Infidelity? If so, who would be more likely to cheat?

Or maybe they'd breakup over their class differences, or their difference in lifestyle that neither of them can actually stand living with each other!

Maybe it can be shame over them bringing the other into their friend group/peers; would Diana be ashamed to admit that her lover is a foreign, communist witch? Or would Akko be shamed for having an bourgeoisie for a lover despite her stances on them?

So many things to ask about!

id say diana being kinda uncomfortable with affection, and akko being an inheritely affectionate person. i can so easily see diana being scared to hold akkos hand in public for fear that someone somewhere would have an issue with it and itd tarnish the cavendish name and akko being so frustrated that diana is ashamed of just being seen with akko in the first place. both seem very very loyal so i dont think that either side would cheat on the other, but diana would definitely have a whole bunch of internalized homophobia that she just hadnt gotten around to demolishing. akko first wants to help diana feel more comfortable, and tells herself that she just needs time to adjust to the new relationship, but overtime it becomes very clear that diana isnt in a suitable mental state to handle such a commitment, and ends up breaking it off. and what really hurt was that diana truly did love akko, but she just could not express it even as they were dating.
