This is Tereth Faenir, my Vestige, Eye of the Queen, and eventual Canonreeve of Mathiisen. She is the matriarch of the Faenir line and a highly regarded scholar. She married Caralain Highfaerie, the youngest son of a minor noble family in the Isles. Tereth, with ties to the Psijic Order as a result of the Summerset questline, eventually lived in Arteum full time, but her children continued to live in Mathiisen manor. The family remained loyal to the ideals of Queen Ayrenn of the First Aldmeri Dominion, despite the views of the Veiled Heritage persisting and growing throughout the centuries.

I would like to eventually go deeper into her story, as I have specifics about the ESO storyline.

COURT AESTHETICS ⇾  the day court

hi!! i don't really have any specific genre, i just really want like books that'll snatch me like how acotar did hsddjksks but preferably i wanna read pass the young teen/young adult so i could expand my tastes!!!!! but if you really have any amazing book recs pls send them in my way!!!!!!!

I love giving book recs, so here you go!!!!

So the Shades of Magic series is really good - A Darker Shade of Magic, A Gathering of Shadows, and then A Conjuring of Light, by VE Schwab. She writes YA, but that series isn’t really.

Also there is Uprooted, by Naomi Novik, if you want a really fast-paced and exciting fantasy.

For adult fiction (the others are in that weird in-between genre place, but the rest of these are adult fiction), I really liked The Wonder by Emma Donoghue. It’s about a girl who says that she doesn’t need to eat anymore for religious reasons, like the holy spirit is nourishing her, and a nurse is trying to figure out if she is lying.

Sweetbitter, by Stephanie Danler, is about a woman who moves to NYC and gets a job in a restaurant and gets into drugs and the wrong guy and makes all kinds of poor life choices. So good.

The Girl With All the Gifts by M.R. Carey is good for more sci-fi/horror feels. I can’t even really explain, except to say that there are children who are being held in a prison-type place and… eventually you find out why.

Every Heart A Doorway by Seanan McGuire is a really short fantasy about children who have gone through doors and found themselves in magical worlds, only to have to return to the real world (ie here) again. So they all go to this place to “recover” from the experience, but it’s actually a place where they all know that it was all true - all the different worlds. And there is a crime that needs to be solved. IT’S SO GOOD. Really good rep too.

I don’t know if you read graphic novels, but Rat Queens is 10/10. It’s hilarious and exciting and has good rep, I LOVE IT.

Girl at War by Sara Novic - if you want to cry. It’s about a girl who had to immigrate to the US during conflict in Croatia/Yugoslavia in the 1990s, and then later (now) she returns to her home country and OMG TEARS.

Um ok, hopefully that’s enough for now, but if you (or anyone else) wants some recs, I’ve read A LOT, and a lot of different genres, too. I read non-fiction as well, and classics, which I didn’t get into either of those.
