height: 5’2” - 5’4” (mixed results)
weight: around 120lbs

training:
pilates with formapilates or hotpilates. it’s not clear how often, but she’s seen leaving these spots almost daily. it’s safe to assume she goes at least 3x per week.
she trains with dogpound which consists of circuit style weightlifting and she usually finishes the session off with abs. she follows an upper/lower split throughout the week. 3-4x a week, depending on her schedule.

she prioritizes water, in one of her snaps she said she aims to drink 1 gallon of water a day when exercising.
she snacks on fruits and likes to have eggs or oatmeal for breakfast.
she enjoys cold pressed juices like celery, specifically from kreation.
