This is a pairing thing. So because it’s December 18th in my part of the world. It’s DinoHibari day/ D18 day.D- often used in pairings with Dino and also (D)ecember18- is Hibari'character number (like how Gokudera is 59, Tsuna is 27, Yamamoto is 80, etc.)December 18th is hence DinoHiba day.

EDIT: there are also other examples of this like 1827 month/ HibaTsu Month goes from 1/8 to 2/7, idk if there are other pairings in KHR that have things like this tho.
