Sabito Lives AU and is a slayer but the hashira still have no idea of his existence. Giyuu still created the 11th form and thats why he got the Water Hashira position and not Sabito. Giyuu still doesnt talk about himself, so nobody knows about Sabito. Sabito is pretty high ranking so he's always out on missions so him and Giyuu are actually not even in the same place most of the time. The hashira have either never met Sabito in their entire careers or have only met him personally once or twice so its not like Sabito would mention that him and Giyuu are besties

How do the hashira find out about him?

Did Sabito happen to run into Shinobu and was like "so you're the bitch that keeps telling people Giyuu had no friends"? Did Sabito injure himself and end up at the Butterfly Estate where Giyuu visited him? Was Giyuu injured at the Butterfly Estate and Sabito burst into the room looking for him ("Giyuu!" "Dont. Dont you dare-" Sabito throws himself full force at Giyuu and they fall "ow" "wtf just happened?")? Did someone stop by the Water Estate and Sabito was the one who answered the door? Does Sabito just show up as Giyuu's representative at a hashira meeting he wasnt going to make it to? Were the hashira loitering around before/after a meeting and Sabito was hanging out with (or hanging on to) Giyuu? Was there a hashira team up and they were losing when Sabito swooped in as backup? Does Sabito just simply first name Giyuu and that sends the hashira rumor mill into action? Does Sabito show up out of nowhere mid convo and throw Giyuu over his shoulder and run off?

Are they platonic? Romantic? A not-together-but-people-think-they-are-for-jealousy-trope? Pre-poly ship? Because imaging him calling Giyuu "babe" super casual would send the hashira into a tizzy and i need to see it

So the problem with making a royalty au with the batfam is the sucession

Pros: he's the first and the eldest. He became/inherited Batman when Bruce died

Cons: Bludhaven, was not formally adopted in canon

Jason

Pros: when Dick moves to/is given Bludhaven he's the next child

Cons: he canonically died, has beef with the bats, publicly opposes Bruce

Cassandra

Pros: third eldest, my fav headcanon is she becomes Batman when Bruce retires

Cons: last adopted, not great at public speaking or engagement

Tim

Pros: comes from a wealthy family, became the boss (inherited? idr) of WE (Bruce's company)

Cons: not the oldest and not the blood son

Damian

Pros: the only bio child, powerful maternal family

Cons: illegitimate, youngest child, probably/already the heir to Ra's kingdom??, my fav headcanon is that when he grows up he ironically wants nothing to do with either inheritances (Batman or LoA)

Thinking about a Merlin modern au and with all the killing and the knights and all im thinking its got to be crime/cop drama

So the knights are cops or FBI or whatever. Whats everyone else? Uther is the highest authority in canon so he's gotta be the same here. Whats that? The police commissioner/agency director? The DA (lawyer)? The Mayor? Is Gaius the ME? And Merlin the ME Assistant? Maybe they've got a situation like Bones and thats how Merlin can essentially be Arthur's partner without entirely being equal? Or would he and Gaius be better suited as EMTs or actual hospital staff/docs? Wheres Gwen? Morgana has lawyer vibes but does that work with what weve established? What stops the Round Table knights from being officers/agents? Is it past criminal records? Bc they're not Camelot citizens (excluding Elyan)? Kilgharrah has got to be some secret high profile imprisoned consultant that managed to finagle a Witness Protection order out of Merlin

This is turning out harder than i expected. For example theres no feminine form of Bruce or Jason and the singular feminine forms of Richard and Timothy arent great. Theres no male form of Diana. Etc

Laughing hysterically because a persephone & hades au with persephone!Bakugo actually makes a lot of sense

Like the more traditional view of the story, hades!Bakugo is a perfect match. He's the "bad guy". The lonely man with a soft soul.

You look at the more modern spin on it OR the ancient view of it and suddenly persephone!Bakugo just works

Boy would walk into hell, see the aesthetic and go thats dope, announce he lives there now, and make Hades second fiddle in his own kingdom

Okay but an Ant Man au with Usagi and the gang:

Usagi basically had some rough time and went to jail for a misunderstanding and what he did he had good intentions but the authorities didn’t look at it that way, and he’s released after three years

Jotaro is his son, but in this Au he knows Usagi is his father and he looks up to him dearly but wonders why he can’t visit as often and doesn’t understand the reasons why

Mariko being Usagi’s first love but it failed before Jotaro was born, and she doesn’t allow Usagi to have visitation until he can get a real job and a place to live

Kenichi as the stepdad, Mariko’s husband who raises Jotaro with her like his own and doesn’t like Usagi whatsoever. He’s also a cop which makes things worse for Usagi

Master Splinter being like Hank Pym, who was once a hero for an organization using a suit but not anymore, but now his old pupil wants to use said suit for evil purposes

Leonardo being his estranged son who holds a grudge against his father for being a distant father when he was growing up

And I’m not sure on the villain/old pupil who once worked under Splinter in this au but perhaps it could be Oroku Saki/Shredder for obvious reasons

It’s an AU so this is all modern day of course, but I wish I could draw so I could better describe this au DX but oh well, this will have to do lmao, it’s just an au I might use once I finish setting up my Usagi RP blog (I love having aus for my muses so this is definitely going to be one of them)

AU where the justice league are actually a bunch of tik tok ppl who do comedy sketches. Like Clark got drunk one day and decided to run around in his underwear pretending to be invincible and it went viral so now he posts "Superman" sketches. Barry put on a stupid costume and used double speed to pretend he was a speedster as a joke and people ate it up. Diana wanted to prove you can fight in any dress and slowly earned the moniker "Wonder Woman" which was solidified when she did a crossover episode and now she's just having fun with it. Bruce is so dedicated to Batman and then his kids made their own personas and it spiraled out of control. Alfred was in the background of enough of them he's now considered a character. The Shazam videos are full of purposefully bad effects and everyone loves them. The first time Bruce flys out to Metropolis and makes a crossover ep with Clark tik tok goes nuts

Im thinking its like some kind of Hallmark movie where Weiss gets stuck in a small town (trying to get away from her family for a little bit but the car broke down so now she's stuck?) and Yang hits on her in a bar (or maybe shes the car mechanic?). Weiss falls for Yang after she like sleeps on her couch because theres no hotels or something and Yang continues to show Weiss kindness which clashes with Yang's aesthetic which is hot country girl x biker chick x crop tops which Weiss knows her dad will hate. Yang likes her sass or something. They get married pretty soon because its a Hallmark movie.

After they get divorced Weiss still spends every Christmas and Thanksgiving with the Xiao Long-Roses even after they both remarry.

Was thinking about what everyones job would be in a No Capes AU and i started with Dick (still a detective? Runs a gymnasium?) and then I was like whatever Bruce does is probably a factor and I remember this fic that mentioned Bruce dropped out of medical school (no idea if thats canon or not) so I was like okay what if he finished medical school. Ok so Bruce is a doctor, like his dad. How can Batman factor into being a medical doctor? Well he's probably really good at finding diagnosis and pushing unconventional treatments that somehow work and thats when i realized it. Bruce would be Dr. House

He would send people to patients houses to investigate. He would have them reading the patients tweets from five years ago just to clock the switch from day posting to night posting being related to converting to veganism or whatever. He would have his boss breathing down his back and reprimanding him. He would be unfireable due to his insane success rate (and social position. He's still a Wayne after all)
