Healthy fruit smoothie bowl recipe
200g strawberries + extra to decorate
100g granola
2 lemons (juice) 
1 tbsp agave syrup
100ml Alpro Original Soya drink 
2 tbsp aquafaba (the liquid from a can of chickpeas – which you can use in one of our other tasty recipes!)
300-400ml ginger ale (depending on the size and type of your glasses – around 100 ml per person)
4 ice cubes

Matar Karanji( Fresh Green Peas Gujiya)
Matar Karanji/ Gujiya is a Maharashtrian snack made using seasonal fresh green peas. Green peas and fresh coconut along with a few other spices are stuffed in a crisp flour pastry and then deep fried till golden brown. This karanji can be a perfect tea time or evening snack.

Ingredients:
For Cover:
1 cup Maida
Salt to taste
2 tsp smoking hot Oil
Water
For stuffing
2 Cups Green peas (Matar) , blanched and water drained off completely
A pinch of Hing
1 Tsp Ginger-Garlic-Green chili paste (3~4 Garlic cloves, 2~3 Green chilies 1/2 Ginger blended roughly)
1 Tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 Tsp Garam masala
1 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Cup Fresh coconut , grated
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , Handful, chopped
1 Tsp Lemon juice , (adjust)
Salt , as required
Oil , for deep frying
Method:
Making Dough:
Take maida in a dish and add salt to taste.
Mix well and add smoking hot oil.
Mix well and when the oil cools down a little rub it well with maida.
Maida should get a nice crumble texture like Rava or bread crumbs.
Add a little water at a time and knead a little stiff dough.
Make sure the dough is not soft.
Cover and rest the dough for about 15-20 minutes.
Stuffing:
Heat up oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add hing, ginger-garlic-green chili paste and mix well.
Add blanched green green peas and roast it nicely.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and mix well.
Add freshly grated coconut and mix well.
Add salt, sugar, and mix well.
Add lemon juice and switch off the gas.
Mash matar a little with masher. Do not mash them completely, just a little.
Take a small ball of dough and roll a small puri form it. It should not be much thick.
Fill the stuffing and spread a little water along the edges.
Close the karamji and seal it really good.
Press the edge of karanji with a fork to make a nice design or You can cut the edge off .
Heat up oil on medium heat.
Drop karanji in hot oil and fry on low to medium heat until it gets nice golden color from both sides.
Take the karanji out and put it on kitchen tissue to drain the excess oil and transfer it into a dish.
Serve it with mint Chutney or Tomato ketchup

I sometimes think about Sekaiichi and Nostalgia couple and where their relationship headed to - I think their story have been far better written if it was psychological drama/dark shojo instead of comedy lighthearted romance. Especially with that 1 year counter - it would have been intriguing if then Onodera confessed but they both decided to not be together. They both have fair share of issues and it's debatable whether they're actually capable of having somewhat healthy relationship. I'm not sure if I'd go as far to say they bring worst in each other, but they certainly don't bring the best either. Onodera's insecurity, fear of vulnerability and emotional scars in combo with Takano's own insecurity and jealousy are receipe for disaster. I'm not sure how much they understand what lays beneath each other's surface.
I think SIH would have been far more groundbreaking if instead of love story it had a story about two people who are trying hard to fix what was broken and in some way still loves and yearns for one another but in process only hurt each other more; and by the end realizes it's better to part ways despite still loving one another - and that's precisely why they'd part way, because they know staying together will only bring more hurt. Ofc, Nakamura doesn't write that sort of psychological dark romance so that's a pipe dream, but I think such story would have been breath of fresh air

How to make the delicious ‘Banana Bread’ at home?

Ingredients:
2 to 3 medium (7″ to 7-7/8″ long) very ripe bananas, peeled (about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups mashed)
1/3 cup (76g) butter, unsalted or salted, melted
1/2 teaspoon baking soda (not baking powder)
1 pinch salt, 3/4 cup (150g) sugar (1/2 cup if you would like it less sweet, 1 cup if more sweet)
1 large egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups (205g) all-purpose flour
Directions :
Prepare the pan and preheat the oven: Drizzle an 8 × 4-inch loaf pan with butter and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mash the bananas with a fork in a mixing bowl before being combined with butter. The mashed bananas should be combined with the melted butter.
Mix in the baking soda and salt. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Mix in the flour.
Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 55 to 65 minutes at 350°F (175°C), or until a wooden skewer or toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Streaks of wet batter are unacceptable, while a few dry crumbs are acceptable. Loosely tent the loaf with foil and continue baking it until it’s fully done if the exterior of the loaf is browned but the middle is still damp.
Remove from oven, then allow to cool in the pan for a while. After that, take the banana bread out of the pan and allow it to cool completely before cutting. Slice and present. (A bread knife is useful for cutting slices that won’t crumble.)
The banana bread will remain fresh at room temperature for 4 days if properly wrapped. You can freeze or refrigerate the bread for longer storage for up to 5 days.
