Hi. I’m gossamer and this is a mock cover of an idea that I knew I wouldn’t have time to ever dedicate any effort to. I’ve decided I’m gonna do this with all my favorite ideas that I don’t have time for (if I find time to do that).

The plot of this comic would have been that no matter what, these two roommates would be friends, and only friends! No romance plots between the two of them. No plots of them doubting that their feelings are purely platonic.

They are buddies to spite people saying that they might be perfect for each other, despite people being annoyed with the fact that men and women can in fact be in close proximity and not want to do extracurricular bedtime activities with each other, despite the fact that future lovers might be suspicious of them and want them to stop being roommates because of insecurity. To spite everything, they are buddies who split the rent and just so happen to be each other’s emergency contact on job applications.

also they have a neat little chore wheel that they and their friend sometimes place bets on.

that’s the whole plot. Just a little slice of life comic that ends when one or both of them moves out or dies.
