The Superman "hopemaxxing" memes that have cropped up as of late are the best lol. Turning a format built around at the very least vaguely venerating "alpha" and "sigma male" bullshit into memes celebrating not just how Superman should truly be, an empathetic and kind-hearted character who does everything he can to be a light in the darkness for anyone who needs it, but also just celebrating being a good and selfless person in general is so amazing dude.

normalise being a good person just because we have the ability to. every single one of us have the power to make the world a better place, even through the mundane. giving a homeless person a bit of money, helping an older person cross a street, speaking out against bullies and harassment. Even a passing compliment to a stranger means a lot more than you think it does. The greatest impacts we can make in our lives come from the mundane and the small. we can all become beacons of hope, if we choose to be. each and every one of us can make the world a better place.

Sorry but I deleted my pinned post because I came to a biiig realization tonight, I don’t want to make books. I only chose that because it’s the easiest option. BUT IM NOT AFRAID OF FAILURE! So I’m gonna reach to do what I REALLY wanna do- make a TV show. It’s going to take forever to get to that point, and a lot of hard work, but I can do it- because I know my story is amazing.

That being said I’m reworking a lot of AoH lore too so I have to fix up those intros. So yeah, big epiphany tonight.

Thank you!! You can't imagine what it means to me that any of what I do could bring somebody some amount of comfort or courage!
