I was on the verge of madness. And yet I still love this game.#Little known secret about me: over 70% of the blogs I follow on tumblr are flondon rp blogs.#The cool art and character lore brings me a lot of joy!#With that said; what the hell is the coincidence that right as I finish Nemesis -#The flondon community starts a Nemesis Race.#Guys. it’s not worth it. It is a revenge quest about losing everything you have to see your task through.#All to culminate in the discovering that you are beefing it with a fanfiction writing bat.#That said; I do feel like this story was very satisfying for my melancholic doctor.#I knew I would get the choice between sparing or killing my nemesis (the bat) and I had a long time to think it through.#Someone who wants to save lives and (does as much as possible to do make things better for others) choosing against mercy?#Someone who never permitted themselves to let the city truly become a home because they were not a person - they were a tool for grief.#Alright..Yeah the ending was really good.#I will be back with a part two. Clearly I'm tenacious enough to commit to what I started.#If I am not excommunicated on sight by the flondon community I will be back with comics for the other ambitions.

#negative post #I hate being a downer but I am so sad today #having some complicated feelings about this being the last Christmas of just Rach and I #and I was too tired and sick to make it special #plus we did Christmas Eve with Rachael’s family yesterday and I felt so lonely #no one wanted to talk to me they just wanted to hear about the baby and randomly touch me #and keep reminding me that I can’t help with anything or drink #which…did not feel good #and my mom is being neurotic #also the first anniversary of my last miscarriage #so there are some echoes of grief there #I just miss being in control and feeling on top of things #I’m so excited for this baby but I really hate being pregnant #personal shits

we went to iceland!

I am having the worst three days in a row I could possibly have right now and i just accidentally slept all day so now my sleep is going to be completely fucked yayyyyyy

#me :)#i had like 3 panic attacks last night haha hooray i love being in college #and then i had to emergency apply for a vet care credit card bc i didnt find out how much my cat's teeth cleaning would be and then it was #800 dollars !!!!!!!!!#which i cant ask my parents to pay right now. because they are paying for a new phone for me because mine decided to die last night yippie #and also my stupid fucking dead cousin's death anniversary is coming up i hate that guy so much #and im not going to do anything but ive had such an intense shot of stress all at once that my brain is defaulting back to if any minor #inconvenience happens we should just kill ourself so i keep thinking about throwing myself into traffic. and now i have to pay off a fuckin #800 hundred dollar bill while im trying to save up to be able to move out to my own place with my partner once my lease ends. so its going #pretty good all things considered #collapses in a pile on the floor screaming and crying and vomiting #also i missed my school's free food thing today and i have none of my credit cards right now because i lost them all last weeeeeek and i #cant afford to buy groceries right now! so i dont even get to have food i like #and i missed it because i was asleep all day because i couldnt fall asleep till late last night because i had to distract myself from #thinking about killing myself and then i had to get up at 8 am to take my cat to the vet. and i had to miss one of my three excused labs #this semester #so its awesome. its awesome

I have finally achieved possession of one of my favorite Obey Me cards

I've been grinding this event for over a month, I hate boxes and will never forgive them for the pain they have caused me. I'd like to thank my motivation for not abandoning me, my LD tickets for sustaining my DP supply, NOT the purple gems fuck you purple gems, and Solomon for making this card's existence possible

#i have memorized which color rewards are on which battle #now to grind the vampire event *sob*#why the hell does solomon have all the good cards #this card. vampire card. anniversary card. fish card. why.#i have too many solomon ur cards #i cant even build the pink ones i just want to have the pictures #also the rythm battle outfits are a big motivator #this ones is so cute #at least the vampire event has pink gems because i am SO low on those #im finally dedicating my time to leveling my cards but its been hindered significantly by the lack of gems #all the ones i need are falling below 500 #orange and red are ok but i lack the need for them #purple fucking PURPLE GEMS #are over 4000 #🤺#would that i could have that many green gems because HHHHHGGGG #these tags are unimportant im just angry #posts #obey me #obey me!#obey me solomon #fish card is still superior though #can i also just say that the colors of this card remind me of arcana twilight #i miss those silly guys 🤧

#boyfriend update #!!#i know its been ages since the last one #first things first bc it goes hand in hand #i pretty much completed elden ring incl dlc (on his pc!!)#the literal ONLY boss im missing is consort radahn #i beat literally every other boss in this game #did the ranni ending which i loooved btw #but i also havent really been playing the past couple weeks bc stardew 1.6 came out for switch and my bf was pretty sick #i got him addicted to stardew hes at like 220hrs and nearing perfection and hes been playing since early November only hahaha #he bought an entire reading lamp for his apartment! so i could have good light to read on his couch 🥺🥺#hes picking me up from work today to drive me to pick up furniture thats ready for pick up #we got tge photos of us from tge wedding we attended in august and yall we look cuteeee #he organised me a (used) ps5 (which i paid obvs) from one of his friends but then he was just like im gomna buy you the pretty controller #that you've wanted just bc i can!!#personal #in my head im already planning the gift im getting him for our one year anniversary next year hehe #context for ps5 is that theres plans for us to build me my own gaming pc but that's obviously expensive and i just moved and am still in the #process of buying all the furniture and have other expenses so its hard to dave up but it was always the plan to get anotger gaming console #besides my switch once i moved to play all the games ive been missing out as a Nintendo girlie #so the used one is honestly such a great deal and i got some games with it as well and bought some #and then i can always decide if i wanna keep or sell it again once i do get tge gaming pc #anywayyyyyy #this relationship is the best thing to ever happen to me ngl

#don't think that i take for granted the fact that i was born into the happiest marriage/family in our entire extended clan #this family (on both sides) is rife with divorce and rebellious children and couples that have lost their spark and always seem sad #and sure my parents bicker on occasion and have teir frustrations like any couple #but they're in love! still! after 28 years!!! they're each other's best friends #and the three of us get along so wonderfully and we're always laughing together there is LOVE in this household #but that's just so vanishingly rare it feels like #none of my friends are this close to their parents #and idk i feel like most of the couples we know (not all but most) don't have the kind of happiness my parents have #so i'm in between having a huge appreciation for where i am in life #and fear that i'll never find something like that myself #like sometimes i just think too deeply about it and it feels so difficult so impossible #“this happens once every few lifetimes”#but then i think i'm just being paranoid and actually we DO know lots of very happy enduring couples #that CAN be me #but in a way it's just all a game of chance isn't it #no doubt someone out there would be a good fit for me but what if i never meet him #what if we just. miss each other #there's such a fine line between finding true love and eternal solitude #it can be anything a messed up coffee order a dinner you get invited to a job offer you accept #but you never know what it'll be!!!! and that's so scary!!!!!!!!!#okay i think i'm just making myself feel worse so i'll stop here and go to bed #but just. yea. food for thought on this night of my parents' anniversary #elly's posts

Cass: Ellie! What are you doing here, honey? Aren't you supposed to be with papa?

Ellie: Papa is busy with Uncle Dan. They asked me to go play with Mama for a little bit.

Cass: Uncle Dan? I thought papa and Uncle Dan don't get along well together?

Ellie: Yup. They always fight whenever Aunt Jazz invites them to dinner. But papa says there is some very important very secret job that they need to do. So they ask me to go play with you.

Cass: Do you know what they are doing, honey? Maybe I can help papa with his job. You know I am very good at fighting.

Ellie: But...

Ellie says as she looks at the people around her. Cujo has shrunk himself back into a small puppy and is currently standing guard behind Ellie. She trusts mama but she doesn't know these people.

Cass looking at her daughter's signal, understands her worry.

Cass: Don't worry, honey. They are my family. Over there are your other aunts and uncles.

Ellie gives a nod of understanding to Cass and puts the brightest smile she has on her face.

Ellie: Hello, everyone. I am Ellie Fenton. Nice to meet you.

All of them awaken from their shock, greet Ellie properly. Some of them restrain themselves from throwing themselves to Ellie to pick her up and dote on her. If not for Bruce still recovering from almost having a heart attack, he would have ignored everything and just doted on her while his children solved whatever problem there is.

Cass: Ellie.

Ellie: Yes, mama?

Cass: Can you tell us what happens now?

Ellie: Ummm, I actually don't really know myself. But I hear Uncle Dan cursing Plasmius and papa saying something about the timeline being messed with.

Everyone is immediately concerned about whatever Ellie is saying. The timeline being messed with usually is a league level threat. And yet here there is one and the only reason they get any news is because their newest family member is somehow related to it.

Tim: Ellie, who is Plasmius?

Hearing the question, Ellie looks at Cass to ascertain the trustworthiness of Tim. Getting a nod from Cass, Ellie then answers.

Ellie: Plasmius is my creator. He clones papa using papa's and his DNA because he wants papa to be his son. Papa saves me but because I am a girl, born from two male donors, I am unstable.

Tim: I don't think that is how clone works?

Ellie: That is what Doctor Frosty says. Oh yeah, mama. I have a gift from papa. Papa is afraid that he might not be free on your anniversary date.

Ellie pulls out a small box out of her pocket and gives it to Cass. Cass happily takes it while observing the box. From roughly looking at it, the box isn't anything special. Except a very beautiful carving of her name on it. Cass opens the box to reveal a beautiful black pearl necklace that has 2 miniature swans in the middle. One black and one white. Their heads form a heart shape while around them are stars shining brilliantly.

Cass puts on the necklace and sees there is a note inside of it.

I'm sorry that I can't join you, Cass. I have some important matters to handle, so I hope you can take care of Ellie while I am away. I will compensate our missed date with a better one later.

Cass smiles as she reads the note. Keeping it inside her pocket, she returns her attention back to Ellie.

Cass: Ellie, papa says that you will stay with me for a while. Do you bring everything you need for a sleepover?

Ellie: A sleepover? With mama? Yaaayy. But I don't bring any clothes with me.

Suddenly, a green portal opens up and spits out a purple bag right onto Ellie. Ellie catches it and giggles happily.

Ellie: Thanks grandpa Clocky.

A sticky note with a thumbs up appears in front of Ellie and disappears in an instant.

Cass: Errmm, Ellie. Who is that?

Ellie: That's grandpa Clocky. He sometimes babysit me when he sends papa to do some work for him.

Steph: How did he do that?

Ellie: Grandpa Clocky can control time. He always knows when we need his help.

Jason: Well that certainly is entering his file.

Ellie then pulls out a box of apple juice from her bag and starts drinking it. Cass picks her up and as she holds her, Ellie leans her head towards Cass's shoulder.

Tim: They really do look like a mother-daughter duo.

Steph: Of course they are, idiot. They are literally mother and daughter.

Suddenly, Dick steps forward wearing the most friendly smile he has.

Dick: Hey, Ellie. My name is Richard. You can call me Uncle Dick.

Ellie: Hihihihi. Your name is a bad word.

Dick: Well, I guess it is a bad word. But I am Romani.

Ellie: Yes, Uncle Dick. Hihihi. You are funny.

Everyone's alarm blares at the same time when they hear the statement. They finally realized Dick's plan. How dare he try to get a headstart in securing the best uncle/aunt position.

Dick can feel the glare from everyone but as they say, early birds catch the worms.
