Notes on Personality: Phinu is a kind, if shy and eccentric, fectan, always seeking to be helpful (even when they don’t need to be, they feel like they have to.)

As a reaper, they seek to soothe the restless dead post-mortem, so that they may peacefully ascend to Hades or Paradise… unless they were an asshole in life. They let their mentor Morpho deal with those.

Backstory and Lore: Phinumiti and their sister Ceraphim were born to Kalakto and Albanis Qafotix 175 years before the mainline Kirby games, in the Fehopalan (the fecto home planet in my Kirby lore) city of Stafithroa.

Born with a Soul Matter overflow, they are capable of seeing the dead… which means it can be very weird to see them seemingly talking to no one in particular if you don’t know about it.

After their death, they become a damselfly serving under Admiral, the God of Death.

(Also, don’t tell Admiral or Morpho, but sometimes they sneak away to watch over their family. They miss them, okay? /lh)
