Fo4 Companions Reactions to a Werewolf!Sole
➼ Word Count » 1.6k ➼ Warnings » None ➼ Genre » Platonic/Romantic, Werewolf AU
MacCready's surprised when he first sees you turn. You didn't warn him about his when he first accepted your contract? Don't you think that maybe this should've been something you told him? Once you've reverted back to your usual self, he'll have a lot of questions he's going to ask you. First off, should he be cautious? Living in Little Lamplight and being so close to the Mutant vault has made him weary when it comes to evolutionary transformations on humans, and he'd like to know if there are any drawbacks to your ability. Second, who are you? At first, he assumed you'd be like any other client, but this certainly changes things. As interesting and helpful as you're transformation is, he's not one to mess around with anything supernatural and might drop you as a client depending on how long the two of you have known each other. If it happened right away, you're being dropped, but if he's gotten to know you a bit more, then he'll stay, but there's a very clear shift in tone toward the relationship.
Nick isn't sure how he's supposed to feel. It isn't every day you see someone turn from a human to a wolf in a matter of seconds, and he's not quite sure what to say. He'll stare at you silently for a while before settling on something like, "If your nose is as good as Dogmeat's, I might have a job for you." He supposes that you haven't really changed, so there's no need for him to be all uppity about it, but he can't help but find your relationship comical. A robot detective and a werewolf. Sounds like something straight out of the Unstoppables, and anytime you pass a poster or billboard from the pre-war series, he'll point to it and say something like, "Look, it's us."
Cait didn't trust you before and doesn't trust you now. How long will it take before you lose control and start mauling her? Can't hardly trust regular mutts as it is, so what makes you any different from a stray? She's hostile at first, mostly out of fear that you'll kill her, but there's also a part of her that thinks you'd make traveling the wasteland so much more fun. Now, suddenly, she's scheming ways to scare vendors into lowering prices or taking you to raider hideouts so that she can blow off some steam. Give her a few days and she'll quickly warm up to you and your ability. It might come off as disingenuous, but she'll become a lot more open with you. The two of you could really make a name for yourself out here, and she doesn't plan on leaving your side for a long time to come. The Commonwealth could gain a lot from having a few monsters running loose, and who better than the two of you?
Danse might actually shoot you on sight if you turn in front of him. To him, your transformation is an abomination, and he believes you need to be neutralized before you wreak havoc on anyone. He does it sorrowfully, but he sees it as something that must be done, even if you are someone he's considerably close to. If he finds out after Blind Betrayal, he'll just be incredibly uncomfortable around you, but he won't put you down. It makes him feel guilty, but he just finds the entire thing to be so unnatural and out of touch with humanity. Killing you is for the greater good, at least to him.
Preston didn't know what to think when he saw you change somewhere around the size of the deathclaw you were fighting. He gripped his musket tighter, afraid that you'd try and attack the settlers next. He wasn't sure what to do. You technically saved him and the rest of the people he was with, but there was a part of him that feared what you would do if you got too close. He stays with you despite it, not wanting to judge too quickly, but he's hesitant about the decision. He keeps his position as general until he feels he knows you better, but he wouldn't mind if you stayed with them in Sanctuary. He still doesn't trust you fully, never really sleeping in fear of what will happen when that same moon comes out again and you turn into that monster you were in Concord. It takes a while for him to warm up to you - he's got people he needs to protect, after all. As long as you stand with him and his cause, he won't have any trouble. The Minutemen could use soldiers like you anyway.
Codsworth was... confused? He's known you for years and hadn't ever noticed this change. He feels ashamed that he didn't find out sooner and would be devastated. But, fear not! He'll make it up to you by taking you to the best pet stores in the Commonwealth! He knows them all by heart, just in case you and your spouse ever decide to get a pet, and.. maybe something in there will help?
Piper will approach you slowly when she first sees you turn. You're not exactly what she remembers you looking like, but you're still the same person.. right? You won't eat her or anything? Once the initial shock disappears, she'll start having a field day with you. She'll say things about how "you were prettier as a human" or "can you smell yourself as well? Or...?" (she thinks you stink). You're definitely interview material, and she wastes no time asking you about when approximately you discovered you could do this? And does it have any limitations? There's no stopping the press, especially when having you around keeps critics off her back.
There's never a moment where Curie fears you. She instead just walks up to you and starts petting you, too excited to care about the possible dangers that could arise by doing so. She'll want to run so many tests on you. Not in a mean, exploitative way, but in a way where she can learn more about what it is that's causing you to do this. Is it radiation? A chemical imbalance? Or maybe it's a product of an evolutionary disease she's yet to hear of? Either way, she thinks it's vitally important for her to gain knowledge on it so that she's prepared if it ever becomes an issue in the future.
Strong is so happy when he sees it happen. Finally, the human is strong and has some kind of natural fighting instinct to rely on. He assumes you're just a different kind of mutant and is ecstatic to see it happen. He'll come to view you as the one true leader he should follow and would do literally anything you said.
Hancock thought he was tripping balls when he watched you turn from a regular guy into... well, whatever you were. He doesn't even realize how long he's been staring at you until you're shifting back. His first reaction is to sling his arm around your shoulder and ask if you saw that too. He's genuinely so confused and ecstatic all at once, and he's not sure what to do about it. All you need to know is that he doesn't think any differently about you and that he thinks it's one of the coolest things out here in the Commonwealth, even if he still doesn't believe he saw what he saw.
Deacon just laughs nervously the first time he sees you shift. Out of everything that could've happened, this is what... happened? He's incredibly confused. All his knowledge of history and old-world books did NOT prepare him for this, and it's making him a tad anxious. He'll watch you for a while out of curiosity and slight concern until you finally turn back. He'll grab your shoulders firmly and tell you to never do that around HQ 'cause they wouldn't recognize you and shoot you on sight, but that you should do that around HQ 'cause it'd be funny. After the initial confusion wears off, he'll take you straight to Tinker Tom. He just knows he'll have a field day with you, and neither of you were doing anything that important anyway.
X6-88 would've exterminated you long ago If it weren't for the fact you're related to Father. He thinks you'd do much better as a lab experiment than as the Institute's leader, mostly because he thinks you're contaminating in some way, and who knows how long it'll take before you run amok throughout the bunker. He'll keep quiet about it, though. It's not his place to say anything, so he won't, but he doesn't like or trust you in any capacity.
Old Longfellow starts firing at you the moment he turns to see you're changed form. It's not on purpose or out of any ill intent, it's just his survival instincts coming into play. Whenever he sees a beast like that emerging from the fog, he doesn't know what else to do but shoot at it. If you live, he'll just sheepishly apologize and tell you not to do that again, at least not while he's around. He's not here for games, and he can't tell who he's supposed to kill when you look similar to the Yao Guai's of Far Harbor. So, no more of that.
Gage isn't really sure what to think. He's just hoping the other gangs will be alright with it. After a while, it might grow on him. You being a werewolf fits nicely in the rugged raider aesthetic most of them have going on, and the stories that come out of people seeing you make the park seem more dangerous than it probably is. It helps keep others away, and he's glad for that.

***I do not give anyone permission to repost or copy my work!!!
Warnings 18+: Death , Gore , Blood , Monster Fucking 😌 , Cunnilingus , Doggy Style , Size Kink (kind of? He’s pretty fucking massive) , Breeding Kink , Cursing .
Pairing: Werewolf!Walter Marshall x Selene/Goddess (Black!Plus Size Female)
Description: Selene goes on a trip to Minnesota with her friends when something life changing happens.
Word Count: 4.1K
One Shot
She sat in the cold interrogation room, bouncing her knee vigorously as her arms were folded across her chest. She was gently rocking back and forward, her body riddled with goosebumps as she tried to warm up.
Her head snapped up at the door to see two gentlemen walking through. It was then when she felt a strange shift in the room. A different kind of aura. One that reminded her of the horrors of last night.
One of the men was bald and wore glasses. A clean shaven face. He wasn’t as tall and stocky as the other. He looked regular and mundane. But he was decently handsome.
The other stranger was tall with thick messy curls that rested atop his head. He donned a thick beard that seemed to hide the beauty of his features but also, it enhanced them too. He had broad shoulders with big and sturdy arms to match.
Tumblr media
‘I-I’m sorry… you said that I could leave Mr. Harper.’
‘I know. And I do apologize just.. hear me out alright?’
Afraid that they’d tell her that she had to stay a little while longer, she held her breath; digging her own nails into her flesh.
‘This is Detective Marshall. He is here to hear your story.’
Just as she thought, she scoffed as tears brimmed her eyes in frustration. ‘I told you guys my story 3 times already! Is this what you do to people?! Continue to torture and traumatize them until there’s nothing left?!’
Detective Marshall glanced over at Commissioner Harper as he tried to piece and put his words together accordingly.
‘I understand Ms. Carson. But we are all under the impression that there is a dangerous murderer around and—‘
‘Wh-Did you not listen to me?!’ Her voice began to crack, ‘There’s no murderer! Just a big…’ she waved her hands around; trying to exaggerate the size of the beast, ‘Humanoid wolf running around killing people! I know what I saw OK? I’m not crazy!’
Commissioner Harper let out a gentle sigh and nodded, ‘You’re right honey. You aren’t. Just let my Detective do his job ok? He is the best at what he does. He just wants to listen.’
Her reddish eyes stung vigorously as she looked over at Detective Marshall before he gave her a gentle nod. His bright cobalt blue eyes were somehow… familiar.
‘Al-alright. I suppose it’s okay.’
Harper let out a silent breath in relief and pat his Detective on the shoulder, ‘Go easy on her.’ He mumbled before walking out of the room.
The room was quiet for a few moments after Harper left the room. He’d placed the clipboard down on the cool metal table and sat down in his seat.
He looked over at her, noticing little details about her that somehow made her familiar to him. The beauty mark above her full lips and another on her left cheek. Then there were her hazel eyes. Deep and dark crevices and patterns made them so unique… and again… very fucking familiar.
He finally spoke up, blinking away ‘I know this is a rough time for you. But you have to tell me what’s going on so I can help you. What is your name?’
She reached over and grabbed a Kleenex tissue and blew her nose. ‘Selene Carson.’
‘Well, it’s nice to meet you Selene. I am dreadfully sorry that it’s under these circumstances. My name is Walter. I understand that you’re not from here, is that correct?’
She nodded slowly as he began to write down on the clipboard. ‘Yes.’
‘OK. What state, City are you from?’
‘Atlanta, Georgia.’ She mumbled as she began to chew the inside of her lip again. A thing she did when she was anxious. Her eyes fell to his hand that gripped the pen as he wrote on the paper.
‘And why’d you come?’
Selene let out a gentle yet shaky sigh as she looked up at the ceiling. She was just so tired of these questions. ‘Year vacation. Every year around my birthday we go somewhere and disconnect. Try to enjoy the little things in life and Mother Nature. It was my idea. To come here.. they didn’t even wanna come here! They—‘ she whipped her tears with her thumb, ‘They wanted to go to Wyoming again. God I should’ve listened.’
Walter looked up at her and a great deal of grief shrouded him. It was like he was going through what she was going through. Feeling her feelings. Something he never experienced before. Not even with his ex-wife.
‘It’s alright, Selene. We’re going to get to the bottom of this I promise.’
She nodded as she sobbed into her tissue.
‘Alright. The stupid questions are over… tell me what happened.’
Selene swallowed her sticky spit in her mouth and sighed, ‘Well…’
***
The girls were sitting around the fire, snuggled up in their thick winter coats as they roasted some marshmallows.
It was quiet for a little moment; they’d just finished a conversation about how things were when they were little girls. All the shit they use to get into and damn near give their parents heart attacks. Now they are all grown up.
Heather was about to marry her boyfriend of 3 years. Adaline had just started her dream career of being a computer Engineer. Kelly had just got a hefty raise at her job and Selene had finally bought her dream house back home in Atlanta.
The girls were literally living their dream lives. And they all had one another…
But soon it’ll be taken away from them.
‘Girls… I know we all had a busy year. And our money has been going elsewhere. But I want y’all to know that I am so grateful that we all made the time to take this trip together.’ Selene smiled softly.
‘Of course girl! You’re our best friend!’ Said Kelly.
‘And it’s your birthday! Just because we’ve taken upon big changes in our lives doesn’t mean that we still can’t make time for one another.’ Adaline added as she reached over and gave her friend a pat on the shoulder.
‘I know. Just —can we all promise.. that we’ll never stop doing this together? That all our traveling will be done within this group?’
The four girls laughed in sync before Heather put her fist out, extending her thumb and pinkie. ‘That’s a promise I can get behind!’
The other three girls extended their right hands and did just the same, wrapping their pinkies into the thumbs of their friends.
After a little while longer of snacking on s’mores and singing silly childhood songs, they all agreed that it was time to hit the sack. They had plans to see the mountains tomorrow at Whale Lake. It was sure to be packed with how gorgeous the weather was going to be.
3 hours later…
Selene was having trouble sleeping. She didn’t know if it was because of the excitement that pumped through her like adrenaline or simply because she never came down from that sugar high.
So she sat up in her tent, checked her phone to see that it along with her AirPods were fully charged.
‘How about a little walk? Maybe one of the girls wants to go with me?’ She said to herself.
Pulling her boots onto her feet, jacket over her back and gloves over her hands, she unzipped her tent and stepped outside.
She was immediately met with the silvery brightness of the moon. ‘Luna… my you are such a beauty tonight.’ She said softly as she placed her hand over her heart. Selene could never understand why she always had this pull towards the moon or anything night related. Other than the fact that she was born at night, nothing else truly made sense.
After sharing such an intimate moment with Luna, she quietly crept over to each tent. And each one had their own snoring song. The girls were out for the count.
‘Well, guess I’m on my own.’ She shrugged as she shoved her AirPods in her ears and ventured into the woods.
Selene walked for what seemed to be hours. She caught pictures of nocturnal animals. Bunnies, some doe and bucks, frogs and just the aesthetic of the woods. With all of the nature walks she’s been on, this was all the basic stuff. She wanted something that would stand out to her! Something she could brag about at brunch tomorrow.
Suddenly, she tripped and fell over a rock as she tried to adjust the brightness on her camera.
‘Oof!’
Luckily, she was able to save herself without injury but not so much her camera. ‘Awwww no!’ She whimpered as she began to scramble up the broken pieces. She kissed her teeth, ‘Dammit! And there goes $3,000. Fuck.’
As she picked up her trash, the glistening snow caught her attention. A pair of large paw prints made a statement in the snow.
The sheer size of it made her heart sink. She saw wolves up close in Colorado at the rehabilitation center. Their paws were owned by pups compared to this monster.
Turning on her phone’s light to help her combat the darkness, a dozen more paw prints circled her. The image made her sick to her stomach. It was here! It was stalking her like prey. Or so she thought.
Her heart began to race in her chest, slowly backing up as she did her best to pull herself together. ‘OK Selene. We’re just going to head back to camp. Pretend like none of this had happened.’
She inhaled and exhaled slowly to help calm herself down. But that’ll mean nothing pretty soon.
Doing her best to clear her mind of the troubling thoughts that she’d seen, Selene walked back towards the camp in a hurry. Her headphones were away for the sake of her own safety.
Suddenly, blood curdling screams echoed through the woods.
Selene dropped the destroyed camera and dashed down the abandoned path in a hurry.
‘HEATHER!’ She called out as she pushed and fought the twigs, and bushes that dared to stand in her way. ‘KELLY! ADALINE!’ No answer.
No matter how fast she ran, she felt as if she wasn’t running fast enough. Because soon enough, the screaming and wailing had come to an eerie stop.
Damn near tumbling down a steep hill, she balanced herself before she fell at the base of it. But she didn’t let that stop her. She pulled herself up and continued to run.
‘KELLY! ADA! HEATHER!! Fuck!’ She cursed as the cool air burned at her lungs and throat. She could barely breathe but she kept fighting.
The brightness of the coals had illuminated the area. And she saw things she never thought she’d witness.
The tents were clawed, splattered and painted with blood and gore.
‘Oh my god…’ she placed a hand on her stomach as her knees grew weak. Tears filled her eyes as they landed on torn pieces of body parts and insides. The cool autumn air smelled of pure iron and blood.
It was then when her insides betrayed her and her stomach began to feel queasy.
Squatting down, she threw up everything she ate and drank. Her palms gripped at the snow as her vile stained it.
***
Selene bounced her knee once again as tears just fell down her face like waterfalls. She kept her eyes away from him, unable to look anyone in the eyes because she just felt so shameful. ‘I—I—…’
‘It’s alright… take your time.’ Walter reassured her. ‘Can you tell me what else happened?’
It was then when she looked over at him. The goosebumps had returned once again when she thought about the events that came afterwards. She then glanced down at the paper, noticing how he’d written just about everything. There was no way anyone would believe this story. Let alone the next part. So she did her best to spare the next part.
But he persisted.
Walter looked down at the paper and then back up at her, ‘I don’t have to write down the next part if you don’t want me to.’
Selene sat there silently before looking away once again.
‘Selene… I promise you can trust me. What you say now, will stay between us.’
Her sad eyes glanced back over at him then, the double sided mirror before she looked at him again. ‘You swear.’
‘Hope to die.’
She swallowed her spit and sat up straight, lacing her cold hands together before resting her upper body atop the table. ‘It didn’t stop there.’
***
Selene slowly picked herself up off the ground, sobbing as she did her best to find her footing. But she just collapsed once again before Heather’s mangled body. ‘He—Heather?! Please!’ She called out for her friend as she gripped at her corpse.
‘HELP! SOMEONE PLEASE! HELP ME!’ She wailed before a soul crushing, realm bending scream erupted from her body. But little did she know… it was more of a call.
She was too busy trying to process the deaths of her beloved friends to notice the rattling of the trees and the stirring of the wind.
When she was able to pull herself together, she pulled her phone out of her pocket to see that it was cracked. ‘Shit.’ She whimpered before tossing it to the side. She then stood up and began to rummage around in their tents to find their phones. Fortunately for her, all of the phones were in great shape… but there was no service.
‘GOD-DAMMIT!’ She screamed as slammed all three of the working phones into the snow. Allowing her anger, sadness and blame take hold, she stomped on the electronics. Damn near turning them into confetti pieces.
‘Oooh this is all my fault! I’m so sorry girls.’ She sobbed. ‘We weren’t even supposed to be here, this is all my fault.’ She cried and sniffed.
After moments to allow herself to grieve, a shift of energy breezed through the air. It caused even her hairs to stand up on her skin beneath her coat. She didn’t feel safe.
Shortly after came a low hungry growl. Then, she felt a hot breath on the back of her neck. She remained still in her spot like a statue.
Her lips trembled as more tears filled her eyes and fell down her icy cheeks. She then closed her eyes as she prepared to meet her maker. But like a fool, she took off running and immediately regretted the idea of doing so.
The beast howled behind her before it began to chase her down. And it didn’t take long! He swiped at her ankles which caused her to fall face front.
Trying to scurry to her feet, the beast grabbed her ankles and yanked her back towards him.
‘NO! NO! PLEASE! NO!’ She hollered as she tried to find anything to hold for leverage. But nothing. Just the snow and the leaves.
When the beast quickly flipped her over, she laid there trying to appear as non-threatening as possible. But she did take in this opportunity to take in all of its details to the best of her ability. Though she couldn’t see the figure clearly, the moon graced him with a silhouette. It had jet black fur, bright blue eyes and an elongated snout. It growled down at her, revealing its large canine teeth before its frightening tongue licked at his grill.
A wolf. If she’d ever seen one. But this wasn’t an ordinary wolf.
Staring up at the creature in fear, she immediately snapped her head away as it leaned in to capture her scent. It’s wet nose tickled her cheek and ear. Then, it nestled itself in her curls.
When the beast pulled away, it howled at the moon. Shivering, she slowly looked up at it once again. Ironic enough, the creature probably has to be the most beautiful thing she’d ever seen. Suddenly, something about it made her feel… safe. Like it wasn’t there to bring her harm.
The wolf then rests its snout on her lower belly, letting out small songs of howls onto her. It caused her entire body to vibrate. And all she could do was watch until she build up the courage to speak.
‘What— what are you doing?’
Then he began to let out little whimpers as if he were trying to speak. He kept doing this until something distorted rumbled in his chest.
‘Heat. Imprint. Heeeat.’
He began to pant as he placed his paw onto her chest and pressed his weight into her.
‘Unnff! Can’t. Breathe.’ She choked out before he removed his paw and split her coat down the middle with a single claw.
‘Why are you doing this? Please stop this!’
And he clawed at her shirt, revealing her sports bra that held her perky breasts. Then, the tips of his talons grazed all the way down to the middle part of her cargo pants.
‘Heat. Breed. Imprint. Heat.’
He croaked out once again. But, the word breed was off putting. It caused her eyes to grow before she quickly tried to roll over and crawl away. But he used his free hand to grab her wrists and pinned her down.
‘Don’t. move.’
She nodded slowly as he easily shredded her pants to pieces. Then, he nuzzled his snout between her warm thighs. She wanted to kick away but that would just piss him off. So she just laid there, allowing him to do whatever it was that he wanted until this nightmare was all over.
‘So. Warm.’ He growled, ‘Need. Taste.’
Selene began to squirm a little as he spread her thighs and snapped the core of her panties, exposing her delicious flower.
The beast leaned in, huffing and sniffing as her pheromones caused his nerves to tingle. He couldn’t wait any longer. The beast finally rested it’s long tongue against her slit and licked up to her clit. It was a taste test. He wanted to see if she tasted as good as she smelled.
She tasted better.
Selene let out a generous moan as the creature went to work on her pussy. Curling, folding and flicking its tongue for her. ‘Ooh.’ She shuddered out. With the warmth of ecstasy and the being’s body heat, she felt nice and cozy.
Her heart raced in her chest as her mind tried to understand what the hell was going on and why her body just gave in so easily to this being. Her body began to tense up and her toes began to curl as he flicked his massive tongue sloppily against her womanhood.
Her eyebrows tugged into one and her eyes drifted crossed. ‘Aah! Oh my go—‘ The poor girl was so close already. It was as if he knew her body! The things that drove her wild, ‘YES!!’ She cried out, her clit throbbing at the blissful orgasm and abuse. Her small hands clawing at the air above her.
Satisfied with her taste, the beast licked her sticky nectar off of his snout and let out another howl, this time shorter than before. It caused her to jump at the sudden call. Then, he began panting again. He was in dire need.
He released his tight grip on her wrists. Now she was able to see him clearly. He had to be twice her size! He was burly and prodigious as if he were probably the King or a pack leader. Thick dark hair donned his shoulders, arms with a thick patch across his chest. Selene’s eyes roamed from his chest to his abdomen that resembled the torso of a human. It had trapezius and toned muscles. So defined and detailed even in the darkness of the night. Then she noticed the ripped, bloodied shorts he wore. There was no way she was looking at one of the most infamous beasts of all time.
A Werewolf.
He licked along her cheek before pressing his snout into her there. She couldn’t help the giggle that left her lips before she looked over at him.
‘What is your name?’ She asked softly.
He growled before flipping her over on her stomach in a hurry before pulling her up to her knees, snatching off the remaining of the torn fabrics that she wore. ‘Ooh!’ She gasped at the sudden movement.
Looking behind her, she watched as his heavy paws stumped around her. ‘What’s wrong?’ It was then when she noticed his big bushy tail wagging excitedly behind him. ‘How fucking cute!?’ She thought.
He said nothing, just let out a loud huff before his wet nose pressed against the back of her thigh. Behind her, she could hear the tear of thick fabric then a warm heavy member rested on her rump.
‘Smell. Good.’
His nose sniffed along her warm, sepia brown skin. Her scent clouded his brain like a drug. He began to whimper softly as he licked at her shoulder.
No longer frightened to death, Selene closed her eyes as she pressed her back against him. Begging him without using her words. It was strange. She felt like she’d ingested a bunch of Tequila. It made her feel carefree and sexy. What did he do to her?
‘Selene.’
Her eyes flashed open at the sound of her name but before she could react further, he’d began to sink his thick shaft into her pussy. A sharp inhale left her lips as he stretched her to fit himself in. She began to grip the snow beneath her once more, ‘UGH!’ He was massive!
He began to huff and growl once again until he finally nestled within the home inside of her, bottoming out completely. Her toes curled as a familiar numbness shrouded her body. Her nipples hardened, her clit erect and throbbing.
‘Uhhh!’ She wailed as she quickly got adjusted to his enormous size. A few strokes and he was sending her to pound town! Using her body as he saw fit and she was having a damn good time.
Selene’s face grew warm, her eyes rolling back as she took his monstrous cock. ‘Fuck, fuck, fuck!’ She mewed out as his large hands held onto her waist tightly, ramming his member into her warm abyss.
She reached behind him, placing her small hand against his lower abdomen. He was so warm, so strong. If she were to end up like her friends after this, what a beautiful death it would be. His sharp claws gently stabbing into her smooth, brown skin. Careful enough not to puncture and rip her to pieces.
At this point, Selene completely forgot about the fact that he actually knew her name.
But that much didn’t matter when such a beauty of a beast was using you like a personal flesh light.
He let out hungry grunts as drool fell from his lips upon her back. ‘Breed. Goddess. Breed. Selene.’
‘Oooh my fucking god yes! Uh huh! Fuck me!’ She begged as he began to pump his hips harder and faster. Her sweet, innocent moans were no more. Instead they were turned into filthy cursing and carnal screams as she came over and over again like a desperate little whore.
Soon enough, his whimpers and grunts became constant and his thrusts became demanding and rugged. He let out an animalistic bark before he settled his dick deep inside of her. Coating her soft, spongy cervix and walls with his cum. He howled as she began to throw her ass back against him. Milking him for every drop.
Finally, when he pulled out his member, he collapsed into the snowy ground, exhausted. But he whispered, ‘Imprint. Breed.’
Trying to catch her own breath, she collapsed right next to him. She couldn’t take her eyes off of him. Partly because he was truly the most magnificent thing she’d ever seen (even though he did murder her friends…) but she couldn’t understand these codes. What was he saying to her?
‘No name… Selene. Imprint.’
***
‘Look you’ve got to believe me OK? Throw me on the damn Lie Detector test! It really happened!’
Walter sat across the room, his eyes glazed over with shock and disbelief. He couldn’t say anything. It wasn’t that he didn’t believe her. In fact, he believed her probably more than anyone else.
‘Uhm… you said he didn’t have a name? Did he say anything else about himself?’
She pressed her lips together, shaking her head, ‘No. Just he kept saying “Breed. Imprint.”. I kept asking what it meant but he just couldn’t seem to put the words together?’
He couldn’t believe his ears. Was it really her?! His Goddess?! Was she really his soulmate, his imprintee? A lot of nights he couldn’t remember things but he remembered this one clear as day!
Walter blinked and looked down as he could hear her moans, begging and pleading in his ears. He cleared his throat before glanced back up at her.
‘Did he— did he say anything else?’
Selene looked over at him, her cheeks burning with embarrassment. She grew defensive, ‘Why?! Ain’t like you’re gonna believe me anyway.’ She looked down into her lap, a somber look upon her gorgeous features.
He looked back up at her and let out a gentle sigh. ‘Selene, I probably believe you more than you believe it yourself.’
It grew quiet for a few more moments before he spoke up again. He had to confirm it for himself. ‘What did he say?’
She bit into her bottom lip before she left out a huff. ‘Mine.’
‘Mine. My Selene.’
It was probably safe to say that Walter was not only spooked but grateful. It was unfortunate what happened to her friends. They were in the way. But he’d never tell her that.
Trying to piece together the words, his heart answered before his mind could.
‘It’s you.’

norpinto supernatural thoughts
supernatural aus (bonus points for mystery elements) will do it for me like nothing else so here are a few of my favs that have found their way into my notes
Vampire Franco & Werewolf Lando
I’m imagining Franco is a fledgling, freshly turned within the decade [alt. I think it’d be interesting if he was a legacy vamp, but that takes a lot more thought to me]
Lando was born a werewolf, but he hasn’t actually learned all of the components of being a werewolf other than what he needs to know so that he can fit into normal society
werewolves have mates
vampires have a more possessive(?) approach because they don’t have souls, so no soulmate, and they don’t experience love the way mortal or even other supernaturals do.
every living thing needs a heart, and vamps don’t have one (yes, they’re technically dead. semantics.) so they need a fully living breathing counterpart to be their heart
they’re still f1 drivers, and most of the grid is mortal
Franco and Lando find each other because it’s a full moon, and Lando is trying his best not to shift because they’ve got a night race and he can’t let his base instincts take over or anything
Franco finds him curled into a corner, trying not to shift and sweating with heat. he runs his cold hand through his hair, and Lando pushes into it (essentially a dog, if you will)
he makes it through the night and finally shifts after the race something something maybe Franco is there maybe not who knows
then, because all good deeds are returned, Franco is out of blood reserves so he’s shaky and paler than normal. Lando finds him and lets him suck his blood under the supervision of Jon to make sure Franco doesn’t take too much (vampire Jon, anybody? then we can get more interactions where Lando knows how to navigate certain situations)
mid-blood suck, Franco feels a phantom beat in his chest cavity, and he’s not quite sure what it means but at the same time Lando’s wolf is like mineminemine and Jon knows Lando enough to know what’s happening, so he has a convo with Franco to explain it all to him
yadda yadda happy ever after
OR an au for an au some kind of historical piece with monster hunters and they still manage to find each other
more angst, obvi
Dead Ghost Lando & Junior Detective Franco
Lando was the victim of a brutal murder that occurred years ago and went unsolved
one of Franco’s assignments is to review old cases, both solved and cold cases so that he can study/compare the processes
Franco’s going through evidence from a cold case, finds an old locket with something he can’t make out engraved onto the front
when he opens the locket, Lando’s spirit is released from his in between plane to realm of human existence
they get up to a lot of shenanigans because Lando was young-ish when he died so they’re around the same age and like messing with people
once Franco gets pulled up to shadow a senior detective on an active case, that case is similar to Lando’s (same mo?)
we can get protective Lando, trying to shield Franco from the Horrors and keep him out of dangers way, easier said than done
we can get two endings: (1) the objectively happier ending in which Franco lives, bad guy caught, Lando gets to move on to the afterlife since his business on Earth is complete or (2) the objectively sadder one in which Franco is killed, killer is never caught, but Norpinto get to be with each other for the rest of eternity, maybe stuck on Earth until culprit caught or maybe being able to move on together
Caller Lando & Killer Franco (Ghostface au)
all sorts of tw for this one: blood, murder, nsfw, blood kink, etc (they’re murderers)
considering dynamics for this one: Lando is control behind the scenes- he decides the victim, when and where they’re killed, maybe even how. technically, he’s got the most amount of control between the two of them, backing a victim into a proverbial corner with his voice while his partner backs them into a physical corner.
Franco covers the physical approach- he enjoys the chase, the power of being able to utterly overwhelm them. he’s all about being strong and instilling fear and toying with the victims, taking his time pulling them apart
how fucked is it to say killing is their love language? a victim picked by Lando has been thoroughly thought out as a gift to Franco. the technique of the kill and the final arrangement of the body is a love letter to Lando.
leaning into the nsfw (for those interested) aspect of this au, Lando likes being in control but he always ends up getting dominated by Franco. physically and mentally.
they get nasty after a particularly satisfying murder, fuck in a pool of blood (don’t think about any blood-transmitted diseases or anything)

If I may ask, what would the roles of the Ghost Council and Jinx be in the Werewolf AU?
Also, was Scratch being bitten and turned into a werewolf an accident like Molly's transformation into a werewolf was or did whoever bit Scratch do it on purpose?
Jinx would definitely be a werewolf. I imagine she has a position of authority as a human but she enjoys being a werewolf more and can’t fathom why someone would want to give that up. She’s encountered Scratch a few times as a werewolf but I’d imagine that he’s managed to avoid her detection as a human. Plus she’s well aware that werewolves are not supposed to create more werewolves at this time (especially children!werewolves), so there’s a certain matter concerning Molly, who poses a huge risk for the werewolves until she gets herself under control. Also, Jinx has no issues with killing humans who get too close to the truth about her.
The council is something I’m mixed about and I don’t know what is funnier-them being part of a governing council over the county Brighton is in (and causing more harm than good which sadly is true for a lot of counties) or if they are werewolves too, and give Scratch more of a reason to keep the biting incident a secret.
Now as for Scratch/Todd…
It was more of a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. He had one of his depression episodes and decided to stop by the woods for a bit to try to clear his head, but made the mistake of being out too long on a full moon night, despite the warnings. The mystery attacker saw him as a target and attacked, and Scratch barely escaped with his life. He was in for a nasty surprise the next month and almost killed someone himself, which is something he deeply regrets and is one of the reasons why he forced himself to try to control that part of him.
Scratch has tried to figure out who it was but still doesn’t know. The few werewolves he does know confirmed that they don’t know who it was, but they have a feeling that there is a werewolf who is attacking and even killing with little regard to the consequences (especially how they can endanger the others), and could be responsible for turning more people into werewolves beside Scratch.
And that particular werewolf is still out there…. And it’s only a matter of time before they come back to Brighton to continue their hunt.
(Before anyone asks… no it’s not Jinx, even though she is a suspect within the AU for awhile.)

What Should I Write Next - Sept 2024 Edition
Last year (August 2023), I ran a poll with my four main plot bunnies at the time, asking you all to vote on what I should try to write next. The SwissBela matchmaking did win the poll, but I quickly lost interest in it (despite some lovely side character moments planned out) and wrote Damsel Causing Distress instead.
Now that I’m done writing Damsel Causing Distress, and have managed to keep deaths to a minimum in my last few stories, I want to return to my writing roots and have my next fanfiction go a bit darker and deadlier. Now granted, I did not obey the results of this poll last year, so I can’t promise I’ll obey this time, but perhaps you might all spark some encouragement for me on which story you’d like to read.
Two of the options from that poll are returning this time, but a new one is being added. Two of them can even be linked to spooky season!
So, which plot bunny would you like me to try to property write next? Descriptions are below the cut!
Ghosts of the Braginski Estate
Madeline moves to the small town of Blackthorne while fleeing a bad relationship in the city, and buys the old Braginski manor after the last family descendant recently passed away.
Once she settles into the house, she realizes that she is not alone.  The sugar jar keeps moving, the spices rotate in the cupboards, and her coat keeps moving to different pegs.  She eventually determines that there is a ghost in the house, and learns how to communicate with him.
As she learns about this ghost’s tragic death, as well as that of his murderous wife, Madeline finds that the past cannot rest peacefully in the present, and that she might be part of the reason why.
Havana Lunare
Both vampires and werewolves are transformed by the same light of the full moon.  Even younglings raised in a vampire clan can become a werewolf, while being raised in a werewolf pack doesn’t prevent them from becoming vampires.
Younglings get exiled from their home for changing the wrong way under the moonlight, and they must find a new life for themselves.  If they ever return home, they will be hunted and killed by their own family.
When Matthew and Ludwig each get exiled for turning the wrong way, they find refuge with a community where vampires, werewolves and humans live together peacefully against all the odds.  This cooperation of natures is not without a price to pay: if the vampire clans and werewolf packs ever found out about this, they would condemn and destroy the Havana Lunare.
Murder in Monte Carlo
For the rich and famous, assassination is a common concern.  However, Monte Carlo has seen a spike in rich people being shot in the head by hidden snipers.
INTERPOL detective Ludwig Bielschmidt has been sent to Monaco to investigate the string of murders, and to catch the killer before anyone else can die.  The Kirklands, Arthur and his son Alfred, are more than happy to set Ludwig up to stay at their resort, where he can mingle with Alfred’s social circle of the wealthy elite during the investigation.
Ludwig will learn that Monte Carlo is truly controlled by the dubious activities of the rich, and that all these deaths can be connected back to Alfred, his most gracious host.

Hi! I hope everything is fine with you, I'm sorry that I'm always disappearing, but I promise to improve))) I'm with Hadcanon. Supernatural au, where criminals can be people, or they can be dishonesty. Supernatural crime detectives are coming from Hong Kong. They are looking for a werewolf who can transform into another person and kills his victims. Those into whom the werewolf turned were usually arrested, but after a series of such crimes it became clear that they were also victims. Jian Yuelou is not very happy that his work is being interfered with, but you will not go without an order/although we are talking about Yuelou/ The werewolf has been choosing for a long time who he will turn into and chooses Chen Yuzhi. Who would think of a nice doctor? But Yuzhi has figured out the werewolf and is trying to detain him. Jian Yuelou and Hong Kong detectives see two Chen Yuzhi. Which one of them is real? Everyone proves that he is the original. Jian Yuelou is just asking a question from their past. It could be any question: about their meeting in Hong Kong, how Yuzhi was against using Wang Meng's mother to split him. The werewolf responds as most people think and thinks he has won. But Yuelou shoots the werewolf. The detectives are shocked, to which Jian Yuelou and the police from Jingcheng only grin. After all, Chen Yuzhi behaves quite differently. I want to shock detectives when they find out the correct answer. The werewolf was arrested or killed, at your discretion.
VITA!!! I've missed you and your headcanons! I hope all is well with you! I read the prompt and I feel like it reads more like a "shapeshifter" so I hope it's okay if I go with that
It was one of the odder cases Jiang Yuelou had encountered, a criminal who could shift into another person and commit crimes using their face
It was like identity theft…but worse
He had dealt with a few cases regarding the shapeshifting identity theft that resulted in murder and at first he had no sympathy for them until he realized that after about the third case that anyone could be a victim
Of course, anytime he asked the suspects if they knew what the person looked like…they could never tell him
All they could tell him was that they heard their name being called and when they turned around or looked, all they could see was their face staring back at them and before they could even say something, their face would just…disappear into the crowd
Of course, he and his team weren’t the only ones dealing with this sort of case as when he came into work the next morning, two detectives he had never met were standing in his office beside Bai Jinbo, causing him to frown
“Commissioner?  Who’s this?”
Bai Jinbo looked at him and smiled
“Jiang Yuelou, meet Detectives Han Zhang and Wang Duo.  They’re going to be working with us on a case”
Jiang Yuelou’s eyes widened
“We’re partnering with them?!  But why?!”
Han Zhang cleared his throat
“Commissioner Bai explained to us that you have knowledge on a…shapeshifting killer that’s been terrorizing Jing City, correct?”
Jiang Yuelou crossed his arms
“Yes, why?”
Han Zhang smiled
“Well, your killer actually is from Hong Kong…he evaded us and now has made Jing City his…stomping ground, if you will”
Jiang Yuelou’s eyes widened
“You let the killer slip away and let him come to my city?!  How can you even call yourselves detectives if you can’t even do your job correctly?”
“What about you?!”
Jiang Yuelou looked over at Wang Duo as he took a step forward
“You haven’t caught the bastard either so don’t go talking shit about us when you couldn’t catch him either!”
Jiang Yuelou’s eyes widened and he took a step towards him just as Bai Jinbo stepped in between them
“Alright, alright, enough”
He then looked at Jiang Yuelou
“Jiang Yuelou, they’re our guest, play nice”
Jiang Yuelou growled but took a step back as Bai Jinbo looked at Han Zhang and Wang Duo
“We’re not here to play the blame game, we’re here to catch this killer.  So let’s put aside our differences and catch him, shall we?”
Jiang Yuelou, Han Zheng, and Wang Duo all looked at him before they nodded, Bai Jinbo nodding in reply
“Good.  Now, I will leave you three to discuss the case and no fighting”
Jiang Yuelou, Han Zheng, and Wang Duo all nodded again as Bai Jinbo turned and headed out of the office, the three men watching him leave before Jiang Yuelou turned and looked at the two Hong Kong detectives
“Alright…what’ve you got?”
Over the next few hours, Jiang Yuelou, Han Zheng, and Wang Duo went over all of their cases, trying to see if there were any similarities between their victims but they were coming up with bupkis as there were no correlations between any of the victims, none of them shared the same social circle, some of them weren’t even in the same social class…the attacks were just…random
And that made everything much more difficult
Just then, Song Rong ran into the office, looking at Jiang Yuelou with wide eyes
“Boss”
Jiang Yuelou looked up at him in concern
“Song Rong?  What is it?”
“Dr. Chen’s in trouble”
Jiang Yuelou’s eyes widened and he quickly pushed himself to his feet before he ran over to him, Han Zheng and Wang Duo looking at each other in confusion before they ran after him, all of them heading out of the police department
They then ran to Chen Yuzhi’s clinic, stepping inside to see two Chen Yuzhis, both men turning to look at Jiang Yuelou with wide eyes
“Jiang Yuelou!”
Jiang Yuelou’s eyes widened and he quickly drew his gun, Song Rong, Han Zheng, and Wang Duo doing the same before Jiang Yuelou looked between the two Chen Yuzhis
“Alright, which one of you is the real Dr. Chen?”
Both Chen Yuzhis looked at him
“I am!”
Jiang Yuelou growled softly as one of the Chen Yuzhis shook his head
“Jiang Yuelou.  You know it’s me”
The other Chen Yuzhi shook his head.
“Jiang Yuelou, don’t listen to him, I’m the real one”
Jiang Yuelou shook his head, not sure which one was the real one, before a thought hit him and his eyes widened
“Fine…if one of you is the real Chen Yuzhi…then you’ll know the answer to this question: how did Keying die?”
Both Chen Yuzhis’ eyes widened, as did Song Rong, Han Zhong, and Wang Duo’s, before one Chen Yuzhi looked away and the other shook his head.
“What are you talking about, she’s not dead”
Jiang Yuelou hummed before he looked at the Chen Yuzhi who wasn’t looking at him
“Well?  What’s your answer?”
That Chen Yuzhi was quiet before he turned to look at him, tears in his eyes
“A car explosion”
Jiang Yuelou smiled before he turned and pointed his gun at the other Chen Yuzhi, shooting him between the eyes
As the bullet pierced his skull, the Chen Yuzhi’s eyes widened before he collapsed to the ground, his body doing a final shift to a melting pool of black goo
“Jesus”
While Han Zheng and Wang Duo were examining the pool of goo, Jiang Yuelou walked over to Chen Yuzhi and wrapped him in his arms, pressing a kiss to his temple
“Sorry baby”
Chen Yuzhi sniffled and shook his head
“That was cruel”
Jiang Yuelou nodded
“I know.  I know.  But…I had to”
Chen Yuzhi let out a shuddering breath before he nodded
“I know you did.  But still…it hurt”
Jiang Yuelou smiled sadly and pressed another gentle kiss to his temple before he pulled away and looked at Han Zheng and Wang Duo
“Well, looks like we got our guy…which means you can get out of my city”
Wang Duo and Han Zheng looked at each other before they both held out their hands
“Thanks for your help”
Jiang Yuelou nodded and shook both of their hands before Han Zheng looked at Chen Yuzhi
“That question about your sister…was it true?”
Chen Yuzhi smiled weakly
“Partially”
Wang Duo and Han Zheng frowned
“We don’t…follow”
Chen Yuzhi sighed
“My sister was kidnapped a while back by some drug dealers…and when Jiang Yuelou was trying to bring her home, there was a shooting in the square that forced him to get out of the car and leave my sister behind.  Only we didn’t realize that the girl in the car wasn’t my sister but a doppelganger.  But we didn’t know that and thought that the girl was Keying…and a sniper shot the gas tank of the car and exploded it”
Wang Duo and Han Zheng looked at him in horror
“So…is your sister alive or not?”
Chen Yuzhi laughed and nodded
“My real sister is alive and well…and I actually have to go pick her up from school soon.  But your uh…whatever he was didn’t know that.  Or didn’t know the whole story”
Jiang Yuelou nodded
“Which is why I asked the question.  Because only the real Chen Yuzhi would know the whole story”
Wang Duo and Han Zheng looked at them both in shock before they huffed and cleared their throats
“Um…tell Commissioner Bai goodbye for us”
Jiang Yuelou nodded and watched as they headed out of the clinic before he looked over at Chen Yuzhi
“You okay?”
Chen Yuzhi nodded
“Yeah, yeah I’m fine”
Song Rong then shook his head as he walked over to them
“How did he even find you?”
Chen Yuzhi sighed
“I think I was being watched for a while”
Jiang Yuelou’s eyes widened
“What?!”
He then shook his head
“Why didn’t you tell me?!”
Chen Yuzhi huffed
“Because I couldn’t see him.  I could just feel like someone was watching me…but any time I turned around, I didn’t see anyone.  Until today.  I was working at my desk, the clinic was empty, and then someone called my name.  I looked up and all I could see was my face staring back at me”
He then looked at Jiang Yuelou
“And then I remembered the cases you were working and…I knew it was the guy you were looking for”
He then sighed
“I tried to leave but I grabbed him and then we started fighting…Song Rong saw us thankfully”
Jiang Yuelou hummed and looked over at Song Rong before he clapped him on the arm
“Thanks”
Song Rong nodded
“Of course”
Jiang Yuelou then looked back at Chen Yuzhi and smiled
“You ready to go get Keying?”
Chen Yuzhi nodded
“Yeah”
They then headed over to the door, Song Rong following behind, and stepped out, Jiang Yuelou and Chen Yuzhi heading right while Song Rong headed left back towards the police station
As Jiang Yuelou and Chen Yuzhi made their way to Keying’s school, Jiang Yuelou looked over at Chen Yuzhi before he reached out and slipped an arm around his waist, pulling him close
“I’m just glad you weren’t hurt”
Chen Yuzhi hummed
“Me too”
Jiang Yuelou huffed
“Or that he didn’t try to commit any murders with that pretty face of yours”
Chen Yuzhi laughed before he looked over at him
“Does this look like the face of a killer to you?”
Jiang Yuelou looked back at him before he shook his head
“No.  Which is why I’m glad we got to him in time”
Chen Yuzhi hummed
“I am too…it was weird looking at myself and hearing my own voice”
Jiang Yuelou huffed
“Tell me about it”
He then leaned over and pressed a kiss to his temple, his lips lingering there for a moment before he pulled away and nudged Chen Yuzhi’s head with his
“I’m really glad you’re okay”
Chen Yuzhi smiled and nudged his head in return before he pulled away and looked at him
“Come on, Keying’s waiting for us”
Jiang Yuelou nodded before he and Chen Yuzhi continued towards Keying’s school, Jiang Yuelou’s arm wrapped possessively around Chen Yuzhi’s waist

Sam: Are Keyleth and Percy having an affair??
Marisha: Ew no. Also it wouldn’t be an affair, Vex would totally be in on it, let’s be real.
Taliesin: Vex would’ve instigated it.

I’m obsessed with Ashton “never take copper, that’s kicking someone when they’re down” Greymoore.
Ashton “that’s not a waste of space, that’s a person going through something” Greymoore.
Ashton “gives most of my gold to my found family” Greymoore.
Ashton “let’s get breakfast sandwiches for our new friends” Greymoore.
Ashton just keeps making statements/decisions that I completely didn’t expect from this character and I’m Living for it.

While I don’t know that it was necessarily intentional, I do think it’s interesting that by the end of the episode, Ashton was the only one who successfully managed to run away from the fight.
Ashton, whose family ran and left them for dead when things went south.
Ashton, who straight up told Bell’s Hells early on that he would’ve done the same.
Ashton, who looked at everyone dropping and decided to run and just keep running, who ended up doing exactly what they said they’d do.
They ran.

My #1 post of 2022
Quick recap of all of the big character reveals from C3E17, because we got SO MUCH in this episode and I want to remember who said what to who. BIG SPOILERS below!!
Chetney
His tattoo apparently stands for “Recognize the Alpha” (told to Imogen)
He’s only been a werewolf for a few months!! (told to Orym)
Laudna
She was one of the people killed by the Briarwoods and hung from the Sun Tree as a warning to Vox Machina - they cut her ears to look half-elven, so she was presumably the Vex or Keyleth effigy (told to Orym)
FCG
They have some sort of current of (arcane?) energy running through them that might explain their odd behaviour in C3E16, but Milo couldn’t explain much about it or how to dispel it (told to FCG by Milo, Ashton and Orym were present)
Milo also said that FCG’s joints had very old wear and tear, possibly implying that FCG is older than two years?
FCG and Imogen were able to mind-meld by both casting Detect Thoughts at the same time, but Imogen wasn’t able to learn much more than what we already know about FCG’s backstory - but it was implied that there is more that Imogen wasn’t able to access
Imogen dreamed about the scent of fresh grass after sleeping with the Shade Mother’s stone - could be nothing? Could be something?
Fearne
Her parents left the Feywild many years ago (possibly when she was in her forties?) and have been sending her postcards from many places ever since, including from Aeor most recently (told to the whole party I think?)
Her parents are named Birdie and Oleander/Ollie, and her grandmother’s name is Morrigan/Morri (also told to the whole party?)
Imogen
She feels drawn to the stone that she took from the Shade Mother, and sleeping with it changed her reoccurring dream - she wanted to run into the storm (told to Laudna and possibly the rest of the party I think?)
She acquired a feywild shard that will allow her to roll on the wild magic table once a day
Imogen was able to mind-meld with FCG but he wasn’t able to learn much more about her backstory, either
Orym
Orym had a half-elf husband named Will who died six years ago during the attack on the Air Ashari - his tattoo represents him and his husband as “big moon and little moon” (told to Chetney)
Fearne and Dorian already knew about Will (told to Chetney)
He acquired a blue chromatic rose that will protect him from lightning damage - it was a blue flower found in a storm and it reminded him of Dorian
Orym put a bunch of yellow flowers on FCG when they were in stasis (this isn’t a character reveal, it’s just really cute)
Ashton
Ashton was born flesh and blood (presumably human) but started turning into their rocky earth genasi form sometime around the age of ten to twelve (told to Fearne)
As far as he knows, his skin and organs are made of stone (told to Fearne)
I think that’s everything? Please reblog this with anything that I missed because this episode had so much.

[kentaro sakuguchi | he/him] A new face takes refuge under Dark Skies. BEJO AN , an THIRTY FIVE year old TRIAD (UNTRIGGERED WEREWOLF) , is one of those from the PRESENT learning to navigate this changed world. People say behind their back that they’re VENGEFUL but the truth is that they’re really SENSITIVE . Their style can best be described as DETECTIVE WEAR WITH TRENCH COATS, and we’ll see how that helps them fit in. ( its min ).
Content warnings: death, incaracarations mentions, coerced enlistment, (ill put cw by the bullet points so t*mble doesnt flag me again)
Bejo was born to a stern father and a reserved mother in Manila. A mother who made him swear up and down to not resort to violence
That promise stayed until he was around 11 when he was involved in a fist fight. It was an insult bout his mother- what was he suppose to
Ended up going to reform school and left to the United States shortly after his sentencing
His parents began arguing more, he just need the escape so he got involved with the wrong crowds. Hotwiring cars, breaking curfews, and a few minor arrests.
Bejo still found himself falling for a someone (wc). Something about them anchored him so well. There was a charm. The calm in his stormy life. Staying with her on the window ledge eating soup from a thermos and leaving when he was told to.
He would have asked for her hand after college if everything went to plan
cw But the group he was involved with get caught shoplifting and it was his last warning. He was given two choices: jail or the coast guard for 10 years. Naturally he was pushed to do the later. He tried his best to stay with her but ultimately he broke her heart and his in a dear john letter cw
The days in the coast guard were hell, but it wasn’t so bad briefly keeping contact with a fellow coast guard. He ignored the ramblings of the Triad
It was just him for a while, counting the days down. Maybe there was hope for him. Maybe he would come out unscathed
Bejo was sadly wrong when a sonic weapon has used at sea, it was a loud pitched sound and then nothing. He couldn’t hear nothing.
cwHe spent the rest of his time being the more administrative man at sea. The loneliness ate him whole. But the worst news was his mother falling ill.
Bejo remembered being on her side, now with hearing aids, barely able to make out she was saying. Maybe if he did he would have able to hear beware of the wolf within/
Bejo could only stay to bury her, crying at her tombstone wondering how his life could come to this, when his mother died so did what was left of his good nature. cw
Bejo came out of the navy and his grief a closed off man. But for the sake of his mother, he decided to be a slightly better person. Going to law school, trying to maintain a steady job, He didn’t know why or how he was pulled by the oea, perhaps he had a way with words and his score at an archery range.
For Bejo, the triadwere a means to an end for everything he lost, he wanted to regain it by being  the man that brings the hand of justice. Even if something told his mother wouldnt approve
And whatever has been stirring inside him during the full moon but he might never know what it is…..he was a monster by his own standards anyway
Personality and Quirks:
He is ambidextrous

FIVE — MAN CON : THE BOWERY STREET HEIST
Tumblr media
the team put together to steal from the dragon of bowery street was small but efficient. it was not made entirely of crow syndicate members , but they were all individuals that magnus recruited directly in some fashion. below are the five members of the team along with their roles , which i will be referred to based on heist group tropes.
MAGNUS ARGENT : MASTERMIND
he is the man with the plan that started it all. outwardly , he told not only his crew but baz that this would be a heist for the dragon of king's road. according to magnus , the london's dragon had lost a valuable magical artifact to new york's in a card game that he wanted back. the actual mission of the heist however was to steal baz's heart. he had given it to his wife when she separated from him ( all but divorcing him , though legally the matter was tricky ) &. she had in turn given it to bowery street. magnus wanted to steal their boss' heart to kill him &. end their deal. understandably , no one was happy with him upon realizing this was an entirely selfish venture , as their payment would actually come from whatever money &. artifacts they could steal in addition to the faerie heart.
ROWENA ROBASDAN : CONWOMAN
she was the first person magnus brought the plan to after he had finished forming it. in it , she was instrumental in intelligence gathering both before &. after their arrival. her ability to charm &. become whatever was needed to get what she wanted was an invaluable skill for the heist. &. they were going to infiltrate a party after all , &. who better to lead that than an etiquette trained heiress ? plus ro's magic may come in handy if things were to go sideways. she is mad at the plan reveal but saves that fight for when they're all relatively safe.
ANDREI HART : SAFE CRACKER
while not an official member of the syndicate , andrei is all but contracted exclusively by them for enchanter jobs. he'll work with smaller gangs but the syndicate pays the best ( &. most people don't want the guy who protected their enemies' things working on their wards ). when magnus came to him with the promise of a large payout , he was all in. once info was gathered &. infiltration took place , he would be breaking / making wards to avoid detection. he's pissed at magnus for lying because he thinks this puts them in even more danger.
PETAL NYGUEN : THIEF
a member of the gang for a relatively short amount of time , still beholden to whatever job is given to her for steady work. petal was tasked to spend most of her time with andrei so that they could easily slip away together to do the actual breaking in &. thieving. yes , the others would make their way there to assist but she knows the best things to look out for &. it helps when you don't have a lot of other people under foot to do so. she expected magnus to lie to them so she's not that mad at him about stealing baz's heart. besides , she thinks magnus would make a marginally better boss anyway.
EOIN KAVANAGH : MUSCLE
the newest member to the syndicate &. to underworld life in general. in a way he's a dangerous addition since he's only been a werewolf for a few months , but that makes him the perfect candidate to be their muscle. sometimes problems require physical solutions. he's also useful in taking out very heavy bags of valuables to their getaway transportation. he's just kind of sad magnus lied more than anything.

Zain Iqbal: “Ive already lost my privacy a bit”
Zain Iqbal, one of the stars of BBC’s A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder talks about mishaps on set and how book boyfriends should be represented on screen
Tumblr media
Emma Myers, best known for her role as the quirky werewolf Enid Sinclair in Wednesday, leads as a teenage detective called Pip. The 26-year-old Zain Iqbal stars as Ravi. He teams up with Pip to prove his brother didn’t kill a schoolgirl, and eventually becomes her boyfriend.
Ravi is beloved by book fans for being a different love interest from what’s usually seen on screen. The significance of this isn’t lost on Iqbal: “It’s so important that my character is an Asian boy who’s looked at as such a perfect, cool, handsome, sweet, humble boy,” says the actor.
“People like us are not seen like that. We’re represented quite badly on screen. Now it’s going on Netflix, it’ll be seen by a lot of people in South Asia and East Asia. It’s so good that people who look like me have someone to look up to.”
A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder already has a loyal following, mostly of school-age and university-age girls. When I texted my teenage cousin that I was interviewing the actor who plays Ravi, she sent back a long list of questions she absolutely had to know about him.
Iqbal hopes that the TV adaptation of Ravi and Pip’s story will appeal to viewers of all ages and genders. The series goes deeper than a typical secondary school drama. “The show is snappier,” he notes. “There’s more action going on. It’s pretty dark and gritty. I think anyone can watch it.”
Tumblr media
Like Agatha Christie adaptations or Hulu’s Only Murderers in the Building, A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder can appeal to different generations. The shows twisty plot is ideal viewing for big groups of friends or family who can speculate on the mystery together. Plus, teenage girls can have the satisfaction of already knowing the real ending while their parents guess incorrectly.
Film and TV is rooted in family for Iqbal. He grew up in a village called Cheadle, near Stockport in north-west England. His father is a film buff, and their house was filled with the stock sound effects of classic Westerns – cicadas and smoking guns and Wilhelm screams. The iconic theme of The Good, the Bad and the Ugly was practically the soundtrack to his childhood. His dad first took Iqbal and his younger brother to the cinema to watch Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man 2. Iqbal was hooked.
Pip and Ravi are high-achieving students who use their intellect to get to the bottom of mysteries. Pip gets caught up in a murder investigation because she takes her school EPQ project way too far. Iqbal was a less well-behaved student. “I hated school,” he admits, “I was always a quiet kid. I wouldn’t even open my mouth.” He was too shy to sign up for any school plays.
Iqbal made it to university to study economics. He joined in with a few student films, and completed the Young Company programme at the Royal Exchange Theatre in Manchester. Graphs and finances just didn’t excite him in the same way that movies did. Once his degree was over, he decided to be brave and move to London to give acting a shot.
Work came slowly and steadily – mostly short films for internal use within companies and charities. Iqbal has had so many roles as background schoolboys that they all blur together in his mind. He resents that the media are labelling him as a newcomer, because he has four years of professional, if unglamorous, experience under his belt. Commercial work allowed him to get to grips with the craft without worrying that large audiences would pick apart his performance.
Tumblr media
Iqbal didn’t know much about A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder until he googled it after his third or fourth audition. The size of the fandom on TikTok and Instagram blew him away. The author Holly Jackson has 280,000 followers on the latter. There are more than 55,000 videos tagged #agggtm.
Iqbal is relieved that he wasn’t aware of the fandom first. “It was a blessing in disguise. If I went in knowing the scale of it, it would have scared me away and I don’t think I would have auditioned as well.”
As soon as Iqbal landed the role, he rushed out to buy the book from the Waterstones on Tottenham Court Road and some wine and chocolates from Tesco to thank his agent. “I didn’t really celebrate. I was just relieved.” Landing a leading role in a TV show proved that pursuing acting was the right call.
A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder was shot over four months in the summer of 2023, mostly in Somerset. The crew redecorated the square in a small town called Axbridge to resemble the book’s setting. One June day shooting in a vintage hotel was so hot that the make-up team had to pour ice cubes down Iqbal and Myers’s necks.
Iqbal had to figure out how a TV set worked as he went along. On the first day of the table read, he wanted to appear organised and professional, so he printed out his own script double-sided. Iqbal quickly realised that there was a reason everybody else’s was single-sided – he lost his place mid-scene. Panicked, he grabbed a script from the actor on his left. Only afterwards, when people went, “Don’t you know who that is?” and “what were you thinking?”, did Iqbal realise that he’d stolen the script from Mathew Baynton, the star of the sitcom Ghosts, the 2023 film Wonka and the CBBC show Horrible Histories. Baynton plays Pip’s English teacher, alongside Motherland star Anna Maxwell Martin, who portrays Pip’s mum.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Iqbal feels grateful that he was working alongside Myers. The 22-year-old already had small roles in the TV shows The Glades and The Baker and the Beauty before she achieved acclaim for her performance in Netflix’s hit series Wednesday alongside Jenna Ortega.
Iqbal has nothing but praise for his co-star. “She’s a f*cking magician,” he gushes. “She’ll go down as one of the greats. She taught me a lot about how to work the camera. I feel very lucky that she was very patient with me. She’s a one-take wonder, while sometimes I’ll need an extra take or two to get what I want across.”
A bonus of working with such a young cast was that somebody was always up for having fun at the end of the day. Iqbal and the other actors would play Mario Kart on Myers’s Nintendo Switch in between takes. He still goes out for dinner frequently with Raiko Gohara, who plays Pip’s neighbour.
Many of the male characters who date the heroines of bestselling books make for compelling reading, but if plucked from their literary context and plonked into reality these men might be seen as troublesome, or just plain sexist. Rhysand from Sarah J Maas’s A Court of Thorns and Roses series and Xaden from Rebecca Yarros’s Empyrean series behave in a controlling and possessive way.
This might be normal in fantasy realms with fairies and dragons, but in the modern world this behaviour would be labelled as a red flag or as toxic. Cardan Greenbriar in Holly Black’s The Folk of the Air series starts off as the heroine’s bully. It Ends with Us by Colleen Hoover has been accused of romanticising abusive relationships. Books and social media tell young readers that the relationships in these books are romantic and aspirational.
Among all these domineering alpha males, Ravi from A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder sticks out for being just a genuinely nice guy. He’s the kind of boy that teenage readers actually should dream of dating.
Tumblr media
Iqbal was well cast as a character whose biggest virtue is his kindness. He helped lug camera equipment and suitcases full of clothes around his own photoshoot. He kept refastening a faulty button on a jumpsuit worn by the stylist who was supposed to be adjusting his clothes. He repeatedly apologises for having a sore throat which I can’t even hear. He takes every opportunity to thank other people – his younger brother for supporting him, his mates for inspiring his style, the author Holly Jackson for creating the role in the first place.
Iqbal spent a long time figuring out with the director and executive producer, Dolly Wells, how to make Ravi a positive role model for young men.
“The main thing was bringing a sense of vulnerability to the character,” Iqbal explains, “and making him a modern man. Because in today’s world, men don’t really talk about how they feel. Whereas when you watch the show, Ravi does talk about his feelings and there’s some very key scenes where he does open up to Pip. We wanted to make sure we got that right.”
Iqbal’s favourite scene is one of the most emotionally charged. In episode 5, Pip posts something online, Ravi comes round to her house, and the two open up to each other and bond. Iqbal hopes that if the show were renewed for more seasons – there are two further books, and a prequel – that fans will love looking back at these pivotal moments in Pip and Ravi’s relationship.
The actor is as much of a fan of Ravi as teenagers on TikTok are. Despite Iqbal’s enduring love for Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter series, he’d still pick to play Ravi out of any book character.
Ravi’s clothes are very laid-back – lots of check shirts and baggy jeans and beat-up trainers. “He’s a bit grungy. Chilled. Easy going.” Iqbal, however, is a self-proclaimed fashion obsessive. He lapped up every moment of the shoot at Bankside Yards, telling the team, “I feel like a million dollars” and “I feel f*cking amazing.”
Tumblr media
Iqbal is delighted to describe his taste in clothes. “My style is British street mixed with minimalistic Scandi vibes. My favourite outfit would probably be wide jeans, timeless boots and a cropped jacket. Smart, casual, very British.”
He apologises that his look today isn’t up to his usual high standards, since he could only bear wearing shorts on a rare warm day in June – although his immaculate trainers and printed T-shirt look perfectly smart to me.
One of the most beloved moments from the book is when Ravi dons Pip’s mother’s purple flower-patterned gardening gloves so that he doesn’t leave fingerprints while they snoop around somebody’s house. Ravi quips, “Real men wear floral when trespassing.” Iqbal admits that his wardrobe does in fact include a floral shirt. Has he ever trespassed in it? “No comment.”
Iqbal has mixed feelings about the show premiering. After years of commercial work, Iqbal isn’t used to such wide audiences reviewing and criticising his performances.
“I’m a very private person,” he confesses, “I’ve already lost my privacy a bit. It’s scary that once it comes out, I’ll lose even more.”
Even before the show drops on the BBC, some fans who are obsessed with Ravi have made Instagram accounts devoted to sharing every single image of Iqbal which they can find. “I don’t really check them that much. People find pictures of me that my mates have posted, which is quite weird. And it’s only going to get worse.”
However, Iqbal is looking forward to sharing A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder with new audiences. He hopes that the show’s success might open up new paths for him.
“It’s also exciting, because hopefully I can get amazing opportunities after this. And I can go and have the career I want to have, and live my dream of being an actor.”

What did I think of the book?
The Wolfman by Nicholas Pekearo My rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 of 5 stars I needed a break from the current series I’ve been into, and in my hunt for something from my typical genre go-to’s, I stumbled on this old school title. I generally stay away from horror and thriller books (until recently anyway), but I’m glad to have found this one. I’m not disappointed. From the very first line of the prologue, I was glued to the story, and that’s something I can’t recall ever happening before with a book. The prose was beautifully done. The writing style was so different from what I’ve read before, and it excited me in ways that’s hard to put into words. It feels like I’m actually sitting down with this werewolf somewhere in his world, and he’s telling me about his life. It breaks the fourth-wall a lot, and for me, that makes Marlowe’s character seem more real. “When people actually come apart from the inside, they usually don’t live long enough to have a sit-down with somebody and verbalize what the experience was like.” - page 104 The book paints an amazingly clear picture of the main character’s personality, thoughts, attitude, and his environment. I wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of the story plot itself, but it gets dark pretty quickly with a monster Vs psychopath situation. I found myself rooting for the werewolf, sympathizing with him, and enjoyed the strange relationship that is crafted between the man, Marlowe, and the wolf entity that plagues him as the story goes on. There were a few things about the book that would have normally been an issue for me, e.g. info-dumping, long backstory retellings, occasional rough dialogue, etc., but because of how the story has been written, and the main character’s design… for some reason it just works so amazingly well for me. I never grew bored with the book, and actually loved the back story details of Marlowe’s life. Favorite character/s: Marlowe Higgins. He is a memorable character, for sure, for many reasons. He’s a total d*ck with an attitude and a few too many problems for about 90% of the book, (understandable given his life and curse). However, he is complex, brutal, gentle, and also cares a lot about people despite the monster sharing his body. I don’t think I’m doing a good job summarizing his character, but I can’t help but like him. What drew me to this book? Aside from the fact that it’s a werewolf book (one of my most favorite genres to read), the cover design and prologue definitely drew me in. Something about the blue and black color palette, and vibe of the man on the cover just won my attention over other werewolf books that I was checking out. When I read a preview of the book’s prologue, I scrambled to get my hands on The Wolfman as soon as I could, despite being in the middle of a different series. Stars: 5/5 because this is one amazing book, and after having just finished reading it, I’m left smiling a satisfied smile that tells me I’ll be coming back to this book again in the future. Chapter 1
Chapter 1 - Sam/Dean/Cas' POV
Chapter 2
Chapter 4
Tumblr media
Walking onto the crime scene made you cringe. There had been another killing upon your arrival in Clarksburg and the scene was brutal. The four of you had decided to split up to cover more ground. You and Dean opting to head to the fresh crime scene, while Sam and Cas go to talk to the M.E about the previous murders.
Dean lifted the yellow tape for you as you ducted under it, both of you dressed in your FBI garb. You both were pulling out your fake FBI badges as you walked up the lead detective on the case, Detective Moon, which you thought would have been fitting if the killer were a werewolf. Flashing your badges, Dean introduces both of you.
“Agents Nicks and Page, FBI,” he said. The rock aliases seem to go over Detective Moon’s head, which you are grateful. At least those are a little more inconspicuous than some you have heard the boy’s use.
“What do you have?” you asked Moon after you and Dean shook his hand.
“Carly Whitlock twenty-two, she was walking home from her shift at the Social Tap, got off around midnight. She was found this morning by a jogger.”
Detective Moon leads you down the alley behind the bar that the victim had worked at. Next to the dumpster was Carly Whitlock. Her chest was splayed open, the perfect size for a male fist to have fit in and blood pooled on the ground under her. You felt a pang of sympathy. Carly had gone painfully.
“Missing heart?” Dean asked.
“Yup, just like all the others,” Detective Moon replied with a shake of his head. “I’m really glad you guys are here. This case is the strangest I’ve come across.”
“Wish we could say the same,” you joked as Dean knelt next to the body looking for something that could help us, and you worked to keep the Detective distracted.
“Yeah, I’m sure you’ve seen some pretty crazy stuff,” he said turning towards you.
“You have no idea,” you said. You glance down at Dean, who was now crouched down over the body. He looked up at you and shook his head, your signal that he was going to need some time.
“Hey, think I could talk to the witness?” you asked Detective Moon. It was easier to look for signs of the supernatural without a detective breathing down your neck and talking to the person that found her still needed to be done.
“Yeah, of course,” he said, glancing at Dean, who didn’t acknowledge him. He looked back to you. “She’s rights this way.” He motioned towards the building to your right. Upon reaching the front of the building you realize that it is the Social Tap, the bar the victim worked at.
“She didn’t make it far, did she?” you said.
“No,” Moon said with a shake of his head. “We think the murderer might have been waiting in the alley for someone to leave. All the employees use the back entrance, which leads to the alley.”
You nodded, as the two of you came up to a woman sitting on a bench outside of the bar. She was dressed for a run and as you walked up you could see the faraway look in her eyes.
“Excuse me, Miss Blanchette,” Moon said gently, not wanting to startle her.
The woman, Miss Blanchette, slowly lifts her head to look up at the two of you.
“This is Agent Nicks; she is with the FBI. She has a few questions for you.”
You walked around and attentively sat down on the bench next to her. You had found that people were more willing to help if someone they think of as being an authority is on their level. “Hi, Miss Blanchette. Is it okay if I ask you a few questions?” You said keeping your voice soft.
She nodded. “You can call me, Stacy.”
“Okay, Stacy,” you gave her a small smile. “What can you tell me about this morning?”
“I was on my morning jog; I go every morning. I usually run through the park but decided I wanted a change of scenery,” one of the other murders took place in the park, so you couldn’t really blame her for the change, “so I came downtown. I stopped in front of the Tap to take a drink of water, and I stretched some on the bench. And then–,” she cut herself off, taking in a shaky breath.
You placed your hand on hers, “It’s okay. Take your time.” You reassured her.
She took in a deep breath, trying to calm herself before continuing. “I started running again, but I looked down the alley and I thought I saw something laying by the dumpster. I thought maybe it was a homeless person sleeping or something. I wanted to see if I could help.” Tears started pooling in her eyes, and you gave her hand a squeeze. You knew how hard this must be for her.
“It was still dark down the alley, so I couldn’t clearly see her until I was about five feet away. There was so much blood–,” A sob broke her off and you felt a pang for making this woman relive through one of the worst moments of her life. “That was when I called 911.”
“Do you remember what time it was when you found her?” you asked.
Stacey wiped at her face before pulling out her phone. She brought up her most recent calls. “I called 911 at 6:17.” She told you.
You nodded, she had been dead for hours then, before continuing to your next question. “Do you remember smelling anything bad? Like rotten eggs?”
She looked up at you with furrowed brows. “Um, I could smell the trash from the dumpster if that’s what you mean.”
You gave her a smile even though that wasn’t really what you were hoping she would say. “Is there anything else that you can remember from this morning?”
She bit her lip and looked down at her lap. Her eyebrows pulled together as she thought.
“There was one other thing.” She said, looking back up at you. “I’m sure it’s nothing. I’m probably just being paranoid but while I was waiting for an officer to arrive, I could have sworn I felt eyes on me.” She shook her head, breaking eye contact. “I’m sure it’s nothing.”
“Every detail matters. Thank you for your time, Stacey.” You pulled out a business card and handed it to her. “If you have any questions or think of anything else don’t hesitate to call.” After she took the card from your hand, you stood up and walked back towards the alley with Moon.
“She didn’t tell us the part about feeling like she was being watched,” Moon told you.
“Sometimes females feel better telling other females those things. Like there is a mutual understanding.” You told him. There had been many times a female victim or witness had opened up and told you more than they had Sam or Dean.
“Do you think the murderer was still here?” he asked. The two of you had stopped in front of the opening of the alley. You sighed, “Maybe,” you turn your head to see Dean heading your way, giving you a slight nod. He found something. “These sickos sometimes like to come back to the scene of the crime to see how it unfolds. See peoples’ reactions to what they have done.”
Moon shook his head and scrubbed his hand down his face. Dean had now reached the two of you. “Thank you, guys, for coming as quickly as you did. Never had to call in the FBI before.”
Both you and Dean froze. Shit. That means there were going to be other agents in town. That would have made trying to investigate hard on its own but given your current situation it put a damper on things to put it mildly.
Dean luckily recovered before you did. “Of course, we are happy to help.” He said, extending his hand for the detective to shake, which you mirrored when the detective turned to you.
“If you need anything just let us know,” you told him, blatantly not giving him a way to contact you before you and Dean headed back to the Impala. Once we were outside the yellow tape you looked up to Dean.
“We are so fucked.”
“You can say that again,” he replied.
“We are so fucked,” you repeated with a smirk. You had both rounded the car to get in and you caught a glimpse of his eye roll, but he couldn’t hide the smile on his face either. He was glad you were joking around again.
“Yeah, we are going to have to cinch the FBI act,” he said.
Once you were both seated and pulling out of the parking spot you asked Dean what he had found.
He reached into his jacket and pulled out a massive black feather. You took it from his hand, examining it. The feather reached from your elbow to your fingertips and the black gleamed in the sun, reminding you of an oil slick.
“This didn’t come from a normal bird,” you said, still turning the feather as you examined it.
“I thought the same thing,” Dean told you, keeping his eyes on the road.
“Was this the only one?” You asked, handing him back the feather so he could put it back in his suit jacket.
“No, there were four. At least that I saw,” he glanced at you. “I left the other ones there. See what the actually FBI thinks of that.”
You chuckled, knowing the FBI would probably overlook or not see the importance in it. Maybe they would think the perp had been wearing something with feathers on it when he committed the murders.
You turned towards the window staring out at the buildings that were going by. A thought tugged at the back of your mind and try as you might to keep it shoved back, it sprang forward. What if Aaron had been called into the case? You hated the hope that burst through your chest at the thought, and you pushed the feeling down. The odds that Aaron’s team was called into the same investigation that you were working had to be close to none. Other agents had to have been put on the case. You also hated the disappointment that burned through your chest at that. You just couldn’t win.
When the team landed in Clarksburg, West Virginia, Hotch split everyone up. Rossi and Prentiss were to go to the M.E., Morgan and JJ got the crime scene and Hotch and Reid were setting up at the police station to start victimology. Before everyone split up, he reminded them that this could be something that they hadn’t dealt with before and to keep their eyes peeled for things that didn’t add up.
Once arriving at the police station, Hotch and Reid were greeted by Sheriff Hopps. Hopps had been part of the sheriff’s department for fifteen years and crimes of this magnitude had never happened to the small town.
“I’m really happy you guys are here,” he told the agents. “This is way above our heads.”
“Of course,” Hotch said. “We are happy to help. Is there a place where we could set up?”
“Oh, yes. Of course.” The sheriff replied, before leading them to a conference room at the back of the station. “If there is anything you need, don’t hesitate to ask.”
Hotch and Reid nodded before getting to work. Reid started on the geographic profile, trying to pin down a common theme, or location for each murder. Hotch started looking into each victim, looking for commonalities they might have missed from the initial walk through of the crimes. After a few minutes though, Hotch started to have trouble focusing, his eyelids fighting to stay open. Usually not getting enough sleep wouldn’t bother him. Lack of sleep came with the job, but with the stress of the last couple of days, the exhaustion was hitting him hard. Deciding it was time for caffeine, or more caffeine that is, Hotch left the room in search of the station’s coffee machine.
Upon finding it he poured himself some in one of the small Styrofoam cups the station provided. Right as he was about to take his first sip of the caffeine he desperately needed; his phone started going off. Sighing, he set the cup down and fished his phone out of his pocket.
“Hotchner.”
“Hey Hotch, it’s Morgan. We have a situation down here.”
At that Hotch stiffened, “What is it?”
“The detective down here, Moon, says that there were already two FBI agents here this morning. Nicks and Page. I sent the names over to Garcia and neither are agents with the Bureau.” Morgan told Hotch.
“So, we have two FBI impersonators,” Hotch stated.
“Looks like it,” Morgan said. “There is one other thing. I asked Detective Moon about the two agents, and their appearances. I could be wrong, but the description sounded a lot like Y/N and Dean.”
Hotch’s breath froze in his lungs at the news. Was it possible for the two of you to end up on the same case? If it truly was you, Hotch couldn’t believe his luck.
“I’m having Garcia run through any cameras that are up and running around town. She says there isn’t many, but she should be able to find where they are.” Morgan said and Hotch was grateful that he already had Garcia looking.
“Thanks Morgan,” he said. “Head back as soon as you are done.”
“We will,” Morgan said before hanging up.
Hotch scrubbed a hand down his face. This case just got more complicated.
When Rossi and Prentiss got back from the M.E they had a similar story except the team believe that the two agents that had gone to the M.E were Sam and Castiel. The people they had been looking for landed in their laps.
Once everyone was back at the police station, in the conference room, Hotch addressed the situation. “We are going to keep working on this case like we would any other, we are here to do a job. If Garcia confirms who the imposters are we will go from there. Understood?”
Everyone gave a nod and Hotch turned towards Morgan and JJ, “What did you find at the crime scene?”
“It was just like the others.” JJ said. “Heart appeared to be ripped out of her chest. No defensive wounds. She wasn’t even given the chance to fight.”
“The witness said she found her around six am and Detective Moon told us that she told the other female agent that she felt like someone was watching her while she was waiting for the officers to arrive.” Morgan shared. Hotch ignored the hope that bloomed from the thought of that ‘agent’ being you.
“Maybe the unsub came back to the scene,” Reid hypothesized.
“Could have,” Prentiss agreed. “He could get off on seeing people reactions.”
“Like a second high from the kills,” Rossi added. “A sadist then.”
“There was something else at the crime scene that we found odd,” JJ began. “We almost didn’t bag it but since we aren’t really sure what we are dealing with we figured everything is important.” She turned to Morgan who gave her a nod. JJ went over and grabbed an evidence bag she had set down chair next to the door when she had walked into the room. She gently laid it on the able that was in the middle of the team. Everyone leaned into get a better look.
“A feather?” Hotch asked, looking back up at JJ and Morgan after examining the evidence.
“I know it’s weird, but we are in the business of weird now, right?” Morgan said. “I checked with Garcia and there are no bird species that are home to this region that have feathers like this. Especially this big.”
“With a feather this size a bird would have to be–,” Reid paused for moment to think before focusing back on the team. “An eagle of some kind and a large one at that.”
While Reid was talking Prentiss had picked up the evidence back and moved it around in the light. “There is no way this came from a bird or normal one anyway,” Prentiss claimed. “This thing almost shines in the light, reflects the rainbow.” She said as she moved the back so the team could see what she was referring to.
“I think it’s safe to say we have our second clue on our first supernatural case,” Rossi said eyeing the rest of the team. The team looked around at each other, wonder what they had gotten themselves into.
When you and Dean got back to the motel, Sam and Cas were already there. After laying his suit jacket down on the back the chair by the door, Dean got straight to the point.
“The FBI are in town,” he said. “The detective at the scene, thanked us and said he ‘never had to call the FBI in before.’ So, if they aren’t here already, they will be soon.”
“You have got to be kidding me.” Sam said, scrubbing his hands down his face. “Should we hit the road then? It would be risky to be working this even without there being man hunt on us.”
“If we leave more people will die,” you contradicted. “They aren’t going to know how to work a case like this. The agents could get hurt too.”
The three men knew who you were thinking of when you worried about the agents, but they didn’t comment on it.
“I think we stay,” Dean said. “If things get tool sticky, we get the hell out of dodge.”
The group agreed before going over what they found.
“The last victims didn’t have any defensive wounds, so Cas and I were thinking that the creature either caught the victim of guard or was strong enough to stop them from fighting back. If it went for the kill right away, they wouldn’t have been able to fight back,” Sam said. “All other organs were still in tacked and they still had some blood left in their veins so we can rule out a vampire.”
“The M.E. did find something unusual,” Cas cut in. “There was a broken fingernail found in the chest of one of the victims. They had run DNA on the fingernail, and it came back 80 percent human and 20 percent was unidentifiable. The M.E believed that it was due to a malfunction in the machine.”
Sam and Cas waited while you and Dean thought that fact over. We had never had the opportunity to look up the DNA of a monster before.
Dean broke the silence first, “Yeah I have no idea what that means.”
“I don’t either,” you agreed. “Maybe that is normal for monsters. Especially ones that start off as human. A lot of the times they still look human. Like vampires, or werewolves before they transform.”
“I don’t know,” Sam muttered pulling out his laptop from his bag and flipping it open. “Call it a gut feeling but I think this has to mean something.” He said as his fingers started to fly across the keyboard.
“Okay,” Dean said. “I’m starved and in need of a shower,” Dean always preferred to shower after a crime scene. You always assumed it had to do with his aversion to germs. “While wonder boy is looking for answers do you guys want to go get food while I shower?” he asked you and Cas. You and Cas looked at each other and you gave him a shrug before turning to Dean.
“Works for us,” you said and walked up to Dean with your hand out. He pulled his keys out of his front pocket and held them above your outstretched hand. You went to grab them, and he lifted them out of your reach. You sighed and waited for his speech.
“If there is one scratch on Baby–,” you cut him off snatching the keys from him.
“You will kill us.” You finished his sentence. You turned to walk towards the door. “We know,” you tossed over your shoulder before heading out with Cas to get some much needed food.
The team had pondered for a while on what could be ripping the hearts out of these victims. Hotch was nearly dead on his feet from exhaustion. The two cups of coffee he had at the police station doing nothing to starve off the tiredness that was seeping through his body. He let the team go early that evening, telling them to recoup and that they would get started early the next day. They weren’t making any head way on their mysterious case any way.
Usually, the team would get dinner together or bring something back to the station, and for all Hotch knew the other members of his team were doing exactly that. He didn’t have the mental capacity to sit through a dinner though. He wanted to eat and then crash. He really hoped he was able to sleep.
On his way back to the hotel that had been booked for the team, he stopped at a sandwich shop that was on the way. The shop appeared to be locally owned, the paint fading on the sign above the doorway. He didn’t mind though. Local places always had the best food. He and the team always tried to hit those places up in the different cities that they worked.
Opening the front door, a bell chimed that was hanging from the inside handle. Hotch surveyed the inside of the establishment; something he did no matter where he went. He noted the two employees behind the counter. One called out to him that they would be with him in a moment as they helped the women in front of him, which he gave a nod to. There was a group of teenagers in the back corner talking as they ate their meal. There was a man, women and child sitting towards the front of the shop. The man and women were taking turns feeding the child.
No one appeared to be a threat as his eyes drifted to the left side of the shop where he noticed a man and a woman who were waiting on their food to be ready. Their backs were to him the woman was wearing a brown and green flannel and the man was in a trench coat. As he turned back to the counter he did a double take, recognizing the trench coat as the one that the supposed Castiel was wearing when he came for you. The man’s dark hair matched up too. His eye moved over to the women and Hotch took her in, her hair that was the same shade and length as yours. She stood at the same height you do and as she turned to say something to the man, the view of your profile solidified that it was you and that you had both somehow ended up in the same sandwich shop working the same case.
He started walking towards you before he could stop himself. He had to get to you before he lost you again. Your name fell from his lips as he made his way to you causing you to turn towards him. Your eyes widened at the sight of him; your mouth agape as you took him in. The man next to you turned to see who had called your name. Upon seeing Hotch standing there he moved in front of you, taking a protective stance.
“She isn’t going with you,” the man blocking you said, power ringing though is voice. Hotch could have sworn the man’s already blue eyes shined brighter for a second as he spoke. You were looking at Hotch from over the man’s shoulder and Hotch couldn’t keep his eyes off you. Hotch knew he should say something, but he was at a loss for words. Which didn’t happen to him often.
Before Hotch was able to think of something to say, all the words he had wanted to say to you before going right out the window with you now in front of him, the employee from the shop called out your name for your food. You had jumped slightly, but then went to grab it from the worker and Hotch’s mind cleared for a moment. He kept his eyes on the man, presumably Castiel.
“I just want to talk,” Hotch murmured to the man. “I would never hurt her, and I am not going to arrest her. I believe her.” The man stared at Hotch; his head tilted to the side. Hotch fidgeted under his scrutiny, the man’s gaze unnerving. He felt like the man could see inside his soul. Maybe he is an angel.
You were walking back up to them, bag in hand and the man turned to look at you.
“He would like to speak with you, if you are okay with that,” he told you. Hotch noticed your eyes widen slightly before turning to look at him. Your gaze held, both of you taking in the other before you sighed.
“We should talk outside.”
You and Cas had led Aaron over to the Impala. You didn’t think you would need it, but you wanted a fast get away if this turned sideways. You had set the food in the back seat and you, and Cas were now standing next to Baby with Aaron across from you. His hands were shoved into the front pockets of his black slacks, and you could tell his shoulders were tense. Dark circles created shadows under his eyes, and you could see the weariness in them. You wondered if this ordeal had been as hard on him as it had on you.
You crossed your arms over your chest. “You wanted to talk.” You said to him.
He glanced at Cas, who was standing next to you his eyes narrowed watching Aaron’s every move. Aaron looked back to you.
“What you told me before… I believe you,” he said.
Your eyes widened, “You do?” you asked. “Everything I said?”
He nodded. “The M.E. found fangs on the victim from the barn. Him being a vampire makes more sense than anything my team could come up with. Then you disappeared and I knew the rest must be true too.”
The two of you stared at each other for a moment longer as you took in his words. You hadn’t expected him to believe you so easily, but there was one thing that he hadn’t brought up.
“What about the last thing I said to you?” you asked him, not able to say the words again. When you had told him that the two of you were soulmates, the words had slipped out. Prior to going into the confession with Aaron you hadn’t planned on telling him about that part. You had wanted to prove your innocence, but you had thought that telling him about what the two of you were to each other would complicate the situation. Plus, at the point you still weren’t planning on sticking around. Though, when you were sat in front of him, staring into his eyes and dredging up your tragic story, the words had flowed out of your mouth. For that moment before Castiel come through the portal, you had felt such happiness and relief that you were finally able to share that with him. As soon as you were back at the bunker another feeling took over. Guilt.
“That we are soulmates?” he asked, clearly not having any reservations about saying the words that made your insides flutter. “I believe that too,” he murmured taking a step towards you. “I felt a connection to you from the moment I walked into that interrogation room. I was so confused at first,” he looked away from you and ran his fingers through his hair, causing the ends to stand up, becoming disheveled. You wanted to run your fingers through the dark strands.
“When I saw you sitting in that interrogation room and our eyes met, I couldn’t look away from you. When you started to cry, I took everything in me not to comfort you. I have never felt that instant connection to anyone before and when you told me that we were meant to be together I felt like something had clicked into place. I knew you were telling the truth no matter how crazy it sounded.”
At this point, tears were streaming down your face. Hearing that he believed you, wasn’t something you expected to hear.
Aaron took a step toward you before he continued, “I know this situation is not normal and I’m okay with taking things slow, but I want to get to know you, I want to try this if that is what you want.”
You tense at his words. Terror tightening your muscles. Images from your nightmares flashed through your head of Aaron, dead, the life gone from his eyes caused by monsters that lurked in the shadows and pain exploded through your chest. You couldn’t let that happen no matter how much you wanted to be with him.
You take a deep breath looking away from his warm inviting eyes and prepare yourself for the pain you are about to cause him. You know you should look back at him, give him the decency to look him in the eye when you tear each of your hearts out of your chests, but you can’t bring yourself to look.
“I don’t want that,” you push out, your eyes on his polished shoes. “That’s why I ran away with Cas. I don’t want a soulmate. I don’t want you.” Your eyes at their own command look up to Aaron and the look on his face brings the tears choking your throat up to your eyes and you must turn away before they fall.
“I’m sorry,” you murmured before you opened the door to the Impala, running away like you always do. Cas takes the cue from you and goes to the passenger side to get in. You start the engine and pull out of your parking spot so quickly that the tires squeak. You don’t look back at Aaron who is still standing frozen where you left him.
You drive far enough to be out of the line of sight from the restaurant before the tears take over and you start to sob. Cas takes the wheel from you and guides you to the side of the road before pulling you in his arms. He murmurs reassurances that you don’t hear and rubs a soothing hand down your back. You don’t know how long the two of you sit there. Time doesn’t matter as you struggle to breathe, and the pieces of your heart lay at your feet.
Aaron doesn’t remember getting back into the government issued SUV. He doesn’t remember pulling up to the hotel the team is staying at. He doesn’t remember going up to his room or undressing to put his sleep clothes on. He doesn’t remember passing out from exhaustion. But he does remember the emptiness radiating from where his heart used to be, and he remembers wondering how he was supposed to move on from this.
The following days for the BAU are spent researching and hoping that another body doesn’t pop up. When the BAU finds out that Aaron ran into you and what you said to him, they are livid. Rossi had to practically yank the information out of Hotch when he had pulled him aside the day after the incident. Hotch had a blank look on his face for the entire morning and hadn’t contributed to any of the discussions. His head was clearly miles away.
When the team found out what had happened, of course Rossi told them, Morgan was ready to march out the door to find you. Hell, they all were. Morgan was just the one they had to physically stop from doing it.
The team had also decided it was time to fly Garcia down to be with them. This case involved mostly research since they weren’t even sure what could have committed these crimes and it made sense to have her with them. Garcia's search for the four of you had also stopped upon her arrival. The team already knew where you were.
While they are sitting in the conference room testing different theories on monsters that they can’t believe might exist, one of the police officers popped their head in.
“Agents, there’s a man out here wanting to talk to you. He’s specifically asking for Agent Hotchner.” The officer said and the agents in the room glanced around at each other wondering who the person could be. Hotch rose to his feet, to head out to the lobby. He followed the officer out to find he one and only Dean Winchester standing in the center of the room with his hands shoved in his front pockets.
Aaron stiffened at the sight of him but continued walking towards him.
“What are you doing here?” Aaron asked, skipping the pleasantries.
Dean doesn’t seem put off by Aaron getting straight to the point. “We need your help,” Dean told him. Aaron noticed the dark circles under his eyes and his disheveled clothes. He looked like he hadn’t slept in days.
“With what?” Aaron asked, confused.
“You haven’t seen Y/N the last couple days, have you?” Dean asked, sounding hopeful.
Dread filled Aaron’s stomach at the question, “No, I haven’t seen her since that day at the sandwich shop. Do you not know where she is?”
Dean sighed looking down at the ground as his jaw clenched; this is what he was afraid of.
“She has been missing since the night you too saw each other. We think she went on a walk after we all went to bed. She didn’t come back.”
Aaron’s world tilts on its axis at the words and he must reign himself in to hear the rest of what Dean says.
“We think we know what happened and we have been trying to find her but we were hoping we were wrong and that she was with you.” Dean said looking back up at Aaron, seeing the panic flashing in his eyes and he knows that coming to him was the right decision. Sam, Dean and Cas had argued about if coming to the FBI was the right choice or not. They had figured they could find you on their own, but after two days and no sign of you, Dean knew he had to pull in reinforcements.
Aaron had to keep himself pulled together as he answered Dean, “We will help you find her,” he said. “Come back and meet the team.” Aaron stared to heading back to the conference room, but Dean interrupted him.
“Is this a truce then?” Aaron turned back to him with his eyebrows pulled together. “I’m assuming you know who we are at this point. We don’t have the best track record with you guys, and I want to know if you are going to arrest us as soon as we find Y/N.”
Aaron honestly hadn’t even thought of that, but he understood why he was bringing it up.
“My team and I believe everything that Y/N told us during her confession. Finding fangs on the victim helped solidify what she said. We aren’t going to arrest you. I won’t let that happen.” Aaron told him. Dean nodded to him then pulled out his phone.
“I’m going to call Sam and Cas to get them here then, I’ll be in there in a minute.”
Aaron nodded then turned to go back to the conference room. Him having a moment to tell the team what was going on was probably a good idea.
“Hey Aaron,” Dean called out.
Aaron turned back again, looking at Dean expectantly.
“We are going to find her,” Dean said.
Aaron’s throat closed, but he managed to choke out, “I hope so.”
He didn’t know what he would do if they didn’t.

Summary: After your parents were murdered by werewolf hunters, you had to run away. You had to save yourself from going through the same tragic fate and that leaves you to being a lone wolf. Thankfully, moving to a new town led you to meeting new people and possibly a new family.
Theme: werewolf au, strangers to lovers
Genre: smidge of action, fluff, slightly suggestive
Warnings: mentions of slight nudity and violence, gets a little steamy near the end but nothing too detailed
WC: 6.6k
Pairing: Alpha!Minho x Omega!FemReader
a/n: Hi :) Obviously werewolf skz is just *chef's kiss* so of course I had to write about it. So here's a Minho one ;)
Tumblr media
Due to your parent’s unfortunate death, you had to move away to avoid being caught by the same hunters who killed them. By moving cities, it means moving schools too. Before this, you were in your dad’s pack which only consists of your mom, your dad and you. Now that they’re gone, it leaves you to being a lone wolf.
Hence, why you managed to enrol yourself into this new school after finding yourself a cheap rundown apartment.
You were an Omega werewolf which means you weren’t a part of any pack. You were a lone wolf. After your parents died, you had no one to go to. No friends, no family, nothing. You might as well just die.
Except, you knew your parents wouldn’t want that so you had to persevere and try to at least survive for as long as you can on your own. Throughout your whole life, you weren’t really able to detect any werewolves near you despite your amazing supernatural sense of smell.
So you thought you were alone from now on. Little did you know, the previous town you lived in just didn’t have your kind.
Tumblr media
The 8 of them were a pack. To be more specific, they were in Chan’s pack. Chan was their leader but also an Alpha along with Minho and Changbin. Meanwhile, Hyunjin, Jisung, Felix, Seungmin and Jeongin were Betas. They’ve been together for quite a while now where Chan was initially only with Minho, Changbin and Hyunjin before he took in the other young ones after a few unfortunate circumstances.
Chan has been teaching them how to hunt, enhance their skills and basically provide them food and shelter. They were more like brothers instead of friends or acquaintances. Their bond was stronger than anything else. If one was injured, the other would know even if they were miles apart.
It was a warm Tuesday afternoon, the boys were just having lunch at their usual table when Changbin’s nose began to tickle with a strong scent, only for the others to smell it too right after.
“Hey, do you guys smell that?” Changbin asked quietly, earning a few nods from the rest.
Since Chan, Minho and Changbin were Alphas, they have slightly stronger werewolf senses compared to the others and they could tell that this scent was new. They knew a few other packs that were present on campus and were even friends with some of them but this?
This was a very new scent that they weren’t familiar with.
“Whoever this is, they clearly just transferred here.” Jisung stated nonchalantly.
“No shit sherlock.” Minho said, earning a low snarl from the younger boy.
“But where is it coming from? I would know if they’re in the room with us… Looks like they’re in the grounds just not in this cafeteria…” Chan said as his eyes began to scan the entire radius of the cafeteria hall.
“But can you tell if it’s a male or female?” Jeongin asked curiously only for Chan to turn back to his brothers and nod.
“It’s a female.”
A few minutes later, they were all gathered for the talk session they had with a motivational speaker regarding the academics. The 8 of them were seated in the middle row of the lecture hall. It was already filled with students from all courses, leaving only a few seats empty. One of which was at the very end of the row below them, right by the aisle and just in front of Felix.
Soon enough, the man began talking and introducing himself to the audience. The boys were just seated there, barely focusing. Neither of them were properly listening to the speaker.
However, their attention was soon diverted intensely when the same scent from earlier only grew stronger by the minute. Before they could even ask each other about it, a new face came stumbling in the main doors.
That’s when they realized where that scent was coming from.
It was you.
Tumblr media
You were running late for the motivational talk which is why you were now sprinting across the campus to reach the main building which held the auditorium. Upon arriving, you managed to find the right hall after what felt like forever. The minute you pushed the double doors open, you were immediately met with at least 400 pairs of eyes.
The man standing on stage simply smiles at you and asks you to take a seat wherever you could find. He was nice and you could tell. However, your mind was currently spinning from the overwhelming amount of scents you could clearly smell in this hall.
There were at least 5 different werewolf packs in this room right now but there is one pack scent that was so strong and bold to you.
It literally stands out from the rest.
Just as you were about to walk to the steps on the side nearest to you, the strong grip on your forearm made you halt.
It was a lecturer you weren’t familiar with but you felt uneasy with him. The way he was staring at you from head to toe, his tightening grip on your arm made you wince.
“Are you a new student?” He asked lowly.
“Y-Yes.”
“Which class are you with?”
“I-I’m not sure. B-But I’ll just sit anywhere that’s available.” You frowned deeply before you yanked your arm out of his grip with a bit of struggle.
With that being said, you rushed up the steps towards the empty seat right next to the aisle. The moment you sat down, your fiery glare travelled back to the lecturer who was standing at the same spot he previously was in but his eyes were on you.
Damn him.
However, your mind seemed to grow fuzzy with the sudden strong scent that was intoxicating your senses now. It was so strong, as though whoever or whatever they are were extremely close to you.
Just then, the soft touch on your forearm made you flinch as you turned to come face to face with a pretty girl. She didn’t have any particular werewolf scent on her so you knew she was an ordinary human.
“Do you know which class you’re in?” She asked.
“Umm… I… I haven’t checked my timetable.”
She giggled softly before she continued, “Don’t forget to check it later so you know where to go after this. I’m Yeri by the way. You are?”
With that being said, you gave her a small smile before telling her your name.
“Y/N.”
“Nice to meet you Y/N. If you need help with anything, just ask okay?”
You nodded a little to acknowledge her but then your trail of vision got diverted to the male sitting a few seats diagonally above yours. What made you focus on him was the fact that his eyes were boring into yours. It wasn’t creepy or uncomfortable though. It was more like curiosity. You hold your stares for a bit and that’s when it hits you.
The scent.
It was from him.
Tumblr media
A few nights had passed, there was going to be a full moon tonight so you decided to go hunting. Your aim was to practice your survival skills, one that your father taught you when he was still alive. You didn’t bother bringing any change of clothes, telling yourself you would most probably just go to your parent’s secret hideout in the woods.
So here you are, in the middle of the woods alone, finding yourself standing in an empty spot that had the full moon just directly above you. This spot wasn’t new to you.
This is where your parents violently got killed by the werewolf hunters.
During that horrible incident, you were hiding behind one of the huge trees after your parents told you to run. The last thing you saw was your father’s head being decapitated mercilessly before you took off running on all four paws.
Running as fast as you can, praying that the hunters didn’t catch you.
Lucky for you, they didn’t. And yet, you knew they would do everything in their will to continue finding you which is why you moved.
You were taking in the beautiful moon, deciding to change into your furry self so that you could move freely through the woods. After about an hour of just running and strolling through the woods, playing in the lake, chasing bunnies, you figured you wanted to take a quick rest.
It wasn’t until you stepped onto a pile of dead leaves that the sharp click followed by a loud snap echoed through the woods. A shrilling howl left your lips as the pain began to crawl up your broken hind legs where your human ankle would be.
You whimpered in pain, your entire body collapsing to the ground when you realized you were trapped.
Just then, a soft click of a shotgun’s hammer sounded as they locked the bullet in place and were left with pulling the trigger. Your vision was getting blurred from the tears welling up in your eyes.
Your bright gold eyes were flooded with tears, a weak whine leaving your lips as you looked up at the man who killed your parents a month ago.
“Say goodnight. Your parents are dying to see you in the afterlife.” He said while he pointed the gun to your forehead.
However, before he could pull the trigger, a low growl came from somewhere behind you.
The last thing you saw was a larger silver coloured wolf lunging itself onto the hunter and soon began to wrestle with him, only to receive help from another wolf equally the same size but a light brown colour.
And a few seconds later, you passed out cold.
Tumblr media
The boys were in their wolf forms, strolling through the woods like they usually do except tonight with the full moon shining down at them. Everyone was having their own fun. Chan and Minho were lingering behind their younger brothers, watching over them and their safety.
Changbin was walking with Jeongin in the centre, once in a while playfully nudging Jeongin’s side with the tip of his snout.
Jisung, Felix and Hyunjin were playing catch but making sure to stick close by while Seungmin was just breaking out into small jogs and twirls excitedly whenever he comes across a field of dandelions on the grass patches.
They were all roaming freely together when all of a sudden, a shrilling scream echoed in their sensitive ears making them all halt to a stop.
“What was that?!” Jisung asked through telepathy, only for Chan to transfer his message to the rest of the boys through his mind.
“I don’t know but it sounds close by.”
“I don’t feel good about this. I think someone’s injured.” Hyunjin said worriedly. However, before anyone could continue, a certain scent intoxicated Minho’s nostrils and he knew exactly what it was or who it was.
“It’s that new girl from school. She’s caught in a metal trap. We have to help her. Now!” Minho said firmly as he began running through the woods, using his sense of smell to try and detect your location. The minute he saw the man standing over your limp body with one of your hind legs horribly clamped between the metal bars, Minho raced over to you.
Right before the man could pull the trigger, Minho leaped out from the shadows, sending the man flying backwards along with himself. Minho tackles the man easily as he growls in the man’s face.
Chan soon joins in to give Minho a hand. Chan bit the shotgun and tosses it far from reach.
Right when the man began to plead for them to spare his life, Minho lets out one last growl followed by a hiss before he bites the man’s head off without a single ounce of mercy.
Normally, Chan does not condone violence to his pack. He only allows it during a life and death situation and if it involves werewolf hunters.
After the hunter’s body was laying there limp, like a headless chicken, Minho licks his canine teeth tasting the disgusting blood coating them. His glowing red eyes bore deep into the limp body, feeling anger taking over him until he heard Seungmin’s soft voice through the telepathy.
“Hyung, she fell unconscious.”
With that, Minho turned around as he and Chan quickly went over to where your body laid.
Your chest was barely moving, your leg was bleeding and probably broken, there was no sign of other injuries except for your leg.
Meanwhile, Changbin, Felix, Hyunjin, Jisung and Jeongin were guarding the perimeter, senses heightened so as to be able to detect any danger coming their way just like how Chan had trained them to perfection.
Chan sniffed the metal trap to try and see if he could break you free from it.
“Minho, bite the other clasp. I’ll bite this side then we’ll try and pull it apart.” Chan said as the younger one walked around Seungmin and soon bit down one side of the clasp like Chan says.
The two of them managed to free your broken leg from the metal trap but now, your leg was bleeding quite a lot.
“What should we do now?” Seungmin asked.
“Take her back to our place. We’ll treat her injuries and wait till she wakes up.” Chan said firmly, earning a nod from the two boys.
Chan called the others over, asking Changbin to help him carry your limp body together.
Chan slides his head under your shoulders while Changbin does the same beside the leader. Once they were both standing on all fours, your body was splayed over their backs horizontally with your head hanging over the side of Changbin’s furry body.
They brought you back to their home, only for Felix to attend to your injury. After they had transformed back to their human self, they wore back their clothes before they went to make sure you were okay.
Felix had just finished cleaning your bloodied wound, washing it with rubbing alcohol to get rid of any bacteria when you slowly began to transform back into your human self.
Of course, you were still unconscious but you were now laying on their couch butt naked with your private parts shielded by your arms and the cross of your thighs.
Nevertheless, the boys quickly diverted their gazes away from you even though you weren’t awake.
They respected you being the only female in the house, which is why Hyunjin ran to the nearest room to get a cosy blanket and soon came back, covering your naked body with it. Felix managed to wrap your leg with the bandage but that was it. They wouldn’t want to help you wear any clothes simply because that would mean they would have to handle your nude self.
Since you were practically strangers, they weren’t gonna do it simply out of respect for you. “Now we wait…” Chan announced as the rest of them nodded.
Tumblr media
You didn’t know how long you were out but the sudden warmth and soft material hugging your body made you stir awake. You struggled to focus your vision, finding the bright light a little too overwhelming for you.
Where are you?
Your mind was racing with thoughts. A whole list of possible scenarios were going through your mind, making a guess of which one it was.
Just then, a very familiar scent entered your nose and you recognized it immediately.
That’s when you managed to focus your blurry vision towards the figures that were gathered around the room you were currently in, finally recognizing the faces that were staring back at you in utter concern.
However, it was still a little surprising for you since you were not only in a room filled with guys who were practically strangers to you, you were also butt naked save for the blanket to shield you from their eyes. With that being said, this made you squeak as a soft gasp left your lips.
You hastily sat up, desperately pulling the blanket tighter against your body. The light brown haired male carefully approached you with his hands out in front of them to tell you he was harmless.
“Woah, hey… hey… relax, we’re not gonna hurt you. I promise. Okay?” The leader said with a warm smile as your eyes went to scan him.
You could immediately sense that what he said was true and that they all meant no harm to you. When he noticed your shoulders relax a bit, he smiled before he carefully sat down beside you, making sure to avoid your broken leg.
“How are you feeling?” He asked as you noticed the others were intently staring between you and their leader.
“I… It hurts…” You whispered, eyes finding its own way to the one leaning against the shelves with his arms crossed over his chest. He had ash blue hair, his eye shape was similar to a feline cat and you vividly remember he was the same guy you had a mini staring contest on that first day in the auditorium hall.
“I know it does. So we will try our best to take care of you until it heals… But, only if you agree to stay and let us help. Of course we understand if you want to leave since you don’t know us. It’s up to you. We won’t force you.” The leader said, making you turn to him as your grip on the blanket only loosened slightly.
It didn’t take long for you to decide on staying after you practically could sense sincerity and safety from them. So upon agreeing to their kind offer, the leader went ahead and introduced them to you.
“Since we don’t have any female clothes for you, are you okay if we lend you some of ours for the time being?” Chan asked, to which you nodded gently.
You carefully got up, making sure to wrap the blanket around your body securely. However, the minute you put a small amount of pressure on your injured leg, your knee buckled from the excruciating pain. A soft whimper left your lips as you were about to collapse to the ground. Instead, you never made it to the ground thanks to the strong pair of arms that reached out just in time to catch your waist.
Your free hand flew out to grab onto his shirt, not really seeing who saved you from the fall until you looked up to see who it was.
It’s Minho.
“Woah, be careful. Are you okay?” He asked as you nodded. Except, he didn’t miss the tear that was threatening to roll down your cheeks. You were visibly trying to hold in the pain but he knew it was difficult.
“Let me help.” He offered softly as you could only nod.
With that being said, Minho bends down to carry you bridal style before telling his brothers that he was going to bring you to his room for you to change and rest in. Chan agreed saying it was a good idea since it was already nearing 1 in the morning.
Once Minho made it to his bedroom, he brought you in only to close the door behind him using his foot. He gently placed you down on his king sized bed, making sure to not hurt your leg.
After he laid you down on the bed, he went over to his closet and took out a clean oversized shirt and sweatpants.
“Here, change into this then go and rest. I’ll be downstairs if you need anything. The others will be right down the hall in their bedrooms, okay?” His voice was so gentle, you almost forgot you didn't know this guy personally.
When he saw you nod subtly, he flashed you a smile and was about to leave when you grabbed his wrist softly to stop him.
“Thank you… all of you…” You whispered, earning a smile from him before he told you to rest.
The small jolt of electricity running through your veins at the skin contact didn’t go unnoticed between you two but you decided to ignore it until he left. The minute he closed the door, you gently caressed your hand that reached out for his wrist.
Little did you know, he did the same to his hand where you left a tingling sensation to his skin.
What was that feeling?
Tumblr media
From the first day they met you at the auditorium, Chan could already sense you were an Omega. That night when they saved you from being killed, Chan already knew he would take you into the pack. It was just a matter of whether or not you want to accept his offer. It has been three months since they saved you that night.
Ever since then, it was pretty obvious that you’ve grown slightly closer to them and they were already treating you like a part of their pack. Despite not giving a firm answer yet on whether you want to officially be in their pack or not, Chan still treated you with respect and like you were a part of their little family.
And for that, you were grateful.
However, during the past three months, you’ve also developed a little crush on Minho.
Not only was he always sweet and caring towards you, he was also the one who offered to lend you his bedroom and his clothes when you stayed over for the few days after you got injured.
Although you tried your best to hide your feelings for him, it looks like the other boys could sense it considering how Jisung and Felix would sometimes tease you whenever Minho was around. You would normally just brush them off or just plainly ignore them. Yet, sometimes Minho would catch you blushing when the boys tease you about him and he couldn’t help but find you adorable.
It was a Thursday afternoon, you had just finished your first class and were just keeping some of your books in your locker when a figure appeared beside you with an arm resting against the lockers. You glanced up to find Minho smiling down at you adorably, his eyes disappearing into two crescent moons.
“Hey, joining us for lunch?” He asked.
“Yeah, just keeping some books I don’t need for later.” You said, only to feel him tuck the stray hairs behind your ear.
This small gesture was enough to make your heart skip a beat in your chest. You tried to ignore the feeling but he was making it so difficult as he soon began to gently play with your hair, telling you it's pretty and soft.
You couldn’t help but giggle as he slid his hand down only to rest on your waist. After you closed your locker, you turned to face him, letting him slide his arm around your waist and pulled you closer to him. However, before any of you could say anything, Changbin’s teasing voice broke out from behind you.
“Aye, finally the two lovebirds acknowledge each other’s feelings huh?” This made Jisung and Chan, who were with Changbin, to chuckle in amusement.
You pulled away from Minho only for the boy to speak up.
“Seo Changbin, if you don’t keep that stupid mouth of yours shut, I’ll make sure you sleep on the porch tonight.” Minho threatened, earning a silly face from Changbin who clearly gives no shit.
Tumblr media
A few more weeks went by, you only grew closer and closer to the boys and yet you still weren’t in their pack. You had been so dependent on your parents that when they left you, it almost rendered you insane. It took you a while to accept that you were a lone wolf but after that incident, it only made you stronger and much more independent.
That’s why until now, you still haven’t accepted Chan’s offer on being in his pack despite knowing they were good people. It wasn’t because you still didn’t trust these boys. It was just in your nature for being an Omega, to feel independent.
It was a Friday evening, you haven’t been to the boys’ place for almost a week now but you still saw them and spent time with them in school.
Just then, you distinctly heard a familiar howl which sounded like they were in pain.
It was far but you knew where it came from and who the howl belonged to. You didn’t bother changing out of your pyjamas, running out of your apartment and straight to the direction of the howl through the woods that were right behind your run down apartment complex.
You ran as fast as your two feet could take you, already memorizing the woods in the back of your head. You followed the scent as it got stronger with every corner you took which means you were getting close.
That’s when you recognized Chan and Changbin’s furry self attacking the three hunters while Minho’s wolf form was laying there on the ground against the tree with his mouth in a nuzzle.
“No, no, no!” You hissed as you ran to him, cupping his large wolf face in your small hands.
“Minho! Minho, can you hear me? Please tell me you can hear me! Please…” You whispered desperately as his eyes were closed. You reached behind his head to unclasp the nuzzle, freeing his snout from it.
You looked around to see there was a shotgun laying just a few feet from you so you crawled over to it and locked the bullets in place before you aimed it at the hunter that was struggling under Chan’s grip. One of the 3 hunters was lying dead on the ground headless. So with one deep breath, you pulled the trigger, shooting the hunter straight through the side of his head.
Chan jumped back a little only to turn to the side and locked eyes with you who had the gun pointed to them. You quickly shifted your aim to Changbin and the last hunter, but it was slightly difficult due to them rolling and throwing each other around.
Before you could pull the trigger, Changbin growled and soon tore the hunter’s limbs apart one by one before settling for the head.
You threw the shotgun as far away as possible, turning back to Minho who was going in and out of consciousness. However, feeling as though you needed to make sure he was still alive, you gently stroked his furry chest to try and feel for his heartbeat.
Chan and Changbin came back to you and Minho, only for them to talk to you through telepathy.
“He’s badly wounded. We need to aid him fast.” Chan said.
“Let’s quickly get him home. Are you gonna stay with us tonight?” Changbin asked, making you nod at them.
With that being said, all four of you quickly made it back to their home with Minho on top of the two, just like they did with you on the night they found you trapped.
Once you all arrived at their house, you quickly ran to their door, knocking it frantically and it took them less than 2 seconds to open the door.
“Oh shit, quickly, get in.” Hyunjin said as the 3 wolves entered only for the two to gently place Minho on the couch.
“His leg got shot twice, one more on his left rib and a plunge to his shoulder.” Changbin told Felix as the younger one began to get to work with Seungmin’s assistance. In the meantime, the two boys went upstairs to go change while you stayed behind with the others in the kitchen.
“How come you were with them?” Jisung asked as you leaned against the counter with Hyunjin standing beside you while Jisung and Jeongin stood opposite from you.
“I was at home when I heard a howl. I knew immediately they were in pain and it sounded very familiar. So I went to check.” You explained as the boys exchanged knowing glances to one another.
“Noona? Can I ask you something?” Jisung asked.
“Sure.”
“Did you get any particular feeling when you heard the howl?”
“I just… I felt like it was someone close to me. Someone I cared for… Someone I-”
“-love?” Jeongin finished your sentence for you, making you look up at him with wide eyes.
“We know… We can always tell when one of us is in love… And we’ve known that from the start about Minho towards you. We just… couldn’t tell exactly for you since you’re not part of the pack.” Hyunjin explained, only for you to understand better.
Minho loves you?
You frowned as you stared at your feet for a while before you looked past Jisung’s shoulder to find Seungmin placing a blanket over Minho’s wolf form.
You were worried. You were terrified. The last thing you wanted was to never get to say goodbye to him. Never get to say the three words you hoped to tell him one day. Lucky for you, it wasn’t going to be a worry for you anytime soon.
Felix and Seungmin carefully left Minho there to rest as they approached the four of you in the kitchen.
“How is he?” Jeongin asked.
“He just needs plenty of rest. We managed to take out the bullets so I’m sure he’ll be fine by tomorrow.” Felix explained.
Since Minho was an Alpha, it means that he heals faster than the younger ones did. Same goes for Chan and Changbin if they ever got injured by something that wasn’t deadly to them. So with that being said, you excused yourself to go check on Minho, earning nods from the rest of them.
They watched as you made your way to Minho’s peaceful form on the couch.
“Why can’t they just confess already? They’re practically the perfect soulmates for each other.” Seungmin sighed with a smile.
“I know right?” Felix giggled.
“Come on, let’s give them some space.” Hyunjin said as he began to pull his brothers upstairs to let you and Minho have some privacy.
You sat on the floor in front of Minho’s adorable snout, gently caressing his soft fur on his neck. You gave him a small kiss on the tip of his nose before whispering to him.
“Please be okay… I don’t want to lose you.”
His soft breaths filled your sensitive ears as you stroked his chest like a lullaby for him.
A few minutes of silence accompanied you, allowing yourself to drift off to sleep with the top of your head leaning against his neck and right underneath his chin. You didn’t know how long you were asleep but you woke up to the feeling of someone gently caressing your hair.
Successfully stirring awake, you brought your head up only to find Minho back in his human form and still in all his naked glory but with the blanket covering his waist down.
You immediately got to your knees and wrapped your arms around his neck, earning a soft giggle from him as he snaked his arms around your waist.
“Hi princess.” His sultry voice echoes in your ear, making you blush.
“I’m so glad you’re okay!” You whispered, hearing him chuckle softly.
“Of course I have to be okay, I won’t leave you hanging.” His words made you pull back from him, staring into his adorable round eyes. Minho could sense your confusion in which he laughed.
With that, he reached up to cup your cheeks and gently caressed it with his thumbs before he whispered.
“I won’t ever leave you.”
You didn’t know what came over you but you suddenly felt brave. It has been screaming at you to do this for quite a while now, you just chose to ignore it. But this time, you felt like it was the right time to do it.
So with one small breath, you leaned in to kiss him, feeling him instantly smile against your lips. Both of you felt sparks shooting out of the kiss as he pulled you on top of him. His hands flew down to your waist while your small hands cupped his face softly.
Minho’s tongue teased you as he licked your bottom lip before tugging it in between his teeth.
His grip on your waist tightened, making you sit firmly on his thighs. You completely forgot he was butt naked until you felt something poking your inner thigh. It wasn’t until he pulled away from your lips to smile cheekily up at you.
“Should we go to my bedroom?” He asked, making you giggle.
“Are you sure you’re healed? I wouldn’t want to hurt you.” You asked.
Minho kissed you again only to pull back and smirk, “Trust me sweetheart, I’m already good to go. I’m an Alpha, remember?” You rolled your eyes at his cockiness but nevertheless found it so attractive.
Minho laughed as he captured you in a kiss yet again before he stood up with you on his waist, your legs wrapped around his hips. A small yelp escaped your lips as he carried you up to his bedroom. Once you made it to his room, he kicked his door close and locked it before gently tossing you onto his bed.
He crawled over to you until he was situated in between your legs, making you nervous.
“You know you can always tell me to stop if you’re uncomfortable, right baby? I will never force you to do something you’re not okay with.” Minho reassured you as he caressed your cheek lovingly.
You were nervous, yes because it would be your first time mating. However, you didn’t feel uncomfortable because you trusted him. So you weren’t going to stop him.
Not now. Not ever.
“I want you… Minho. Please… I… I love you.” You whispered with your eyes closed, too afraid to look at him. What you missed was how his eyes grew even softer the minute you said those last three words. Minho never felt this way before. Sure he has mated before and none of it works out. But this time, it all felt so foreign to him.
You weren’t just another one of his playmates. You weren’t a random stranger whom he would have sex with and leave. You were someone he cared for, someone he grew fond of, someone he trusts, and most importantly, someone he loves.
With that being said, Minho smiles as he leans down to close the gap before he whispers against your lips.
“I love you too, Y/N.”
Right after, he kisses you like his life depends on it. Pouring out his love for you through the kiss, hoping you could feel his sincerity. He felt your hands sliding down his chest, only to trace your fingertips along the outlines of his abs.
He helped you discard your pyjamas, tossing them onto the ground as he then realized you only had your panties and no bra.
“Did you really just leave your apartment like this?” He chuckled, pecking your lips a few times.
“I got worried okay... I wanted to make sure no one’s hurt…” You blushed as he teased you.
“Aww, so you rushed out without thinking to change just because you were worried about me?” Minho smirked down at you.
“Shut up, Min. I didn’t know who it was when I ran out okay…” You pushed his face away with your hands only for him to bury his face in the crook of your neck.
“Yeah, sure.”
“I’m serious!” You pouted as he pulled away to look at your disappointed face, making him chuckle and kiss you repeatedly, saying you looked too cute.
“Okay okay, I believe you baby.” Minho chuckled, cupping your cheeks to kiss you again, this time letting his lips linger there for a bit. Both of you took your own sweet time with each other. He promised to be gentle with you and that was exactly what he did. Only going rough once in a while so that you could both reach your highs.
Minho marked you as his partner and you were happy he did. But there was only one thing left that you haven’t done.
After he cleaned you, you were both lying in bed under his soft duvet. He was just gently playing with your hair while you laid your head on his chest. His mind was filled with nothing but you. All until you spoke up.
“I want to be in Chan’s pack.”
Minho’s fingers stopped whatever it was doing, only for him to stare down at you.
“What did you say?”
“I’ve thought about it… And I want to be in Chan’s pack.” You repeated again, causing him to smile.
“Wait… are you serious?”
You nodded with a small smile, making him huff. After almost 4 months of spending time with them, getting to know each of them better, you realized that they were nothing but a family to one another. And with your tragic past, maybe being in Chan’s pack wouldn’t be so bad. Not only will you have a family of your own, but you also have someone who you loved dearly.
So why not right?
With that being said, Minho kissed you again and again on your cheeks, your nose, your forehead and your lips. All you did was giggle.
“Let’s go tell Chan!” Minho said excitedly as he leaped out of bed butt naked, going around to collect both your clothes that were scattered on the floor. Once you were both changed, he grabs your hands and laces his fingers with yours only to run down the hall, accidentally bumping into Jisung and Changbin as you did so.
“Bang Chan!” Minho called out as he burst open the elder’s bedroom door, only to find Chan just reading something from his book shelves.
“Oh, hey guys. What’s up?” Chan smiled as he placed his book down on the desk but Minho was quick to tell him the news.
“Y/N wants to be part of the pack.”
With that, Chan’s eyes grew wide as he stared at you with a happy glint in his eyes.
“Really?”
You gave him a firm nod in which Chan couldn’t help but grin.
“Well then, welcome to the family Y/N.” Chan announced, only for the rest of them to rush in.
“Noona’s finally part of us?!” Felix and Jisung asked in unison, earning a solid yes from Chan. The younger ones immediately ran to you to give you a hug. You couldn’t help but giggle as they welcomed you warmly. After you were done exchanging hugs, Chan spoke up to get everyone’s attention.
“Also, I think it’s pretty clear that Y/N is now out of bound to the rest of us except Minho.” Chan smirked, wiggling his eyebrows at the male who had his fingers laced with yours.
“Yeah so don’t even think about it.” Minho warned, pretending to threaten his brothers but of course he didn’t actually plan to hurt them if they got close to you since they already loved you like a sister.
“Don’t worry brother, she’s all yours.” Changbin smiled cheekily, only for you to blush.
You were glad that you found them. You were glad they saved you that night and not any other pack. You were glad they came into your life. Because they taught you how to be strong again. They taught you how to survive. And most importantly, Minho taught you how to love again.

Note
who are the most developed/most focused on characters right now??
Thanks for the ask!! It’s hard to say who is the most developed character right now, due to so many brain cells trying to work together, but we’ve all got our own individual ones we’re working on that we feel the strongest about !
@shslstraws :
Tumblr media
blah blah blah this is where jude talks about oumota -Snelly (SHAAAAADDUPPPPP -Straws)
Kaito (My beloved) - A commonfolk who was oblivious by the magic world around him until he inevitably is pushed to it, by living his new life as a Tenebroso werewolf. The cause for how he became a werewolf is unknown, and he tries to keep away from his friends and family to protect them from this “curse”. Kaito gets in a mix of mages and eventually meets with Kokichi, a plague doctor who claims he can cure him. He slowly realizes and comes to face the reality that is Tenebres.
Kokichi (Most developed??) - A mage who lived in an orphanage until he gets adopted by two mages, Nagito and Hajime. Kokichi dreams of being far powerful than both his dads and going back to recruit the other orphanage kids to his upcoming organization. Until he gets a set back when he takes things too far with the magi academy, he gets demoted to a Plague Doctor; a low status of a mage. It is until he meets Kaito, on one of his duties, and believes if he figures out the mystery behind Tenebrosos, he will earn the right to regain his place back in the academy.
Shuichi (Most Focused on ATM) - Born from the great Kyoko Kirigiri and Makoto Naegi, there are a lot of expectations put upon Shuichi since he was very young. The expectations were too high and too heavy to carry that Shuichi decided to leave behind that life and the Kirigiri name. He meets up with Rantaro who gives him the ability of a werewolf, and thinks he can finally start anew. Until he faces the same problems with being a werewolf and being part of a pack, Shuichi decides to live amongst the commonfolk with his new friends Kaito, Kaede, and Maki by his side.
@baylardian-1 :
Tumblr media
Kyoko (Most focused on) - A detective who grew up working under a large magefolk entity in the specific branch that deals with magic-based crimes. Kyoko is telepathic with a hindered use of magic due to a strange curse covering both of her hands. Because of her ability to read minds and the overwhelming loudness many voices can create in her head, Kyoko prefers working alone. Eventually she retires from her occupation and becomes a private investigator alongside her husband Makoto.
Hifumi (Most developed) - A hamster familiar most closely resembling a smitten patsy for Celestia Ludenberg. Not having many friends he impulsively chose to follow a pretty girl one day and has never ceased. Initially out of threat, Hifumi would perform healing spells for Celestia after her hunts in addition to take care of her every beck and call. Nowadays their relationship takes on a more unspoken respect and fondness for one another.
Mukuro (My beloved) - A Tenebroso werewolf nearing closer to being 400 years old in age. Born a mage alongside her younger twin sister Junko, many events surrounding their past are shrouded in mystery. As a Tenebroso she has an unnaturally extended life. Mukuro is naturally covered in scars and physically looks to be reaching her mid 50's-early 60's. She is most often however seen to be disguising herself as a young girl.
@snellymain :
Tumblr media
Kiyo (Most developed) - A socially reclusive vampire with a guilty conscience and a sworn duty to feed by killing swiftly rather than turning anyone else into a vampire; since he hates his vampirism and his sister that cursed him with it. Has a huge fondness for humans and anthropology after his controlling sister's hatred for them caused him to have extremely limited interactions with them. Ends up committed to a mage named Angie while the unwanted spirit of his sister began haunting him after many years of being dead.
Mahiru (Most focused on) - A standard mage with very little powers and a high respect for her non-mage mother, matching her disdain for her mage father. She got into photography as she had no attachment to her underwhelming magic, until her mother urged her to go to an academy so she wouldn't let her powers go to waste like her father did. After doing so, being out in the world more, she met Hiyoko and Hiro; in which she happily adopted the former and angrily married the latter.
Angie (My beloved) - A healing-based blood mage raised communally on an island, she heals others wounds with their own blood and often secretly takes their blood for her own use while doing so; mostly to feed her partner Kiyo, but she also has a fascination for blood of her own, initially being a result of her village's blood sacrifices and now a result of her blood magic. Generally a loud nuisance, though a medically helpful nuisance, in her academy.
@samsquatchem :
Tumblr media
Doodle + blurb done by Snelly ♥
Yasuhiro (Their beloved) - A nomadic powerful mage with a wide variety of powers, mostly focusing on clairvoyance and near-limitless telekinesis; generally wanders around getting money wherever he can but spending it horrendously, ending up in a constant flat circle of time. He’s basically homeless; not out of poverty but what he considers convenience and tax evasion, for the most part and bums around Mahiru’s place. Close friends and a father figure to Hiyoko, (much to Mahiru’s initial dismay) the two bond over their shared tendency to wander and be in a new place every week + magic that neither know how to use properly, she became quickly attached to him due to him being the first person to talk to her after she ran away from home. Hiro is able to see the future but unable to speak it verbatim or else the opposite outcome will come to fruition, he can only nudge clients in the right direction of his visions. Most people think his magic is a scam and he’s the most useless mage ever.
@sutexii :
Tumblr media
Chiaki (My Beloved) - A wooden mask enchanted with a human soul, powered by dream juice and magic robotics. Created by Chihiro to live in the dream realm (where u go when u sleep + also where the killing games take place) to gather data on it for Chihiro’s research, and help those in it travel safely. Has a deep fascination with the unpredictable and strange, and enjoys seeking out new knowledge wherever she can. Still likes her games, and while originally given access to some to help entertain those she’s traveling with, she just ends up hoarding them herself.
Tenko (Most Focused On ATM) - Commonfolk w/ a smidge of monster that comes out when her anger peaks. Abandoned due to said anger issues as a child, and taken in by Aoi and Sakura. She had a very Ghibli idyllic childhood, having adventures with friends and delivering donuts for her mom. Learned martial arts from her mom, taking a particular liking to Aikido, and through it learned to control her anger. Follows childhood crush Himiko around to protect her, leading to her entering the less than legal artifact smuggling trade with her later in life.
Aoi (Most Developed) - Water elemental with a love for baking donuts and raising/rehabilitating carp. Married to Sakura, having met when she wandered into the pond in her family’s abandoned dojo and decided to stay to fix it up, motivating Sakura to fix the rest of the place up in turn. Very carefree, friendly, and laid back, loves kids and taking on the “fun auntie” role. Never worked on her humanoid appearance much at all until motherhood, Tenko enters their life and it became hard to hold back a feral monster baby with fins.

Nekomaru (Franken-maru) (most developed) - A reanimated corpse who was brought back to life thanks to the help of Kazuichi and Mikan. Unfortunately, he has amnesia and thus no recollection of his past friendships and family. He's a lot more quiet and mellow in comparison to his old self which makes him seem pretty dull, but in actuality he's being rather attentive and simply trying to understand everything that's happening. He does a lot of behind-the-scenes work when no ones looking like cleaning up after Kazuichi and setting reminders for Akane (still a team manager at heart).
Gonta (My beloved) - A vampire raised by werewolves. He only recently came to terms with being a vampire as he lived most of his life assuming the form of a wolf. He has an obsession with bugs, classic literature, and vintage clothing. Gonta likes to follow around a few of his friends, Angie and Korekyio (wink), and be of assistance whenever he can. He unfortunately has trouble dealing with his vampire nature sometimes due to only having lived with werewolves, so he often turns to Korekiyo for help.
Chihiro (most focused on) - An electric elemental! Chihiro is the creator/parent of Chiaki and Monomi. They have a passion for creating things that run on electricity and magic and as a result created their two lovely daughters (that and to investigate the dream realm). Chihiro also has the ability to possess electronics and machinery! Despite being incredibly small, they can emit a surprisingly large amount of energy which makes possessing large or complicated machinery an easy task.
