I have the chance to speak publicly on mental health issues because I'm a very vocal person about it in my personal life as it's a very large part of my life. Living with Borderline personality disorder, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and panic attacks is one of the reasons I got a service dog. My life had gotten better since I got Tobi but I still have bad days dong get me wrong but now it's no longer daily meltdowns and breakdowns and avoiding going alone anywhere there could possibly be a crowd.

Now I can do crowds and not feel unsafe.

I was at the mall with Tobi and my friend and her service dog in training and both were very well behaved, listening, and in my friends pups case, getting used to the different environment. We were walking through the food court deciding what we want to eat when someone stopped us and I thought they were going to start with the whole " excuse me, can I pet your service dog?" but to my surprise they said

"Excuse me, I just wanted to say think you for having really service dogs, even if they're sill in training and not faking them. I have a friend with a service dog and she's been attacked by a fake just recently. So thank you."

And I was just kinda stunned, I still see the sassy puppy I brought home. I should give her more credit than I do really.

My boyfriend and I took Tobi to pride today. Didnt get a lot of pictures because it was so crowded and Tobi kept alerting to my rising anxiety.

Tobi has been just a velcro dog the last few days. Idk what got into her but damn I'm kinda liking it

She's been so amazing the last couple of times we've been out, I'm proud.
