“This is going well.” I say it to reassure myself as I attempt to open another bottle of wine. I am failing at the task when my boyfriend takes the bottle from me.

“It is…” He opens the bottle easily, making me seem incredibly weak as he stands behind me. “Love. They’re having fun.” Lando and I are hosting a dinner with all of our friends in the french countryside. I want all to be perfect but my boyfriend is more of the ‘fuck it let’s see what happens’ type.

I sigh, leaning my head back onto Lando’s shoulder as he kisses my neck, “Mmm.”

“I love you.” He whispers into my skin as a small smile rests on my face. He plants more kisses on the side of my neck before I turn around to stop him.

“Lan.” I brace myself against the counter as he places his hands on either side of me, “They’re waiting for more wine.”

“They can wait for me to kiss my girlfriend.” I give him a look but he just gently presses his lips on mine. I breathe, melting into him, and suddenly every worry I've had about tonight is gone.

I slip my arms around his neck, deepening the kiss. I can feel him smile against my lips, “Can’t wait till everyone is gone.” He jokes and I hit his arm.

“Max and P are staying here tonight.” At the mention of my brother, Lando pulls away and rolls his eyes. “Don’t give me that look. This house echoes.”

A mischievous smirk sneaks onto his face, “You’ll have to be quiet then.” He kisses me again as I laugh, slipping his tongue in my mouth.

This is why I love him. As a ball of nerves, Lando is the last person I expected to be so perfect with. He's careless and ridiculously goofy but makes me so much better.

Growing up together was especially odd, he claims he had a crush on me all of childhood but honestly I couldn’t get past the whole, ‘my brothers best friend’ thing.

He was annoying and teasing until he invited Max and I to a grand prix. It’s like all those years were just a trailer for our current love.

Lando moves a hand to my hip, making my skirt ride up a bit. I smile into him, happy just to have some time alone.

Sadly that alone time is interrupted by a whole ass scream.

I whip my head around to see Max with an empty glass in his hand and a shocked look upon his face.

“No!” Max groans, “Why!?” He motions to the wine bottle, “Around the wine?” He stomps over to us as Lando and I look at eachother, trying not to laugh.

“Hi Max.” Lando doesn’t move his hands off me but I drop my arms back to my side.

“Don’t give me that.” He pours the wine without looking at us, “You two are disgusting. All I ask is to not be all touchy around me!”

“You walked in on us!” I argue and Max looks up at me with a scowl.

Once his glass is poured he gives us one more dirty look before turning around, “I hate you two.”

“Love you!” Lando and I sing at the same time as my brother walks out. He plants one more kiss on my cheek before taking my hand and the bottle of wine to join the others.

Madara going mad bc of his brothers death, him turning Obito into a monster, his general monstrousness coming from a place of love. It works scarily well

Maybe Tobirama can take the role of that Yaad has, cursed to be immortal and lord of the golden country hidden within the dungeon in Izuna's absence. Madara visits him sometimes and insists it'll all be ok once Izuna is back as Tobirama calls him insane to his face

So Marcille Kakashi and Falin Obito. Rin has to be on their team for obvious reasons, but I reeeeally wanna see Itachi, Shisui and Tenzo on it too bc I'm such a sucker for Team Ro.

Alternativley tho, if we make Kakashi an elf, what if we have Team Ro kind of take the place of the Canaries, and say Kakashi was once part of it but bc reasons eventually left and did his own thing? ANBU/ROOT -> Canaries pipeline or smthn idk

Doing smthn fun, let Hashirama be a ghost wandering around trying to talk Madara down from his usual bullshit, but confined to the lower floors or else he risks losing himself. Now let him posess Tenzo bc they have similar magic and let it give him a cool plant magic power up, and also let this mean he can now move between floors as long as he stays inside of Tenzo. Maybe he can help guide them through the dungeon

Let Madara see Obito or Itachi for the first time and realize that his family somehow continued to exist outside of the dungeon walls, and let him feel smthn about it. Let him call him turning Obito into a chimera as something like love, something like welcoming him home, and let him try to offer Itachi something similar.

Thinking about young nightmare and his friendgroup...doing dumb shit....

I saw this a lot that nightmare would be the responsible and completely mature teenager that knows everything(though i havent seen it a lot now, but i also dont read a lot of nightmare centred fics because i get nit picky about it) which kinda gives me the ick i cant lie 😔

I've been thinking about them a lot recently, like nightmare probably got pulled into a bunch of dumb shit and stuff he would've never done if it weren't for his friends

I'm talking vandalism, and not the malicious kind like destroying buildings that 5 century old nightmare does, i'm talking grafitti and accidentally breaking a tree while breaking in a school because they were gonna prank the history teacher. OR when they're a little older drinking games

This man has definitely done some dumb shit, just because he is book smart and immortal doesnt mean he wasnt a teenager and young adult. He definitely both fucked up and has had some embarrassing moments.

I'm also just thinking about them having sleepovers and being in a giant cuddle pile because nightmare is cold, and him just accidentally hitting them with his tendril thingies

Also thinking about how nightmare is cold so in the summer all of them are frequently seen draping themselves over nightmare while eating icecream. And nightmare is still under a blanket.

Honestly just giving nightmare the teen experience because dream wont be able to because he was in the stone, and seeing almost everyone around you have had that experience, even your own brother must be..well something

You and I are similar in not being able to read many favorite character-centric fics due to being nitpicky.

Although in my case there’s very rarely any Killer centric fics that isn’t just Killer sucking off Nightmare or Cross or simping over someone—usually Nightmare.

(Strange how this fandom used to hypersexulize killer by making him a horny lustful pervert 24/7 and infantilize him at the same time. And still kinda does. Though thankfully people are moving away from that, and i actually find much better fics for me by writers (and artists) over here on Tumblr.) (I had to prevent myself from ranting about killers potential in fics multiple times 🙏)

Anyway! I love that idea, especially the idea of him and his lover exploring eachother and just being really dumb teens. The idea of Nightmare having a teen experience and a life before all the King of Negativity, cult leader labor trafficker kidnapper torturer stuff.

It would be kinda funny and interesting if Nightmare’s lover actually had a red soul—and he kinda attaches to Killer for that reason and sees a lot of them in him (similar to how Chara saw only the “better” version of Asriel/Flowey in Killer, or how Papyrus and the whole multiverse only saw Sans, and keeps with the theme that no one but Color ever saw Killer for Killer.)

And like, Nightmare may or may not have any of those types of feelings for Killer—but he is possessive, because Killer reminds him of what he lost, and he is useful.

And also the idea of Dream having lost out on his childhood/teen hood and having to spend it just training and preparing to become the Guardian of Positivity and keeping the Balance, protecting the Multiverse, fighting/saving his brother, is all so sad. Nightmare got to live and mature naturally (without his family of course, and likely being hated and feared and isolated wherever he went), whereas Dream was forced to grow fast to basically be a child soldier.

But it's weird as hell considering Lila knew Five was physically a minor and the fact he's mentally like 70 years old now. So I kinda get if you shipped them this season but the people who were shipping them in s2 and S3? Creepy AF, that's disgusting.

Honestly I don't like most of Tua canon ships (apart from Klaus and Dave, Allison and Ray and Sparrow Ben and Jennifer) all the other ones like Diego and Lila, Sloane and Luther, even Victor and Sisi jusy doesn't rock my boat, but Five and Lila is rockbottom.

I know the post was mostly focusing on Gilf Garroth but I also just love the idea of an older Aph, one I'm her 40's or 50's because it makes the plot make sense and can be used to explain so much.

1. If an older woman lord adopts a bunch of children no one would bat an eye, as she is ensuring an heir. Also makes Alinas birth entirely more surprising as the likelihood of pregnancy can dimish as one hits their 40's.

2. Makes her entire identity of being a lord a whole lot more plausible. Simply put, if a random woman in her 20's became the lord of my village I would be deeply confused and mistrustful but if a woman in her 40's came in and took over I wouldn't think twice.

4. Realistically, all of the cast would be older than their early 20s, given the amount of experience each person has, and it can expand the timeline to actually make sense.

5. She is literally the Matron! There is no reason she should be a 20-year old but absolutely should be a middle aged woman who has a loving aura.

I am all for it, and even more for it if Garroth is also older because it could make Garte searching for his son be a lot more desperate. Garte is on his death bed and he knows that while Zane is amazing at politics, he cannot be trusted to lead a country. Garte is a senile old man searching for power fueled by his son who is giving very much evil brother to the dead king vibes. Giving Hamlet.

Literally rambling about the implications of an older cast on the disc. lol. Crazy in my corner about this.

We were conversing on the concept of like if Garroth and Nicole were older. Because they would preferably both be older… considering the marriage thing.

And it could either go: they both ran away in recent years, the marriage was one done because neither agreed to marriage pacts on their own and the families had to intervene and decided this was for the best.

Or,: they’ve been gone this whole time, the marriage was decided when they were young, and they’ve both been away from their respective cities for so long that Garroth not really understanding much about Zane or his motivations makes sense, since it’s been probably a few decades since they last saw eachother. They’ve both grown into people separate from their pasts, but they can never be truly free of it. The reason they can hide so well so many years later is simply because people have just stopped looking. Until recently.

Like this whole idea of Garte being old and one sneeze from an embalming and yet without any viable heirs is a big deal. Because Zane is his only choice anymore. He’s too old to create new heirs. And it can’t be Zane. Even Garte can see that. Garte, who in his final years wants to conquer the region because it’s the last grapple he has of power before his bloodline inevitably dies out, can see in Zane something that not even he would risk giving that power. Zane cannot be his legacy. His legacy needs to be the other one.

I keep thinking of the Maiden/Mother/Crone thing in relation to her for some reason? Idk. I might do something with that. But either way, I’m kissing her on the mouth. I think some characters do benefit from the idea of being younger in relation to the rest of the cast. Like Dante. Just because he is meant to be very much the over-eager, super-skilled, but lacking experience type of character. Like he has the motivation and the ability, but he just doesn’t know enough. He’s gotta get knocked around by the other characters a bit before he gets his footing. He’s a blabber mouth who has technical ability but against someone like Garroth will always fail because he hasn’t really learned what real fights are like.

But again that’s just in relation to the cast. And he does end up older later on and it suits him later on. When he has that experience and has grown. And he’s wonderful.

I have more ideas I just keep thinking of older Zane in his little catholic priest fit and I can’t concentrate. I’ll say more stuff later if you have any ideas or want to know my thoughts on aging other characters particularly older or younger (in relation to the rest of the cast)

Possum had finally taken his tent down and packed up his travel stuff. Y/n told him there was no point in him having it still set up out there when he was spending every night in the RV with her. They fell into a comfortable day to day of waking up, fucking eachothers brains out, having meals, fucking eachothers brains out some more, smoking some weed before falling back into bed for a little more fucking.

"I think this is the most exercise I've ever gotten. My 7th grade gym teacher would be amazed." Possum said as he took a drag from the blunt, opening the window for the smoke to roll out of it.

"I didn't even attend gym class. I hated sweating at school." Y/n took the blunt from his hands and pulled on it. Possum looked at her and smiled.

"You barely sweat when we fuck...wait...am I not doing it right?" Possum asked making Y/n laugh out loud.

They drove past the diner and the window she had blown out was covered with ply wood and the manager with yelling at someone on the phone out in the parking lot. The made a quick stop at the convenience store that Possum frequented and the manager looked thrilled to see him.

"I thought you died! We haven't seen you in so long! How you eat?" He asked Possum turned and pointed to Y/n who waved.

"She feeds me many times a day." Y/n hit him in the side and he rolled his eyes at her.

"We miss you. We're sorry we banned you for being stinky. We're glad you aren't stinky anymore." The manager said.

"Trust me, that makes two of us." Y/n ribbed.

"I just wanted to stop by and let you know I was taking off and probably wouldn't be back. I wanted to thank you for putting up with me for all this time." Possum held out his hand to shake and she could see he had at least $300 in his gloved hand. The manager's eyes lit up and he hugged Possum. Y/n thought it was the sweetest exchange between two acquainted strangers. She watched Possum carefully the rest of the day. How he treated strangers, how polite and present he was with people no matter how they looked at him.

Possum was such a genuinely sweet person in such a chaotic world. The two of them sat by the fire, eating dinner, playing with his little brother and talking about random places that they've both traveled to.

"You really ready to take off soon?" Y/n asked making Possum look up.

"Well I'm certainly done in this town. I think it's time I head back East. I know my mom is worried about me...I miss her." Possum explained. She nodded at his response. She had no doubts about him being a momma's boy.

"What about you? Ever been to the East coast?" Possum asked curiously.

"I've been to a few places on the East coast but never really stayed long enough to enjoy it." Y/n watched Possum's face drop.

"Oh you should come and see me when I get to my mom's! She would love you! Plus she can cook way better eggs than me." Possum said with excitement.

"You want me to meet your mom?" Y/n asked surprised.

"Why does that surprise you so much?" She laughed and he licked his lips.

"No one has ever wanted to be with me like that." Possum's confession made Y/n lean forward and kiss him. He sighed into the kiss and placed a hand on her throat.

"Have you ever been in love before?" Possum pulled out of the kiss and asked bluntly.

"Um...maybe? Why do you ask?" She chuckled.

"I'm just trying to put a name on this feeling I have and I just think that's what it is. I've never been in love before so I just thought-" Y/n cut him off with another kiss, deepening it this time and allowing her hands to get tangled in the back of his hair.

You were really beginning to regret asking your brother to take you and your boyfriend for a hunt, the three of you were completely apart. The two of you held each other tightly, gripping at eachothers jackets for dear life. "I missed you," muttered Carl against your neck while he nearly destroyed your ribs with the mere force of his hug. 

You pulled away with a confident smile, “It's only been like an hour? You really love me allot huh?” Carl’s face flushed red and he attempted to hide it with his hat “No- I mean- I love you but I’m not like- desperate or anything.”

You couldn't contain your laughter and your burst out in cackles while he stood embarrassed, “Shut up!” You smiled back up at him and raised your hands in surrender. “Fine, we have to find Glenn anyway.”

Your boyfriend nodded and grabbed your free hand and walked with you through the thick woods, “’M pretty sure we split up ‘round here,” He said firmly and let go of your hand, his head turning constantly to look in the trees on one side while you looked through the rest. You could hear the sound of Alexandrians talking amongst themselves, you where close to home and you still had no idea where Glenn was.

“Just look at us, all alone.” You flirted in a joking manner, moving closer to elbow your boyfriend who slapped your arm and scoffed, also joking. “Y/n! There could be baby squirrels out here!” You both burst into loud laughter. You grinned at your boyfriends laughing face and planted a soft kiss to his cheek and you felt something hit your shoulder, you turned confused, apparently Carl was hit as well because he looked in the same durriction.

You turned to look up slowly, low and behold, Glenn was up in the tree, his legs dangling down and a smile spared on his face. “You boys are gross.” The older man scoffed, jumping down to his feet. 

You lifted your hand to create an ‘L’ with your thumb and index but Glenn just ruffled your hair. “Come on, dinners probably done by now.” You and Carl rolled your eyes but followed eagerly after him.

Your smiles were contagious Glenn found his cheeks hurting after just looking at the two of you holding hands and grinning ear to ear. The thing you two had was absolutely adorable.

I had the dumbest thought the other day at work that we should just get those blow up puncher things and these dudes could settle their beef with those

Which me me think like oh, maybe they do something similar on the moby to settle beef

Cause like you’re on a giant pirate ship stuck with the same people all the time, there’s gotta be some peeps you just don’t vibe with. So instead of an all out brawl I was like huh maybe they just have some little fight club or something where they get the chance to just absolutely pound on eachother

Maybe some little cuffs to help keep devil fruit users from using their powers, and no weapons

The visuals give me Yusuke and Chuu fighting in the dark tournament, knives to their feets and just pounding on eachother

And the other crew members get to watch (serves as entertainment too!) and they bet on it and shit

Just imagine joining the moby dick and you’re all the sudden pulled up by someone excitingly going oh it’s fight time! And just being like excuse me

(Be interesting even in the yandere bc you maybe get to see one of the guys ‘keeping’ you fighting and you’re like oh that’s extra scary. Like Thatch just absolutely demolishing some dude with his fists and realizing how soft you’re being treated in comparison)

And it’s not even always beef just sometimes two dudes are like hey bro you wanna bet let’s fight

But the commanders organize it or something bc it’s much easier than dealing with constant animosity and fist fights and honestly in my experience most dudes get along better after just punching it out so yeah

Also hot visuals of two shirtless dudes just totally wailing on eachother

(I enjoyed the yyh moment maybe a little too much)

Sometimes you just need to do something physical to get the irritation out of your system, so I can see it. These are fit guys too, so some No Haki/No DF fist fights aren’t going to do much damage, but there’s still the physical exertion.

And they can just yell at each other too.

Maybe sometimes someone wins the fight but the crew is collectively like “yo, you were the asshole, brother. Apologize.” And in that way you get to see the dynamics and culture of the ship.

Honestly it would explain why no one was sussed about Ace’s way of coping when he came into the crew. It’s a little different, but the situation wasn’t the same either, so it worked out.

I loved that scene in YYH too, it was just so raw. It was also a moment for Keiko and Yusuke too.

I like the idea.

I like the idea that, except for when someone was doing it just for fun, Teach never entered the ring. He never has a “beef” with someone. Everyone gets along with him, who would doubt him?

But also, yeah, seeing Thatch and Ace and Marco fight and realizing how gentle they are with you. You see Izou “fight” once, but this shit just keeps easily dodging until his opponent is tired then lays them out. He never drags anyone into the ring, but he won’t reject someone wanting a word with him.

Few do.

Only Marco’s ever landed a hit, and it took Pops stepping in to end that fight. Not that there’s a grudge or any bad blood, but they’re both monsters and things were dragging on too long.

*The two Marines start to fight, both of them using different techniques in just some minutes. First Kanoa starts with some MCMAP kicks that Alicia stopped with some diffiiculty, before answering it with some punches that Kanoa dodge as fast as he could. They both were grazed by the hits, but just some of it impacted them.*

Halia: I...am surprised *chuckling with a raised eyebrow*

Aly: Please don't break each other bones *murmuring* just don't break each other bones

Maya: Uh, Luke, do you think they'll finish this as a even match? *looks at the Lieutenant*

*In a second Kanoa managea to grab Alicia's arm during an attempted punch from behind, using her own impulse to throw her over his shoulder. Alicia fells hard into the canvas, causing a loud sound because of the hit, leaving her without aur for a second. Mean while Kanoa looks at Tiala and smiles while waving with a victory grin*

Kanoa: Don't you have the best big brother?

Tiala: Behind you *with a nervous smile*

Kanoa: Wha-? *gets tackled* ack!

Alicia: Never take off your eyes of your opponents, Noa *growls with a savage smile, keeping him on a lock*

*They stood up in a second looking at each other, waiting for just a movement or an opening. They didn't say anything else, and at that time Wraith walked inside, smiling when she noticed the fight. As she whistled a little melody, she went to a closet near the ring, taking out two wooden fighting sticks.*

Wraith: Hey you two! Grab it! *throws them the sticks*

Kanoa: Huh, this is well crafted *smiling as he grabs the stick*

Alicia: I bought them for my practices, great quality if I'm honest *getting in a kung fu fighting position* shall we?

Honestly I have a hate love relationship with my parents, specifically my mother, though my father has done bad things too. Though most of it was unintentional.

I love my parents, I couldn't imagine being without them but I also hold a lot of hurt from their actions. Being a system doesn't really help as some of us love them completely and others resent them completely

My mother has been emotionally neglectful, she used to yell at us a lot over small things, she would grab our face when we didn't react to her telling and would often threaten to throw our cat out. She also would consistently make jabs at us around other family members, mostly about us being trans, or about the fact we tried to tell her we had DID (she didn't believe us and mocks us by going "oh I have a multiple personality too, it *insert stupid thing*" and stuff). She also used to have abusive boyfriends (she was also abusive. They both were. She would hit them and they would hit her. They had giant arguments and it would keep me up a lot). She has caused a lot of paranoia and fear for us, I cant listen to people yell without thinking it's an argument, I can't hear arguments without thinking of them hurting eachother and I always think something is going to go wrong when she argues with people (like I think one of them, her or her boyfriend, are going to get killed by the other whether on purpose or not). She's also denied me being groomed despite having seen the messages back when it happened and having yelling at me for it at the time.

She's getting better now, sorta, but it's hard to forgive her

My father was a bit better, he always let me speak to him often without judgement, but he also just didn't really understand me. He doesn't understand that I'm trans and wants me to just "stop" it so I won't get bullied anymore, and he doesn't believe I have DID either (when I told him he decided to explain the disorder to me, as if I didnt already know what it was??). He often dismisses my pain and suffering, especially my chronic pain

I've also been medically neglected by the both of them. Neither has taken me to the doctor's in years (- that one time my mother eventually took me because the school nurse said I might have low iron and to get my bloods done. But nothing came of it because the doctor said they couldn't do my bloods since I'm a minor and told us to go to the hospital, which then lead my mother to forget). Despite me complaining about my chronic pain they refuse to take me for it. I haven't been to the dentist in a while either and my teeth are a bit uneven (like two of them are pushed back for some odd reason) and it hurts to eat with them sometimes

We're also struggling financially and I feel so guilty but so angry over it. I'm so hungry all the time because my brother's eat all the food before I can get to it and I just.. aaarrfgf

I'm sorry you're going through that, I know what it can feel like to have that disorganized attachment and it's really no fun. Here for you if you ever wanna talk more or hear my experience if you need someone to relate to. Messages are always open for anything!

You can love someone but you don't always have to forgive them. It can be hard living with parents that way and I'm sorry I don't have much advice on that part as I'm trying to figure that out myself too.

I think your best bet is that when you're old enough, try to move out if you can. Maybe stay with a friend or other family member if you don't have the finances to move into a small apartment or elsewhere.

Regarding doctors and dentists, assuming you live in the United States (though I don't know the specific laws for this outside of my own state), you can take yourself to Urgent Care, fill out some paperwork about why you're there and such, and you could possibly talk to a doctor alone. Unfortunately in my state, minors need consent from parents (usually if I go alone, they call parents and simply ask for consent for the child to see a doctor and get treated), which can be a bit problematic in this case. I don't know the specifics or much really, but you could definitely do some quick research to figure out if you can make yourself an appointment / go to UC!

Not sure if it's the same with dentists but I'd recommend trying to look that up too if you can.

Try to take some OTC painkillers if it hurts to eat sometimes, you can try to use a heating pad for some chronic pain.

Try talking with your brothers if you can about how you feel about them taking a majority of the food. Maybe save yourself some or stash some away if you need to.

I don't know how many people still look at this account, but I thought I would give a bit of a life update :]

Im turning 21 in June and i'm doing much better than I was when I was on here, I'm still disordered and anxious, but less than I was. I ended up going to counselling summer last year 2 days before my birthday for my mental health as my anxiety was getting to the point where I had started developing agoraphobia, through that I ended up on Sertraline for the anxiety and depression as I was also still incredibly suicidal.

Things have been going a lot better since then, R (previously E), someone I had posted about alot, and I are best friends still, I accepted through counselling and improving myself that what I felt for him was actually infatuation caused by my mental health and a need to feel loved, they've done a lot of self improvement as well, and addressed the things they said to me, I forgave him a long time ago and things have settled now, sometimes when you put two mentally ill ND queers in a close friendship from a young age, shit gets messy and then you mature and become best friends who can trust eachother again.

Someone else I posted about, F who was my ex at the time, came back into my life and I realised she was the only person I had genuinely ever felt a romantic connection to, which sounds silly when you read everything I said about R before, but as I said, mental illness is wild lmao I was convinced I had to end up with R or I would be alone, he was the only other openly lesbian/queer person I knew from the age of 12 with similar experiences to me. F came back into my life and things have been going so much better since then, we spent over a year talking again and eventually confessed to eachother, she helped me leave my abusive mums house and we currently live together with our 2 cats and her emotional support dog, I love her more than I can express on here, I never thought I would get to be in a relationship like this where things are so calm and and loving, instead of blowing up at eachother over things, we sit down and talk about why something has upset us and how we can change it in the future, she's my whole world and even though it's not even a year being together again, I'd gladly spend the rest of my life with her 💜

As for things with my mum, she has just recently gotten out of a toxic relationship, things blew up a while back before I left, she got violent and police were called, so I left with a lot of encouragement from F and others. A lot of the cause of her becoming even more shitty than she already was, was her at the time new bf, she was drinking every day with him, abandoning my younger siblings and leaving them to me days at a time to drink with him, being homophobic, and was getting more and more physical and while she has hit me before, she hit me and my brother for being gay, which honestly hurt so much more than any punch or slap or shove she had thrown before. She was also doing a lot of shit to me mentally still that I had just had enough of. Through it all I kept trying to support her and help her leave her dickhead bf, in the end it was better for my own sake to leave, i think if i hadn't i wouldn't be here right now despite my MH doing much better than it had been. She recently had to call the police on him for causing her physical harm, and she reached out to me, while I'm still wary of her intentions, it seems like she's on the road to healing as well, she apologised for making me feel how she did for most of my life and says she's going to start counselling and wants to rebuild our relationship when I'm ready. Even though she was a big part of why I am the way I am, I'm proud of her for getting help and the fact that she has addressed how she treated me has given me a lot of closure.

I'm not sure why I'm posting this, I know "it gets better" stories are cringe and annoying, but it genuinely does get better. I still have my down days but much less of them and less intensely. I still have derealisation and dissociation episodes, but I don't think of my CSA trauma much anymore or have as many nightmares, I'm with someone who relates to and understands my traumas and mental health, theres no pressure to be intimate bc she's also ace, I'm a few months clean of SH and F reminds me how proud she is of me being clean, I don't abuse substances like alcohol or my sleeping meds or drugs that are offered to me and haven't in a very long time, apart from nic maybe but it's not in a self destructive way and I love my fruity air, don't judge, at least I'm not still smoking weed every day or snorting MDMA or downing pills offered to me in the woods at night to feel like a real alive human 😭💀 I've cut out a lot of toxic people and friend groups, and my dad and I are talking again and he's so supportive of me, things really do get better when you give them a chance 💜 I hope ya'll are doing well too :]

Oh! And F bought me a binder, so now I'm a lot less dysphoric too, she's honestly the best :']

That's all I have to say really, ik I'm just ranting to the void rn but i hope this inspires at least one person who sees it :D

My God!!! The story indeed was one of the bests!!💕 love it how you write Kenshi and Johnny! Your Johnny specially, he's the closest Johnny to canon I've ever seen! He's emotional, stubborn, takes risks, tears up when in distressed situations, loves with his whole being and wears hearts on sleeve! I love him!!!

First part was confusing and left me with worry at first! I thought someone who's following Johnny is about to burst in their room any minute now but when I finished the fic it all became clear that it was Bi Han who texted Johnny to get here to aid a stabbed Kenshi aww!! Bi Han can be sweet and caring too🥰 it only leaves me wondering if we ever see a fic of Johnny/Bi han from you in future too? 👀🙈 I'd love to see how you write their relationship if you ever decide to dedicate a fic (maybe a one shot) to them seeing how cutely and accurate you described their dynamic during the fic hehe (Bi han being the mean man he always is but actually caring for Johnny "reading his books and ready to stab any man Johnny dating with" XD) I loved your Bi Han too!!!! The way you wrote those three brothers just hit so right!!!! God, it's like you actually live with them and know them so well!! I specially loved Scorpion!! Loved how on edge and ready to pounce he was when they went out for karaoke night despite Tomas saying Kenshi causes no harm! I loved that part of protective Kenshi too!!!! When Scorpion pushed Johnny away to reach for him and Kenshi gently nudged Johnny behind himself and threating Scorpion to dare lay a hand on Johnny again! Soooo cute!!!!!💕

I love the concept of 'taking care of eachother's wound' at first too!! Johnny being up and ready while he has no knowledge about stitching at all hehe💕 I love, loved how the whole fic was full of little details of showing their affection toward eachother like; After showering and drying his hair, Johnny goes through his evening skincare routine. Half of the bathroom counter space is taken up with products Johnny’s left over these last three weeks and he’s invaded more of the hotel bathroom than the en suite bathroom back at the mansion.

This part was the cutest! Meaning Johnny almost, almost moved in with Kenshi!💕 this part of; Johnny isn’t convinced he’s his own person anymore because every time Kenshi touches him, Kenshi takes a part of him that’s never belonged to public figure Johnny Cage. When Kenshi leaves three days from now, he’ll take with him the last pieces of Johnny that matter, leaving behind the shell that fame has wrought.

Gets the award of the most romantic part ever🥺🧡 indeed, every minute they spend together this bonding between them takes a different, more deep color for both of them! It's just keep getting more hard to cut strings once Kenshi is ready to leave😭 I hope when time comes, they both make a good decision. Honestly I do love it if Johnny decide to leave America to start a new life in Japan with Kenshi 💗 a happy life like how he deserves💕

Loved the bar/karaoke night so much!!!! I even read it many times too!! God, the intense interaction between Scorpion and Kenshi is both funny and so in character! Can't imagine how else this night will play hehe. Loved the attention you put through detailing of their clothes!! And that part of Johnny having this need of taking drugs so he will be ready to deal with this night more and deciding to ignore Kenshi for now just because other man's feathers were ruffled upon hearing Johnny having a crush on another man who can level him and even almost defeated him in a fight was just soo awesome!! Your Johnny is so human, in most fics I read when writers write povs, they don't really give readers to approach the characters based on their own pace. But your Johnny, God he was the main star of this chapter! Love loved him!! He's like a transparent glass with emotions and love it how you write him in a way reader can sympathy with him and even put themselves in his shoes! Like in bathroom fight, I was like: I'd say this if I was Johnny! And Johnny did exactly say that!! I was waiting for a jealous Kenshi but God, a jealous Johnny is soo adorable and endearing! The way he just snapped and rudely talked to waitress then spit venom in Kenshi's face by bringing it up like: yeah you're like Chris! You're gonna walk out on me, you don't care! You only used my name to have a 'girl' in your bed! Kenshi having God's patient of dealing with Johnny, loved it how he just drag him to a bathroom away from curious eyes and just let Johnny has his angry moments to unload it all on him! God he's the best boyfriend ever! That time of him calling Johnny out and (kind of) shaming him on bringing lube with him (what a dirty trick you did over there, Kenshi!!) Was my favourite XD he just stormed out and I was begging for him to come back, to gather up Johnny's broken pieces and put it all back together, to pull Johnny in his arms and apologies and tell him he loves him and no one else, to cherish and treasure his being and just be with him when door slammed open and *gasp* there it was!!!! I screamed in that moment of Kenshi's entrance!💗 he came to collect Johnny and call him 'his', claiming him and be the shoulder to shelter him once again🥺💗 sex scene was so hot! And Raiden walking in on them? Aw Johnny, you gonna hear Kung Lao and Raiden tease you a lot about it in future!!

That small delicate, smart pointing of difference between Johnny and Kenshi worlds by saying Johnny got stuck between lady fans, under club's light and glitters with people in fancy clothes surrounding him while Kenshi being dark, mysterious figure just blends between people and swims away was soo artistic!!!! I even saved a screenshot of that part too to read it again and again later🥰🥰💖💖💖💖 the way you write it's like reading a poetry! So beautiful and so flawless!! Indeed was one of my best experience in reading MK fandoms fic! Wish I could give you more kudos for this beautiful fic, you deserve million kudos and even more!!💗

The ending, God the ending was the best part of story! Loved how they both parted with broken heart and tearful eyes, leaving deep wounds on eachother when they parted both thinking it's only a one-time thing, not a big deal at all but God, Kenshi texting Johnny early morning and when Johnny arrives its obvious Kenshi hasn't closed his eyes even for a minute after their talks in the bar, and they made up for all unsaid words and apologies 🥺💕 they indeed belong to eachother and hhn if I could I'd just go there and tell Chris to go away so Johnny and Kenshi can be together forever since now there's no anchor keeping Johnny back from following Kenshi wherever he goes💗 the wedding band he wears on his left hand is missing, sitting on the bedside table of the guest room back at the mansion.

This part only, loved how subtle you tell us Johnny sheds the masks he was wearing when around Chris as time goes and spends more and more time with Kenshi, the only person Johnny can feel 'home' with and call him 'his' and means it by all his heart and loves and be loved back. It's like he's cutting more strings that made him attached to Chris. It's so close to how canon Johnny was in game, I mean, he was divorced when first time he set food in Academy but when we see him it's like he's ready to start anew! And I keep saying it's because he and Kenshi are in relationship! XD because how else you explain his good condition right after he went through a divorce?!

Height Headcanons for the Finwean siblings (+ wives because I couldn't stop myself)

General order: Finarfin → Findis → Fingolfin → Lalwen = Fëanor

first off all all of them are tall by elvish standards

In Fëanor's humble opinion Lalwen is just the least worst sibling because they're literally the same height and he doesn't feel like she mocks him when they're standing next to eachother

Reasons why he feels the others are mocking him (even though they totally don't):

a) Finarfin and Findis are like always there when something for once is out of his reach and make the mistake of - brace yourself - offering help

b) Fingolfin is just unfortunate for being the exact same height as their father (sorry buddy but Fëanor has enough problems with you looking so much like dad and now you're also as tall as him. not. fair)

Off-topic but: Lalwen has the habit of just picking any of her siblings up and carrying them around if so desired, doesn't matter that they're taller than her

all of them find is kind of funny, even Fëanor isn't pissed because honestly he does the same thing with Nerdanel and the kids, can't blame his half sister, carrying people around is fun

honestly everyone has carried everyone over their shoulder at some point but Lalwen does it the most

Fingolfin is just like two centimetres taller than Lalwen and Fëanor in terms of actual height but his hair is just so ridiculously poofy that he seems almost as tall as Finarfin (same goes for Finwë if he isn't wearing his hair in braids)

Findis is as tall as and looks a lot like Ingwë, and while the two of them find it hilarious the royal court of Valmar (and Tirion) always has to do a double take before approaching either of them

It doesn't help that their voice range is almost the same too, yes either Findis has a very deep voice or Ingwë a surprisingly high voice

Finarfin has a hard time with about every door in Tirion due to the fact that he hits his head about everywhere he goes. Finwë had the official law for the average height of doorframes changed because of this exact reason (which proofed to be not enough once Argon had reached his full height poor guy)

honestly once he got his growth spurts he found his new personal archenemies in Tirions architecture which is exactly why he moved the Alqualondë (the Teleri have a thing for overly high doorframes and ceilings)

also Finarfin was the tallest of the Noldor until the next generation reached adulthood then he suddenly ranked fifth being the same height as his own daughter

think about it once everyone leaves he regains the title

Lalwen and Findis have the least issues with their height and Fingolfin would too if that wasn't one more thing about himself that got him hate from his older brother

Fëanor probably invented high heels at some point out of pure spite and because he wanted to be taller than Finarfin but was completely incapable of wearing them

he gifted the first fully functional pair to Anairë on her wedding day so that "she would at least be able to kiss her husband without having to stand on her tip toes" (he needed a wedding present ok? Nerdanel made him get one)

Speaking of Anairë: the wives of the Finweans ranked by height: Nerdanel → Earwen → Elemmírë → Anairë

Elemmírë and Findis are married I don't make the rules

Nerdanel is tall but still not as tall as her husband (their genes combined are what gets them Maedhros, all the others turned out about their own height or a bit shorter *cough* Caranthir *cough*)

Earwen certainly inherited her uncles genes which she passes down to Galadriel but sadly her mother was beyond short and so she got a good mix in between, slightly above average height

Elemmírë is totally average in height and has a thing for tall women, good for her that Findis is, by the time they're married, the tallest woman of the Noldor

Anairë is short, like if she and Tuor would stand next to eachother he'd be slightly taller than her and that says something - she loves tall men though and with her newly acquired pair of high heels she is at least able to look her husband in the eyes

compared to a normal sized human like me they'd all be giants though. I'm talking about a more or less twenty-five centimetres difference between myself (172cm) and Anairë (ca. 197cm)
