just a friendly doodle of frisk and sans that turned into a whole illustration. ive been an undertale fan for like years but this is the first time ive ever drawn sans lol ive been in the art groove and i have time to actually finish pieces now! i really like how the background turned out, and i do want to push myself to finish more pieces, since i have so many more W.I.Ps i just need to actually focus on finishing them lol

Actually. Star crown Elrond is important to me because it keeps the theme of his family carrying stars with them, their connection to the stars and skies far beyond what even all other elves have. Thingol, who fell in love with a Maia from beyond Arda and Aman and from before time itself existed, and who, of all the elves, was alone named Elwë, after stars; Lúthien and the nightingales, birds, free with their wings, soaring the skies; Dior who carried the silmaril with the light of the Trees inside it; and Elwing who inherited it, and turned into a bird, flying as Lúthien's nightingales once did; Eärendil, a literal star; and Elros, who followed his father's star to Númenor, a star-shaped island where eagles dwelt. I drew this au like two times before completely abandoning it rightfully A because this is just a rip off from bot (ii) also X is undercover as a human (not in this drawing) for some reason in this au?? idk maybe I'll post a more indepth thing about the lore

Day 17 : Rain

ok this is my take on the devoured

so I did a little table of the affinity between some devoured and the four elements and/or the four tendencies

4 is reserved for the element you got devoured by 3 is for elements with a strong connection 2 is for elements with an okay connection 1 is for elements with little connection

then I made a graph (Raven's not on it because I wanted one of each element. My regards to the Rajavi Family)

then I found the area of the graph and split it into 3 groups Elemental Devoured - affinity with 1 element Dual Devoured - affinity with 2 elements Learned Devoured - affinity with 3 elements (there's no "affinity with 4 elements" because you need to forgo one element to be devoured by it's opposite)

then I made 16 categories (4 Elemental Devoureds, 8 Dual Devoureds, 4 Learned Devoureds) and a vague description for what they all look like. There are only 8 Dual Devoureds because of the opposing elements thing.

Elemental Devoureds are kinda like a cross between humans and elementals. They don't have corporeal desires (eating, sleeping, drinking) nor do they die like humans, but they feel and act the way humans would. Many choose not to abandon (magical) society and stay involved in the community. Several still fuck off to the forest tho.

Dual Devoureds live up to the rep a bit more. They predominantly abandon society unless kept against their will, or they want to stay around humans they have a particular connection to (think close family or friends). They can act close to fey-like creatures, and are the source of some folktales in the non-magical world.

Learned Devoureds are literally just creatures, man. They live in particular habitats, they let go of almost all their human memories, all of it. They are extremely territorial, but will just about leave you alone if you leave them alone. Much like elementals, they are weak to their opposing element. Unlike other Devoureds, they are really fucking big. Like, "eyes the size of coconuts" kinda big.

Most Devoureds are permeable, but the Earth ones aren't. The Mud and Magma Devoureds technically are, but you have to try really fucking hard, man (and, like, beware of getting burnt).
