#ooc.#((I'm still just sticking to Rogue's blog for the moment. I need to get back into the habit of being here in general before I start hopping#between blogs again.#The intent was to be able to go between this and Cass's blog by this week or next but#GUESS WHO'S STUCK WORKING BOTH SHIFTS EVERY NIGHT AGAIN BECAUSE I DARED GET BACK INTO WRITING?????????#So she's gonna have to wait. Hopefully the guy we're covering for will come back soon but he's having some serious#medical issues so I think he's out the rest of the year. Someone on first shift is also out the rest of the year with health issues#which means that shift is also a TON more stressful now.#BUT I'll try to be here on Sundays and every other Saturday (pay week Saturdays are for grocery shopping and such#so I'm usually gone most of the day then and then get back in time to prep for game nights).#Also got my first tattoo a few weeks ago and I'm starting work on the first of 2 SW arm bands this Friday afternoon.#Only mentioning it because I'm excited about it. I've wanted this for literally like 8 years and just never had the money / time to do it!)

In other, good news (For once for me!) my mom and her boyfriend finally agreed to let me carpool with them when we all leave Pittsburgh on Tuesday morning. The bad news is I have to figure out a way that I'm getting to Pittsburgh now last minute because I'll be there longer then them.
#personal#Like I'm coming in on Saturday and they're only coming in on Monday afternoon for a hockey game and then leaving the next morning.#And if I didn't have a tattoo appointment on Monday AND already paid the hotel in full for all my days?#I would have considered just doing the one day myself.#So now I'm sitting here weighing my options. I can either fly in or take the train in... Both have their positives and negatives.#I fucking LOVE taking the train but I don't like the fact that it only puts me in Pitt at like 8 PM at night.#But if I fly in it puts me in Pitt at like 11 in the morning and I would have to find a way to kill 5-6 hours until my hotel check-in.#<- Not to mention I'm like super scared of flying still and it's supposed to be windy here on Saturday.#Which I'm assuming isn't good for planes.#I was just considering making a driving playlist this morning because I thought I was driving the 8 hours total there and back.#Not ANYMORE! Even though I did agree to get behind the wheel for a little bit on the trek back#<- Doubt I will have to though because my mom's boyfriend is like the 'big man' and will NOT let me drive his car.

When nana was over at my place last weekend i was being an influencer and making her try my makeup 😭 but it was a success because now she is a blush girl and it is stunning on her (she didn’t even own one and i insisted on putting mine on her bc her cheekbones are insane) Now i feel like I turned her like some sort of vampire you know. I also made her try new etude glass rouge tint bc it is the weirdest texture and she loved it and was like putting another color in the cart. #this is mostly /lh i promise just#my mother texted me yesterday about coming over Saturday not Sunday to watch go2#and asked if I'd be driving my sister over again (bc im practicing driving stick shift in my sister's car)#so i THOUGHT 'oh clearly she asked my sister too bc my sister ALSO sometimes works Saturdays!#and if she wanted to change the day we agreed on last week then SURLY she MUST have texted everyone who was part of the plan!!!'#i was wrong#i texted my sister to tell her 'hey call me when you're oyw so I'll wake up' and my sister. of course. DIDN'T KNOW#ABOUT THE DAY CHANGE#and she actually DOES work today (unlike me who does not which was my mom's og question)#so she CAN'T do it today#but my mom DIDN'T ASK HER#so now i texted my mom and am waiting for her to wake up and reply#bc our options are 1. hope it rains (bc my sister can't work in the rain so if it rains she gets off work)#or 2. everyone is going to be awake until 1-2am to watch the show bc it's 5-6hours long and we won't get there until like 6pm#or you know option 3. we just stick with the og plan of Sunday#but ill give my mom the options bc idc either way i have to be awake so night anyway#but everyone else watching Doesn't do they're opinions do matter here#anyway#I'm just so tired#this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME we make plans!!!#someone wants to make a change and asks one person and then that person assumes they also checked with everyone else#and they NEVER!!! #i'm spending a few days at my friend's (already a bad start. a few days means nothing to me. she wasn't clear on when i should leave#she said she'd like me to still be here on saturday but she also said she couldn't drive me back saturday night so it's like. ok so when am#i leaving) anyways she was in town today to work with my other friend on a music thing and she just said she'd text me when they were done#and that it would probably take a couple hours#which means that i was ready for her to come pick me up by 5 ish#it's 6:45 now and she still hasn't texted and i've just been waiting#i can't start anything bc she could text at any moment and i'd have to leave whatever i'm doing on hold#so i'm just waiting#i'm sitting in a chair watching seinfeld on my phone and waiting for her to pick me up#and i have no idea when that's gonna be bc it was supposed to me any moment two hours ago#i hate waiting i'm wasting so much time i'm in limbo idk what to do

god im tired
#had class at two then back to back exams#and was braindead and crying by the time i got back at like 7:15 so just played video games for a few hours#and now i need to start studying for diffeq on friday#god i cant wait till saturday#would say friday afternoon but of fucking course i have three different fucking assignments due friday 11:59#what fucker thought “yeah we'll just put strengths of materials and physics back to back then diffeq two days after”#and ofc it's “mEntAl hEalTh wEeK” at my school#so im just sitting here crying for the tenth time today over physics/strengths/diffeq#and the advisors are spamming “come to this three hour webinar about burnout”#like...really#fuck everything why the hell did i ever think i was smart enough for engineering#my senior self was like “ooh this is cool” about circuits and lil robots and power tools#and now im sobbing over free body diagrams#am entirely convinced electric fields are black magic bc none of that shit makes any sense#im just so tired like i spent hours studying for these exams#did 2-3 backexams for each got little sleep since sunday#and i fucked both of them up massively#course my professor was like “if you can do these you can do the exam”#and i did those problems easily the night before and was like okay! let's work on physics!#and then the exam hit me like a fucking freight train#i can't even do the basic shit like stay fully awake for all my classes#bc of course they only offer three of the engineering courses back to back to back starting at 8:30 in the fucking morning#and im fine in thermo but just start completely crashing during strengths and am just half dead in diffeq#accidentally put my head down during a five minute break once and woke up twenty minutes later 😭#i am not a morning person#starting at 10am is fine but 8:30am?#adrenaline gets me through the first hour but then im just dead

had one (1) good night of sleep saturday night and then was immediately made to pay for that last night with a 5-for-1 deal of: dream about my dad being homophobic/waking up and not being able to fall back asleep for ~4 hours/stuffy nose and sinus headache/sleep paralysis/stress dream about b.sd
#saturday night was probably my only Good Sleep for the month#and even then i briefly woke up in the night :/#also i combined stuffy nose and headache bc the headache was caused by the pressure in my sinuses from the stuffy nose lol#that is significantly better now at least#also it was the striking memory of the b.sd stress dream coming back that made me realize how terrible this combo actually was#i was like ‘man the hyperfixation stress dream on top of the one wher emy dad was being homophobic? kinda rude tbh :/‘#and then i was like. haha wait. neither of those were even the worst thing to happen last night what is wrong with me#hello grace here#also i’m actually fine this is no worse than most of the sleep i get#worst part was the sinus headache#i just want to complain for a sec
