Morality.. the goons coming up behind them.. and the final one#The lighting in the Dusty half is immaculate#The blue with the purple mmmmmm like that whole 82 - 88 arc is like so good#And this song was so great to work with#The lyrics fit so well and her vocals are epic (especially on the Chloe part like do you hear that underlying track at “filled to the…”) MM#It’s truly a Shiloh song at it’s core#More so than their other one like Trigger Finger (although this is for the like 38 - 44 arc when Chloe and Sawyer fight in the woods)#And you may be wondering coconut it ends so suddenly what why#this may be ambitious but I WANNA DO THE WHOLE SONG#so#Yeah I mean I’ll take my time with it to make it good but the whole thing will be done#THAT will actually be like 3 years hahahahahha#I already have 700 ideas so that’s good#Anyway hope you enjoyed this and I’ll give you some updates to how the rest goes!

tfw you go see a musical comedy and it makes you cry
#noopa rambles#the show was built around my ave band's music#I almost teared up twice before#and then this frigging. kid actor starts to sing rakkaus on lumivalkoinen#while sitting alone at the edge of the stage in the rain as everyone else has left her behind#all somber and sad singing abt how love only lasts for a fleeting moment#and I'm just 😭😭#the character did get a happy ending and then I was emotional abt that too#but my god how dare this maybe 12-year-old make me cry!!!#I certainly wasn't the only one tearing up#and the rainy weather (was an outdoor play) fit the moment so well#it must feel great for a fledgling actor to make your audience Feel(tm)#the song she sang is one of the band's biggest hits too#like. I'd place it in top 3 in terms of significance for the band#not my personal fave but a very good song nonetheless#getting to sing that sort of a part in a play when you're a kid must be so cool

One of my core memories of high school theatre is the time when the kid playing Henry Antrobus used our break to bang out the intro to “STARSTRUKK” by 3oh!3 on the set of lockers in the hallway, and we were all super impressed ‘cause it sounded exactly like the song. Now he’s a chef for the restaurant inside Benaroya Hall and ten years sober, and we haven’t spoken since high school although I did see him walking downtown once and we made eye contact and I yelled hi but he didn’t hear me. To this day I can’t hear the song without thinking of that moment and I love how life gives us these little visceral moments like that.
