Exposed: Money Waste? What Multivitamins REALLY are & Should You TAKE Vitamins at all? Do This Before Wasting Your Money...
Discover the Best Multivitamin Supplements for Men: https://super-achiever.com/best-multivitamin-for-men

Hello, Health Enthusiasts! 🌟 Today we're tackling a topic that's everywhere: Multivitamins. Are they the magical pills for health, or just an overhyped trend?
Before we dive into the vitamin vortex, make sure to subscribe and hit the bell icon so you never miss our health hacks and facts. Now, let's dissect the multivitamin mania! Decoding Multivitamins: What’s Inside the Bottle? Multivitamins, affectionately known as "multis," come in various forms: pills, gummies, powders, and liquids. But here's the catch – there's no standard recipe! Each brand could have a different concoction of vitamins and minerals, making the landscape a bit murky. Over half of American adults are popping these supplements, but the million-dollar question is: do they really need to? 🤔💊 In places with diverse food availability, severe vitamin deficiencies are rare, thanks to enriched foods and varied diets. Sure, multivitamins can be lifesavers in certain scenarios, especially for those with specific nutritional needs. But for the average Joe and Jane, is it an essential or just an added expense?
The Multibillion-Dollar Question: To Spend or Not to Spend? The supplement industry is massive, with brands vying for your attention (and wallet). Yet, splurging isn't necessary; even basic, store-brand supplements can meet your needs if they contain the Recommended Daily Allowance of essential nutrients. A pro tip: look for the "USP" seal, ensuring what's on the label is what's in the bottle, tested for purity and safety. 🏷️🔍 The Great Multivitamin Debate: Miracle or Myth? Here's where opinions diverge. Some champion multivitamins as dietary gap-fillers, while skeptics argue they're just leading to fancy urine. The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force steps in with a reality check – there's insufficient evidence to claim these supplements prevent cancer or heart disease. And while we're busting myths, let's talk alternatives: organic compounds like Shilajit might offer what multivitamins lack, but that's a story for another video (check it out if you haven't!). Navigating the Vitamin Verbiage: Hype vs. Health Beware of bold promises like enhanced brain health, boundless energy, or flawless skin.
These claims are often more about marketing than measurable benefits. If you're contemplating the multivitamin route, a chat with a registered dietitian could illuminate your actual needs versus what's just vitamin hype. 🧠✨ Your Turn: Vitamin Voyages and Tales Now, we want to hear from you! Have multivitamins been a game-changer in your wellness journey, or do you consider them unnecessary? Share your vitamin ventures in the comments below.
Stay tuned, as our next video will delve deeper into the benefits of multivitamins – are they truly beneficial, or is it all just a placebo effect? Make sure to subscribe so you don't miss out on this vital vitamin verdict. Until then, keep striving for your healthiest life, and goodbye for now! 🍏👋

Random question, during any of your pregnancy’s were you ever insecure about you body, how you were acting, or any of your cravings?
Me and my fiancé were talking about plans for future kids and i’m to scared to ask anyone else. could you give me a small run through of things to expect?
Thank you so much!!
Hey! I'll answer this both as a woman who has done pregnancy and birth three times, and as an experienced midwife. I don't like the 'horror story' sharing that many women do around pregnancy; it muddies the waters, and is supremely anxiety-inducing for anyone who is pregnant while hearing it.
You need to know I could write, and have written, essays on this.
As a midwife: Pregnancy is this period of unique physiological change in your body and mind, that even when it is normal (i.e. normal symptoms, not a sign of an unwell pregnancy) can be profound and lifelong.
These normal symptoms, including but not limited to nausea and vomiting (commonly referred to as morning sickness, though present at any time of day), weight gain, swelling, congestion, mood changes, appetite changes, stretch marks, heartburn and hip/joint pain, can range from barely present/absent, to severe.
Even severe pregnancy symptoms aren't always considered abnormal unless they're making you unwell (i.e. unable to keep any food or water down).
These symptoms can be altered by many of your pre-existing conditions; your weight and general health, your lifestyle and eating habits, your exercise habits, simple dumb luck/genetics, family history, mental health and body image/dysmorphia, etc.
So in that respect, in a normal pregnancy, I have seen some women who are extremely insecure and struggling to cope with the changes to their body and mind, and some women who absolutely breeze through it like pregnancy hasn't even affected them. Nowhere on this spectrum does it ever surprise me.
So now I'll talk about the average first pregnancy. As I said...the experience varies wildly.
Early on in your pregnancy (up to about 12 weeks) often feels like you're in an utter no-man's land. You feel like healthcare professionals aren't wildly interested in you; they'll take your history and 'book' your pregnancy in from (now this is based on the UK) about 8 weeks pregnancy (please note, your 'weeks of pregnancy' aren't calculated from the moment you fall pregnant, it is calculated from the first day of your last period, so in a woman with a regular 28-30 day cycle, there usually feels like there's a 'disparity' of about 2 weeks in your dates-- there isn't, this is how we calculate it). You may have an early scan or two. Essentially, we wait to see if the pregnancy is continuing; lots of miscarriages happen in the first 8 weeks. About 1/3 of pregnancies will miscarry here, in fact.
Tiredness is real at this stage. You may feel like you want to sleep constantly. It's shit that at this stage you often feel the worst, but feel like you're also just being expected to 'get on with it'. Please ask for help. If your partner isn't an equal partner pre-pregnancy, best of luck to you. You may feel utterly useless sometimes days from exhaustion, and this is normal I'm afraid.
Mid pregnancy drags, but you're usually starting to feel a bit better. The top of your uterus doesn't even begin to rise out of your pelvic brim until about 16 weeks, and the lower part of the uterus only begins to expand and form (creating that 'pregnant' belly look) from about 28 weeks, so don't try to force a bo that simply isn't there. Lots of women are very keen to look pregnant. Just chill. It's okay if you dont. Take it easy. You do not need to eat for two; your pregnancy uses your intake more effectively when you're pregnant. Do take pregnancy specific multivitamins though. They don't need to be expensive or fancy ones; normal store bought are generally just the same, without all the fancy packaging.
Later pregnancy, you will likely notice that tiredness creeping in again. This is where your baby is largely formed structurally, and is maturing and gaining size and weight. Please ignore any and all comments from people who look at you and announce that you will have a big/small baby. They're idiots and likely wrong. Laugh it off. Here is where you may start to notice things like heartburn, hip pain, mood changes coming back again. You're heavy, and it's harder to move, and your organs are moving out of the way to facilitate a baby. Cut yourself some slack if at all possible.
So...now to me and what I had.
As Haitch: (tw/cw: suicidal ideations) So it's now a running joke, that my body was so 'good' at pregnancy, so utterly flooded with hormones, that while I became this perfect machine for growing and birthing babies, pregnancy broke me.
I spent every waking minute of the first 16 weeks nauseous and exhausted, bone deep exhausted. I had all the usual symptoms hit hard and early! I suffered severe pelvic separation, agonising pain, and @mrhaitch had to help me up from an early stage.
Thankfully, he was exquisite pregnancy support. Full is based on him, after all.
I ended up on some pretty strong medication for my heartburn, as it was severe enough that my stomach acid was damaging my vocal chords.
Worst of all was my mental health. From 26-28 weeks, your progesterone levels boom. This is normal. But this is where we discovered that progesterone is a very bad hormone for me. I developed severe antenatal depression and anxiety, and antenatal psychosis. I was paranoid, delusional, fragile and had active suicidal ideations. I had plans on how I would end my life. This is all utterly unlike me.
With my first pregnancy, our son was born at 42 weeks after a fast, normal labour, but I don't know how I didn't end my own life towards the end of my pregnancy. With my second two, we were more on it, and my lovely colleagues induced my labours from 38 weeks, purely because my mental health was so bad.
I was watched like a hawk in pregnancy 3. We knew I would lose my mind...and sadly, I did. I was medicated but It did little to help. It was at that point (October/November 2024) that I began writing on Tumblr...and here I am.
So as I have said...lots of things you could expect.
To this day in my 13 year Midwifery career, I have seen fewer than 10 women whose mental health was affected as badly my pregnancy as mine was.
Tumblr media
Phew. If you have any more specific questions, I would be happy to answer.
Love,
-- Haitch xxx

Hey I just wanna ask a question really idk I heard WSS supports mentally ill people and as your previous response was nice I need a advice you may not answer to this of you feel scared but I am asking it to people idk who will see it or not but it's from my past trauma that it haunts me and it has done a lot of things including numerous attempts but my body is strong enough not to break. Recently something devastating happened and it effected me a lot beside our law system in our society isn't good enough. I am from Asia and idk if you have heard about a doctor case it still gives shiver to my spines beside many other people being murdered and labelled as su** in colleges, next year I will go for college but still it scares me a lot. But it's not that this thing affected me a lot previous thing that happened since my childhood still affects me a lot and I am still trying to heal from it I went to many people but they misinterpreted my cry for help and some labelled me as crazy or manipulative etc but I don't really mind about what they do, but the a recent thing happened like it was for weeks until I had to delete few of my social and take a break from everything, and like the people who did this to me like including the past i either blocked or restricted them just so I feel like I can live for a bit. Currently I went to doctor again and within a week I had to change my anti depressants back to back firstly it was SNRI, it wasn't doing it's job still my depression was up and like I overdosed myself many time when I was up at night crying in my bed yet there was no one but i don't mind about that, then my med was changed and now I am under a different SSRI but it also isn't working as effective as it should and i overdosed myself again and it was hell i survived somehow due to immediate care but I am still using it as they are observing my current state. Yesterday in the public i got a panic attack and my body was trembling and I was moving either fast or slow from people, mostly running away or not looking at anyone i felt dumb, one time there was loud sound going on and I have slight autism i covered my ears I was told not to and had to face those loud sounds and while I was hearing my nerves were feeling like they were in some hell my body was feeling uncomfortable but I got out of that few days back both of ny parents got ill i was taking care of them beside my tution went to hospital currently they are ok. But the thing is I am not and if it goes on I will get killed somehow, like I stay awake till 3:00 am in the morning and even like I sleep mostly around 4 am and wake up within 9 am, it's not healthy but I can't do anything, I still cry but worse than it was before, i still sometimes wish to overdose myself but i don't as it won't work, i study very less than I used to not like the pace or workloads i used to do, lost interest in activity sometimes I do mostly lay on my bed, beside I lost weight I am trying to gain along side some medicines of calcium, multivitamins and antioxidants. I am writing a book but i feel scared something bad might happen to me, but still I am writing it but I am lacking at pace. Same goes for football i don't go to play that much, I do watch some games but not like I used to, when I watch my idols or any edits related to football or like my fav club I support i mostly cry even onetime at bed I was crying by seeing a pic of Rodri and i closed my eyes and I felt he was hugging me and listening to all my stupid things idk sorry if I am weird but tbh i am reaching out help, I went for help like the one available none of them worked including counselling I was manipulated there so that they can earn my doctor suggested me a new one that he knows and i will go very soon but I still need some advice to how to cope up I am sorry for this long para but if you feel like not answering it's ok i won't mind but if you doing I will be highly obliged to you thank you take care and sorry for wasting your time 🩵
love, I really really don't wanna come off as rude but its 3am i just woke from a bad dream to read this. But reading all this is alot of Grey area for me , you can talk in more detail in my dms if you would like so I could get give a little more than what I am now. One thing I did notice you say is your on the spectrum, I have undiagnosed Austism and I personally also struggle with loud sounds. And a part that you said at the beginning saying WSS supports mentally ill, every should its fucked they don't I'm so sorry you has to make assumptions like that, but me as a WSS I do I let anyone dm me anytime or put in an ask with vent. I personally don't have any specific ways for cope but i really hope you find some soon You didn't waste my time at all I was very grateful you came out to tell me this type of thing, I understand that topics like this comes off as very sensitive to some. One big thing though during reading this, really try to drink water and eat and sleep its so important to do such. I really hope you can grow from your past and not live in a constant fear, I have heard many things about how shitty alot of China could be. I'm sorry if this answer to your venting was shitty I'm so tired but if you want to talk to me more about anything you can to spam my dms I don't mind at all. <33

Tips for coping with depression
As someone who struggles deeply with depression, I thought I'd post these very simple but very crucial tips for overcoming a low time
FIRST AND FOREMOST, IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY ENOUGH THAT IT'S AFFECTING THE WAY YOU ENJOY LIFE, YOU'RE UNHAPPY ENOUGH TO SEEK OUT THERAPY AND POSSIBLY MEDICATION. My depression doesn't usually manifest as sadness. It manifests as exhaustion, lack of drive, and tanking self-care. So it took me a long time to realize that it "counted" as depression. If you don't have insurance, look up a therapist who is willing to do a payment plan and to see you only a couple times a year, maybe just via tele appointment. They might be able to prescribe you medications if that's what you need. I was VERY hesitant to start meds, but I tried low doses of two meds and they rapidly turned my life around.
But in addition, here are my personal recommendations:
BRUSH YOUR TEETH. Always do this first. I don't know what the heck it is about depression that makes brushing your teeth so damn hard, but it's a thing, and you'll feel better if you do this first.
START WITH A SHOWER. Once you finally manage to force yourself out of bed, please for all that is holy, just get a shower. I prefer baths, but I've heard from others that the shower part is crucial to them. Get a shower and stay in there as long as you friggin' want or can. Get some tingly mint shampoo. Get a tingly face wash. That shit is invigorating. I actually keep my toothbrush and toothpaste in the shower and brush at the end of my bath (whatever I'm depressed and weird)
GO OUTSIDE. Even if it's just opening a window or standing on your apartment's balcony for a bit. Go outside and see the earth. Go for a walk.
GET SUNLIT. get assessed for vitamin D--you probably need supplements. Purchas an indoor SAD sun lamp; you can get them pretty cheap on Amazon and just 30 mins a day with that thing makes a difference!
SUPPLEMENTS. Important and useful ones I like are Vitamin D, Ashwaganda, CBD oil, Kratom (approach with care if you have addiction issues). And take a friggin' multivitamin--you're a grownup.
ALWAYS DO SOMETHING KIND FOR YOURSELF. do something small, simple, and kind for yourself, for no reason other than it's a simple pleasure. Eat one of those tiny half cup portions of ice cream they have at the grocery store, put vetiver oil in your bath, get the overpriced drink at Starbucks you always tell yourslef you shouldn't waste money on, light a candle or get one of those misting waterfall thingies and plug it in. Watch some cat videos, do a coloring book, bake a batch of muffins. Whatever feels nice to you.
LISTEN TO HAPPY MUSIC. I'm a big fan of angsty, dark rock and alternative music, but I force myself to avoid it when I'm having a hard time mentally. Instead I listen to upbeat gym music or pop, music that sound how I wish I felt.
CLEAN YOUR SPACE. If you're my kind of mentally ill, your living space sometimes can get pretty bad. There can be are piles. Put on some of the aforementioned music and get going, one item at a time, you can always take a break or stop whenever you want.
GO TO THE GYM. People who've never really worked out don't seem to believe us gym rats, but it's true: regular exercise can help almost as much as (or more than) antidepressants!
DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND EAT WELL. I used to be a diet soda addict, okay? But water is what our bodies thrive on, and you'll be amazed at how much more awake a simple chug of water can make you feel.
CALL A HELPLINE. If you need to talk, call a helpline. It's so easy. You don't have to be in crisis mode or at the end of your rope to call, and unless you're on the phone actively threatening immediate harm to yourself, they aren't going to do anything but give you a kind ear. I volunteer at one of these helplines, which strangely also really helps with depression.
BE KIND! To yourself and others. It's free to do and worth its weight in gold to the people on the receiving end. As Ru Paul likes to say: "Kindness is the highest form of intellect."

Knowing the 17 exist is the first step
Tumblr media
G = 7, O = 6, D = 4 = 17
Funny my moms new dog she just got she named Truman. I think we have established the importance of the 17 up to this point and how it creates the shape of a door. We can endlessly extrapolate upon this number and find more mathematical or logical proofs of its importance. From the Holy Bible to Pi 3.14 to the numerology of our letters.
The numbers 1/7 = 0.1428571428571429 makes is not the most important part. Just knowing it exist is the first step to escaping the matrix and your 3D limitations.
Everything boils down to BELIEF, you must beLIEve in the LIE. I had to LIE to myself for a very long time for many years. I didn't want to accept what was happening to me was actually happening. Everyone around you will call you crazy, you need medication etc. Everything and everyone around you will tell you are WRONG. And what you are believing is INCORRECT.
Tumblr media
Just be a good little sheep and follow the herd. The problem with that is I never liked listening to authority. I think my longest civilian job outside of the army only lasted 5 months. I knew there was something wrong with the world I just couldn't put my finger on it. Luckily my OCD for understanding the truth out weighed every other thing in my life including family life, health, social norms, relationships, etc. I've actually never been on a vacation before and here I am at the age of 40.
Yes I have been very obsessed with seeking the truth. Now that I finally found the Holy Grail I am sort of picking up the pieces of my life and trying to repair the damage I caused by being so obsessed with this journey. Luckily I am single with no kids and the only beings relying on me is my 2 cats. I am exercising a lot more since my health plummeted coincidentally a week or two after getting baptized at the age of 33 in 2018. I got diagnosed with Bechet's Disease which causes inflammation of the blood vessels. I was in an out of the ER 5x that year, I won't go into the details but it was pretty bad.
It can cause all sorts of ailments but it can go into remission. I've fixed 90%+ of my health problems by just using a foot stool in the bathroom, making homemade kefir and drinking yerba mate. The last part of correcting my health is increasing exercise and cardio. I have created a Bechet's Disease Research group on Facebook and I do believe I've narrowed down the causes. One part is the lungs I smoked off and on from the age of 19 up to around 31. Another is not exercising enough, gut microbiome (was damage due to long term antibiotic use in 2010 which started my first symptoms of Bechet's), the adrenals and I believe phosphates in the foods plays a big part which affects the kidneys. Astragalus is supposedly one of the best herbs for the kidneys.
I notice a big improvement in my energy levels when I take my multivitamin, magnesium, chlorella/spirulina and get more sunlight. https://amzn.to/4ducxFE
Tumblr media
I thought God hated me especially since all these underlying conditions manifested right after being baptized. Looking back now I realized it was an important physical and mental test of rebuilding myself and learning how to repair the damage I did to my body. God sent me the answers that I needed to solve my health problems and rebuild myself. I was actually experiencing shooting pains in my abdomen for months around 2020 and I was 1 day away from going to the ER for it.
I prayed to JESUS on Friday night and the next day that shooting pain magically went away. I was able to make that pain completely disappear once I added a stool for my feet in the bathroom and started incorporated homemade fermented kefir into my diet. The stool helps by lowering your cortisol and stress on your organs.
Now your probably saying, so you were healed after praying to JESUS and now you want us to believe in this Toilet God fantasy you're weaving? Exactly! During my 11 year trials I was attacked by a lot of evil. That evil demonic energy would actually laugh at me and make fun of me for calling out to JESUS for protection or help. Like oh God here he goes again calling out to Jesus to save him... But in the end I always did the same thing for protection. Until this last time in 1/7/2023 where I was finally able to push higher past the jeSUS avatar and realize they are there to hide Gods ultimate truth. Don't get me wrong there is a great deal of power in JESUS name but they are not the ultiMATe truth.
Tumblr media
Jesus or the Jester is a better name. Gods true persona is one of a clown or jester entity. The energy that flows outwardly from the Vesica Piscis or the vessel of the fish (Jesus fish) is a CLOWN energy. God is closer to that wink or that JINX than JESUS. God embeds a lot of their truth spread out through all religions and spiritual practices. Its just most of it gets diluted overtime to the point it becomes no longer helpful. This is why GOD wants to bring Toiletology to the masses. The world needs a wake up call. With more and more moving away from God a joke/parody religion is the best method to bring their truth like a trojan horse in disguise!
How can a silly parody/joke religion created by a comic book writer actually have any Godly truth within it?
I'm starting to realize now that I have done the crucifixion slowly over this past 11-12 years. Going through these past battles especially the one in fall 2023 where I had to fast for 40 days into another 40 day battle was hell. It honestly felt like I could keel over at any moment. I keep talking about how to reach my level of understanding you need to do this 11 year journey as well. I been asking God about this lately, how can the average person handle this without experiencing everything I have over my entire life? My time in the army, at war, my paranormal experiences when I was a teenager, my intuition and constantly searching etc.?
Tumblr media
I am realizing now that I may of already done the work for y'all. And all that is left is for you guys to harmonize off of my words and the message I am bringing to you through Toiletology or my "ministry." I am mostly just an artist, I am no savior figure. I am just somewhat good at creating great art that may resonate with a large amount of people. I also don't like a lot of attention and tend to avoid people. You can find me alone and in hermit mode 99% of my life. I have spent much time in solitude trying to understand God. Many years just quietly meditating and not much else.
My one friend I was training last December in 2023 for a few weeks said he could feel the sauce/slack or the ACE as I like to call it. The drugged out energy you feel when you are on the right track and harmonizing with God perfectly to reach your full potential. It took me 10+ years to feel that on my own. If what my friend was telling me it means that you guys made not need to go through all the grueling test God put me through. My friend was willing to join the church and I actually promoted him to the second rank while he was here with my fencing saber. You may get a watered down version of this 11 year journey and basically ride my coat tails to the top or through the gates of heaven. Because I can provide you with all the answers you seek without you doing any of the work. Maintaining 4D awareness requires an insane level of belief. I imagine you will still have battles you must overcome to reach the level of belief required. Toiletology I believe will accelerate this process for you. Everyone is already on this journey, they just don't realize they are. Toiletology is like a compass/map that can point you in the correct direction you should be looking. To better help you navigate this tangled web that God weaves.
Tumblr media
The main thing this journey has taught me is mastery of being insane. You need to be so insane that you actually go around the swing set inside out and become sane again. Basically being so bat shit insane but still being a "normal" functioning human being. Not mindlessly bumbling nonsense all over the place.
The truth is not that complicated. There is a higher level of awareness or reality. It is possible to tap into this reality and extra senses. Its definitely more than 6 senses, but the 6th sense is definitely your ability to communicate telepathically. Accessing the Akashic Records, lucid dreaming, astral projection or remote viewing you could probably lump all into this same 6th sense.
I think its all connected, it all begins with developing your pineal gland. I am still developing new abilities and strengthening the ones I have now more and more. I still don't fully know what the upper limit of these abilities will be yet. No I don't think I will ever be able to fly in the physical world, but I do fly a lot in my dreams. Maybe astral projection flying is real in the astral realm. I haven't done that yet, so I am not sure.
Tumblr media
It is possible to "meet" with others in the "mind" if you have the skill to connect telepathically so that you both can share, connect or bond with each other in this shared mind. You can't force yourself into another's mind, only if you both are trying to connect to each other will your thoughts and memories start to flow together. It can be kind of weird thinking another persons thoughts and vice versa. It is possible to pick up on a persons thoughts in close proximity.
One time at the movie theater I hat a black wool Amish looking hat and heard this guys thoughts where he said in his mind, "I should wear a hat like that." I responded out loud, "Might as well." And they looked at me perplexed, smiled and walked away laughing. These connections aren't so much being telepathic yourself, but God allowing these connections to happen since they can't be forced. No matter how good you think your telepathic skills are. If its meant to be it will happen.
youtube
Needless to say I am still fairly new to these enhanced capabilities. I am just 100% in full belief they exist because I use them and practice them daily for years now. I know anyone can reach these same abilities as I am not that special or super smart. Though I have my moments and sometimes my intelligence does feel like it has major jumps or increases quite a lot. But it does shrink back down and makes things difficult again. The brains neuroplasticity or ability to change and grow seems unlimited. You know what they say if you don't use it you lose it.
Most humans have limited beliefs in their God given abilities. Maybe they grew up with everyone telling them they aren't that smart so they started to believe that. Self defeating thoughts can really dim your light. It can be hard to believe in yourself even when everyone around you doesn't want you to.
Tumblr media
That is the true challenge for me and for Toiletology. Figuring out the best methods for helping everyone reach their full potential and unlock their supernatural abilities and connect perfectly to God so they no longer need my guidance or training. The basic foundation is love, honor, truth and respect. Point blank if you aren't operating at least at that fundamental level everything else will never work.
I was thinking maybe you guys need to bring on your "spiritual helper" which was the start of my elven/eleven year journey. I am still waiting for more guidance and knowledge from the Toilet God. All I do know is there is power in the ranks of Toiletology. There's power in just joining the church, there's power in helping it grow. There's power in making a daily conscious effort to believe what I am saying is actually true and/or possible.
It all starts first with making that FREE WILL conscious decision to explore this as a new avenue for your spiritual growth. The 17 (doorway) exist to reach these higher realms. Believing is the hardest part. Toiletology will show you the correct method for living in harmony with God. As well as developing your spiritual powers/defense so that you can start to make the transition into 4D.
ALL I can say is buckle your seatbelts because your in for a wild ride Dorothy and Kansas is going bye bye! I am not exactly sure the full potential and power of Toiletology quite yet, only that I made the journey and have embedded that Jesus-esque power into the church I have created.
I guess we won't know until I start getting some more disciples...

Hey I'm going to respond to this post and I totally respect your right not to change your mind. However, you should check out this article on malnutrition.
Vitamin and macronutrient deficiencies are incredibly damaging and dangerous to your health. People aren't always going to be the pinnacle of health due to environmental factors but you have a choice in how you feed yourself.
I understand that different people have different struggles with sensory issues - you need to find a way to accomodate for your specific challenges. No one should rest on "well, it's hard, so I'm not going to do this." Try multivitamin pills, kale smoothies (they don't have to taste like kale! I like a chocolate berry) or change the preparation. Did you know you can make broccoli into a pasta sauce?
Ignoring it isn't going to make the problem going to go away, it's going to make it much worse.
Frozen vegetables are actually healthier that fresh, it's not as expensive as it's made out to be. I live in the bay area and had a widely varied diet for only $50 a week (probably worth about $100 now). That's 3 meals a day, so 21 total meals for the price of 5-10 bottom tier restaurant's meals. Prices may be a bit different where you live, but it's more affordable than eating out.
For anyone who just doesn't like eating vegetables? You should, but right now you should get yourself a multivitamin. You may not have the ability or the desire to change your diet and that is okay, but you should be aware of the dangers of malnutrition and try to mitigate them.
i mean this in the gentlest way possible: you need to eat vegetables. you need to become comfortable with doing so. i do not care if you are a picky eater because of autism (hi, i used to be this person!), you need to find at least some vegetables you can eat. find a different way to prepare them. chances are you would like a vegetable you hate if you prepared it in a stew or roasted it with seasoning or included it as an ingredient in a recipe. just. please start eating better. potatoes and corn are not sufficient vegetables for a healthy diet.

06.
Is your closet disorganized?
No.
Have you ever been to Times Square?
No, I really wanna go to NY though. Babe is originally from there.
What TV shows do you watch on a regular basis?
I feel like since getting rid of cable and just streaming there's nothing I watch on a regular basis. I'll find stuff and binge it all at once. The last show I can think of that I watched again after seeing it already is You, Me, Her.
Have you ever accidentally left something valuable at a shop before?
Yeah. I accidentally left my purse in a Tim Hortons when I was there several years ago with my dad. Had my ID and debit card and everything. I didn't realize til we got halfway back to my house. We turned around and went back and the girl working in the front was an angel and took it and tucked it under the counter with her so no one would steal anything.
What makes your life remarkable?
I think my life has been the furthest thing from remarkable, honestly. But the love and connection I try to extend to others and a conscious decision to be/do different than a lot of folks around me and certain things I grew up around, that offsets some of the struggles and darkness and makes it meaningful.
Are you putting off doing anything that you really need to get done?
Not at the moment, no.
What is the last thing you scribbled down on a Post-It note?
I have no recollection of the last time I even used a post it note.
What are you currently listening to?
Whitney Houston's cover of Stevie Wonder's Love's in Need of Love Today live in Durban South Africa
How would you react in discovering your best friend was seriously obsessed with you?
Uh. That would be disappointing, to say the least. I'd either confront her or get her some professional help, depending on the gravity of the situation. Likely distance myself and cut off the friendship, too.
Do you care if your produce is organic or not?
No.
Do you have any children? If so, how old were you when you had them? If not, do you think you ever will?
I don't and I can't. It's a sore subject and I'll probably never truly get over it.
Do you eat meat?
For now, yeah. I'd like to go back to being a vegetarian eventually.
Do you get enough calcium?
Yeah. Even if not from food, I take a multivitamin.
Do you think before you act or speak?
Absolutely.
Do you have a SwagBucks account?
I have no idea what that is. << me either, sis.
Are you nosy?
Not in the least.
Do you always try on clothes before purchasing them?
No, as I never really get to go out and if I do I need help in the fitting room. I'm not always comfortable asking that depending on who I'm with. I use size charts online and usually order that way.
Is there anything in your closet with the tags still on?
Nope.
Are you happy with the size of your bedroom?
I live in a studio. No actual bedroom.
Do you add people you don’t actually know on Facebook?
I don't even add a good chunk of the people I do know on Facebook. I haven't even made a post since 2019.
What’s your favorite condiment?
Sirracha mayonnaise, regular mayonnaise, sour cream, soya sauce.
Would you even want to know how much of your life has been spent online?
Ugh, no. The digital well-being app that breaks down time spent on different apps on my devices is bad enough. I avoid looking at it as much as possible.
Do you shop at American Eagle?
No.
List 5 things you’re afraid of:
My living situation changing next year, something bad happening to my cat, my disability further deteriorating my body and affecting my ability to be independent and still have decent quality of life. Those are the big ones. I'm drawing a blank on another two.
Have you forgotten anything important recently?
Not recently, but like a month ago I forgot my keys and a neighbour had to let me into the building. Thankfully I hadn't locked the door to my actual apartment.
Would you say you’re an honest person?
Generally, yeah. I lie by omission sometimes when people ask me how I'm doing and I don't feel like going into the actual response, and I do keep a lot about myself and my personal life from my family that I don't want them to know or don't feel like I can open up to them about for various reasons - I've hid a whole entire relationship from most of them for years - for example. But yeah I don't lie for no reason or to be malicious or hurt people.
The last Facebook message you received from the opposite sex, what did it say?
It was some dumbass video my brother sent me lmao. He finds the weirdest shit. His sense of humour is.... Somethin' special, that's for sure, lmaooo.
What does the nicest message in your Facebook inbox say?
Probably Brittany saying something really sweet the last time I was sad and venting to her or my girlfriend asking what she can do the last time I was having a terrible day.
Is your best friend single?
Neither of them are. One is married. One has a boyfriend.
What color was the ink of the last pen you wrote with?
I think it was blue.
What does your pencil-case look like?
I don't have one. I found these cool ones with Whitney on them that I kind of want, though.
Where was the last place you went that was totally new to you, as in, it was the first time you’d been there?
I'm pretty sure I've not been to the Walmart we went to after we last went to the theatre. I could be wrong though.
When was the last time you used someone else’s computer?
Not in years.
Who do you dislike the most? Explain what you dislike about that person.
I don't wanna get into this right now. I'm just gonna get upset and unnecessarily raise my blood pressure, lmao.
What’s the longest you’ve liked someone without doing anything about it?
Like a year.
Do you use straightening irons on your hair? What brand?
I have some, but I hardly use them.
What’s the relationship status of the last person you talked to?
We're dating each other.
Is there anything you would like to complain about?
I'm dreading having to move next year, y'all. I do not feel good about this situation at all :/
What’s the first line of the last song you listened to?
"Don't make no difference if I'm wrong or I'm right, I got the feeling and I'm willing tonight, well I ain't nobody's angel, what can I say? I'm just that way, ehheyyy, say it, say it again."
Think of the person from your past that hurt you the most. Is there anything you would like to say to that person?
Yeah, but she wouldn't genuinely listen or care or change anything, so it doesn't matter.
Does your mom like the last person you kissed?
She doesn't know her.
Now your cell phone, what color is it?
No cell. This tablet is black and silver.
What was so special about today?
Nothing. One of my favorite podcasts drops episodes every Thursday, if that counts.
If somebody tried to steal your best friend’s boyfriend/girlfriend, what would you do?
Tell her/ask if she knew about it, then commiserate/bitch about the audacity people together/laugh it off because we know it's never gonna work out for the person trying to steal them in the end.
What was the last thing you said to your mother?
"Rubber bands for tying trash."
When was the last time you cried?
I cried myself to sleep last night.
Has anyone made you upset lately?
My mum has.
What are you looking forward to?
Seeing Wicked with Brittany next Saturday.
Does anyone completely understand you?
My Nan did, but I don't have her anymore.
Ever stayed up all night on the phone?
Yeah.
Do you miss your past?
No.
Do you have a reason to smile right now?
My cat always gives me a reason when I can't find one.
Are you a forgiving person?
It depends on the person and the situation but not usually, no. I used to be.
Do you say sorry first?
I used to, even if I didn't do anything wrong. I've gotten a little better at only doing it when warranted
Do you like cats?
I love cats, but I love mine the most. I'll see if I can figure out how to insert one of my favorite pictures of her right here.
Tumblr media
Has someone promised you something and broke it?
Multiple people. My mother is particularly bad for getting my hopes up and crushing them just because.
Did you kiss or hug anyone today?
Nippy.
Does your phone ring in the middle of the night? It hardly rings in the daytime.
Is there anybody you’re really disappointed in right now?
Kind of.
Have you ever lost someone you wish you didn’t? .
I'll never be okay with having to do the rest of my life without my Nan.
Are you anything like you were a year ago?
Yes and no.
Have you ever felt like you hit rock bottom?
Many times.
Would you rather spend a day outside with friends or inside alone?
Outside with friends. I'm alone all the time.
Think back to this time last year, were you happy?
No.
Has anyone upset you in the last week?
Yes.
What should you be doing?
There's nothing I need to be doing. Anything that needed doing was done before I started this.
Describe how you feel right now in one word.
Ehhh.
What would you do if you found out one of your friends was going for the person you liked?
This would never happen, but I'd confront them about it and probably not be friends anymore. Might break up with my gf too if she had so little respect for me that she genuinely entertained being with my friend.
Do you prefer drinking water from a bottle or a sink?
Bottle. We're advised not to consume our tap water here.
Will you ever run away and get married in Las Vegas with no notifications to either of your families?
I won't be getting married, but if I could, something like that wouldn't be off the table tbh.
Have you ever thrown your iPod in anger?
I've never had an iPod.
Who did you last have a heart-to-heart conversation with?
Brittany or babe.
Do you believe that there’s good in everybody?
Absolutely not!
Has anything happened to you within the past month that has made you mad?
Oh yeah.
Would you ever get a tattoo?
I have two and want at least two more.

Do Older Adults Really Need More Protein? The Science Behind Healthy Aging
Tumblr media
As we grow older, our bodies undergo significant changes that affect our nutritional needs. One nutrient that plays a pivotal role in maintaining health and vitality is protein. But how much protein do older adults really need? Let’s delve into the science, debunk common myths, and explore practical tips to support healthy aging.
Why Protein Matters for Older Adults
Protein is a crucial building block for our bodies, supporting muscle repair, immune function, and overall well-being. However, as we age, a natural process called sarcopenia causes a gradual loss of muscle mass and strength. This age-related condition can lead to frailty, decreased mobility, and an increased risk of falls.
Adequate protein intake helps combat these challenges by providing the essential amino acids required to repair and maintain muscle tissue. For older adults, this means improved strength, reduced risk of injuries, and better overall health.
Debunking Common Myths About Protein and Aging
There are many misconceptions about protein needs in older adults. Let’s clear them up:
Myth #1: Older adults need less protein than younger people. In reality, older adults often need more protein to counteract muscle loss. While the recommended daily intake for younger adults is 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, experts suggest that older adults should aim for 1.2 to 1.6 grams per kilogram.
Myth #2: Plant-based proteins are enough on their own. Plant-based proteins like beans, lentils, and tofu are excellent choices but often lack essential amino acids needed for muscle repair and growth. Older adults may need to combine these with animal-based proteins, such as eggs, dairy, or lean meats, to ensure a balanced intake.
Myth #3: A regular diet provides sufficient protein. Many older adults fall short of their daily protein requirements, especially if their appetite decreases or they rely on meals that are not protein-dense. This shortfall can increase the risk of muscle loss, weakened immunity, and other health issues.
The Role of Protein in Health and Longevity
Beyond supporting muscle health, protein is essential for:
Immune Function: Older adults are more susceptible to infections and illnesses, making adequate protein intake vital for a robust immune response.
Bone Health: Protein works in tandem with other nutrients like calcium and vitamin D to support bone strength, reducing the risk of fractures.
Wound Healing: Protein accelerates tissue repair, which is particularly important after surgeries or injuries.
Studies have consistently shown that higher protein intake is associated with better muscle mass, improved physical performance, and a lower risk of falls and fractures.
Practical Tips for Boosting Protein Intake
Here are some actionable ways for older adults to increase their protein consumption:
Include Protein in Every Meal: Incorporate high-quality sources such as fish, chicken, eggs, tofu, and dairy into your daily meals.
Choose Protein-Rich Snacks: Opt for snacks like Greek yogurt, cheese, nuts, or seeds to boost protein intake between meals.
Consider Supplements: Protein supplements can be a convenient way to ensure adequate intake, especially for those with smaller appetites or dietary restrictions.

Essential Supplements for a Balanced Lifestyle: How to Choose the Right Products for Your Health Goals
Tumblr media
Achieving a balanced lifestyle is about more than just working out or eating well; it’s about finding ways to support your body’s needs in a sustainable way. Supplements can be a helpful tool in this journey, especially if you’re looking to address specific health goals like muscle gain, energy, or overall wellness. However, with so many options available, it can be challenging to know what’s worth including in your routine. In this guide, we’ll explore the essential supplements that can complement your lifestyle and help you make choices aligned with your health objectives.
## Why Use Supplements?
Supplements aren’t meant to replace a balanced diet but to fill gaps where nutrition might fall short. Even with a well-planned diet, certain nutrients can be difficult to get consistently from food alone. For example, those aiming to increase muscle mass may need more protein than their diet can naturally provide, while those focused on heart health may benefit from additional Omega-3s.
Taking supplements that support your specific needs can make your wellness journey more effective. Instead of navigating an endless array of products, understanding how specific supplements can target your health goals makes it simpler to build a well-rounded, effective plan. Aiming for balance and consistency in your supplement choices allows you to maximize benefits without overloading your body.
## Key Supplements for Daily Health
For anyone looking to improve their overall wellness, certain supplements are beneficial regardless of specific health goals. These options cover general areas like immunity, energy, and metabolic health:
Multivitamins: A good multivitamin can provide foundational support by covering daily vitamin and mineral requirements. Look for one tailored to your age and gender for better effectiveness.
Vitamin D: Especially important for those who get limited sun exposure, Vitamin D supports immune function and bone health, and it’s challenging to get enough through diet alone.
Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Found in fish oil, Omega-3s are linked to heart health, cognitive function, and reduced inflammation. If you don’t eat fish regularly, consider adding this supplement.
Probiotics: A healthy gut impacts everything from digestion to mood. Probiotics help maintain a healthy balance of bacteria in the gut, which can positively affect both physical and mental wellness.
These daily supplements are easy to integrate and can make a noticeable difference in how you feel.
## Targeted Supplements for Muscle Building
Building muscle requires dedication, both in the gym and in what you put into your body. Beyond protein-rich foods, certain supplements can give your body the additional support it needs for muscle growth and recovery.
Whey Protein: One of the best sources for quick-digesting protein, whey is ideal post-workout to speed up muscle repair and growth. Aim for 20-30 grams per serving based on your body weight.
Creatine: Proven to enhance strength and endurance, creatine is a favorite among athletes and weightlifters. It helps your muscles produce energy, allowing you to push harder during workouts.
BCAAs (Branched-Chain Amino Acids): These amino acids support muscle recovery and reduce muscle soreness, making them helpful for those who do high-intensity workouts or train frequently.
For anyone serious about achieving muscle gains, you can get anabolic steroids on purepharma.shop, where a variety of steroids for sale can provide additional support for muscle development. It’s recommended to consult with a professional before starting any advanced muscle-building supplements to ensure they fit safely into your health routine.
## Supplements for Enhanced Focus and Energy
Staying energized and focused throughout the day is a priority for many people, whether for work, fitness, or daily activities. Certain supplements can provide a natural boost, helping you stay sharp without the crash that often accompanies caffeine.
B-Vitamins: Essential for energy production, B-vitamins support the body’s ability to convert food into energy. B12, in particular, is crucial for those with low energy or those following a plant-based diet.
Caffeine with L-Theanine: Caffeine is a well-known stimulant, but pairing it with L-theanine (an amino acid) provides a balanced, jitter-free energy boost. This combination is effective for mental alertness and focus.
Rhodiola Rosea: An adaptogenic herb, Rhodiola is known for its ability to reduce fatigue and improve concentration, especially in stressful situations.
These supplements can improve mental clarity and energy, making them valuable additions for anyone with demanding schedules or intensive mental tasks.
## Choosing Supplements Based on Your Goals
Your health goals should be the primary driver in choosing supplements. Before adding a product to your routine, consider your specific needs:
Muscle Building: Focus on protein, creatine, and BCAAs to support muscle repair and endurance.
Heart Health: Omega-3 fatty acids and CoQ10 are valuable for cardiovascular support.
Stress and Mental Clarity: Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, and B-vitamins can promote relaxation and mental sharpness.
Reading labels, researching brands, and consulting healthcare professionals can help you choose high-quality, safe products. Avoid supplements with added sugars, artificial flavors, or excessive fillers, as these may detract from the effectiveness of the active ingredients.
Finally, remember that patience and consistency are key; supplements often take weeks to show noticeable benefits, so a routine is crucial for seeing results.
## Conclusion: Building Your Supplement Routine
Creating a balanced supplement routine tailored to your goals can be incredibly rewarding. By focusing on essentials like vitamins, minerals, and targeted nutrients, you’ll address your body’s unique needs, whether for general wellness, muscle building, or energy. Take the time to research products and seek advice when necessary, ensuring that your supplement choices align with your lifestyle and health objectives. With the right approach, supplements can play a valuable role in your journey toward a balanced, healthy life.

Multivitamins for Men over 50: Why Do You Need Multivitamins as You Age?
As men age, their bodies undergo various changes that can impact their overall health and nutritional needs. During such times, incorporating multivitamins into your routine can help maintain vitality and address those nutritional gaps.
In this blog, we’ll explore the challenges that men face as they turn 50, their evolving health requirements, and how best multivitamin tablets for men can help them regain their vitality and zest for life.
The Health Issues for Men Face at 50
High Blood Pressure:
According to the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, the prevalence of age-adjusted hypertension or high blood pressure was 45.4% among adults during the 2017-2018 survey period, with men having a higher rate (51.0%) compared to women (39.7%).
High blood pressure not only strains arteries but also increases the risk of heart disease, stroke, and kidney issues.
Heart Disease:
Your heart is crucial to your overall health, but as you age, it may need more support. Heart-related issues become more prevalent, from cholesterol build-up in arteries to chronic heart disease and strokes.
Diabetes:
Diabetes can become a concern, especially with age. The Indian Journal of Ophthalmology reported in 2019 that approximately 77 million people in India had diabetes, a number projected to exceed 134 million by 2045.
Factors like decreased physical activity, weight gain, and hormonal changes can increase the risk of diabetes in men over 50.
Fatigue and Loss of Energy:
Managing career ambitions, family responsibilities, and staying active can drain your energy levels. Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) can make daily activities challenging, affecting overall quality of life.
How Can You Safeguard Your Health?
If you're already worried about your health in your 50s, don't panic! There are several steps you can take to enhance your well-being and enjoy life even more. Here are some tips to improve your daily routine:
1. Work Out:
Regular exercise doesn't have to mean intense gym sessions. Activities like walking in the park, practising yoga, or meditation can help maintain fitness levels and reduce stress.
2. Eat Smart:
Balanced nutrition is key. Avoid junk and fried foods, and focus on lean proteins (chicken, turkey, fish), whole grains (berries, leafy greens, broccoli), healthy fats (avocado, nuts, seeds, olive oil), and legumes.
3. Take Time for Yourself:
Navigating your 50s can be challenging, but it's also an opportunity for self-care. Engage in hobbies and activities that bring joy and support mental well-being.
What Can Multivitamins Do for You?
We understand fitting health tips into your busy life can be tough. But adding multivitamins to your routine can make it easier.
Here’s how they can help:
1. Heart Health:
Antioxidant Protection: Vitamins C and E neutralise free radicals, supporting cardiovascular health.
B Vitamins: B6, B12, and folic acid help reduce homocysteine levels linked to heart disease.
Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Found in some multivitamins, they can lower triglycerides and reduce heart disease risk.
2. Diabetes Management:
Blood Sugar Control: Chromium and magnesium aid insulin sensitivity and regulate blood sugar.
B Vitamins: Essential for energy production and managing diabetic symptoms.
Vitamin D:  Supports insulin sensitivity, reducing type 2 diabetes risk.
3. Combatting Fatigue:
Energy Production: B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12) boost metabolism and combat fatigue.
Iron: Prevents iron deficiency-related fatigue.
Vitamin C: Aids iron absorption and supports adrenal function.
Conclusion:
Multivitamins like Wellman 50 Plus for Men Tablet are tailored for men aged 50+, offering a comprehensive blend of over 30 essential nutrients.
These supplements support heart health, regulate blood sugar, boost energy levels, and enhance overall vitality. However, it’s crucial to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen.
Before you reach for a pill, make sure it’s the right fit for your health needs.

I woke up with good energy and can tell my thyroid is better. Taking the multivitamins really helps. I have more energy, and my weight is going back down, though I only gained a pound or two. The bed is definitely helping with energy levels as well, and I'm getting higher sleep scores more often. However, I don't want to push my TSH too low and invite worse symptoms, so I am going to listen to my body. When I’m warm, wound up, and unable to sleep, it's time to slow down the vitamins. When I start feeling cold and sluggish, it's time to step them up. I'll likely still have absorption issues at times, though.
Anyway, I saw Rhonda, and we went over my lab work. I told her that I've learned to listen to my body and how to adjust my vitamins depending on how I feel. I'm confident I can get my TSH back under 10, and I'm pretty sure it is now. Even the paresthesia is better.
Although I don't see myself losing weight with my sluggish metabolism and fear of weight loss triggering side effects, I’m definitely going to get my A1C down. I'm going to continue to cut carbs and sugar as much as I can stand to. I'm 99% sure I can get my A1C back to normal.
Surprisingly, she didn't bring up my cholesterol.
I'll probably go to the Minute Clinic in October to have my ear taken care of. The nurse could do it, but I don't see Rhonda again until December. Not wanting to schedule an appointment so far out, I'm going to do it online in September. I'll be going to the lab again a week or two in advance.
She gave me a referral to a sleep specialist (of course it's a foreigner), but I want to see how my fatigue does now that I've got a better handle on the vitamins and how they affect things.
I got the second shingles vax, so I'll be feeling pretty out of it for up to a week. At least I’ll know why. She said the redness and itching were perfectly normal.
The exam room was pretty chilly, and the jazz music playing was a little annoying. At least it was mellow music instead of hard rock or other unpleasant stuff I'd rather not hear. The music at the dentist wasn't too loud, but I'm definitely wearing a cardigan over my sundress when I go because it's cold in there too. Their waiting room is warm, however. I still miss the days when you didn't hear anything but the people around you.
Back from the dentist and with a tummy stuffed with wonderful Chinese food. The dentist is located in a shopping plaza, and a few doors down was a Chinese place. So, I thought I would give it a try and started with a pint of pork fried rice and fried wontons stuffed with cream cheese. It was delicious! I couldn't eat it all at once, of course. It was $15, but it will take me three or four times to finish it. While I was waiting for my order, Tom grabbed himself a pepperoni pizza next door.
It's definitely been a fun and productive day! My arm is already sore from the vax, but no fatigue yet. I had her shoot the left arm since I'm right-handed, and it's so sore now that I can't take my left hand and reach my right shoulder to scratch an itch. The soreness extends into my shoulder and a tiny part of my upper back since the shot was so high up on my arm.
Anyway, a different girl cleaned my teeth, and she not only did a great job but also gave me prescription-strength toothpaste for free! She threw it in with the usual goodie bag they give people after their teeth are cleaned.

How to Get the Most Out of Multivitamin Supplements in Abu Dhabi | Diettox
Tumblr media
Multivitamin supplements are an excellent way to ensure your body gets the essential nutrients it needs, especially if your diet may not always provide them. If you’re living in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, you’ll find a wide range of multivitamin options available. Here’s a guide on how to get the most out of Multivitamin Supplements in Abu Dhabi and multivitamin supplements in Dubai.
1. Understand Your Nutritional Needs
Before choosing a multivitamin supplement, it’s crucial to understand your specific nutritional needs. Factors such as age, gender, lifestyle, and health conditions can affect your nutrient requirements. Consult with a healthcare provider or a dietitian to identify any deficiencies and to determine the appropriate type of multivitamin for you.
2. Choose Quality Brands
When selecting multivitamin supplements in Dubai or multivitamin supplements in Abu Dhabi, opt for reputable brands known for their quality and safety standards. Look for brands that are transparent about their ingredients and manufacturing processes. Products that have been third-party tested for purity and potency are generally more reliable.
3. Follow the Recommended Dosage
It’s essential to follow the recommended dosage on the multivitamin label or as advised by your healthcare provider. Taking more than the suggested amount can lead to adverse effects or vitamin toxicity. Consistency is key, so make taking your multivitamins part of your daily routine.
4. Pair with a Balanced Diet
While multivitamins can help fill nutritional gaps, they should not replace a balanced diet. Ensure you’re eating a variety of nutrient-rich foods, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. This will help your body absorb the vitamins and minerals from your supplements more effectively.
5. Consider Timing and Pairing
Some vitamins are better absorbed when taken with food, while others may require an empty stomach. For example, fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K) should be taken with meals containing healthy fats. On the other hand, certain minerals like iron should be taken on an empty stomach for better absorption. Read the label on your multivitamins and adjust your timing accordingly.
6. Stay Hydrated
Adequate hydration is crucial for the absorption and utilization of vitamins and minerals. Make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day to support your overall health and enhance the effectiveness of your multivitamin supplements.
7. Monitor Your Health
Pay attention to how your body responds after starting a new multivitamin regimen. Keep track of any changes in your energy levels, mood, and overall well-being. If you experience any adverse effects or do not notice any improvements, consult your healthcare provider to reassess your supplement needs.
8. Store Supplements Properly
To maintain the potency and effectiveness of your multivitamin supplements, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing them in humid environments like bathrooms. Check the expiration date regularly and replace them as needed.
9. Be Patient
Nutritional changes and the benefits of multivitamin supplements may take some time to become noticeable. Be patient and give your body a few weeks to adjust and show improvements. Consistency is key to achieving long-term benefits.
10. Stay Informed
Stay informed about the latest research and recommendations regarding multivitamin use. Nutritional science is constantly evolving, and staying updated can help you make informed decisions about your health.
Conclusion:
Getting the most out of your multivitamin supplements in Abu Dhabi and Multivitamin Supplements in Dubai involves understanding your specific nutritional needs, choosing quality products, and integrating them into a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. By following these tips, you can enhance the benefits of your multivitamins and support your overall health and well-being. Remember, always consult with a healthcare provider before making any significant changes to your supplement regimen.

This is something for school that I had to do as a blog to get points. Ignore it.
Precision Nutrition
Precision nutrition’s loose definition has led to a variety of research and theories for the future of this discipline. There is investigation into genetic variants and how it affects an individual’s reaction to popular dietary supplements (Gkouskou et al., 2020).
Different cultural diets can significantly impact gut microbiota. Specific bacteria in the gut can influence the body’s metabolic response (Torres & Tovar, 2021). A recent survey done showed that improving diet can potentially prevent 1 in every 5 deaths globally for adults aged 25 and older. This survey spanned across 195 countries (Mortazavi & Gutierrez-Osuna, 2021).
An increase in international health consciousness has led to the popular use of dietary supplements. Unfortunately, this has also led to excessive intake of dietary supplements. Some people may use multivitamins and add on other supplements for well over the recommended daily allotments.

Vitamins: What You Need To Know Now
Maintaining good health is vital if you want to enjoy the rest of your life. An important component of this process is making sure that you are getting enough of the right vitamins and minerals. If you need some good advice on doing so, keep reading. This article is chock-full of useful tips.
Two of the best sources for vitamin D are exposure to the sun and milk. If you are not a big milk drinker or do not spend a lot of time in the sun, you should take a supplement with vitamin D. Vitamin D protects your bones and keeps them from becoming brittle.
You should be making sure your daily diet consists of the right nutrients and vitamins in order to stay healthy. In addition to saving money by not having to see your doctor as often, they also will make you feel better.
Coenzyme Q-10 is used to treat heart and vessel conditions, including angina, congestive heart failure, diabetes, gum disease and high blood pressure. ENOF REVIEW - {ATTENTION} ENOF NUTRITION FOR CHILDREN - DOES ENOF WORK FOR NUTRITIONAL DEFICIENCIES?
Hello moms and dads, are you struggling to get your children to eat properly every day? Do your children not like vegetables or fruit? Are mealtimes a source of stress and chaos? Or are your children sensitive to texture and food? Know that these complaints are very common and affect thousands of families, making mealtimes painful and stressful. We know that worrying about providing healthy food for our little ones often leads to frustration and discomfort, because we just want them to grow up healthy and happy.     Well, ENOF was created to solve this problem and provide children with a balanced and complete nutritional supplement. The main differential of the ENOF supplement is an organic, concentrated vegetable powder that can be sprinkled or added to any food that you and your family consume or drink regularly. The ENOF formula contains up to 90% of the recommended daily intake of Vitamins A, C, D, E and K for maximum absorption, all to prevent you as an adult, elderly person or child from being forced to eat essential foods.   Unfortunately, multivitamins and traditional supplements cannot capture the full range of phytonutrients found in nature, and most processing techniques destroy or seriously degrade plant nutrients, forcing manufacturers to "enrich" their products with synthetic vitamins. That's why, together with a food scientist, a way was developed to capture phytonutrients from plants, eliminating the vast majority of the volume and water from the plants. Think of it as capturing the nutritional essence of plants! Then came ENOF which is a concentrated whole-food powder, so nutritionally dense that just 1/12 of a teaspoon contains as much nutrition as 2.5 portions of vegetables - half the daily recommendation for an adult. Imagine everything you eat or drink being as nutritious as eating 2 1/2 portions of vegetables! What are you waiting for to boost your children's diet, or that of anyone who wants to be healthier and fitter, through a nutritious and balanced diet for your family? Very importantly, don't forget to buy the product from the official website I've listed in this description and in the comments below to make sure you're buying the original product.   I really hope I've helped you, that's my purpose, if you liked the information, the tips, subscribe to my channel, give your like, interact with me and share, weekly I'll bring other tips, suggestions, news and valuable information for you.
