Not to be too personal on main but I’m currently on a road trip and I was planning to use this time to read THG and write fanfic.

But.

I underestimated car sickness.

Currently at a rest top but I have the motivation to start writing Wiress fanfiction at some point this week. Maybe make an au of sorts or like a canon-compliant thing.

SO I had this idea to do a “build your own fanfic” of sorts. I’m not promising I’ll post it publicly (or even write it 💀) but I wanted to try it!

So I was planning on posting polls to see what people would choose, maybe that’ll help with motivation and decision paralysis lmao

I think I’ll incorporate one or multiple elements, but I’m just curious! I think I also just like doing polls lmfao

I'm gonna post the information for one idea below and whichever result wins will be applied to this idea, and the loser will go to the other. (So if this one gets reader-insert the other will be OC)

This character is from District 9 and their name was reaped for the 61st Hunger Games. During the days in the Capitol, before the actual Games began, they decided to remain strategically vague. Every word is carefully chosen. During their Games, they managed to win by merely outsmarting and outrunning the other tributes. Their life after the Games was the same as most Victors, coerced into prostitution. The trauma from during and after the Games drove them to drink. Over the years they end up developing first a friendship with Haymitch that further grows into a relationship of sorts. Despite their efforts to hide the relationship, Snow finds out and starts threatening Haymitch to keep them under his thumb. As far as the general public was concerned they had become terribly influenced by Haymitch and Chaff and were rarely, if ever, sober. In truth, they're actually sober more often than they let on. Though they are drunk whenever dealing with "clients". They don't think they deserve any relief that alcohol and morphling provide. Haymitch is the only one who can talk them out of self-flagellation and they're the only one who can talk Haymitch into any self-care.

Reader will be nicknamed instead of using y/n unless y/n is requested for enough in tags and comments.

Nathan/Vlad/Ursula: For most of the book it's about two of the characters' romance (Vlad and Nathan) and Ursula meets them closer to the end. Their relationship, I think, is supposed to be continued in the next book. They all kiss each other and it's clear from the book that they like each other, and are all open to polyamory.

Zagreus and Megaera are exes, while Zagreus and Thanatos have very obvious romantic feelings for each other. As part of the story, you can romance both of them at the same time, and it is made clear that neither of them minds it. There's also a scene implying Meg and Than had something in the past.

Working on a Hunger Games OC currently and can't decide what I want to do with her.

So the idea is that she's a District 4 victor who won the 68th games and she and Finnick have been in a secret relationship since her Victory Tour. My issue is I'm unsure what to do with her when it comes to the Quarter Quell.

So I'm going to let y'all decide.
