinx went to greet you with a loud exclamation but you covered her mouth with your hands, “jinx! shush! do you know what time it is?” you whisper, scrunching your eyebrows taking your hands down. “yes, sorry i forgot!�� she giggles and walks over to your bed, “ soo, why are you here anyway?” “sheesh! i cant visit my girlfriend?” you smile and lightly smack her shoulder, “i missed you toots, i had to come see you.” your face flushed, “im glad you did, i couldnt even sleep.” “me neither!” jinx laughs and crawls up to your bed and slips herself in the covers, she sighs and pats beside her. you crawl up to her and cuddle up to her side. “jinx, i couldnt sleep again.” you mumble into her shoulder, you always struggle with sleeping when jinx isnt near and she knows that. she knows how frustrating it is with not being able to sleep, “i know baby, im sorry for leaving you alone at night its just..”, you already know what she’ll say shes from the underground and your from piltover, and caitlyn your sister hates jinx’ guts. you look at jinx and whisper “no body is ever changing how i feel for you, no one.”

she looks your way and traces your face from your ears to your lips, she grazes your bottom lips locking eyes with you the whole time. you grab the back of her head and kiss her lips, jinx slips her tounge in and you both fight for dominance. jinx obviously winning, she smiles into your mouth and grabs your waist to pull you on her lap. straddling her you tangle your hands in her hair when you heard a sound from the main bathroom. you pull away and jinx raises her eyebrow and tilts her head in confusion, you put a finger up to her lips and point to your door. you hear footsteps in the hallway, getting nearer. “jinx! under my bed now!” jinx hurriedly crawls off the bed and hides under your bed, you pull the covers over you and breathe slow and deep to seem like your asleep. someone opens your door, you squint your eye to see and it was caitlyn. “y/n… you awake?” she whispers, your heart beating so fast you swore you could hear it. you make a sound and rub your eyes sitting up, “oh sorry! i didnt mean to wake you, i thought i heard something… sorry! goodnight” caitlyn says closing your door, you wait until you hear her bedroom door shut when you flop your head over your bed to look under it.

you see jinx absolutely pissing herself laughing covering her mouth, her face almost turning pink. you smile, and she creeps from underneath your bed to back onto it. “your so bad at faking it!!” jinx says softly, “yeah yeah, whatever. come here” you pull her in for a kiss, kiramman or not your meant to be with jinx and no one can separate you two, not even family.

so this is the greatest ask i could hope to receive and i cant thank you enough for sending it 🙏 SO YES allow me to explain to you the anatomy of harrowhark's harem

(spoilers obvs, but i will go as light on spoilers as i can because everyone should read these books theyre insane and i love them. but if anyone is interested in a more spoiler heavy explanation lmk in the notes and i will be happy to provide)

for starters the basics of harrow and gideon's relationship: harrow is a necromancer, and gideon is her cavalier, aka like harrow's bodyguard/loyal knight. and they go to this competition with other necromancer/cavalier duos to become a lyctor, but for the sake of this post lyctor lore doesnt really matter dont worry about the lyctor thing right now

basically yes in book 1 (gt9) harrow and gideon (aka lobotomy ginger (which 💀 oh anon, the layers to this. THE LAYERS)) are certifiably insane about each other but are not technically, through physical or verbal confirmation, romantically involved with each other by the end of the book. but the writing on the wall is CLEAR.

gideon is not in book 2 (ht9) for reasons, and now harrow is essentially trapped in space with ianthe tridentarius, another necromancer who was also at the lyctor competition in book 1. ianthe is a weird freak about harrow (arent we all), and harrow thinks ianthe is gross and lame. but in a way she is also, like, at least an iota of a weird freak about ianthe, but she mostly thinks she's gross and lame. theyre kind of like reluctant coworkers bc they do collaborate on certain things (👀 THINGS) and they might share a kiss here or there

oh boy and then there's alecto, stay with me here. without getting too much into dominicus lore, what you have to understand is that for a shit ton of generations, harrow's family has been tasked with keeping this tomb (a locked tomb, even) shut forever, and they don't know what's inside but they know that god put something in there that can never escape. so naturally when harrow was like 9 or 10 years old, she snuck into that tomb and there she finds this chained up, frozen corpse of a smokeshow of a woman, and that's alecto. and little harrow can appreciate the value of a smokeshow of a woman so she lowkey falls in love with her. meaning that throughout all of that prior fucked up little love triangle, harrow is also thirsting over this dead woman she stumbled across years ago

there's enough weird nuances and details with all of these dynamics that i could go on and on for ages but this is a most basic understanding. again cant recommend reading the books enough if you like insane dynamics!!

ֺ ۪ APPEARANCE : He has dark brown eyes with hazel highlights. When his quirk is activated, they glow yellow. You can't see the glow with his goggles on, but I think It's beautiful. His eyelashes are really pretty, It's something that always stood out to me about him. He has a nice facial structure. There are bags under his eyes, I wish he'd let himself rest more. Actually, I'm surprised Mic doesn't have bags under his eyes too with all the work he does. He doesn't care much for his appearance, which is a shocker because he looks so.. anyways. His hair is usually messy, but he does in fact comb it - It's just thick (if that makes sense). His eyes are tired and cold. I'm not sure if anyone else notices, but I love when they soften. His lips are dry, and Mic will leave chap stick on his desk sometimes. He has no clue who's doing it and sees it as an insult. He's always wearing his scarf - and he looks naked without it. One time I blew on his neck while It wasn't on and he freaked the fuck out. He likes wearing black, but he isn't restricted to it. Mic and me try and take him out to shop but he absolutely hates shopping. Cannot blame him because I do too. Mic on the other hand loves it. He also has horrible taste in shoes, sorry bud. He smells comforting. That's the best way I can describe that. When we drifted apart briefly after high school, I had a hoodie of his and I kept it. Very sad day when it stopped smelling like him. He has big hands, at least, bigger than mine.

ֺ ۪ HABITS : He scratches at the scar under his eye a lot. I can never tell if It's actually itchy or a nervous habit. One time I caught him doing a grounding exercise, tapping his fingers against his thumb and counting back and forth. I notice he scratches a lot - his hand, his palm, his neck, his head. He doesn't have long fingernails. Odd detail I wanted to add. When he's annoyed he taps his heel like an angry bunny. If you point it out, he'll stop.

ֺ ۪ ABOUT : He's very sweet, don't let his tough exterior fool you. He's so caring. He doesn't let himself get close to people, so his relationships mostly consist of those who do put in that effort. He has a big heart, he always has. Sometimes I wonder what it'd be like if quirks didn't exist, would he let others in? Anyways, he is single. I don't think he's ever been in a relationship, actually. He tried dating someone once in high school, but I don't think that counts. He's very unsure when it comes to that stuff. He's always to the point and doesn't stand for any nonsense. It's funny, because in high school he wasn't much of the voice of reason. He usually got just as caught up in shenanigans as others. He does small acts to show he cares, like letting people he's comfortable with fall asleep on his shoulder (which isn't as romantic as it seems. it hurts like hell afterwards.) and .. well, It's hard to explain when you don't experience it in the moment. But he has a softer look to his gaze when he does acts of kindness. He also is actually very bad with eye contact on occasion. Like when he's doing something sweet he'll keep his gaze off of me. Unsure if he does this with others.

i literally read the book of bill days ago but its only now kinda hitting me how fucked ford and bills whole thing was though cause ford literally talks about being so unable to sleep (to try to keep bill away), and when sleep inevitably caught up to him, he would wake up to his body abused and things messed with and he just couldnt seem to find an escape (and he literally didnt get to truly escape until 30 years later)

(also keeping people awake for unhealthily long periods of time is another tactic used to mess with and control people because of how it impairs brain function)

listing off the things we see in those few pages in the book of bill:

i mean, punching and scratching at a steel door for hours would be so damaging to your hands and probably hurt like hell for at least 2 days after. then bill says he was hitting fords head against a wall, though its said in a post-it as if its a joke, but he also isnt exactly above doing that, and honestly he says most things like its a joke.

i also dont need to say 'bill really doesnt know how to take no for an answer' because he makes that very clear in literally any interaction we see with him.

bill literally puts a venomous snake near ford while fords asleep, which could have killed him if he wasnt lucky+skilled enough to deal with it.

he nearly gives ford hypothermia, and in the same action actively threatens ford with the idea of making him jump off of a high spot, and like ford says, doesnt do it just so he can send a message to ford about how hes the one in control.

he gets ford in trouble with not only the law, but also with other people that are probably not very happy with him after. he mutilates fords body in several ways, and i dont think i need to go into detail on them because theyre... so ew. and he even exposes part of fords body to the world. like, its just taking his shirt off, but thats still showing off his body in a way that he didnt agree to or want

and then he attempts to (or purposefully fails to) call stan, using fords voice to threaten suicide and tell stan that ford never loved him.

and he punctuates it with a final power move, in a hallucination that he creates, hes messing with stans memories and making him feel like his body was basically about to implode

and like. okay, we all joke about toxic old man yaoi, and its a good joke and toxic old man yaoi is great and its an interesting ship, but holy fuck.

like. to say the absolute least, that had to be so, so deeply violating. its no wonder that when we see ford in the past, when he finally contacts stan, he looks like hes on the verge of shattering into a million pieces. he just went through, and still wasnt yet out of, some deeply abusive shit.

like... everything coming out lately both in this book and what ive heard is on the website, mixed with what we already knew from the show itself... the stans are both so, so fucking tragic dude. their whole lives were thrown away over things that really didnt even need to be the way they were, and then they both get into situations that are pretty damn screwed, and those situations follow them for the rest of their lives. its basically a miracle that things worked out in the end for them.

i dont really have a point, i just had to talk about all that. i read almost all of the book of bill in one sitting, and while i was really enjoying it, i was also getting kind of tired of sitting in one spot only doing this one thing for several hours straight. i still felt a lot of the emotional bits of it of course, but man this part specifically just really didnt hit me until now.

i mean, to say the absolute least, i know what its like to feel violated in a similar way, though not anywhere near to the extent of what he went through at all. someone get that man some therapy got damn
