(Aaa you don't have to (well... that's a given) respond to this at all, not expecting it, just wanted to share the same sentiment because your post reminded me of it) (Plus this is vv long it's a rant srry. Honestly, before 3.3 I was kind of sick of people saying "stop making everything about shipping/sexualities" because I assumed it was mainly just people getting salty that they're dealing with a inevitable fandom thing which was shipping/fandom and not staying in their own lanes (besides the obvious obnoxious exceptions).

And then when 3.3 leaks came out, Aglaea and Cipher turned out to have this really tragic and poignant history together, and me & other ppl were shipping it.... until it turned out Aglaea had know Cipher when the latter was a child & Aglaea was an adult + Aglaea raised her = they were a adopted mother daughter dynamic. I felt kind of embarrassed but after quickly moving on, giggling at myself, and examining it closer, I fell in love with their mother daughter relationship and how it was handled in 3.3. I can't even talk about it because then i'll start rambling lol. But then other ppl who assumed this would finally "be the proof" Hoyo was going back to their "yuri roots" (esp when Cerces and Mnestia are RIGHT THERE if you want that) and that Aglaea would finally be "confirmed lesbian" (not even gonna get into that) got angry and denied it to the point where they were looking at their interactions and lines such as "Your weave shop... I wish..... I could chance upon it again, just once.... Say something... Anything.... please" (Cipher was saying this to Aglaea in her final moments) as proof they were actually lovers and that no child would say that to their parent??? Especially when that's where Cipher AS A VISIBLE CHILD (there was a cutscene) met Aglaea who was A VISIBLE ADULT. And then they tried to excuse it by saying "oh there's a 1000 year time leap so it doesn't matter now" when they kept that dynamic since then and that's why Cipher calls back to that moment in the first place, she wants her mom. This wasn't one instance, the post had thousands of likes and many ppl share this sentiment (thankfully many called them out too).

Like.... have you people EVER had significant feelings for others that extended past romantic? Have you ever considered that to be possible? The concept has always been so foreign to me. Family, romantic, friendship, all have such importance that I could never try to scale them against each other. But these people seem like the first thing they do when they judge a relationship is to fit it into one of these categories depending on the weight.

I also find it so funny (in an ironic sense) that people use romance to simplify characters down to such stereotypical traits when instead it should add depth to them. Figuring out how their qualities work together, how they change as people, what parts of them stay the same, when other parts don't, and how they will stay in a relationship if they can at all. There's so much to uncover about characters if you put them in a situation, any tbh, so how this can turn into complete character flanderization is... kind of startling to me? (Speaking as a diehard ratiorine fan.... dude it's so bad)

And now that i've been looking, there are so many cases of shippers (wlm, wlw, mlm, doesn't matter, and my goodness all are completely obnoxious in their own circles and to each other) going into comment sections of nonshippers and spamming their own headcanons, or if someone calls them "besties" in their video (if they're unconfirmed) they'll be in the comments like "and they were roommates" and "history said they were best friends".

I was going to put a whole nother thing in about interpretation but this is already really long sooo. Yea. I just wanted to quickly share my thoughts because wow fandom can suck but i'm glad there's people like you who can call it out when it does

Oh, don't worry about the long rant, Anon, I don't mind reading it all.

Anywayss, to start, yes, I am aware of the annoyance I was causing to some people in this fandom, and for a while, even I doubted whether or not I wanted to be so "bothersome" instead of "staying in my own lane" as you said, which for me, is continue writing poems and musings. But after being bombarded with so many posts about Aventurine and Veritas being gae gae, and so many pornographic fan arts being labeled as masterpieces by the fandom, I decided to break my silence and thought "If these people can be so loud and proud promoting something so disgusting and wrong, then why can't I be just as loud and proud but promoting the truth instead?" — this was the only thing keeping me going, really. This, and the many people I've encountered agreeing with my posts and saying that I've expressed the very feelings they've wanted to express, but don't know how. And that makes me very happy. I may not be able to appeal to most, but I am content with whatever I can achieve.

For Cipher and Aglaea, I can't comment much since I have yet to go through 3.3, but I will say that, based on what you've given me, I'm not surprised. Shippers will say and do anything to everything just to "prove" their ship when there really isn't much proof at all. And while I understand the appeal of shipping (truly, I do, I've spent the majority of my childhood shipping Elsa and Jack Frost, Skye and Chase, and Sonic and Amy), sometimes all shippers do instead of just enjoying and having fun with the ship, as they claim to do, they instead shove their headcannons into everyone's throats and drag people into ship wars and make them choose, and proceed to attack them once that said person they've dragged into this mess disagree with what they want.

And also, that is the thing with some of these shippers, where they claim that Character A can't say this to Character B in a platonic manner when it obviously can? Cipher can say all those things to Aglaea as a child would say all those things to her mother, just as much as Phainon would say "It's a date, Mydeimos" to Mydei as an army veteran would say to his brother in arms after promising to meet each other again, alive, after the war. That is the beauty of HSR's writing; it's full of nuance and depth that a writer could only dream of making!

Character A can have significant feelings for Character B that aren't romantic. Character A can have significant feelings for Character B without necessarily wanting to marry and bed them. It's possible, all of it is possible because having these significant feelings for another person is natural and human! That's why we can have friends and lovers, and families at the same time! And they're all important. Very important.

For Cerces and Mnestia, I wouldn't necessarily call them "confirmed lesbians" or as Hoyo going back to their "yuri roots" mainly because I believe that Titans, much like Aeons, are not confined to the concrete or physical, but rather, they represent divine and abstract concepts, and the people following those concepts. And also because of the fact that, in Chinese culture, according to what I've read, they have a specialized term to refer to the divine beings they worship.

And well, I don't believe anyone in HSR is gay, nor should they only be known for their sexuality, and the reason why I think "queerness" apparently happens within stories is a mix of fan-service and self-projection. It's no secret that Hoyo knows their audience well and does things that satisfy their pre-existing fandom and appeal to potential customers simultaneously, and with the growing popularity of that community, I'm not surprised that Hoyo would join in and drop "hints" and "teases" in their own game as well. Personally, it really is just a marketing strategy to keep as many people as satisfied and attracted to their game as possible without triggering the censorship. And to be quite honest? I don't necessarily blame them for wanting to appeal to a bigger audience; the character trailers alone must've cost them a fortune to make, so of course they're going to find ways to earn back the money that they've spent.

I understand that my stance might be controversial and wouldn't be accepted well by many people, so I will leave it at that. reo blinks. the only reason he let it go this far was that he thought you were cute, assumed this was some elaborate plan to get him alone and ask for his number, but the dumbfounded (and slowly turning to panic) expression on your face was saying otherwise.

he pats your shoulder, his other hand digs through his pocket and he looks at you. he's smiling, for some odd reason. for a guy that was dragged around by a stranger, he was calm. did he just wink at you??? "call me." he says smugly as he hands you a business card and walks away. (he starts spam calling nagi about how stupid he must've looked and probably should've asked for your name first or anything else)

KAISER MICHAEL - DIVORCE OF CONVENIENCE

you and kaiser lowkey were just better off as friends. yes, he cared about you, but wasn't able to do anything more romantically. figured divorcing but staying close was the best option, and it was. you and him were too different, had different life plans, likes, dislikes, room temperatures.. that was always an issue with kaiser. (he always slept in a room that was awfully warm, you didn't like it 💔) even with the divorce though, you two are still close. nothing can change how kaiser feels about you in regards of being the best person in his life.

ITOSHI SAE - TRUE HATES KISS

shidou hit you in the face with a ball. why it was becoming sae's problem was beyond him, but you weren't waking up and the others were beginning to panic. (for some odd reason no one thought to bring you to a clinic or something)

you and sae have always hated each other, grumbling profanities about skills in blue lock, appearance, or anything alike. he remembers something you said once; "kissing you and getting punched in the face would probably be the same thing." a random thought, and honestly really stupid now that sae thinks about it, but it would be funny.

nobody questions it when sae walks up to you seated against one of the bleachers barriers, unconscious and still. then, he kneels down infront of you and presses his lips against yours. it isn't even a long kiss, it was a peck at most.

you gasp for air dramatically and the others jump, while rubbing your lips—you frown—noticing sae's deadpan stare and a weirdly familiar taste of strawberry. "ugh, strawberry?! gross." "you know my chapstick??"

ITOSHI RIN - DATING YOUR 'ENEMIES' SIBLING

sae pissed you off to a great degree. because your brother was yoichi, and you just hated the guy for being good. yoichi is your twin, after all. whoever that guy trashtalks or is against, you hate them too.

and when he introduced you to rin, it kind of didn't click to you that he and sae were related, you were just enamored with how pretty he was that you failed to realize they shared the same last name.

surprise surprise... when you two started dating and getting real close, you come to notice his baby photos have an extra person.. the same ugly face and pink hair you've been hating on. after initial shock, you decide that your love for rin is stronger than your hatred for sae.

it gets worse when rin tells you about his history with his brother. :p

Snowdin Adventures With The Skeletwins is a fanfiction AU-ish thing revolving around my two favourite comfort characters, Sans and Papyrus! Why is it an AU? Well, the only significant difference (as of right now) is that they're twins! As of right now, there's just the one main story, but there's also a few side stories you can check out here!

Hopes and dreams I had for Dragon Age 4 that we so did not get.🙃😢

An actual RPG game. Not Nice Guy, Nice Funny Guy, and Nice but Stern Guy. Let us screw up and piss off our companions.

No more dialogue wheel selection bait and switches. "Nooo I didn't mean that. I did not think they would say that! That's not what I thought that choice meant. I meant-fuck! *sighs* ...I guess I'll have to reload." Or more accurately, "That was the mean option? Are you kidding me!"

Letting the player be an asshole. Sometimes, it's just cathartic to punch a character. People in customer service especially need this at the end of a shift. Putting this in games is a public service. We needed more of those kinds of moments beyond the bloody tutorial.

More of our previous choices having an actual impact in DA4. Like the Well of Sorrows I was so certain would bite an Inquisitor in the ass somehow in the future. Like Morrigan with Mythal in her could force the Inqusitor to hurt or even try to kill Solas. So I agonized over that choice. The same goes for who we left in the fade. Honestly, the three or so that carried over I did not see any impact on DAVG at all. Am I wrong?

Who we left in the fade showing up or we find their body. "Where's Hawke?" Yeah... where's Hawke BioWare? Get's Hawke's clothes instead. Well, that's... depressing.

The option to play as the Inquisitor trying to be low profile or as a nobody aka Rook. This way, everyone is happy, right? For a lot of us, the Inquisitor going toe to toe again with Solas was important.

By playing as the Inquisitor we would have had one sweet Dagna-created prostatic arm-not from Bianca because screw her. Also, depending on our class each one would be a little different. Oh, and that prosthetic would also be customizable just like Varric's crossbow and every other weapon in Dragon Age Inquisition. I really thought BioWare would jump to help feature an amputee in an empowering way. True we had Neve but it felt like more of an afterthought to give her a prosthetic that honestly looks uncomfortable as hell.

Open worlds to collect mats, and kill things to craft gear and weapons for our team only better. It would have given us time to breathe and enjoy the scenery. Plus I like doing that kind of tedious shit and if you don't, fine go buy that stuff I guess.

Vendors that will sell us the goods if we got the coin and none of that faction BS.

"Knife ear!" You think at least the venatori would be shouting that at my elf. Nope! I did not feel like my character's race mattered in this game. I don't think Solas over a decade really put the fear of the gods into the North. We all know isms and slavery are bad but putting those things in a game's world helps people realize why they're bad and can even help people feel what it's like to be on the receiving end of such abuses which can help create a thing called empathy.

Blood! Where is the blood? Why is my character not covered in dirt and the gore of their enemies? Don't like that, fair but what about an on-off feature in settings?

Enemies that send chills down my spine. Instead, the ogres and darkspawn made me bust out laughing. I cannot take them seriously, especially the ogres. I see them and think, "Derp a durr... oh I'm an ogre and soooo scardy... rawr."

Dagna... because she's adorable and if any dwarf deserves magic it's her. Or at least let her nerd out, study Lace and help her understand more about her new abilities.

Sandal Cameo at least. Also adorable aaand... ENCHANTMENT!

Our companions can get hurt. I'm starting to think they made them immortal because they knew some of us would let them get hurt on purpose. There are no feelings of concern at all for them going into combat now, no pick-up mechanics it leaves me feeling only more apathetic about them.

Quicker cooldowns on abilities instead of spamming the left mouse button all of the time. And more than two fucking abilities on my hot bar. BioWare... what were you thinking?

Three or more companions traveling with us instead of two. It was the gold standard all throughout the franchise. How are we supposed to get to know them all when limited to-oh right most of them have a personality as deep as a kiddy pool, never mind.

Companions with personalities and problems deeper than kiddy pools. That tension between Cassandra and Varric, Dorrian and Vivienne, Cole and Sera, and so forth was... chief's kiss.

Control of all THREE of our companions traveling with us in combat. Look, I'm a control freak who likes strategy. Combat for the series has always been centered on strategy, pausing, builds, and gear. Am I still bitter that they dropped us to two? ...Yes.

If playing as the Inquisitor you get the option to romance someone new. Especially let us have the option for Lavellan to move on from Solas.

Better-looking hands and body proportions. Why are the heads so damn big? And honestly the hands in failguard genuinely creep me the hell out with tucking the pinkies away all the time. It's weird! Strange hill to die on I know but they just make me cringe and die a little inside.

Romance scenes that would make Larian and BG3 fans blush. This game was always meant for adults. Adults have *gasp* SEX!

Solas not being a total red flag d-bag for killing our favorite dwarf! Run Lavellan Run! You're probably next. And if not him, Bianca is going for your eyes!

Solas being less of a manipulative antagonist twat and/or the player has the ability to be more diplomatic from the start with Solas to get his help. I feel like Solas' character development sorta backtracked by a lot.

Solas once again is a romance option but this time to EVERYONE! That and I wanted to see Lavellan and Solas finally get it on.

They finally let us romance Varric. Oh they did you so dirty, baby... *ugly crying*

A memorable soundtrack that sets off all the feels and is not stuff that's reused from the Inquisition.

Last but not least, where the fuck is our Golden Nug Bioware?

you know what's funny? Seeing bob memes on social media that you just automatically KNOW they were made from men. Like the memes always go like oh he's so strong and cool and "I would get better mentally too if a hot 5'3" blonde woman hugged me and told me everything is alright" meanwhile. Me. A woman. Likes him for the simplest reasons that he is shy, awkward, is soft and mentally ill. like idk I think it's so weird seeing the contrast of memes. Cause I've seen memes that you know were made from a woman perspective. "I went to see thunderbolts with no idea id end up falling for Bob". And honestly being me I do tend to feel the most connected to someone who's mentally ill. From someone who was deeply depressed a few years ago. And idk it's like I relate to bob and find him so attractive for how he is. Yet men like him bc he has the powers of sentry. Or whatever. Does that make sense? I honestly didn't think I'd watch Thunderbolts* bc lately Marvel hasn't been hitting the way it has since the Shang-Chi and MoonKnight era (like the girlies were being FED!!) but I am so glad I got off work early on the release date and spontaneously went to the theater! I'm not even exaggerating when I say this movie made me feel whole again and reminded me of why I love Marvel movies in the beginning. On top of that it was a movie that reminded me that it's okay to be stuggling and not have your shit together, as long as you got a support system to give you the gentleness and compassion you deserve then you're golden :') deffo cried a little and am starting to reevaluate my life rn lol

As for your point about how girls relate to Bob on a mental and emotional level and guys relate to Sentry bc he's manly and a literal superhero. But shit what the beta males need to understand is that even superheroes that look like they could be God themselves have shitty days and don't always feel great and just need cuddles and a bowl of soup.

I struggle with depression myself and lately it's been pretty bad so this whole movie is basically a reflection of my life so thats why I'm like oh damn I gotta be kinder to myself

but Bob is literally my dream man!! Cutting straight ahead to the point, on my first watch I didn't necessarily hate season 6. After re-watching it for this ranking, I still don't downright hate it but I definitely have more gripes and frustrations with it now looking back.

This is the first time I had to put only one episode in S tier because no other episode reached the same levels of quality that the pervious seasons did. Not saying the second tier of episodes weren't great either, they are. It's just when comparing them to season 5 and 4, (which had so many well-rounded crafted episodes that had me constantly floored) only 'The Man Who Would Be King' impressed me to that level. To avoid total negativity I will share the parts that I whole heartedly enjoyed:

-Weekend at Bobby's. It was so refreshing to get not only a Bobby centered episode but also to see him winning for once. I absolutely love Bobby and Crowley as a duo, they're so entertaining.

-Souless Sam. I have been devouring Souless Sam edits recently (if anyone has any Souless Sam content to send or recommend to me please do!) Ugh I will never get over Jared's performance, so sinister at times but also combined with the prefect dose of sass. I found 'Clap Your Hands If You Believe' so funny and I could not stop quoting "Empathy Sam! Empathy!" Honestly sometimes I miss Souless Sam but when I go back to episodes like 'All Dogs Go to Heaven' I start wishing for sweet Sammy again. So I was happy that they didn't make Sam completely souless for the rest of the season.

-Vampire Dean. Should have had him as a vampire for longer I would've been really interested to see the lore on vampires expanded but I get why they didn't drag it on. Still cool as hell though!

What I didn't like:

-Balthazar's Death. Yes he is no longer with us but damn it he left an impression. Just another unfair angel death thrown in to the pile (Hi Gabriel). Why is this show allergic to utilizing their own characters to the best of their abilities???

-Samuel Campbell. Some episodes were rough to sit through cause I found this man so annoying. I know they explained why but I still kept asking myself, why bring him back?? I guess he did what he was supposed to in his role of being an asshole with a warped perception of family and dealing with Crowley. I get it but still just he pissed me off.

-Dragons. If you're going to waste their potential then why introduce them at all, moving on.

Something I feel iffy about:

-Eve. While they got me to sympathize with her motives to protect her children, I couldn't find her all that compelling. Maybe it's the performance, writing, or lack of screen time, I'm not too sure but I wish she had made a lasting impression. That could have something to do with everything else going on in this season that had her storyline lacking focus. Castiel v.s. Raphael, Sam's mental wall falling apart, Castiel and Crowley working together and having to reveal everything so late in the season. There was a missed opportunity with Eve to make her mark as an interesting and intimating villain but oh well I can just shrug this one off.

Anyway, because I jumped immediately to season 7 before making this review, I do know that season six isn't the worst season. It has plenty of weak spots but it still had iconic and enjoying moments that I would easily come back to watch. Now someone out there spam me with Supernatural content cause ranking season 7 is gonna be rough.

ThamePo Final Thoughts

Okay before I do some proper ThamePo spam I wanted to share my thoughts after leaving the club when I was the only one in there because everyone already left...

I think overall the series was pretty solid. The kids from LYKN were great. I do see why people loved LEGO as NANO because the boy is so cute and filled with personality. Loved MARS as a group even though I found Jun annoying on his own. They were a true brotherhood and their lil Content House was super cute, I love that they had their own places but still spent pretty much all their time in their shared home. I do love how the group clowned Thame for not spending the night with Po. The overall group dynamic (including Po) was very enjoyable and fun. Po really fit right in and the group really leaned on him and he supported them well. If it weren't for him they would not have the success they gained.

I think WilliamEst were super sweet as Thame and Po. I was a little worried about watching it because I thought I wasn't going to like Po. It's honestly because I took one look at Po's Deer Boy face and how he always looked confused in all the content I had seen. I thought he was going to be one of those shy pushovers who seemed to terrified to speak. But I'm glad to say I was wrong and that Po actually wound up being my favorite character from the series.

Sure he was quiet but I do appreciate that he never backed down and he fought for himself, and his friends, and for what he believed in. He stood firmly on business.

Thame turned out to be the sweetest guy ever. He took his role as leader of MARS very seriously and really chose to shoulder all the problems on his own. I was glad that he found a person like Po who he could trust to help him shoulder some of that weight until he was able to piece his group back together and share that weight with them. He definitely grew as a leader and put more trust in his group and made them feel worthy of being there which is how they were so easily able to orchestrate a plan to rescue their leader by the end of the series.

I said it a few times during my LB but I think Thame and Po had a real classic type of "talking stage" as they called it. It was very old school and reminded me of when I was younger. The sweet long phone calls, the texting back and forth with pics, the walking each other to places, Thame always visiting Po and his other job, and even their plans for the cinema date. They were very sweet to each other and since they both knew how they felt about each other they could really take their time to get to the part where they needed to label each other. I even found Thame's jealousy funny and cute. I do appreciate that they never lashed out on each other and I love that they talked.

Now for the things I didn't like. I think some parts of the eps dragged a bit. I found a lot of conversations between Thame and Po just felt long because of the many, many pauses between sentences. I also skipped all the music bits and that last song they had they performed it like 12 times in 4 eps. I know MARS is a real group but I just don't like music in my series IDK why, but I always skip the music. Maybe I'll give LYKN a proper listen outside of the series.

Also didn't like how the series wanted to redeem everyone. I do appreciate that Baifern learned from her toxic behavior and took accountability for being part of the problem. She for sure owes Gam an apology. I will take that redemption because you can see she actually did learn and grow.

Also that excuse they used that fans were mad about PepperGam because they thought he would "love them less" with a girlfriend was bullshit. If you're going to call out toxic fan behavior then call it out. Those fangirls were mad because in their lil hearts as long as Pepper was single they felt he was attainable. They centered themselves in their lil parasocial relationship. Fans feel entitled to their faves personal lives and act like little monsters when their faves are taken off the market. Let's be real. If you stop supporting your fave because they get into a relationship then you were never a fan to begin with.

And personally I feel GMMTV should've done better with the whole toxic stan discussion considering how attacked their actors are on a regular basis for being in relationships outside of their branded ships and for breaking up with their designated partner.

But that CEO lady?????? Naw fuck her. I didn't like that the series tried to make it seem like she was on their side in the end. That chick was a trash person through and through and I don't accept her change of heart. I'm also side eyeing Mick because he was clearly aware of all the wrongdoings and chose to do nothing until the very end. But whatever.

Also didn't like the inconsistencies with the fans. They were only present when it was convenient. Thame and Pepper and all the other members literally walked around in public all the time with zero fan encounters which I found completely unrealistic. Thame literally only wore his hood halfway up and he was holding hands and hugging Po all in public and NO ONE SAW???? And then suddenly pictures of them and PepperGam appear from where???? I just didn't like it at all.

But overall, I think the series was good. A solid 7.8/10.

it's funny because aside from the crazies the normal BT fans don't like the scene because it's confirming this relationship is very much just extremely casual and about just sex. this situationship is gonna end in s8 for sure. oliver knows this as well which is why he doeosn't touch this shit wiht a ten foot pole also the way they harass him and ryan in his dm's and attack ryan and they're shocked oliver blocks their asses when they attack one of his best friends whom btw both oliver and ryan are already captains of a ship which pisses them off i'm sure.

I honestly can't wait to see that nothing of a ship go down in flames. That fandom has been insufferable to deal with and not just for the Buddie fandom but like you pointed out some of them have harassed Oliver and Ryan and even journalists. They've also spammed the 911 accounts with B*mmy comments and they message Tim all the time.

I have no problem with people who ship something different than me but I really can't wait for T*mmy to be gone because ever since that ship became a thing the entire 911 fandom has been worse off.

I blame Lou and his cameos for some of this though because if he hadn't been feeding into their delusions and giving them attention some of the more zealous ones might not have gotten as out of hand as they have. I also think without the cameos those fans might have had a more realistic picture of where things were headed. Instead some of them firmly believe that s7 was setting up T*mmy to be Buck's endgame love interest.

I get being hopeful and rooting for your ship but they completely ignore what's actually being shown on screen while somehow also acting like canon is the only thing that matters. Make it make sense. 🤦‍♀️Like they attack people simply for celebrating Eddie as a queer character because they haven't said he's queer on the show so that's not allowed. Nevermind the fact that no one said Buck was queer before season 7 but he still is and has been. They call us delusional for still shipping Buddie and wanting to see them together yet Buddie had way more screen time than B/T. And what screen time they did have was also some of the most important Eddie and Buck had all season. Their relationship came out of s7 deeper than it has ever been.

Mostly I just hope that they're not going to attack Oliver and Ryan when that ship inevitably ends. Because Buddie or no Buddie I 100% don't see B*mmy lasting beyond s8. I know they'll blame us but I don't want to see Oliver disappear from social media when a portion of them get smacked in the face with the reality that this was never meant to be a long term ship. I wish they'd realize this is why he's not promoting that ship. He knows to some degree where this storyline is heading and he doesn't want to get peoples hopes up.

Yesterday I was over at a friend’s dad’s house (divorced parents on her part) and everything seemed fine. I don’t go over to her house a lot but it is that. (We’re both15-16) sk everything seemed normal but today at school she told me she is running away from home. I asked her why, she said she had a fight with her dad after i left and there were hitting involved. Thankfully I didn’t see ant noticeable bruise on her but that’s still real bad. Tonight she is at her mum’s house but tomorrow she’s supposed to be over at his again and she told me she’ll find a motel something and I told her she isn’t doing any such thing and if she needs to come sleep over at mine for sure.

I told her to talk to her mum, so she can sleep at her house instead and stuff but her mum won’t be home until 3am and when she goes to school probably asleep too. when I told her that and said her mum seemed nice she mumbled ‘she’s not’ but i know she’s better than her dad.

I want to help her but don’t know what to do

its also a really really busy week in terms of essays and tests and its shit she has that too now.

I don’t really know what to do.

I just wanted to share that I had a good day today!

I’m 17 days clean (no sharp objects, no punching, no scratching)

I cut my screen time down today and I had such a good time!! I had raspberry yogurt with granola (that I mixed and prepared myself) and a left over taco for breakfast, and I had some fried eggs and sausages for lunch (which I also cooked myself!)!!

I read some Thoreau and a book I really like called “Finger exercises for poets”, studied some drawing anatomy (I drew a couple of REALLY good drawings and I’m super proud of myself) and listened to some of my records.

I discovered a new song I like, did all my Duolingo lessons, did my Bio, History, English, Math, and Greek homework

And I’ve been brushing my teeth twice a day and taking all my pills, so now my anemia, iron deficiency, and vitamin C deficiency are all getting better!!

I organized my photos on my laptop, anddddd

Yeah! I’m pretty happy. And it feels weird, and good.

Hiiii, Hijabi Anon again (that name is perfectly fine, by the way!). I was also the person who said I was going to my first concert yesterday, and it was so fun! I saw Cavetown and Mother Mother live, and it was life-changing (I bawled during This Is Home, lol).

I’ve decided that being in the closet isn’t that bad, to be honest. This may sound bad, but I’m thankful that I’m bi and not a lesbian. At least I’m attracted to men, so if I ever want to get married and fall in love while still keeping my family, I can just try to fall in love with a man.

Also, if I had ever thought of coming out, my cousin kind of ruined it for me. He was driving me to the mall with his sisters, and we got to talking. His younger sister mentioned how some middle schoolers in her school had already started being intimate, and she thought it was weird. Somehow, that turned into him talking about how, back when he was in high school, he saw two guys kissing and took it upon himself to beat them up badly. I was appalled and started arguing with him (obviously), but I had to toe the line between defending a queer person just existing and defending queer rights. The moment there’s even a suspicion that I’m an ally, I’m kind of screwed. So, my argument was just that he had no right to beat someone up for doing something in private (which they were—he was the one who barged into a locked bathroom). And even with that, I couldn’t win because he’s convinced queer people aren’t worthy of basic human decency.

I’m thankful I wasn’t alone because his other sister (not the one who first brought up the middle schoolers) was helping me defend them. She also took me to see Cavetown!! I know she’s an ally and not like the rest of our family, but I’m not out to her either. That whole argument put me on edge, and it really makes me scared. I’m sure he would never hurt me if I came out, but the fear is still there.

Little bittersweet that this might be Fig's swan song. There's like this "six seasons and a movie" mentality that makes me feel like Senior Year is the finish line, so just stick it out for one more. But, if creatively Emily doesn't feel like she can get any more out of the character, then that's that. It's best to move on rather than force it. Or not. It's the end of her time at Aguefort, doesn't mean it's the end of her time with the Bad Kids. The school part of these characters being high schoolers only really came into play this season, so let's wait and see. Emily considered retiring Fig at the start of this season and changed her mind. It could happen again.

On to the fun stuff:

-Gorgug didn't get a last hit on Porter, but he did get a clutch assist in with a narratively satisfying move that uses his Artificer class instead of his Barbarian class, helping drive the last nail in on Porters coffin. *chefs kiss* Going out of Rage while doing it was a perfect way to twist the knife.

-Riz's kill line on KP was stone cold.

-Everyone else's contributions were valuable but none more so than the newest Bad Kid, The Lava. Taking out five major threats during the battle. What a trooper and a strong candidate for Honor Roll.

-I came around on Mary Anne too. I get why some of the Intrepid Heroes were so obsessed with flipping her allegiances.

There's a lot this season that gives a strong finale vibe, but besides that hook at the end there's another thing that keeps going unresolved. Sol and his church keep fucking around and it's about damn time they find out. I don't think Senior Year will be a full-on religious crusade, but it doesn't feel like that plot point should be off the table. And what the fuck is Kalinas deal? So she was never loyal to Cass?

I hope we don't have to wait another 4 years for the next chapter of Fantasy High to get an answer to those questions.

Fig honestly would prob go to school more if she wasn't required to so it's absolutely an Emily decision more than it is a story decision. It's hard to picture FH without her but I'm sure she'll come up with something fun if she's still feeling like retiring Fig whenever they get around to Senior Year.

I think it's arguably MORE fitting that Gorgug didn't get the last hit in and instead got him with a gadget that didn't even do damage. It's like, he got Porter and not even in a way that Porter would respect because it wasn't rageful and violent. That's gotta suck more than if Gorgug had just punched him hard and KO'd him.

The lava was just so so good. It's like when you're a warlock and technically you could do other stuff but spamming Eldritch Blast just gets you the most bang for your buck so you keep doing it. Once they figured out the lava strat, they basically had to keep using it. Lava MVP for sure.

Mary Ann being so checked out for the whole evil plot even while participating in it is so funny. Honestly, queen shit.

I really think that if Kalina is actually bad then that's a retcon from Brennan because that's never been how familiars work and Kalina did try to help them consistently throughout the season with the Spy's Tongue Curse clue. She only attacked them when she got hit with a rage crystal and that was godly interference.

I agree that there are a lot of loose ends re: The Church of Sol (Buddy, Bobby and Sandra Lynn, Helio's lack of a chosen one, Bucky's whole deal, the Helioic pantheon shakeup--how crazy is it that Cass never talks to any of her celestial sibs?). I hope that if we explore that we get to see more about the actual people of the church rather than just the gods because there was a huge god focus in back to back seasons and, as I've mentioned before, if Spyre rules mean that gods are a reflection of their followers, their followers are honestly more interesting. I can't really be mad at Sol for being what he is when his chill level is determined by Bobby Dawn and co, you know? He has limited agency as an entity. Cut out the middle man and let's chase down Bobby directly.

hello, everyone! sometime this year, i started writing this silly idea. basically, since i can remember, i've been such a huge fan of time loops in film. so, i wanted to write some slice-of-life Sides stuck in a time loop. not exactly sure what their statuses are at this point, honestly. maybe some ambiguous LAMP. possibly won't focus too much on labels, and more on their relationships with each other if i do write more of this.

Today, they were playing charades in the living room.

"Uh- Giraffe!"

"No, Patton, you're not-" Roman laughed. "You're not the one guessing."

"Thanks for the help, though, padre," Virgil added. "Hey, Logan, is it a giraffe?"

The one reaching his arms up stiffly to impersonate the word on his piece of paper sighed out of relief. "God, finally. But does that count?" He pulled out his phone to make an internet search. "What were the rules, again?"

"Nah, we can let it slide. Right, Patton?" Virgil lightheartedly jeered, nudging him with his elbow.

Patton snorted. "I guess that's fair."

Roman gasped. "Patton, no! Now they're gaining on us! How could you do this to me? The betrayal! Oh, Patton, the agony!" He laid across Patton's lap as his legs dangled off the end of the sofa.

"Oh, calm down, Princey. You always win," Virgil huffed.

"But this is charades! A game in which one performs! A talented, esteemed actor such as myself shan't lose even one round, or I'll be stripped of my honor and dignity!" Roman raised an arm to his forehead in a distraught manner.

Logan slid his glasses up the bridge of his nose. "Aha! Apparently, Patton giving the answer to Virgil is- uh- 'fair game', as this website put it."

"Awesome."

"NOOOOOOOOOO!"

"Okie dokes! Thanks, Logan!"

"I believe that makes the score seven to six, with 'Team Pizza' in the lead," Logan declared.

Even though the princely figure was still brooding, Roman and Patton high-fived each other.

"Come on, Logan. We gotta lock in. Team Lo Mein has to win. I don't think I can stomach another pizza night this month."

The four played three more rounds and resulted in a tie. It was nearly six, and they were getting hungry. There was time for one more round.

"I believe it is my turn. Best of luck, dear Patton, for if we lose," Roman narrowed his eyes with a threatening smile, "everyone will live to rue this day." He drew his paper from a "borrowed" bowler hat, and smiled. He was ready. Three, two, one... action—

The group jumped as Patton's phone rang. Roman sighed. "Who in the whole new world would be so rude as to interrupt my performance?"

"Some person called, 'Potential Spam'. Funny name," Patton claimed after picking up his phone. "Do we know a 'Potential'? Do I answer?"

"No, Pat-"

A voice came through. "Hello—"

"Whoops. Butterfingers, am I right?" Patton laughed.

The other three sighed.

Virgil grew anxious. "Patton, just hang up."

"Alright!"

The voice became louder. "This is—"

"See- Patton- What you've done there is you've pressed the 'speaker' button," Logan said with a slightly annoyed tone. "Perhaps you could just hand the phone to one of us—"

"—you are in grave danger. You must listen."

"Uh- Sorry, kiddo. I missed that," Patton apologized to the phone, snatching it away from the several hands trying to take it.

"If you are receiving this message, it means you have thirty seconds to evacuate before—"

Patton hung up with a sour expression. "I hate those manipulative attention tactics."

The others screamed and yelled at him in horror.

"Shit shit shit shit."

"Patton, why would you- Oh my God-"

"We're gonna die we're gonna die we're gonna die we're-"

"Calm down, everyone! It was just some oddly named stranger trying to get a reaction! We'll be just fine—"

An extremely high pitch shot through everyone's ears, knocking them out. They all hit the floor, unconcious.

Today, they were playing charades in the living room.

"Wait, what happened? Ugh, my ears are ringing."

"Virgil, could you shut up? My mind is doing somersaults," Roman complained.

"What time is it?" Patton whined.

Logan shakily got his phone out of his pocket. "It's—" He squinted his eyes in confusion. "Here, Patton. I can't be reading it correctly. Most likely due to this disorientation I'm experiencing. It couldn't possibly still be five fifty-seven"

Patton reached out his arm and squinted too. "No, Logan, it— You read it right."

"Check the date, Pat. Maybe we slept 'till the next day?" Virgil groaned, pulling his hood over his head to avoid the seemingly blinding light in the living room.

"No, I don't think that's it, son. It's... still the sixth," Patton said, confused.

Roman grunted as he picked himself up and off the desperately-needed-to-be-vacuumed carpet. "Well, I'm not going to leave this game at a draw. Patton, I need you at your most focused right now."

"Bud, I'm seein' double right now, and I think we should find out what's going on-"

"No! We are finishing this game! The right way! I have to win this." He cleared his throat and began to pose before noticing the others staring at him in horror. He sniffed, wiping his nose with his sleeve. Then he saw it. The red. He never got nosebleeds. How did this happen? "What's going on?"

"Roman, are you alright?" Logan stumbled toward him in case he was in need of support.

Patton raced to get tissues.

Virgil remained wide-eyed and shaken, sitting on the floor. "Roman, that's- I'm freakin' the fuck out, man- That's a lot of blood." He felt the tremor in his hands that he'd had since he was little. He didn't handle these kinds of situations well. "These kinds"? As if there was a way to categorize what the actual fuck was happening.

Patton came back with the tissues and a clean shirt for Roman, which he was thankful for. The blood had gotten on his collar before Logan had made the wise decision of tilting his head back to stop the bleed-out. "Do you think this was 'cause of...?" Patton stopped. He didn't really know what had happened, but he was making vague connections.

"Whatever knocked us out?" Logan suggested, taking Roman's bloody shirt and sitting it down on the coffee table. He held his forehead in his hands, groaning from the aching sensation. "It'd make sense."

"What did knock us out?" Roman questioned, holding the tissues to his nose after changing into the not-bloody shirt.

"How the hell would we know, Roman-? Sorry. I'm just- more stressed than usual, and my 'usual' is pretty fuckin' stressed." Virgil tugged on his sleeves, occupying his hands with something other than shaking.

"The best way to solve this is to recount the events that occurred before this happened," Logan supplied. "It could potentially help us remember."

"Well," Patton started, "today, we were arguing over what we wanted for dinner, and so-"

"We landed on a game of charades to decide for us," Roman added.

"It was a pretty close game, and the last person to go up was Roman," Virgil said.

Roman grumbled, "I didn't even get to start."

"Because Patton's phone went off," Logan answered.

"The phone! I got a weird call from someone named Potential! That was when it happ-"

The phone rang.

"Shit."

I once had a beloved ally turn against me in a video game because I fucked up on their personal quest and you best believe I reloaded, cried, checked the wiki and prayed 😭

It's so harrowing

there's multiple chances for it to happen in DA in general, but on blind playthrough i've managed to avoid all of them except almost losing Fenris there (and then reading online "WHAT DO YOU MEAN THEY COULD DIE HERE")

DA2 is so funny for that though bc there's also a quest where your companions will temporarily betray you and you'll have to "kill them", when you're in the Fade. During a specific quest where you're trying to be careful to not kill a specific person in the Fade else it'd make them tranquil.

I went blind in it. So i did not know for the companions.

And i took Fenris and Isabela i think. The Two of them betrays you there. And Fenris was first; (i also took Anders/Justice here but he's the MVP of this quest he does NOT betray me <3 he never betrayed me ever. Ever. Don't look for spoilers about DA2, don't--)

And i screamed then. Especially seeing his fucking healthbar take half the screen because i did feed him well. he was my tank he can't do that to me.

I think i reloaded here trying to get to see if i could save him with any other choice; I couldn't.

I had to "kill" him and i didn't even know if he would still be alive. I was in tears.

I move to the next room.

A Desire Demon convinces Isabela to turn on me by promising her a boat.

Isabela turns on me by going "I like big boats and i cannot lie :)".

and i had to kill her, screaming and crying.

Just looking at Anders/Justice like please don't do this to me don't do this to me don't d--

and he didn't give up on me but i had to fight the big boss of that quest with my assassin rogue while spamming Anders' heals it was a trip.

Anyway they were alive when we returned to the real world and they apologized, and honestly knowing i was hesitating between dating one of the three of them to start with this may explain why i ended up picking Anders on my first playthrough (aside from the fact his romance just unlocked first) like "at least HE isn't putting me through emotional torments of having to kill him myself after he turns on me bc he listened to a spirit a little too much and it blew up in my face."

... so that worked well for me. I think.

CHARACTER RUNDOWN

• Tsukasa Oukenai is a 2nd year at PK Academy, in class 2-3!

• He's obsessed with Space and Aliens, as seen in the in character part of this post. However, he doesnt believe in Psychic's or superpowers at all. He also Idolizes Kuusuke and hopes one day he'll have internships so he can learn under him.

• Tsukasa is completely immune to any type of Psychic ability. This means his fortune cannot be read, he doesn't have a Guardian Spirit, No one can read his mind, and most damningly: None of Saiki's changes to the world effect him. The one that causes the most problems is the healing boost Saiki gave humanity- since Tsukasa never got that software update, he is considered to have an Immune Deficiency where he heals concerningly slow, and has a way longer recovery time than everyone else (it's actually just how long it would take for most people irl to heal, but if a kid took 2 weeks to heal from something that normally takes 2 days? That's probably worrying)

• He has a whole collection of funky non-prescription glasses he wears, which means he typically wears contacts, but he has a weird eyeball shape so he has to decide on wearing contacts and having his eyes hurt for ✨️fashion✨️ (because he doesn't want to ask his parents for fitting contacts) or wearing his normal glasses and looking "boring". Unless it's exam season or he needs a break day, he will be picking the first option. Yes it is damaging to his eyes. Please do not do this.

• He is a big Cyborg Cider-Man No.2 fan. He liked it as a kid and now it is a fundamental part of his personality. He also is absolutely draining to talk to about it if you don't agree with his takes- I'm sorry in advance. This is evident for anything ever cuz you curate your own experience but I wouldn't blame you at all if he got annoying and you blocked him LMAO-

• He's inspired by a few character's in Media like Danny Fenton (Danny Phantom) and Futaba Sakura (Persona 5), but he was also created because I just really wanted to have a Saiki K OC that was immune to Psychic Abilities because it let me make up fake episodes revolving around that
