The golden Argentinan sun hung low in the sky, casting a warm, amber glow across the quiet, coastal villa. His family home sat nestled on the edge of a cliff, overlooking the endless blue stretch of sea. The scent of saltwater drifted in on the breeze, mingling with the fragrant citrus trees that lined the garden.

You and Franco sat on a cushioned wicker sofa in the sunroom, the wide-open windows framing the breathtaking view. The room had a rustic charm—whitewashed walls, terracotta tiles, and soft, earth-toned furniture. His arm was draped lazily around your shoulders, pulling you close as you both idly scrolled through your phones, the sounds of crashing waves and distant seagulls filling the peaceful silence.

But neither of you were really focused on the phones. The fan speculations and social media drama had become a background hum—amusing, but distant. For months now, you’d both kept this secret relationship hidden, playing the game of cat-and-mouse with the public, teasing and trolling them into thinking you were still enemies.

“Do they really still think I hate you?” you muttered, your lips curving into an incredulous smile as you glanced at a fan comment. “I’ve done too good a job convincing them.”

He chuckled, his voice low and smooth as he leaned in closer to peek at your screen. “Well, you have been pretty savage online. You didn’t hold back with that last post, hermosa.”

Your eyes flicked up to meet his, playful. “Says the guy who told the press I’d have to beg for a date. I never forgot that one.”

He grinned down at you, his light brown eyes twinkling with amusement. “I mean, to be fair, you did tweet that you wouldn’t date me if I were the last man on earth.”

You rolled your eyes, nudging him with your elbow. “Touché.”

His laughter faded, replaced by a softer, more thoughtful expression. His fingers tracing slow, absent-minded circles on your arm, and his gaze shifts from the ocean outside back to you. The silence stretched out between you for a moment, and you could feel the weight of what’s unspoken.

“We can’t keep this up forever, you know,” he finally said, his voice quieter now, more serious.

You paused for a second, his words catching you off guard. You’d grown so used to the secrecy, to sneaking around and playing up the rivalry for the fans. It had become a game, but now, here in the warmth of his family’s sunroom, with the sea breeze gently ruffling your hair, the reality of your relationship felt different. Realer. More solid.

You sat up a little straighter, turning to face him fully. “What are you saying?”

He met your eyes, his lips curling into a small, meaningful smile. “Maybe it’s time we tell everyone. Stop pretending.”

Your heart skipped a beat. The thought of going public, of finally letting the world see what’s been building between you, sent a thrill through you. But it was also terrifying. What would people say? How would the fans react? You’ve been holding onto this secret for so long, the thought of exposing it felt almost... vulnerable.

Still, as you sat there with him, in this secluded little bubble away from the world, the idea didn't seem so scary anymore. It felt exciting. Liberating.

A slow, playful grin spread across your face. “If we’re going to do this, we have to do it in the most ridiculous, out-of-pocket way possible.”

He raised an eyebrow, intrigued. “Like what?”

You leaned back against the sofa, the sunlight warming your skin as the wheels in your head begin to turn. “Something so cheesy and over-the-top that people won’t even know if we’re serious or still trolling them.”

His lips quirked into a smirk, rubbing his chin as if considering it. “What, like one of those cringey TikTok couple challenges?”

You nodded eagerly. “Exactly. The kind of stuff that makes people cringe, but they can’t look away.”

He let out a low chuckle, clearly warming up to the idea. “You mean the ones where people do those obnoxiously cute couple things, like finishing each other’s sentences?”

You grin. “Exactly. Go so hard that no one can tell if we’re serious.”

He leans forward, grabbing his phone from the coffee table. “I like it. Let’s do it.”

You blink, a little surprised at how quickly he’s jumping on board. “Wait, right now?”

He shrugs, that familiar mischievous glint in his eyes. “Why not? We’ve kept this quiet long enough. Let’s have some fun.”

Your pulse quickened with a mixture of excitement and nerves as you both adjusted your positions on the sofa, sitting up a little straighter, leaning in close to each other. His arm slid around your waist, pulling you just a little closer, and you could feel the warmth of his body against yours. The soft hum of the waves and the distant calls of seagulls faded into the background as the moment intensified.

“Alright,” you said, barely keeping a straight face, “let’s do this.”

He raised his phone, the camera pointed at both of you, and the screen lights up, casting a soft glow on your faces. “First question,” you began, doing your best over-the-top rom-com voice. “Who said ‘I love you’ first?”

He smirked, nudging you playfully. “Easy. You did.”

You gasped dramatically, placing a hand over your heart. “I did not! That was totally you.”

The playful banter flowed easily, the chemistry between you undeniable. The air between you crackled with tension, but the laughter kept things light. Each question grows sillier than the last, your teasing jabs masking the real emotions simmering beneath the surface.

As the game continued, the joking faded. The answers become more meaningful, more intimate. He reached out and takes your hand, his thumb brushing over your knuckles, and the teasing spark in his eyes shifted into something softer.

Then, as if the playful mood couldn’t hold any longer, he lowered his phone and set it down on the coffee table, turning to face you fully. His gaze was intense, his eyes locking with yours in the fading sunlight. “Maybe we should stop messing around and just... tell them.”

Your breath caught in your throat. “For real?”

He nodded, his voice a little quieter, a little rougher. “Yeah. I’m tired of hiding. I want people to know.”

You hesitated for a second, the weight of the official decision settling in. But then, a surge of boldness rose within you. “Okay. Let’s do it. But first—” You held up your phone, turning off notifications before tossing it onto the sofa. “I don’t want to deal with the chaos immediately.”

He chuckled, grabbing his phone, posting the video and then,following your lead and shutting off his phone. “Smart. We’ll get spammed for sure.”

Once the phones were off and forgotten, you exchanged a glance, and then both of you dissolved into laughter, the weight of secrecy lifting off your shoulders. The relief, the excitement—it was overwhelming in the best way.

As the laughter died down, the air between you shifted slightly, becoming heavier, charged with something far more intense than before. His eyes darkened as they traced the curve of your lips, and your breath hitches, feeling the pull between you like a magnetic force. Neither of you speak for a long moment, the silence thick with unspoken desire.

Without warning, he leaned in, his hand sliding up to cup the side of your face, his thumb brushing tenderly along your cheek. The touch sent a shiver down your spine, and your heart pounded in your chest, anticipation crackling in the air around you. He was so close now that you could feel the heat radiating off his skin, the scent of his cologne mixing with the salty sea air.

Your pulse quickened as his gaze locked with yours, and for a second, time seemed to stop. Then, he closed the gap, capturing your lips in a kiss that was slow and deliberate, yet filled with an undeniable hunger. His lips were soft but firm, moving against yours with a heat that left you breathless.

You responded immediately, your hands gripping the fabric of his shirt as you pulled him closer, needing more. His kiss deepened, and the intensity built. The taste of him is intoxicating, like you had both been waiting for this moment for far too long. His other hand snaked around your waist, pulling you flush against his chest, and you could feel the strength of his body against yours.

The kiss grew more urgent, your bodies pressed together as if the space between you was unbearable. His fingers threaded through your hair, holding you in place as he kissed you harder, deeper, like he couldn't get enough. You lost yourself in the sensation—the way his lips devoured yours, the heat of his breath mingling with yours, the low, barely audible groan that escaped from deep in his chest.

As you kissed him back with equal fervor, your entire body tingled, your senses overwhelmed by him—the way his hands gripped your waist, the way his lips tease and explore yours.

When he finally pulled back, his forehead resting against yours, both of you were panting, your hearts racing in sync. His eyes, dark and full of desire, met yours, and a slow, satisfied smile tugged at the corner of his mouth.

“Guess I can do that more often now,” he murmured, his voice husky and low.

You smiled back, your lips still tingling from the kiss. “With my brother in that same paddock? Not a chance?”

Hotd writers choosing to adapt Mushroom's records out of everything they had in hand is the worst decision they could've ever come up with btw.

It's been stated time and time again that while F&B is purely built on records and gossip and morphed retelling of events out of bias and propaganda, Mushroom is the LEAST reliable of all the sources. He's a fool at Rhaenyra's court, his job is make people gasp and laugh, not retell historical events.

We're talking about the same guy who said that he had a penis large enough to match the size of his head, mind you. Also, he's obsessed with little girls giving BJs to Targaryen men somewhere in Flea Bottom. It's happened twice according to him.

The writers' reasoning for this choice is basically that F&B was written by Maesters and Septons, who were all greedy men, apart from being Green supporters. So anything they say is false, anything they say is written with sexist intent. Writer's intention was to do the exact opposite.

Then tell me, for the love of God, tell me, why is every woman apart from Rhaenyra, who is clearly whitewashed and I can go into heavy detail about that, basically shunned?

The Maesters claim Alicent left Viserys' body to rot and swell for days preparing and LEADING Rhaenyra's usurpation. She's the leader of the Greens, she and she alone. Not Otto. The Green Council answers only to her orders, they are loyal to HER.

I've seen people argue that since Alicent is what Maesters view as an "ideal" woman, then they would try anything to paint her in the best light possible. While I agree that this may be true, I don't think this is the case. In history books, even in real life, women are rarely painted as leaders or important figures.

For Queen Alicent to be written as THE face of the Greens, you know this mama wasn't playing around.

Now, how is this:

In ANY WAY, even comparable to THIS?:

At the end of ep.8 and quite literally the entirety of ep.9, Alicent is shown as a lost woman who doesn't even seem to know what she's doing, pushed by Viserys' last words about prophecy rather than SHEER DESIRE to get her hands dirty for her children's safety (which by the way will always be superior imo). The Green Council conspires behind her back, and on top of it all, she's yelled at by one of her own men and is made to take it like a beaten dog.

Moreover, we had Helaena's ROAST (yes it was a roast, my Queen inherited cunty lines from her cunty mother) against Aegon and her coronation, the latter being addressed as something quite wholesome, if you ask me. Alicent places her own crown upon her daughter's head and calls her "my Queen" after kissing her cheeks and kneeling. Afterwards, her and Alicent are literally written to be the only ones who could get through Aegon II's thick skull when he wanted to start the war right then and there as a result of Rhaenyra crowning herself on Dragonstone.

You hear me??? Aegon sat down and fucking listened to the two women in his life. Not the Council, them. These two were dogwalking him, the KING, on the daily, how is that sexist writing on the Maesters' part????

Yet these things are nowhere to be seen in Ryan Condal and Sara Hess' "progressive" show. We got beaten dog Alicent and Helaena being nothing but a walking spoiler machine other than yet another instrument to paint Aegon as the big bad wolf and usurper. Not a single scene of them counseling Aegon.

Baela and Rhaena have nearly no lines or scenes that don't show them in the presence of the Strongs. They are seemingly okay with anything Rhae throws their way because it's Rhae. The one and only scene about Baela openly speaking to her grandma about her wish to fight for Rhaenyra was deleted.

Meanwhile, Rhaenyra is stripped of her rage and thirst for vengeance, and instead made to negotiate for peace while in the books she was the one pushing to go to war first.

Can you tell me, again, how the fanfiction that is Hotd supposed to prove that they want to be "progressive" in contrast to the Maesters' "sexist" work, when literally all they do is whitewash Rhaenyra and sideline any woman who isn't her?

i'm not sorry that it has apparently made you or others uncomfortable. speaking up about these things is important even if others may disagree.

i'm not telling people "what to do" with their dnd. of course everyone has the right to their own personal autonomy, it's just important to recognise and understand that the individual choices you make can still perpetuate harmful societal norms and attitudes. yes, even in your private fake dnd game. addressing issues like racism and other forms of discrimination requires introspection and personal accountability because meaningful change begins within oneself and extends to interactions in public spheres.

i would consider and think very deeply about how your private actions align with your stated public values. maybe consider why there might be a disconnect. why do you (general 'you') claim to support LGBT rights, yet continue to perpetuate biphobia/erasure? maybe reflect on the underlying beliefs or biases that may be influencing your behaviour, and challenge yourself to align your actions more closely with the inclusive values you claim to publicly profess.

also the thing with dnd (and by extension, fiction itself) not being "that serious" (which i assume you mean 'not real' or 'not influencing real life') is like. a common misconception. i know it's a form of entertainment for most people, but like every other form of fictional entertainment, it often reflects and reinforces our societal attitudes, values, and norms. fiction can and does shape our perceptions, attitudes, and behaviours, influencing how we perceive ourselves, others, and the world around us.

what this means is if you're perpetuating harmful stereotypes or discriminatory portrayals in your fictional story or games, they can contribute to the normalisation of harmful attitudes and behaviours in real life. this is why it's always important to critically examine and challenge harmful media (dnd) representation and also critically examine yourself and where your own biases may come from.

What are your thoughts on Jane Boleyn, and the role she supposedly played in the fall of 3 Queens (Anne Boleyn, Anna of Cleves, Katheryn Howard)? Do you think she has been too maligned by historians for centuries, especially when it comes to the relationship with the Boleyns (it seems she got along with Anne)?

Now that I've read both works and compared them side by side, I suppose I would say my stance on Jane Boleyn falls somewhere in between that of Julia Fox and James Taffe ('Somewhere in between' is not, btw, Alison Weir); although closer to the former than the latter. Offering critique of both biographies, I would say that of JF is too apologetic (smoothing out wrinkles that exist in her arguments rather than acknowledging them) and JT is too severe.

Especially when it comes to the relationship with the Boleyns? Yes and no. Obviously she was married to George, she sent him a message of comfort while he was in the Tower, and wore only black the rest of her life, which was quite the potent statement. However, I would allow for the possibility that she potentially, inadvertently implicated him or AB (ie, testimony of hers was twisted to suit the crown's case). This is where I think there are flaws in the arguments of some of her defenders-- they cannot allow for even that possibility and so make claims that disallow it; some of which are untrue. 'Jane was only blamed as a means of absolving Henry in the whitewash of Elizabethan propagandists' is not true. Johannes Sleidan in 1545 claimed that Anne and George died by her 'false accusation'. Sleidan was a Reformer, so he would have been more sympathetic towards the plights of these two than the average person, and would have spoken to others that were as well, but the motivation to vindicate Elizabeth did not yet exist; she was at this point the very unlikely third in line to the throne.

I do appreciate that you said 'got along' with Anne, not 'besties', because...it's possible they were very close, certainly, but we must also allow for the possibility of animosity. The linchpin for the argument of closeness is the report from Chapuys that they 'conspired together' to banish Henry's mistress from court. Was this the precise truth? Considering the source I'm doubtful. Probably there was a lady Henry was serving at this time (although that we never have a name makes the story somewhat suppositious), but did they need to have 'conspired together' against her for Jane to be banished from court (which is what happened instead)? Jane might have merely made Anne aware of her, and Henry finding out that she'd been the source would have been enough for banishment. Or, as was presented plausibly in Adrienne Dillard's fictional rendition, Jane might have dropped hints to Cromwell that this mistress was a supporter of the two exiled and contumacious royal women that were Anne's adversaries, Cromwell might have passed this along to Henry, and Henry might have banished Jane for shattering the illusion that this woman had no independent ambitions or ulterior motives and merely let him hit for the sheer pleasure of his company.

If this was evidence of closeness, and it might be, then we also have to remember that the end result was Jane's banishment from court, and that there is, as JT fairly pointed out, no evidence that any of the Boleyns spoke in her defense, favor, or for her return. It would take an extremely magnanimous person to accept all that with equanimity and not feel any resentment whatsoever. So, if there was intimacy, there might have also been rift.

That leaves the question: enough 'rift' for her to seek vengeance? I doubt that much for all the reasons Fox outlines in her biography, but at the same time I wish there was not this relentless push to only defend women that we assert 'deserve' defense, on the premise they were entirely selfless, accepted every insult with grace, never kept any grudges, never had personal ambitions (the actions she took during the queenships of those you mentioned would suggest otherwise), mixed emotions, or conflicting loyalties; that we could acknowledge that acknowledging the agency of historic women also means acknowledging they were capable of making mistakes.

On Astrid's Live Action Actor Part 4

Part 3 Now for the final part, in the previous part I ended it off by bringing up actual outcry in which they pretend was not what people's prime complaint. And let's be blatant and honest, we all know what kind of flavor of people were the ones who had a problem with the live action Astrid and for what exact reasons. And, as I pointed out in part 1, this is not about accuracy in adaptation it was never about that, or sticking with the source material. It was all about the actress and the fact she had even one drop, and note about if she is a good actor, is good for the role, or even how many have pointed out she appears to be even lighter than the movie Astrid. It was always about the fact she is mixed, even the suggestion of blonde erasure is just part of another conspiracy theory used by those who would step like geese.

All over a character who didn't even in exist in the books, from an island whose name is a joke, in a world with hexapod dragons. Btw, I think it is noteworthy that many historians have pointed out that there were Scandinavians who were of a certain race did live in these place, and were part of an occupational hazard job of a pirate aka being a Viking.

Now some people may ask well what if the roles were reversed, and then ask about Tiana and the Black Panther. Show their lack of knowledge of these characters not knowing Tiana is based on Leah Chase, and whose identity ties into her background and historical context the film she is in is using. While the Disneyfication does water it down, it is very clear the point they are trying to get across. So they either have no knowledge of what they are talking about, or are feigning ignorance. By extension the goes for Black Panther with T'challa's background making his identity a key part of his character, and Wakanda being the isolationist location it is established as makes is impossible to change thing. However, irritatingly enough we did get a light skin skin Black Panther in the form of Everett K. Ross, and the mixed light skin passing Kasper Cole(later to becoming the White Tiger, btw not connected to the White Tigers). If you want more information on this, Comic Drake's The Controversial History of the White Black Panther is the video that goes into this. In addition to all of this, there still a Black Panther in the form of the White Wolf which many have brought up before to point out the pointlessness of a white Black Panther, let alone T'Challa.

Now on swapping, the main reason it happens is for more representation for people who have had historical little or bad representation, and often times it done by fans of a work showing their love in support. While when it has been done by others the other way around is in the form of malice, backlash, and an attempt to be a certain way in spite of a history of already having so much representation for themselves. In addition to having whitewashed some of the few representation of many characters for some even since their inception as a character.

Now someone might ask is there cases where a character can't been swapped? There are some, Peacemaker is a good example if you know his story.

But it's never about that, even if a character isn't swapped and it's new characters like Hazel or legacy character like Miles. They will still complain, because that was never the point. Even when they say make your own characters and series and people do, they still complain and call it forced and somehow making it worse. Because again, it is not the point.

But keep in mind, these Culture Vultures have been around forever, many(not all of them) now praise Miles but only because Spiderverse was peak and they would look even more dumb for complaining about. When the swap was done to Heimdall and Nick Fury they cried and whined then, but now the Culture Vultures praise both characters. Because now if they were to do that they would like even more dumb than they already do.

as some of you may know, theres currently drama going on with hoyoverse about them being racist and not representing cultures correctly (ex. basing a character off of a god that's always been of the black race but turning him into some white anime character) since ive had layouts based off of hoyoverse characters, and i often make layouts using characters from hoyoverse's games, i felt that i needed to say:

the part that makes it more upsetting this that no matter how much we complain, hoyo won't do anything. they never listen to the NA fanbase.. and the only fanbase hoyo will listen to doesn't want change

And as for your "art" using AI does not make you an artist. You are not doing the work of drawing the lines, colouring the sections and shading the right areas. You are telling an AI generator what to draw with a few words, then taking its results and calling them your own. I know I am not an artist, and I will never claim to be, but no matter how bad my drawing skills might be, I will NEVER call myself an artist if an AI art generator is what's making the drawings!

Artwork is like writing; it takes time, patience, and practice to perfect. It's why I immediately turned off the Grammarly AI feature when it was released; I refused to let an AI dictate my work. Do I use Grammarly to correct my spelling and grammar mistakes? Yes, because I have dyslexia and dysgraphia, and without Grammarly, my writing would be like a child wrote it, and I am not ashamed to admit my disabilities. But despite my disabilities, I have never nor will I ever rely on an AI to write for me. My stories are my pride and joy; I have worked so hard on them, which is what makes it so rewarding when people like and comment on my work, telling me how much they love them.

Would you like to know why most of your posts have 0 notes? Because you're not putting any work into them. People aren't stupid and understand how AI art is made. The fact that they choose not to support your "art" and instead support real artists speaks volumes. You're just deaf to the truth and instead decided to whine and call others immature for choosing to block you so that they don't have to listen to you act like a toddler!

I really hope that they don’t ruin Rhaenyra’s character in season 2. If they portray her as some hero and the greens as the only villains in the war I’m gonna lose my mind. A part of me feels like it’s heading that way. Idk might be just me. What do you think?

It’s difficult to say, unfortunately. The show has had a tendency to flip flop on the way team green are portrayed. And they’ve maintained a certain consistency on their favorable portrayal of team black.

They’ve consistently whitewashed the actions of team black or tried to paint them in a less harsh light so any bad actions are acceptable. Daemon kills his wife but it’s “ok” because she made fun of him and insulted him. Daemon kills Vaemond but it’s “ok” because he called Rhaenyra a whore. Rhaenyra raped Criston but it’s “ok” because the consent was dubious and “she’s just a small girl who couldn’t do anything to a man” (which btw is actual rhetoric I’ve seen and is the most vile, victim blaming bullshit I’ve ever seen). There’s many more instances, but these are just a few.

Meanwhile they do everything they can to make team green appear worse. Down to making Aegon a rapist (despite the fact the situation with Dyana is nearly identical to Rhaenyra and Criston).

If they continue this trajectory, season two will be deeply disappointing. Rhaenyra is supposed to become a tyrant who taxes her people to the point of starvation. She is supposed to be ruthless and a bad person who seeks to murder a child because she’s jealous. I fear that it may already be too late to paint her differently. They’ve spent all season excusing her behaviors and making her fans absolutely bonkers. At this point it’ll be Dany 2.0. They’ll see any turn as unrealistic, sexist, and out of nowhere.

Does this mean it won’t happen? In my opinion, no. I think the writers screwed up with their characterizations of both sides, but I very much think they will proceed with the narrative in which team black becomes much, much darker. They’ll continue their flip flopping of team green’s portrayal. But I do believe that the show will be making team black darker. The question is…will the black stans be able to handle it, or will they blindly support whatever terrible things their faves do? I’m leaning to the latter, but only time will tell.

Auradon Kids Who Deserve Better

Ben - he deserves better then Mal. Their relationship started because she drugged him, and yes, the spell wore off and wasn't there the majority of their relationship, but that's such a bad start to a relationship. Also, Mal sucks, she runs away from her problems when it becomes too much for her (which yes, stress is difficult, but you don't just run away when things get hard. try talking to someone, take a break, there are so many other ways of dealing with it before running away). Overall Ben deserves a better girlfriend, wife, and queen.

Doug - i guess more screentime/attention from the fandom. he's a good boyfriend to Evie and he loves and supports her. give him more credit god dangit

Chad - THIS BOY NEEDS SOME THERAPY AFTER THE 3RD MOVIE

Lonnie - She deserves to not be fucking whitewashed as fuck. Like, she's the daughter of Fa Mulan and Li Shang, yet her name is fucking LONNIE?? Give her an actual chinese name, good god.

Jane - Now, I love Jane, but she deserved better writing, especially her relationship with Carlos.

Audrey - OH BOY WHERE DO I START?! This girl deserves so much better. Ben did her wrong, Mal did her wrong, her family's disappointment in her for loosing the crown as future queen. I loved that she was the villain of the 3rd movie, but she still deserves so much better. Some of the people in the Descendants fandom hate her for sometimes really dumb reasons too. Btw, her treatment of Chad in the 3rd movie is not ok, I will never say she was in the right for how she threated him.

VKs Who Deserve Better

Jay - He deserves more to his character & screen time in the movies. By the third movie, he was basically turned into a glorified side character.

Carlos - BETTER WRITING. Again, his relationship with Jane mainly deserved better writing, but by the third movie, he also deserved more screentime. Like Jay, he was kinda turned into a glorified side character. Also, Rest In Peace Cameron Boyce, you were gone far too soon.

Gil - I can't really say much for Gil, but I guess a better name??? WHY IS HE NAMED GIL??? HIS FATHER IS GASTON

Dizzy Tremaine - My girl deserved more screentime in the 3rd movie. She's a cute character and I really think she deserves some more attention in the actual movies.

Celia Facilier - Queen of being hyped up as an important character, only to do basically nothing. Also, WHY DID MAL DECIDE "yes, Celia is troubled", we barely were showed anything to get the impression that she was actually troubled.

Harry Hook - Um, hmmm, maybe for that dumbass fanfic backstory of him and Mal being in a relationship?? Like, guys who believe that, IT'S NOT CANON. Also his clear and obvious relationship with Uma needs and deserves to be accepted as canon because IT IS.

Uma - This girl deserves so much better from the fandom. She's a good character, she cares about the other isle kids. Mal sucks and she deserved a better childhood friend then Mal. Also her relationship with Harry needs to be accepted.

Evie - MY GIRL EVIE. She deserves a better best friend then Mal, Mal threated her like shit, both by bullying her AND after becoming friends, still being rude to her. In the 1st movie, when they first arrive at Auradon, Mal makes Evie feel bad for actually being excited to be in Auradon. In the 2nd, Evie is scared of going back to the Isle, but chooses to because Mal is there and she doesn't want to leave Ben alone, only for Mal to be a bitch when Evie shows up. Then in the 3rd, Mal lies to her about the "closing the Isle for good" thing, when she KNOWS Evie wants to help the kids on the Isle. Also, in the first movie, Audrey telling her that Evie isn't a princess was just kinda unnecessary. She deserves so much better.
