🌌 ⏳ and 🌪️ for celeste <3
🌌 MILKY WAY - what was the inspiration behind your oc? what was the first thing you decided about them?
there was like a perfect storm of circumstances that led to celeste, i think. i was in one of my phases of being exceptionally delighted by dnd devils and asmodeus in particular, i was watching or had recently watched exu: calamity and enjoyed brennan's take on mercer's asmodeus (i quite prefer wotc's asmo, i think he's more fun and interesting, less xtian devil analogue more cool fantasy world monster god (we know my preference is giant snake asmo), but i did enjoy brennan's performance bc i love asmo and i love brennan), and i was really wanting to play dnd again and specifically play a warlock bc they're my favorite 5e class.
i think i was at work, or driving, when i had the thought "mortal lover of asmodeus would be a funny warlock concept. be even funnier if it was an aasimar" and then. yk. celeste. so the first thing i decided about him was that he was with asmo and then the rest of sunshiney dancer monk etc etc just sort of came about naturally as i rotated him.
⏳ HOURGLASS - are they usually late or on-time?
usually late, he's got some time blindness issues and is very laissez-faire about life. if he's like supposed to be performing at something, then he'll be on time or early but basically if he's not being paid then he'll probably be late
🌪️ TORNADO - what is the biggest change you’ve ever made to them? how have they changed from their original version?
ooh that's a good question. prooobably giving him depression lmao. i mean he started as a fairly simple concept of 'make the most opposite thing you can to asmodeus' so he was a very cheery ray of sunshine. which he still is but now it's a decision he's making to try and deal with his issues.

Some time ago, I made an adopt I had into this bulky monkey man named Redland. vwv He's a fun character of mine who is now Rhodri's surrogate dad in whatever AU i have for them. In this particular AU, they dwell in space as humans no longer have Earth to live on.
Redland ends up taking care of Rhodri over time and in this set, he tries to teach a very squishy and tiny human how to punch a solid ass surface that most definitely broke bones. Learning that humans are not made of metal is a lesson he and Rhodri learned the hard way, luckily, his longtime 'friend' Doc is able to scold him on what NOT to do with your own personal teen human.

Grace FUMBLED Ryan! BAD parenting to preach respect and then act contrarily (ie saying she wants him to feel safe, then not allowing him any autonomy). She should've let him leave and come back... or at least explained why she didn't want him to leave before deciding (ex: 'Homelander will kidnap you', etc). She needed to let him make the decision for himself... agh. AAAAA.
And now Butcher's no use because he's committed to being evil and can't offer ANYTHING good to Ryan!!! He was so right, they NEEDED to give Ryan more space... I know the external pressures seemed impossible, but dammit, Grace, this was no way to beat the odds!
(this is about The Boys season four)

Btw Wilbur not clearly communicating his boundaries with Gegg and expecting him to understand that he’s not wanted by sticking him in various closed off crevices while also ignoring Tallulah is shitty parenting and I’m a q!wilbur hater now. What kind of example are you setting for your daughter man get a hold of yourself.

love these posts about how naruto would be proud if you brush your teeth and stuff but my go-to blorbo to try to apply these thoughts is automatically donato - and, as everyone know, i fantasize about him killing me, so it doesn't work well. rika or kaladin could technically work but in rough times i always grab onto donato, which is hilarious to think about.
