so, there was an idea... and i decided to draw it out in aseprite…

this is peace, the (supposedly) bizzarro version of WAR.

contrast to running for your life through a bloody warzone with a timer above your head, peace presents itself as a seemingly slow-paced level. it's long, but it doesn't feature any enemies or obstacles. not even a timer. it only features only a vast, grassy and hilly area, under a relatively clear and sunny sky.

that's all. there's nothing hiding behind the scenes, and it's definitely not a setup for something worse.
