How may hypnotherapy assist young people in overcoming phobias?
Your youngster can overcome their phobias quickly and successfully using hypnosis. The great majority of phobias start when people are young. The phobias include things like fear of animals, heights, and social situations, among other things. Every child experiences them in their early years, although some youngsters grow more afraid with time. One youngster, for instance, developed a fear of swimming at the age of seven after almost drowning in a school pool. It is a situation where the child's phobia starts to grow. To save a child from this kind of trauma, it's best to have a session with the top psychiatrist in Chennai.

If you're interested in hypnosis in any way, I think it's important to understand the role it played in the Satanic Panic, and the damage it caused.
I'm not saying you can't practice hypnosis. I'm saying that you need to be aware of what can happen when people practice hypnosis in a misinformed way.
To really oversimplify things, in the 1970s and 1980s, your Evangelical types were really buttmad over stuff like civil rights, women having jobs, and also legal abortion.
Evangelicals believe everything is a war between ultimate good and ultimate evil. Everything they disapprove of is therefore the work of Satan.
Everything they disapprove of, of course, is whatever they feel doesn't serve their Christofascist politics. Also, convincing believers that evil was lurking everywhere in the outside world was a damn good way to keep them in the fold, where they felt safe.
Hence you had Evangelicals claiming that rap and rock and roll were Satanic and loaded with subliminal messages encouraging the youth to commit sin. They claimed that Halloween was a Satanic holiday and trick-or-treating was some kind of Satanic rite, which meant that kids who went trick-or-treating were secretly worshiping Satan without knowing it!
Then you had scam artists like Mike Warnke come along and claim that there were actual Satanic cults plotting the downfall of good Christian society.
And then there was Michelle Remembers, a book that supposedly describes the totally real and not at all confabulated memories of a woman who would fall into trance states in her therapist's office and recount the most theatrically ghastly tales of things a Satanic cult supposedly did in Victoria, British Columbia.
And this is where hypnosis comes in.
See, there was this whole idea that hypnosis was a foolproof method for recovering lost memories, and all kinds of everyday mental issues were chalked up to repressed memories. Supposedly, people could be cured of their ills by uncovering the repressed memories.
People would undergo hypnosis and "remember" Satanic abuse, often from family members. The way these "memories" often contained elements from popular horror films, antisemitic conspiracy theories, and witch hunt propaganda raised fewer eyebrows than it should have.
Best case scenario, families were torn apart as children became convinced their parents were Satanic abusers. Worst case scenario, innocent people were put on trial and put in prison for crimes they never committed.
The lack of forensic evidence didn't stop people. They simply declared that the Satanists must have hidden or destroyed all of the evidence. Never mind the amount of work it would have required. Never mind the utter impossibility of hiding the evidence in some cases.
Also, the people who'd undergone therapy were often traumatized by their confabulated memories. Far from curing them, the hypnotherapy only made things worse, because they believed it was all real.
Anyone who has any interest in hypnosis, hypnotherapy, or even any sort of trance work should keep all of this in mind. Not everything you experience is going to be "real." And just as stress can make you more likely to have nightmares, it can also make you more likely to see scary things while in a trance.

Naruto Hinata Jiraiya and Obito what would their non profit be?
(btw i do not know what that is)
Naruto: Ramen4Orphans. He would start a nonprofit which would deliver ramen to orphans. Straightforward.
Hinata: Follow Your Sunshine. A nonprofit for struggling kids. It would have self-confidence coaching, counseling, and martial arts lessons to build discipline and fortitude.
Jiraiya: Writing Is Exciting. A writer's workshop operating in hot spring resorts, to rejuvenate the body and mind and get that creativity flowing. It was not his first choice in name.
Obito: CEO of Red Moon Hypnotherapy. It is a very shady enterprise with tax evasion involved, providing hypnotherapy for unwell people.

What is ageregression?
In this post I will be explaining what ageregression is, why it helps, who recommends it and in which ways it migth occur as a symptom. TW for talk of trauma, abuse, neglect and kink.
1. What is ageregression?
Ageregression is a coping mechanism or symptom usually connected to mental health issues, brain injury or dementia. It simply means that an individual acts like a younger age, usually the person reverts back to this child/childlike mindset, sometimes even on cognitive levels, cussing them to lose control over certain body functions. This can present in multiple ways, for an example in speech difference, using a pacifier, playing with toys, using/needing to use diapers or training pants etc. The amount of time reverted can be any age younger then hier biologcal one but is often 0-13.
2. What causes someone to ageregress?
Ageregression can be cause by a multitude of things, when used as a coping mechanism it is often used by individuals with childhood trauma such as abuse, neglect, sexual abuse etc. Those individuals can use it as a means to relieve their childhood in a happier way or to recreate a time in which they felt safer. Ageregression can also be caused by mental health disorders like (c-)ptsd, bpd, bipolar, anxiety, depression and DID. There are also certain other neurological reasons to experince ageregression like dementia and long term effects of neurological injuries. Disabled people migth also regress to relive an accomidaten childhood.
3. Who recommends agere, how is it used?
A majority of mental health professionals reccomend regression as a means to self regulate, even for those without "typical" childhoods to suggest it. It is a common symptom of a multitude of preexisting mental health struggled and embracing it can often immensely help patients struggling with it naturally. Ageregression is often used as a coping mechanism from patients on their own but in some cases is also used within a therapeutic setting to work with a patients inner child or as a form of hypnotherapy.
4. Is ageregression the same as ageplay?
No it is not! From the outside it migth seem that way and while they do have a few similarites but ageregression is not sexual! Due to it often being a way to cope with trauma individuals may struggle with unwanted intrusive thougths when regressed but those are not a reflection of the persons desires! Ageplay is a kink with power dynamics and power exchange, while soem do use it as a coping mechanism it is not the same as ageregression and should be kept seperate from each other at all times! An ageplay er is not literally reffering back to a child/childlike mindset when engaging in sexual acts, they are simply pretending! Never ever try to be sexual with a regressor, they are most likely in the mindset of an actual kid!
5. How can I help someone who regresses?
If you know someone who regresses or want to try it yourself the best you can do is talk with them! See how they want to be treated and how they want you to treat the topic, they migth appreciate being able to share that part of them with someone but it could also be that they do not wish to and want to keep it private. Some regressors have a person in their life to help care for then when regressed, that person is usually called a caregiver and acts as a sort of parental role when the person is within that headspace, it can be anyone from a friend, romantic partner or even relative. If the person trust you and you would feel like you mfoth benefit from caring for someone you can suggest taking over that role from them! No matter what you do never shame then for it or sexualize them, try to understand them and why they chose to heal this way.
6. My child regresses, what do I do?
First like I mentioned above, do not shame them! Do not get angry and ground yourself before talking to them, your past behaviour migth be reason they regress and it migth not be. Calmly talk to them about it, you can ask them why they regress and if you should have done things differently whne they were younger, do not yell ro tell them to grow up! Simply listen and offer support however that migth look like, it could be simply letting them be!
7. What do all the terms mean?
Agere = Ageregression
Regressor/little = someone who regresses
CG = someone caring for a regressed person
Agedre = agedreaming or half regression
Age range = the ages someone regresses to
Headspace = someone's regression
paci = a pacifier
sibby = another regressor someone has a close, sibling like, relationship to
This post is meant as a tool to explain regression to those outside of the community including friends, parents, romantic partners and anyone you want to educate about it! It is quiet surface level in some parts so if you tell sowmeoem ans they have more questions you feel overwhelmed to answer feel free to dm me.

I agree with you that having a hypnosis kink doesn’t automatically mean a person is an unethical therapist. HOWEVER, an ethical therapist with a hypnosis kink would NEVER try hypnosis with a client.
Being ethical isn’t just about doing the right thing, it’s also about avoiding the appearance of doing the wrong thing. It doesn’t matter if you're ethical in private if your actions make the public question your integrity. Poppy can cry “unfair double standards'' all she wants, but wanting to hypnotize people while having a kink for it is going to raise eyebrows.
So yes, an ethical therapist would be able to separate their kink from their work, but an ethical therapist would never put themselves in that position in the first place.
It is certainly a gray area. I don't know what kinks my therapist has--for good reason. She doesn't divulge her personal life to me outside of her having kids or the occasional surface level thing that interests her. That's because she respects her image as a person who manages vulnerable people.
Honestly I believe there are people with all sorts of kinks in important professions that don't even think to cross the two. After all, we don't always get arousal when exposed to the object of our kink in a non-sexual setting. I do believe a therapist with a hypnosis kink can be ethical when doing hypnotherapy. It depends on the character of that individual. Much like I can believe a person with a priest kink can behave themselves during mass.
Of course... there are exceptions. Poppy is this exception given her pattern of behavior and refusal to stay ethical.
The entitlement to have your private, intimate details made public has gotten increasingly more common. From what I remember, Poppy was pissed because she couldn't have an Only Fans or post nudes online while being a therapist. The lack of self awareness baffles me. In a perfect world, our naked bodies or intimacy would not be taboo, and would be celebrated. We don't live in that world. Therapists have a code of ethics and if you do no follow them, you will not longer be a therapist, that includes maintaining your public image.

if you're comfortable with sharing i would LOVE to know more details abt the highschool hypnosis scandal???!??
i don’t mind! (small town, huge school.) dropping the story below the cut; CW for discussions of suicide.
so, at my high school, the principal was an amateur hypnotist, and he used to offer brief hypnotherapy sessions to students who were stressed or struggling with schoolwork and personal stuff. it was not, like, super shady and something he did secretly; parents and other staff knew about it. he had been advised in the past by the school board that he should proceed with caution, but was never actually told not to do it.
what keeps this from being a funny florida man story is that, in my junior year, three students died in very quick succession. it so happened that all three of them had done hypnotherapy sessions with the principal.
one of them died in a car crash after a dentist appointment; questions about whether he had gotten any medication that might have affected his driving got immediately overshadowed by his girlfriend claiming that he had been doing the self-hypnosis the principal taught him to calm down after the appointment.
the other two committed suicide. both of them had well-documented stressors in their lives and previous struggles with mental health.
but the media - and the parents of the deceased students - decided that the hypnotherapy MUST have been a significant factor in all these deaths. it turned into a huge scandal. the principal got dismissed in disgrace. there were lawsuits.
it was a mess, and incredibly upsetting on every level to us students - if i still sound bitter about it, it is because i am. we had already lost a really beloved teacher in a freak accident earlier that year, and now, there were those dealing with the loss of a friend, or friends. those of us who did not personally know any of the kids were still really shaken up by all those deaths in such a short time. and, now, on top of it, the principal we all loved was getting railroaded about it. he had been there for years; he was really well-liked and really good at his job. he pulled us out of a truly embarrassing academic slump; he was a huge supporter of the arts and the theatre kids especially loved him for that. the seniors actually staged a walk-out to protest the fact that he would not be able to shake their hand at graduation that year.
anyway, as these things do, it blew over eventually. the parents got a settlement, which i - well. i will not say what i think of that. reasonable people can disagree on whether or not it was appropriate for a principal to be giving hypnotherapy to students - i personally think it is no different from, like, teaching them meditation, but i also see the point that, as he was an unlicensed amateur, he should not have been doing what was legally considered medical treatment. but the way it got sensationalized was horrible. it cost a decent guy his job and his reputation, and turned three untimely deaths into hysteria, and made a circus out of a whole semester for a bunch of teenagers who were just trying to make it through a hellish year.

Dragon Ball Super manga Ch. 47-50
Tumblr media
Man, you said it, Piccolo.
Tumblr media
So Moro has escaped the Galactic Patrol’s prison after 10,000,000 years in confinement, and his plan is to restore his original magic power by using the Namekian Dragon Balls.  He found out about the Namekians from fellow prisoner Cranberry, who was one of Frieza’s goons during the Namek Saga of DBZ.  So when Moro escaped, he took Cranberry with him to lead him to the Namekians, although I’m not sure how that works, since Cranberry would have no idea how to find New Namek, or that there’s even a New Namek to be found.
Anyway, Goku and Vegeta tried to stop Moro, only to get their powers drained, and they’ve spent the last three days recovering while Moro has been very slowly gathering the Dragon Balls.  Goku thinks they can stop him by hiding the one they’re with and suppressing their ki.  But it turns out Moro can detect the Dragon Balls directly, so he doesn’t need to rely on Namekian life signs to show him the way.
Tumblr media
So Goku and Vegeta decide to face him head on, since they don’t seem to have any better options.  Moro is surprised to find they’re still alive, but he plans to kill them once and for all this time.
Oh, when I was complaining about how this arc just rehashes a lot of themes and imagery from classic Dragon Ball, I forgot to mention how Moro’s whole dynamic with Cranberry and his quest to restore his former power is lifted straight from King Piccolo.  It’s a shame, because I want to like Moro.  He has a cool look if nothing else, but they’re just not giving me anything to work with here.
Tumblr media
So things look dire for Goku and Vegeta, until suddenly Merus shows up.  Recall that Goku and Vegeta teleported to New Namek on their own because Merus’ ship was still a few days’ travel away from the planet.  Well, those days have passed, and now Merus is here to lend a hand.  First he reveals this new device that was designed to trap Moro temporarily.  It won’t last long, but it doesn’t have to.  Merus just needs Moro to hold still for the second part of his plan...
Tumblr media
...Majin Buu, whom he brought along.  The only one who could defeat Moro ten million years ago was the Grand Supreme Kai, and Majin Buu absorbed him five million years ago, so Merus has used hypnotherapy to reawaken the Kaioshin’s memories within Buu, and apparently it worked.  Buu not only recognizes Moro, but he’s outraged at all the terrible things Moro did in the past.
Tumblr media
Moro breaks free of Merus’ sticky trap, but it doesn’t seem to matter, because Buu kicks the shit out of him.  Moro’s energy draining ability doesn’t seem to work on Buu at all, and Buu seems to have gotten stronger from having the Kaioshin’s dormant memories brought out.  But this is all for nothing if Buu doesn’t use the magic-sealing technique that Merus needs him to use.
Tumblr media
But before Buu can use that technique, Cranberry summons the Namekian Dragon, and starts making wishes.  Apparently he has some device that can force a Namekian to translate his wishes, which is a clever plot device, except Cranberry never made it far enough to find out that Porunga only responds to the Namekian language, so I don’t see how he would have known to use a device like this.
Tumblr media
Anyway, Moro convinces Cranberry to wish for Moro’s magic to be restored, and then he kills Cranberry for his trouble, because he has another wish he needs granted.  We don’t find out what that is right away, but stay tuned.
Tumblr media
Meanwhile, Buu restores Goku and Vegeta to their full power and assumes the appearance and personality of the Grand Supreme Kai for the duration of this battle.  I never thought of this before, but maybe Buu’s healing powers were always abilities he got from the Kais he absorbed, rather than an innate power.  I guess the only way to know for sure would be if Kid Buu healed someone, but he’d never do that.
Tumblr media
Then we get a bonus segment which reveals Cranberry’s origin story.  He was the Frieza soldier who got beat up by the Namekian villagers, and Zarbon superkicked him to death.  Well, Mr. Popo wished back everyone who was killed by Frieza and his soldiers, and that includes Cranberry, who managed to escape Namek’s destruction by fleeing in Vegeta’s spaceship.  This probably would have been more interesting if Cranberry had gotten to do more in this story, but he’s already dead, so we know he’s done.
Tumblr media
Moro declares victory and tries to leave the planet, but the good guys pursue, although only Buu can fight Moro in the vacuum of space.  The problem is that he’s no longer a match for Moro now that Moro’s got his magic restored.  He goes for that technique the Kai used 10 million years ago, but Moro figures out it’s a bluff.  Buu doesn’t have the power to execute it this time.  But why should that be?
Tumblr media
Merus suspects that it’s because Majin Buu separated into two beings during the Buu Saga.  Merus assumed that the good Buu retained all of the Grand Supreme Kai’s power, since he kept the Kai’s appearance, but maybe Kid Buu got some of it after all.  And since Kid Buu is dead, that means the surviving Buu doesn’t have the power he needs to pull off Merus’ plan.
Tumblr media
But it’s not all bad news.  Merus’ original idea has failed, but Goku and Vegeta are confident that they can overpower Moro in a fair fight.  The problem is that Moro keeps using his magic to drain their power, which spoils things.  So Merus sends them back to New Namek, and he goes out to help Buu. With his sticky trap weapon and the Grand Supreme Kai’s teleportation power, they manage to bring Moro back to the planet’s surface, where they can all fight him together.
So I like that idea.  Moro’s not invincible like Super Buu or Jiren.  He’s got a lot of different abilities, but he still has some weaknesses, which can be exploited as long as Goku, Vegeta, Buu, and Merus work together.  Unfortunately, Moro had one other trick up his sleeve.
Tumblr media
Remember that other wish he made to Porunga?  Well it was to free all the prisoners at the Galactic Patrol’s jail.  He had struck a deal with them all before the story started, and now that he’s busted them out, they head for New Namek to back him up.  Wait, how did they get to New Namek so quickly?  It took Merus days to make the trip.
Tumblr media
Of course, you might wonder what difference escaped convicts could make in a battle like this, but Moro uses his magic to empower them, which is also a nice touch.  Moro may not be physically strong enough to defeat a Super Saiyan Blue, but he can make others stronger, and he can drain Goku and Vegeta’s powers while they take on the small fry.
Tumblr media
Eventually, Goku and Vegeta are overwhelmed, and the good guys are forced to withdraw.  Goku prepares to teleport everyone back to GP headquarters, but Vegeta decides that he’s sick of this shit and refuses to join the others.  Instead, he takes off after the spaceship that brought Merus’ group to New Namek.
Tumblr media
They make their own escape, and the pilot plans to regroup with the others at GP headquarters, but Vegeta forces him to take the ship to Yardrat instead.
And this is really the first interesting twist to the whole arc.  I was getting pretty bored with Goku and Vegeta being joined at the hip, getting outmaneuvered by Moro while Merus makes all his big plans.  It’s one thing when it’s just one of them, but when they’re both doing the same thing, it’s redundant, so it makes sense for Vegeta to get sick of this shit and seek out an alternative strategy.  He’s sick of magic and tricks and teleportation, and he’s convinced that he can defeat Moro in a direct confrontation, so he’s chosen to take matters into his own hands.  So we’ll see how it plays out.
Things have gotten a little better with these chapters, but I’m still not sold on this story.  We’ll just have to see how it goes...

Doors a Kid Shouldn’t Walk Through (WIP) Title from Guiltless by dodie
Tumblr media
Notes: I started writing this for Whumptober and never finished it, but I like the concept so I'm making it into its own fic (if I ever get around to it)
Prompts: Pinned Down (no. 5) + Recording (no. 6) Moreid/Ralvez (eventually) | 509 words | The BAU gets a case where an unsub digs up Spencer, Derek, and Luke's pasts, forcing them to reveal some guarded secrets & make some difficult decisions
⚠️TW: CSA (Spencer's father & Derek's canon trauma) & SA
Tumblr media
Spencer doesn’t remember the first time it happened. He was too young.
And coming to terms with that feeling like mourning, crying for a childhood someone ruined before he was old enough to know that someone who tells a kid they love them shouldn’t mean it like that.
The memories come in flashes, snippets of scenes unattached to time, assaulting his senses until he can’t breathe, begging his brain to stop.
The first time he remembers it, all of it, every move, every emotion, how hot breath felt against smooth skin, is in Los Vegas following his hypnotherapy session, sensations sparking under his skin, burning down the walls his brain built, causing everything to come crashing in.
“Get it off! Morgan! Get them off!”
Derek does remember the first time it happened. He was too young.
He was too young to lose his father, too young to become the man of the household, too young for his life to be so tainted.
But Carl Buford didn’t care–
“I pulled myself out of the gutter! All the way to the FBI!”
–or maybe he cared too much, drawn to the dying innocence in his eyes, snuffing out the last sparks; the damage at such a young age was part of the appeal.
He’s the first to put it together, or at least to acknowledge it, anger building and boiling in Derek’s gut as he watches Spencer’s hands shake as he denies the signs, breaking down in the older agent's hotel room, sobbing when he stops running from it.
“I was just a kid.”
He stays by Spencer’s side, sleeping on his sofa for when the genius inevitably wakes up screaming, talking him through breathing exercises he learned for the same reason, keeping his friend's head tucked under his chin, hiding the silent tears staining his cheeks.
“I know, Spence. I’m sorry it happened to you; you didn’t deserve it.”
Derek drove him to therapy for weeks, talking him down from flashbacks until he felt okay leaving Spencer alone, never batting an eye when the young brunette showed up on his doorstep or outside his hotel room at midnight, simply inviting him in, holding him until they fell asleep.
“I love you, Pretty Boy.”
They never defined their relationship, never put a label on it, blurring the lines between platonic and romantic with every gentle touch, holding each other through the horrors of their lives and jobs, Spencer screaming Derek’s name through their comms whenever he pulled some “stupid, self-sacrificing stunt,” refusing to move or speak until the older agent responded.
“You’re going to be the death of me, Derek.”
They never discussed the terms, never called each other “boyfriend,” never came out, but they still managed to drift, life ripping them apart like a breakup—even if they were never together—never lost each other, they stopped gravitating towards each other, remaining in orbit, but never coming closer.
“Whoever they are, they’ve gotta be one hell of a person to keep up with you.”
“I just can’t imagine this room without you.”
“You’ve lost protectors before, haven’t you? That’s what makes this so hard, history repeating itself.”

☆.´•`. ☽ .☆, 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗲 ,☆. ☽ .`•´.☆
You can call me Cosmic or K, I go by she/her. I’m a Millennial (90s kid). This is my mostly anon blog about manifesting, shifting, and the multiverse. I love all things supernatural, witchy and sci-fi. I love cats, I have two & a bunch of strays. My favorite hobby at the moment (aside from learning about shifting lol) is creating AI art.
I love to learn and share my experience with others. I’m a Leo, and my Mercury is in Virgo so I love to do research, study new things, experiment, and I have a more “logical” mind. I’m not selling anything on this blog, and not connecting it to any of my other socials. I’m just here to help others and learn more myself :)
I got into personal development/coaching around 2016 and found manifestation around the same time. Although it was mostly law of attraction based teaching (which I don’t agree with anymore), I spent years studying different concepts, learning different methods, getting certified in different things.
I found law of assumption and shifting a few months ago and have radically changed my mindset. Although I learned a lot over the years, so many of the coaches and manifesting teachers I used to follow just ended up making up rules and limits where we don’t need them.
If you’re wondering what kind of experience & expertise I do have, here are some of the things I have studied and accomplished in my life:
I have a bachelors degree in language/linguistics from a university in Tokyo. I used to be obsessed with Japan and moved to Tokyo for 5 years on my own. (I live in the US now)
I’m a licensed nail tech & esthetician
I’m certified in life & success coaching, EFT tapping, hypnotherapy, and Timeline therapy
I’m Reiki level 3 certified
I’ve worked as a model for a while, mostly brand ambassador/promo model events, hand & beauty modeling on live TV, and the occasional commercial
I have manifested things big and small over the years, and will be posting some of my favorite manifestation stories here
I don’t do any coaching, but feel free to DM me with questions. No trauma dumping and haters will be blocked.

Look Self-awareness, pride's a coat, and yes, I like to wear it Buttoned up, don't like to let no air in With a pair of gloves that I hope doesn't perish I discovered, though, when I get holes in them And I let joy in, I'm in higher spirits My mistakes are like a screamin' parrot Just repeating lyrics, I can barely bear it when I'm lost
Road is narrow, I'm lookin' down it like a gun's barrel Aren't we all searchin' for the serum That could help us breathe and leave our state of peril? All of us have made defensive scarecrows That we scatter 'round our fields and treat like heroes When they scare away the things that we should cherish 'Cause we're too embarrassed to admit the fear is that we're lost
Yeah, but what does it matter? I get so combative Inside of me's a personal canvas, the paint can be splattered Get messy when I start to get rattled The heart of a savage, I'm quiet when I lurk in the shadows But somethin' don't add up, I don't wanna be overdramatic But look at the data, it's obvious that humans are fragile We tend to get mad at the ones that call us out But the fact is we need someone that'll be honest when we fly off the handle
I admit I throw a fit when I begin to unravel Keep my wits, been off the grid but now I'm back in the saddle My intent is not to rent, I like to own what I value I could sit here on the fence or maybe pick up the paddle I like to row against the current, that's the way that I travel Opposite of what the grain does, got the brain of a rebel Take initiative, I'm diligent on every level I never could settle, I like to keep my foot on the pedal, yeah
I'd love to pack arenas and all But what I really wanna do is learn to handle my thoughts And put the reins on 'em, show 'em I'm the one that's the boss And pull 'em back when they get out of hand, I'm breakin' they jaws I'm takin' the flaws that told me I could never evolve Then pull a Bane on 'em, ask 'em, "Oh, you think you're in charge?" You oughta know better, ain't no way around it, I'm flawed The traits that I want, they say I can't afford what it cost
But I (I), manifested this Failing's how you grow and learn your lessons, kids Take the worst and try to make the best of it 'Cause when you fail, just know that it's a test and if You can learn to pick yourself back up again And train your brain to not be such a pessimist It's okay to make mistakes, just don't forget that There's a high road but I skip the exit when I'm lost
Yeah When I'm lost When I'm lost (lost) When I'm lost When I'm lost (lost), lost
Wow, these burdens are heavy And I'm hopin' it don't bury me I used to be joyful and skip so merrily But now I'm too cautious and tip toe carefully My mind left and it's nowhere to be found Am I a big old parody? 'Cause it's no fair to me And now I'm at the point where I'm spending a grand a week on hypnotherapy
Look, I'm tryna wash away my sins I got a group of loved ones that ain't my friends And if I ever take an L, then they might grin And they all wanna see me stay in the cage I'm in So when it comes to anybody, there's no trust for no one Man, so what? My whole plan's to go nuts My shoulders ready for more shrugs, I'm gon' judge Anybody tryna enter my circle with no love (hold up)
My sanity's gone, I'd rather be torn from this planet they planted me on Yes, that's a reward, I'm actually bored with having a sore heart It's torn apart from a family that I don't have anymore (now hol' up) I was livin' so oblivious with millions, it really was a pity, huh? (A pity, huh?) It's kinda funny what a penny does, mixed in with a mini buzz (I feel stuck)
Life's got me by the neck, with a blade against it (what?) 'Cause I was runnin' late for the train and missed it (what?) The only thing I feel is pain and vengeance (what?) So I'ma act out like a raging misfit (what?) And every verse I lay gon' stay sadistic (yeah) You wanna hate me? Good, great, terrific (good) You'll never see the day where my anger's dismissed You better go and change your wishlist 'cause I
Yeah, manifested this Do not treat me like some adolescent kid I am praying to the Lord with the book of James Hopin' he gon' add my testament This dark cloud, that's my residence Demons knockin', I don't have to let 'em in I done made mistakes, day to day, you probably can't relate I just ain't the same when I'm lost
Yeah When I'm lost (when I'm, yeah) When I'm lost (lost) When I'm lost When I'm lost (lost), lost

Home School 14 spoilers
So I just caught up on Home School and ahhhh, they did the one thing I was most fearing. The Sky Castle thing, where you have an untenable and fucked up system that uncannily if exaggeratedly resembles the untenable and fucked up systems of our real world, and then one character is actually to blame for all of it, doing things for cartoonish, individual-backstory-having reasons, and all the other enforcers of the system escape culpability by comparison.
Like, I don't think the other masters completely escape culpability, not when the good OTP Dilak/Praeporn seem to be the only ones actively resisting what's been happening, but it's still an ughhh way of making their behavior seem less terrible without actual change or growth. Plus, I try to stay in my lane and not comment on colorism, so apologies if this is overstepping, but everything about Prasath's portrayal already felt pretty uncomfortable, and it just got so much worse.
I'll wait to see where the last four episodes go, but if I'm actually supposed to believe Amin started this school for good reasons and it was a good and loving place that helped orphans by hypnotizing them into normativity so their rich parents wanted them again I'm gonna... /shakes fist! And tbf his whole plan was never actually that, it was always using that (still probably fucked curriculum!!) as a cover for his revenge on society, but using desperate kids as his child soldiers was deeply fucked even before it became a violent revenge!!
But I'll see where it goes. In the clips the students watched of Run & Putha, Run seemed like an active and informed participant in the hypnotherapy. I still 100% do not think any of this is okay when done to desperate kids you're telling you will love in their shitty parents' stead, particularly if any of the curriculum was compliance-based beforehand, but it's significantly less evil to teach the kids what for example Headmaster Yani was doing with the girls, that society sucks and you deserve better, and enforce their confidence w/ hypnotherapy in ways they know about going in and are on board with, than to brainwash them while they're out into becoming your sleeper disruptors.
I just hate in stories like this when the drama and suspense and twists and turns are privileged over the potentially juicy and salient social commentary; it's a much more impactful story imo if Amin started something with good intentions that was terrible from the beginning. If, just as Bodin passed down his father's abuse, Amin passed down Bodin's power and control over him onto the children he now had power over.
That said, I still love all the kids, look forward to Maki and Run's reunion, and find Amin/Bodin very very juicy. Imo:

*Guruji is good at puja, yoga and spiritual guidance. How can a spiritual guru help kids with success in life ?*
------------------
We already started 2024 Child Foundation class with 100+ kids. Got a query from a member on how we can take that course.
------------------
Guruji is a gold medalist in Engineering, has topped in Management Studies, has advanced degree in Law and also advanced degree in psychology. He has excelled in academics. Guruji is also a successful professional, working in leadership role in a top firm in India, with presence across globe. The firm is a leader in industry for 40+ years, with more than 3 lakh employees. Guruji is the sole inventor of first granted US patent of this firm, which is a historical milestone for the firm. With several patents, authored books, research papers, and chair role in leading conferences he has established a mark in professional life as well, much beyond just a role in the firm. On family life, he is living a happy life with wife and two kids. Wife has also got Srividya poorna diksha, and both kids doing well in studies, puja, yoga, music, martial arts and several other areas. On Spiritual side as well, he is not limited to just tantra and yoga, he is also a reiki master, advanced level pranic healer, several certifications in hypnotherapy and proper learning and understanding on several philosophies and sampradayas under different qualified Gurus. His grip on Astrology, Vaastu, Siddha and several spiritual topics is well known to his students across the globe, and Guru linage in these topics is mentioned in Svtp website. In addition to this, it is not just advanced degree in psychology, he also have several research publications and certifications on psychology, similar to achievements in management and engineering. Most of the people you can get for helping your kid is - counseling from a person having a degree or online certification, or might just be a healer to give positivity, or may be just a spiritual instructor to teach some topic or just a motivational speaker who can motivate. This is no match to Guruji who has been exceptional in academics, work, presentation, research, innovation, spiritual guidance, counseling, consulting, family life, and almost every aspect he has handled. *It is almost impossible to find someone more qualified to help your kid achieve all round success in life.* So parents and kids who miss this opportunity of foundation course for kids are at a major loss.
