Here is another easy to implement tip to stay healthy even at your workplace! . 👉Rest your eyes Our eyes go through a lot - gaming, streaming, scrolling, and yes while working too. Just like the devices need recharge, our eyes also need rest. . Your eyes need rest if you’re experiencing: . ➡️ headache ➡️ blurred or double vision ➡️ pain in the neck, shoulders and back ➡️ difficulty concentrating ➡️ dry or watery eyes ➡️ red eyes . Here are a few tips to rest your eyes (make sure to follow some, and not all, else your work might get affected): . 1️⃣ For dry eyes, blink more 2️⃣ 20-20 rule: Rest your eyes every 20 minutes.
