I CAUGHT SOMETHING IN THE TRAILER

After listening to the House of the Dragon podcast and watching all of the behind the scenes videos that I could get my hands on, I have developed such a great respect for the show and all of the crew members that worked on it. So much attention is given to the cast because that is who we see, but those in the background have given the show so much character beyond them.

Therefore I’m elated to say that I noticed that they have created a character of their own out of the chair in the small council chambers. When Viserys and Alicent are sitting it, the varnish on the wood is clear, the realm is at peace and at one with itself. However, the moment Aegon sits it, steel encroaches that wood, and threatens to tear the seat apart.
