we love silly questions here! i think hmmmmmmmmmmm,,,,,,,,,, i think perhaps the way andrew thinks of the act of smiling (or smirking in this case) is different from the way the average person does, so while it is a bit silly to imagine andrew never Once smiles i think it is more so that to him he will most likely never do it because he is feeling joyful and wants to share it (and can you imagine!) and more so because he feels there is a purpose to it, like when he smiled at kevin at the end of tkm to show approval/relief/desperate madness for kevin day/(?????). so i think he would yeah! perhaps not at all often and it will never be purely out of amusement, but if there is a purpose i do not see why he wouldn't
