Ok so. Gorgug likes Mary Ann because she absolutely infuriates him but also, and perhaps more importantly, because she has a type of confidence I think a younger Gorgug would have deeply envied. She's so weird, but entirely sure of herself. She likes what she likes and anyone who would have a problem with that is absolutely beneath her notice. She has friends not despite her oddities, but because she refuses to bend about them and that confidence is incredibly attractive in a person. Mary Ann Skuttle see's something she wants and she just...goes and gets it, easy peasy. Tiny little kobald strides, but when she puts her foot down with force, Gorgug thinks she could crush a mountain under with nothing so much as a blink or falter of her stride. She's certainly physically strong enough for it, and while Gorgug is undisputedly the better fighter, Mary Ann has a physical strength hidden under soft pastel pink hoodies and can, has, and will knock Gorgug on his ass. Gorgug got THRASHED at those Bloodrush field tryouts, and I'm certain he probably got his ass handed to him more than once during the year while at practice but before he quit the team. She made him so damn mad, everything that year was, and endlessly kind Gorgug got real mean to her over it. She was better than him, more casually confident, and didn't blink ONCE at his outburst. And later? When she was resurrected and freed from possession? He talks to her, acknowledges that it was just a game but he had been actually mad to be so easily knocked aside. He never really had to work at Bloodrush to be good at it, he just was, until suddenly she proved herself better.

And yet, without flinching, Mary Ann, famous for not giving a shit but listening to Gorgug say how much he had, just....asks if he has a girlfriend. Unparalleled confidence, shooting a shot he was unprepared for. Planets aligned even as his own orbit was knocked off course. And then, when he admits he doesn't even know where to get a quokki pet, something its been explicitly known to be something she really cares about? She writes down her number, letting him see that folded paper. She initiated this, and he got swept up in it, but instead of just handing over the number and allowing him to be swept up- Mary Ann Skuttle puts the number away and tells him shes gonna put it where you get quokki pets, and if he wants her number he's going to have to go get it. He's not allowed to just be swept up in the force of her, she wants him to put in effort, prove to her and himself that this isn't just a moment but a starting point. He cant be swept up by the tide, he's gotta swim. Gorgug liked Zelda, but their relationship started because they thought she was in danger and Gorgug had the best in. He stumbled into that relationship unsure and off balance, he never would have had the confidence to pursue Zelda without his friends hands on his back and their advice in his ears. Later on he gets more serious, he did love her and he put in the work to maintain that relationship, but it didn't work out and that's ok. Ever confident Mary Ann tho? She doesn't want unsure stumbling steps into this relationship. If Gorgug doesn't make the active decision to chase her, to WANT to be with her and putting deliberate effort to get there, then she doesn't want him at all. Gorgug, confused, asking where you even GET a quokki pet? And she smirks, calls him a loser, and walks away leaving him reeling and dumbfounded. Mary Ann Skuttle wants Gorgug to work for this. And who is Gorgug Thistlespring, but someone who puts in the work for things he wants? He did the seemingly impossible by creating his own subclass of Barbaficer, even if he had to take four years of schooling all at once. He puts in the work and makes the impossible possible, the greatest wizard of this age. So yeah. Yeah. Gorgug Thistlespring likes Mary Ann Skuttle because she makes him work for it.

i have this hc that kuroo's pants are always an awkward length bc he's too tall. like no matter what his pants will always come 3/4 of the way down to his shins. so because of this he'll end up rolling his pants up to his knees. it looks super funny and when anyone asks him why he'll just say "they're my pantaloons" and won't elaborate.

Remus couldn’t resist.

He glanced toward the corner. There, Sirius was snogging a girl — a pretty girl — but Remus couldn’t be interested in looking at her because he was looking at Sirius. And Sirius was invested in not looking at him. His eyes were closed as he threw his whole body into the kiss, because that’s who he was. He was intense and all-consuming, irresistible and so beautiful and Remus couldn’t pull his eyes away, and he should, he really should.

He was being creepy. His heart was breaking. The heart of a creep deserved to break.

“Oi, Moony!” James grabbed his shoulder, spinning him toward the staircase. “I need a bit of quiet for a moment, ‘cause the party’s really noisy! Wanna come to the dorm with Lils and I?”

“Yeah, Remus!” Lily cheered, grabbing his other shoulder as they both steered him to the dormitory.

Remus glanced between them. “Is this kidnapping?”

Lily waved a hand. “‘Course not, you’re like our kid. Hardly kidnapping if we’re stealing our own son, right?”

James nodded, squeezing Remus’s cheeks. “I love my ickle baby Remus,” he cooed.

“Okay. What’s going on?” Remus asked, as they sat him down on his bed and squashed him in between them.

“Peace and quiet,” James sighed contentedly, resting his head on Remus’s shoulder.

Lily did the same on his other. “Remus, I really do love you.”

“Uh huh,” James nodded, bouncing against Remus’s shoulder. “Sometimes I think she loves you more than she loves me. Honestly, I don’t blame her,” James winked, awkwardly and awfully because he was rubbish at it.

Remus laughed. “I love you both too. And… thank you for taking me up here.”

Lily and James gave him dubious looks. “You have nothing to thank us for,” James insisted.

“In fact, we should be thanking you.” Lily stated, “For gracing us with your presence.”

“Moony, you’re so loveable. Anyone who doesn’t appreciate your Moony-ness is a pathetic wanker,” James declared vociferously.

“A wanker, you hear us?” Lily looked at him sternly.

“A wanker,” Remus smiled. He glanced at James, “Prongs, you do know you’re calling your best mate—”

“Shhhh,” James pressed a finger to Remus’s lips. “You’re all my best mates!” He threw his arms around the two of them, pulling them into a massive hug, and Remus relaxed into it. These were his best mates, and he loved them for it.

After a while, Sirius entered the dorm. “‘Lo, guys!” He greeted, before pausing and narrowing his eyes at them. “What are you doing?”

Lily smiled. “Convincing Remus to have a threesome with us.”

“What?!” Remus spluttered.

“It’s my greatest desire,” James dramatised, ignoring Remus’s furious head shakes. “Did I ever tell you, Remus was my first kiss?”

“No, same! He’s such a good kisser,” Lily rambled eagerly.

“I know right?!” James beamed.

Remus buried his red face in his hands. But when he lifted it slightly, he noticed Sirius looking between the chattering James and Lily with a jealous scowl. And when he looked at Remus, his expression softened, and he looked… enraptured?

Remus hid the grin blooming across his face in his hands.

Bucchigiri doodles! I really like this show, I think everyone is super charming and fun! And all the designs are all so good ⸜(*ˊᗜˋ*)⸝

I'm gonna go on a quick rant about Arajin, because I have no one to talk about this with, so let me shout into the void:

Okay- So as I watching the show, I really liked everyone. I thought Arajin and his pathetic-ness and wet cat nature was charming, He's a loser and I love him for that! Even when he was being a bit of an asshole I was still quite fond of him, He's flawed and that's what made him interesting. He's a bit more complex than people give him credit for. Since my opinion of Ara was fairly positive, I thought most people would agree- (I didn't think he was all that bad and most people would also find him charming) I was so surprised when I found out how many people absolutely hate this guys guts, it was so different from what I excepted lmao. I understand being annoyed with Ara and I can see how some might not like him too much, but they were on my boy's ass 💀

First of all, Ara doesn't want OR like to fight, he's just a regular teen boy, he's nothing like this big buff dudes who are constantly look for someone strong to punch. If it weren't for Senya, Ara would've been done for by now. All Ara want's is to get a girlfriend, and that's normal for a boy his age!! Everyone else in the show are the freaks, my guy just wants love!! The only reason he fights is because his delusional ass is in love with a girl who knows she can play him like a fiddle, or when he's backed into a corner an has no other choice. Arajin wanted a slice of life high school romance and was instead thrown into the middle of a gang war with a bunch of dudes who are hellbent on fighting lmao

He's just a silly little guy!! He's not built for all this violence!!

Don't get me wrong the way Ara treats Matakara is frustrating at times, and I wish they would just talk (And I'm gonna be honest the fact Matakara still looks at Ara positivelyis really surprising lmao (I'd hold one hell of a grudge but I'm just petty)) but at the same time, I don't really blame Ara. He feels guilty, and in reality he probably hates himself (For multiple different reasons). He left Matakara behind and it eats at him, just the thought of the memory triggered a nervous stomach ache. Matakara is a walking reminder of what Ara doesn't like about himself, of course he's going to avoid him like the plague. Doesn't mean its good, or even healthy but that's just how people are. Even so Ara is only ever outwardly hostile towards Matakara when the past is brought up, every other time he can have a somewhat normal interaction (even if its reluctant). And with the newest episodes, Ara is now being a bit softer with him. Progress! Its small, but still progress!

Also small complaint, there are SO many worse mcs that do far more unbearable things, Arajin is practically a saint in comparison lol ( Doesn't mean anyone not liking him is invalid or anything, again I can totally understand why some don't like him!! Just because he's better than most doesn't mean he still cant be bad for people!! ☆(＃××))

Rant over- Am I thinking to far into it? perhaps. but who cares! It's a silly show at the end of the day and I just like to yapp passionately into the void
