Every year around the holidays, a "bug war" breaks out in the Parker-Stark households 

Not bugs as in creepy crawlies. Technology bugs. Surveillance.

Tony and Peter are both determined to figure out what the other wants for the holidays 

The two are on surprisingly even ground: Peter's spider-sense doesn't consider this a threat, and FRIDAY won't snitch. They both have to find any "bugs" the old fashioned way.

Bonus:

Soon enough the whole Ironfam is wrapped up in it. November and December become a time of yearly paranoia, everyone watching what they say and "checking for bugs." 

Even Peter's friends discover tiny bugs on them. When Ned first learns the itty bitty robot behind his coat button is from Tony Stark trying to find out what he wants for Christmas he faints on the spot

listened to the li speaks video about bunny maloney and I need to make a list of 2000s cartoons starring nonhuman characters that were absolute nightmares. I don't know why but there was a specific flavor to the heterosexuality in cartoons back then that made it feel uniquely scary. that's a factor in why so many 00s cartoons were unintentional psychological horror but believe me there were other factors. I'm not even being a sincere hater here since it's in the past and it's just cartoons but I do find it kinda fascinating

Okiee so onto rambling about my headcanons I go.

I'm pretty sure they used to be sweet to each other. However now their relationship is so fucked up that they cannot express love without hate.

I am also pretty sure that at least one of them gets defensive when seeing actual love without hate from the other.

Pretty sure they'd hold hands but never in the public. Only like holding pinkies in public so no one could tell that one or the other is either really mad or nervous as heck.

I know that's not a lot sorrgy.

These are pretty much the headcanons about them that are 90% are mine. Other headcanons that I have about them are like.. Heavily based on some other things I've read or seen about them.

I won't include all that but I gotta be honest I like other headcanons about Abel and Bunny cause those are really interesting to me.

Also those headcanons are like feeding my brainrot, to what I'll say thank you again.

A good number of people seem to have enjoyed my BTTF fic, "'Cause I Might Not Make it Back," and out of nowhere I'm getting bitten by a plot bunny for a possible sequel, only this time, the plot involves 1932!Emmett getting stranded in 1986.

He isn't going to have amnesia or anything like Marty did, but poor Emmett is probably going to be in a constant state of anxiety because "THE TIMELINE!!!!!!" and wanting to get back to his proper time before the Ripple Effect kicks in (1986!Doc is in the exact same state of anxiety, hiding to minimize contact with his past self, and probably hugging Einstein while internally screaming as Clara just tries to comfort him).

So of course Emmett runs to Marty for help, and Marty, bless him, is all "Of course I'll help you, Emmett!" Only it takes him a comically long time to register that 1932!Emmett somehow has ended up in 1986 and poor Emmett doesn't want to insult his intelligence by stating the obvious.

The penny finally drops and Marty just slowly turns with the wildest O__O face you ever saw as Emmett just nods helplessly.

I don't know much else yet other than there is absolutely going to be a scene where Marty is trying to hide Emmett but of course Jules and Verne see him at some point and Marty just does a total mental bluescreen as they innocently ask who Marty's "new friend" is.

There are a lot of details to work out, the main one being figuring out a good reason for why Marty can't just drag Emmett to the DeLorean and take him back that way, but I'll figure it out, I'm sure.

Fair warning, it's going to be a hot minute before I get to this because I really do want to do the Hogan's Heroes crossover first.

I also have a couple super angsty plot bunnies that bit, but those I'll save for another time.
