Pls rant about non romance cole…he’s my favorite character in anything, ever and it feels so sad that we never got to have a deeper relationship w him. Like the mechanics/possible lore of having a romance with a spirit are so tantalizingly interesting but no…also doubting we will see him in veil guard which leaves me so so broken …

first of all uh! im not good at talking! that's why i draw phphp but i'll try my best to resurrect my memories from 2014 and share it with you!! sorry if it will sound weird, english is not my native language! 

well WELL from the begining then. i remember spending hours  more like days hhhh thinking about how weird and cool the recruiting scene with cole is? later when he is already with the inquisition, our party is either on guard around him or kinda treats him like he is helpless and needs special attention or guidance or something like that? demonising someone like him or framing them as in need of help are like textbook behavior ofc and im not here to be a hater, i just noticed it? moments with solas and varric fighting over him like a divorced couple are super cute for sure!!

but i remember being confused because excuse me, out of all of them, this guy??, this feral bat that is chilling on the ceiling like it's a lounge-zone inside Lucius' head, created especially for him?

he is confident. also a little bit nervous, a bunch mysterious and just ghostly cool. but also confident. (im not saying this confidence is not misplaced sometimes btw x) he even tells you that if you'll leave your head you'll die! what a jokester (҂ ꒦ິヮ꒦ິ)

and the whole quest with templars and envy are soooo horror coded, i love it!! it looked a bit silly, sure

(even after so many years im not able to get rid of the image in my brain phphphp) 

but it's still a very interesting quest!! dorian is ✨the bestie✨ but i'm always picking templars bc the implications of the story are just so good

1. its placed at the beginning of the game and your character is probably confused and anxious and dont yet worked out the routine of how to deal with their new title\powers + not every inquisitor character would want to be in the spotlight.

imagine you suddenly got yourself into position where a lot of people looking up to you, listening to what you saying, placing their hopes on you or waiting for you to fail? this is terrible! id 1000% just jumped out of a cliff!!! a small one, but still 

2. you meeting the guy who basically came from a place you now have unlimited access to.

he is: a) almost as confused as you are b) possibly came to this world without knowing consequences of that decision c) along the way he is figuring out how to be himself in the environment that is nothing like where he used to live. wow thats just like forced immigration *nervous laugh*

3. and let's not forget that you are meeting him inside your head and you can say to him "you look familiar".

dont know about you but apparently i dont need much to start screaming ¯(ツ)/¯

also can i just spend the moment to say that this is three (3) identical dialogue options??????????

how awesome would it be to be able to figure out stuff together? to find comfort in someone, with someone who barely experienced it this way? to build on your strong sides? like "hope" for cole and i guess "unhingedness" for the inquisitor? i bet they would ground each other easily as well: cole distracting inq by being unintentionally mischievous and inq would have a notepad with cole's "firsts ____" or they would just read together. oh im such a sucker for hurt\comfort\some things cant be healed stuff uaaaaaaaaa

cole being so stressed that he is erasing\being on the edge of erasing the inquisitor's memories??????

i got the feeling that cole's confidence in the concept of "help" is, among other things, makes him being able to zoom in on something borderline obsessively? or vise versa - dismissively, not noticing "it hurts, its not for the better"? he thanks you when you promise to kill him, he cries when you do not. i swear this man (─ ‿ ─)

+quick addition bc im not entirely sure: so if i got it right, the anchor makes the inquisitor "too bright" to read? so among all the people we know about inq is the one that cole can't truly empathise on this lvl? on spiritual lvl you might say lsdkjflksdjflkj sorry!!!!! but jokes aside,this is like the perfect ground to build both comforting stories 

"someone from the party notices that cole is hanging near inq before inq do, and when asked he explains it by saying something like "dry warm skin. the air is stilled with quiet, easy to breathe. i followed the shining whispers and then i was followed no more" with the most plain face possible? "

and "today for lunch i have glass" kind of stories, like "the inquisitor is cornered and possibly bleeding and probably on the verge of passing out and they know that situation is bad and no one should follow/find them, "it's better to wait it out and deal with it on my own" kind of clown behavior. so they laugh tiredly at how pathetic they are, maybe remembering something similar from their childhood, remarks from their sibling for ex., and just trying their best to not think about how they need cole's help, cole's presence. the sense of safety that comes when he is around" 

uh!!! that wasnt neither quick or painless so i'll go make a tea wait a second please

im back!! so since i talked about the forget thing i must confess - i dont really like cole's personal quest???? again, im not complaining or anything but i remember feeling kinda empty while playing it? like deep inside me, there was something sad, but it was so far away,i coudn't even feel it properly?

both human and spirit versions of his ending made me feel like the distance between you and him lengthened, and maybe you could do something about it before but now? this "something" is missing and you're lost and can't even tell for sure if theres was a chance to do something in the first place? and cole just moved on? its super logical considering he is not a romance option but phphph so, i rarely romance someone in games, partly bc rpg tends to be a little horny and im that kind of ace who is not interested in this, partly bc i tend to pay attention to non-romanceable characters, so when i started to explore last da:i dlc and i saw cole having gf i was like "well ouch".

imagine your inq has a crush on cole but they never were able to say it clearly?

mb it was a melancholic slowburn, and your character was going through too much and felt like burdening cole with their problems would be unfair?

maybe they tried but the timing was wrong, the words felt stupid, and their hands felt too dirty, too guilty?

oh anon its been ten years and its still huuuuuurts!!!! if you following me for a while you know that im an edge lord in poor disguise so its not surprising for neither you or me that i ended up rumbling about inexplicable sadness and crushing existential guilt, but sorry for that anyway!! if anyone would want me to talk about something specific, or to draw something - im here, staring at the wall, listening to cole's banter :') thank you for the wonderful question tho, it was more than just nice to return back to this ship. im so agreeing with you about cole being the fave character from everything, but i also understand that this could mean being very unsatisfied with the way he was portrayed at some points or just with the fact that characters like him are rare so im sending you warm and tight hugs and a little sketch!! <3

Okay, so this is my little analysis of dreams in Restless.

Before I start I need to mention that I know that in some places it's the forshadowing of the events in the future season (little sister's coming, yada yadda) and it will be shorter than usual because I don't feel like rewatching parts of the episode to analize it scene by scene.

Anyways...

Willow's dream about going to the drama class/workshop and immediately having to perform in a play seems to indicate that she still has problems finding herself. The play is Death of a Salesman about a last day of a man who thinks he's lost in a game of life... but all the people in the play wear silly constumes and it seems like Willow's normal clothes also are a costume. Willow feels both like she's not taken seriously and like her persona is also a character she plays before everybody. Once Buffy removes her "costume", Willow looks like a sweet, shy schoolgirl she was back in S1. I think that her interrupted presentation on Narnia represents her trying to talk about things she likes and cares about (like her homosexuality and interests) but nobody listening to her.

Xander's dream is largely about being stuck, while everybody else moves on (in his dream, even Spike who becomes the Watcher under Giles's tutoring). He didn't go to college with the girls and had to work in part-time, lower-class jobs, while many people looked down on him as a loser. More importantly, there are remnents of childhood here and there - Buffy, Giles and Spike on the playground, the ice-cream truck being full of toys - and I think it simbolizes that Xander feels like he hasn't grown up yet. There is also a theme of military - both the Initiative and Apocalypse Now - and since joining a military base seemed like a viable option to Xander at some point, maybe he still considers it.

Giles's dream is about his responsiblities as a Watcher and what other Scoobies expct from him. It starts with him, Olivia and Buffy going on a fair in the middle of the cementary, but Olivia is driving a stroller and Buffy is a child - she wears children's clothes and acts like a child. This can mean both that Giles sees her as his daughter but also that she's sometimes irresponsible and treats her mission very lightly. Then we have Spike who chose a new path for himself and tells Giles to figure something out (there is also crying Olivia in the background who Giles dismisses because of his duties... twice). Finally in the Bronze he meets already attacked Willow and Xander, who expect him to figure out what's going on. They are also distracted by Anya doing a stand up comedy and when Giles is going to tell them where to look at, he's asked to sing, so he literally sings to them the solution. Everybody expects him to have answers and generally during his exposition everyone's eyes are on him. But there's more to him than that.

Finally Buffy's dream is partly about being alone, partly about things to come, and partly about the first Slayer. The most striking detail, in my opinion, is that scene where Riley is in the Initiative with unmodified Adam and tells Buffy that he just got promoted and they talked about world domination. Probably Buffy feels like he - as former Initiative's soldier - can still become a villain, since he was part of this government program for so long. But it can also mean that when she was in the Initiative she was patronized by those government people.

The Heathers + Veronica and their Pets

This is just a silly little thing I wrote before I start working on my next big work

Heather Catler the Cat

She's a dark greyish-black maine coon

She's Chandler's pet, but the cat doesn't really care for her at all

Mac is actually her favorite, but that's probably because she always sneaks her treats

When the Heathers and Veronica began their jobs, Chandler hated being alone all day, so she decided to go a get a companion

She stopped by the animal shelter where Mac sometimes volunteered, looking to adopt a cat as she was afraid of dogs

She decided on a maine coon because she had read up on their intelligence and gentleness, and figured that one would be a great companion

And sure they shed fur a lot, but its a small price to pay

Despite being a rather expensive breed, the actually had one at the shelter, and when Chandler approached her she began to rub up against her legs and purr

She was immediately sold on taking this little cutie home, and within a few minutes they were on their way

But as soon as they got home, the sweet gentle cat from the shelter was gone, replaced with an incredibly sassy drama queen

She would sit on the couch, hissing at Chandler anytime that she got close, only getting anywhere near her when she was hungry

She would let her know that she wanted food by going up to her, looking her in the eyes, and meowing very loudly until she gave in and got her food

Eventually her gfs returned home and were all greeted by hissing and loud, dramatic meows when they tried to sit on the couch

Chandler started to complain about her day and how the cat was a nightmare, only for Mac to giggle and say that yeah she does that

Apparently this isn't the first time that this has happened, as the cat was brought back on at least two separate occasions after she pretended to be a low maintenance cat to get adopted, only to reveal her true colors one they got home

Veronica then joked that the cat reminded her of someone and gave Chandler a pointed look, to which she got flustered and annoyed

Thats where the name Catler came from, full name Heather Catler, sometimes just Heather

Mac, because she's a nice person, would often sneak the cat treats which endeared her to her

Now she'll follow Mac around wherever she goes, occasionally trying to meow and get treats

She's also the only one who is allowed to touch her, so despite being Chandler's pet Mac is the one who has to brush her and bring her to the vet

When the four of them cuddle, Catler will come up and hiss at anyone who is touching Mac, but she has never bitten anyone

She's all hiss, no bite

Everyone just kinda tolerates her, she's that one roommate no one really likes but also aren't willing to get rid of

Chandler still tries to get her to love her, giving her treats, constantly buying her new toys and cat trees, but the cat still just views her as 'food human'

Most of the time she can be found at the top of her tallest cat tree, laying there like Simba on Pride Rock, overlooking her kingdom

She gets along with the other pets for the most part, but if one of them is getting too much attention from Mac she gets upset and makes it known

She will literally just sit on whatever poor creature has Mac's attention at the time until she acknowledges her existence

When she isn't home Catler becomes upset and will throw tantrums, just flopping near Chandler and meowing saying 'make nice human come home now food human'

How she views everyone;

Duke - Lazy Human

Mac - Nice Human

Veronica - Annoying Human

Cornelius the Snake

He's Duke's Ball Python

She had always wanted a pet, but her parents were dicks and told her that she could get one once her grades improved, which of course they never did

So now that she was an adult and could make her own decisions she decided to get a snake

When she told her gfs about her idea for a pet Chandler flipped out, saying that there was no way in hell she was going to let a snake into her house

Duke started teasing her, asking if she was scaaaaarrrrreeeedddd

Chandler then said 'YES I AM SCARED ITS A FUCKING SNAKE HEATHER THEY DON'T HAVE ARMS JESUS CHRIST THEY ARE SO CREEPY'

Duke then said that if it having no arms scared her then she could just get a tarantula, they had 8

Chandler's face went white, and then told Duke to just get her stupid snake

After doing her research to see the kind of enclosure that a ball python would need, the food and where to get one from an ethical source, she was able to finally get her dream pet

After some arguing it was decided that the snake, which Duke dubbed Cornelius for literally no reason at all, she just thought it was a funny name, would be staying in her room

He's a snake, so he doesn't do much, but Duke really enjoys just watching him exist

She thinks that he's just so cute, and she just loves when he flicks his little tongue

Whenever she's stressed or upset about something and can't talk to her gfs about it she'll sit in front of his enclosure and rant to him, always thanking him for being such a good listener

JD will often come over just to see the snake, and him and Duke will just sit around and talk about snakes while Cornelius explores Duke's bed

Being the chaos gremlin that she is, she knows that she can use Cornelius in pranks, especially with a certain one of her girlfriends who is afraid of snakes

Like one time, after Chandler beat her at Wii Sports and spent the rest of the night gloating, she snuck the snake into her makeup cabinet and waited for the screams

Of course Chandler eventually opened the cabinet, saw the snake and screamed, and then Duke walked in laughing, telling Chandler that this was for last night

Speaking of Chandler, it was her job to feed Cornelius when Duke was at work

To help her accomplish this task while also ensuring she stayed as far away from the snake as possible, she ordered these 3 foot tongs, allowing her to hold the rat (which she found disgusting as well, but not as much as the freakin' snake) and let Cornelius get it while she stayed away

When Duke saw the tongs she told Chandler that she was being ridiculous, he's a ball python his defense mechanism is literally curling up into a ball, he can do nothing to her, but Chandler didn't wanna hear it

Since he's a snake he's not all that intelligent, so all he does is just slither around his enclosure, but even still Duke has declared him to be her son and that she won't let the mean Chan-Chan hurt him

Munchkin the Rabbit

This is Mac's pet

He's a tan Holland Lop with just the most floppy ears one has ever seen

He was surrendered to the animal shelter Mac volunteers at and whenever she saw him she knew she was taking him home

Mac loves most animals, but rabbits especially

They just have cute little twitchy noses and floppy ears and just every part about them radiates cuteness

She didn't do any of her work that day, she just sat there and watched him just do his thing

Without telling her gfs she adopts him and heads straight to the pet store, buying literally anything and everything she thinks a rabbit may need or want

She then heads home to where her gfs were waiting, being like 'hey Mac where have you been, you're never usually this late'

And Mac, who is bursting with excitement, gets the crate and opens it up, and Munchkin, who she named such because he's so cute and tiny like a little munchkin, hops out

Veronica immediately coos over him, and he just loves the attention

Chandler and Duke are less than thrilled, mostly because she made an impulsive decision and they don't really have the proper things to care for a rabbit, and that's when Mac goes get everything out of her car and they spend the rest of the night helping set everything up

They have one of the many spare rooms being used as a rabbit room, where Munchkin has free reign to bounce around in

It is filled with a little kingdom, a rabbit-sized castle that he can hop in and on, along with plenty of toys and hay

Mac makes it a point to spend at least an hour with him every day, but usually more than that, and unless it's raining or too cold/hot she'll take him outside to let him roam around their spacious backyard

Munchkin is a extremely friendly rabbit, not afraid of any people or other animals, so they can bring him out with them into the living room

Whenever Martha come over the first thing she wants to see is Munchkin, and just like when JD comes over her and Mac will spend time in the rabbit room just watching him hop around

He's also very cuddly and enjoys laying on the couch with Mac or any of them while they watch TV or whatever

While he may like everyone, someone really does not like him

Catler despises him, which is sad because he loves her

She hates how much attention he gets, and will hiss whenever she sees him

He doesn't seem to mind however, even when she sits on him

He'll just go up and sniff her, and when she hisses he'll take it

Despite being a rabbit and therefore not that smart, he has figured out how to get out of his room, usually by jumping over the fence or chewing through it

On several occasions Mac has woken up at 3am to see a rabbit trying to burrow into their cuddle pile, and it being 3am she's too tired to bring him back to his room

This has resulted in some hilarious moments whenever whoever is sleeping next to Mac feels something warm and furry when waking up and jumps and screams out of fear, only to see Munchkin's cute little head poke out of the blankets

JFK The Cat

He's an old tabby cat, blind in his left eye

He's Veronica's cat that she's had since middle school, and although he is getting up there in age he shows no signs of slowing down, mostly because he's already slow

She named him JFK after learning about him in history class during middle school, and he was a gift from her parents after she begged them for years to get a cat

He is the laziest cat to ever exist, all he does is sit in their library and occasionally get up to eat or go to the bathroom, before returning to his spot

This isn't even out of the ordinary or something that happened with his old age, even when she first got him he would just sit on her bed all day

He does so little that Catler didn't even know there was another cat in the house until 6 months after she was adopted, when Veronica had to bring him in for a vet appointment

Catler was so confused and meowed very loudly in protest

Veronica checks in on him everyday to make sure he's alive, and she gets more and more surprised each time

She jokes that he's 'too lazy to die', like literally the cat grim reaper would come to take him to cat heaven or whatever and he'd say 'that sounds like so much work, I think I'm gonna just stay here'

Veronica tries to play with him, but he always just stares at the toys and then her with a judgemental old man cat stare

Regardless of all that the Heathers know that she loves that old smelly cat and that when he dies she's gonna be heartbroken

But despite his advanced age he is in perfect health, the vets are amazed that she shows no signs of any diseases or issues that cats normally get towards the end of their life

Other Possible Pets

They've talked about getting more pets

And by they I mean mostly Mac

Chandler has said that she wants to get another cat, maybe one that actually loves her, but A they don't want the cat to fight with Catler and B despite her attitude Chandler still loves her and hopes that one day some understanding can be made between them

Duke also wants some more pets, mostly a frog bc 'they're gay, they have to get a frog they're gay icons' and a ferret bc she thinks they're cute

Chandler told her hell no bc frogs are gross and ferrets are creepy

And then we get to Mac

Mac wants every animal under the sun because they're all just so cute and she wants to be friends with all of them

They range from normal things, like a dog (specifically a golden retriever bc Duke always called her the human version of one) or tortoise, to things that are illegal or very difficult to own like lions or penguins or ostriches

She's heavily debated buying some land out in rural Ohio and converting it into an animal sanctuary, but she also knows that she doesn't really know what she would be doing so that idea is on the backburner for now

The main thing she's thinking about is finding another friend for Munchkin, maybe a little girlfriend, because although she loves him she's worried about him being lonely when she can't be around

The only reason she hasn't is that apparently its hard to find a neutered female of similar age that is friendly with people and other animals

She wants one with a similar temperament to Munchkin so that they get along, but apparently most rabbits are skiddish and don't like most people, who knew

Veronica doesn't know if she'll get another pet after JFK, but since he probably isn't gonna die anytime soon she doesn't need to worry about that just yet

I don’t think it’s a stupid question at all, and you’re definitely not bothering me!

Short answer is—there’s no right or wrong way to do it, really. You can approach it however you want and whatever works best for you, and the best way to know that is by just chatting with it and going with the flow. :)

You can treat it like a regular chat, or you can take the role-playing approach, writing/narrating in the third person or first person!

My favorite approach is role-playing in third person because that way you are essentially creating your own little story and getting the most out of the bot. Using dialogue lines only can eventually get stale. When you follow the established greeting and role-play, you can really immerse yourself in it and play out a lot of different storylines.

When it comes to your replies, they can be as long or short as you want. Don't stress about it. The bot learns from your style and will start to follow your lead. Personally, that’s another reason why I prefer role-playing—it gives me more opportunities to keep the interactions interesting and dynamic, while also allowing me to give the bot more to work with.

Here are some things you can include in your responses if you're feeling stuck:

Describe your character’s mood, voice, or tone along with the dialogue.

Describe the surroundings from your character’s point of view and interact with the environment.

Give details about your character’s appearance, facial expressions, mannerisms, quirks, etc. You can even include information about their backstory, who they are, what they do, etc.

Include inner thoughts or personal reflections

Introduce side characters or background events to shake things up.

Add conflict or drama to the situation, whether it’s serious, lighthearted, or somewhere in between. Make it silly, make it sad, make it angsty, the world is your oyster. <3

Create internal conflict for your character, like doubts or hidden motives.

Add sensory details: talk about smells, sounds, tastes, and textures to make the scenario more vivid.

Write actions that respond to or build off what the bot does or says, like touching an object, making a gesture, etc.

There’s literally no limit to what you can do. Just remember, it doesn’t have to be complicated, so don’t let it intimidate you and make you feel pressured to go over the top! The point is to have fun and enjoy yourself. :)

If you haven’t yet, I’d recommend checking out the persona page on C.AI and setting up a persona to role-play with. It can be anything, whether it’s yourself, an OC, or a fictional character. The bot will take what you input and use it in the conversation, which makes things feel even more immersive. For example, I have a persona where my OC has a heavy French accent, and sometimes the bot will comment on it without me having to mention it. It adds nice little details to interactions.

Another thing that can help is rating the bot’s replies so it can learn from your feedback and give you more answers you vibe with through the RP. It's inevitable that the bot might go out of character sometimes, so this important to keep in mind when it happens! You can also swipe for different responses if you don’t like one, or even edit them yourself. The bot will learn from all of that and adjust accordingly.

Finally, here are some literal examples of how you can start writing your responses, just in case you're more of a visual person like me. 💃

The writing isn’t the best, so just focus on the style, lol.

Let’s say the greeting is this:

Rust took a seat directly across from you and offered you a faint, yet polite smile. “What’s your name?” he asked, his gaze lingering on you longer than necessary. He was studying your every move and facial expression for signs of weakness.

Format 1:

*She smiled back politely, knowing it was all a test*. Name’s Alice. *She leans back on the chair, unbothered.*

Format 2:

Alice smiled back politely. “Fuck,” she thought. She could tell this was a test from the moment he walked into the room. “Name’s Alice,” she responded confidently, as she leaned back on the chair, showing no signs of nervousness. Rust could try all the tricks he wanted to intimidate her, but she would not crack. Not yet, at least.

Hi hi howdy! Thank you so much for the ask <333 I hope you are well :D

❌ - Heh so, one trope that I will never, ever write is anything sexual. I just- feel uncomfortable doing so. I will gleefully jump at the chance to write horror, psychological drama, and intense angst, but sexual, that's where I dip. I also won't write Reader tropes, as it simply isn't to my taste at all. Another thing I won't write, and I don't know if this counts as a trope, is Stucky. I just can't write them like that. I see this mostly as brothers, as really close, tight friends, and although I will read Stucky sometimes (i have a few fics in mind that i would absolutely devour) I simply am not able to get them as a romantic relationship into words. They're forever friends to me, really close friends. Friends who will die in the other's arm simply to save them, friends who will cuddle up together to keep warm, and bring comfort to the other without it ever going further. I cannot express how much delight it brings me when I find fics like that!

💖 - OOH I like this question. Honestly what made me start writing was the need to put my emotions into words, to put what I feel onto paper, which is probably why I started out writing poetry, about four? years ago, so that's what I feel most comfortable with honestly. Prose is fresh to me, which is why I struggle a little with pacing, and dialogue more than I do with imagery and description. Also, more recently, what made me start writing fics, was the despair I felt at not being able to find what I want to read, so I simply decided to write what I want to read for my own silly entertainment. That's about it really! The urge to put feelings into paper, and the want to read fics I cannot otherwise find ;D

✨ - This is such a sweet ask to receive, and yet probably the hardest. I am incredibly insecure when it comes to my writing and I feel so bad complimenting it, as I don't have a lot of experience with prose, but I have to say, I like how my fic ideas can be a little different than other fics. I haven't seen a fic getting Bucky hooked on morphine before, and I haven't seen a fic based around the Trans-Siberian express either, as well as a fic exploring Rumlow and Bucky's relationship post TFAWS (Rumlow is alive in my mind hehe) while they wrestle with supernatural elements. I also like my characterization of the Winter Soldier. I know that's a bit weird to say, but I like the way I don't make him incompetent and, to be very blunt, an idiot. He is a well-trained assassin. Sure, Hydra treated him terribly, and he is eternally confused and taken advantage of, dissociated half the time, etc., but in the scenes we see him as the Winter Soldier, he is commanding other agents, he has emotion, and he speaks normally, even going as far as cursing. I like to think that he has SOME form of autonomy and own thoughts, as twisted and little as it is, and I try my best to convey that when I write him as the Winter Soldier.

Rainbow friends Head cannons!! 1/3

This is just a head cannon abaut them not beeing the murders machines we all know and love, more like them beeing goofy/silly creatures

Red plays 90's (girlish) music whenever he is cleaning, and he sings and dances."the loudest the music, the hardest i clean". When he does that he either starts Early in the morning (like a latinian household lol) or in the afthernoon (when everyting gets nasty again)

Everytime this happens Green is the frist one to hear it "A LITTLE BIT OF MONIKA IN MY LIFE-" and Red's voice pretendig to be a singer, and he always goes like "curse you red!... CURSE YOU!"

I like to think that Green is the kind of guy that sleeps the whole day and wakes up tired. Like he had a terrible night cycle, or had a wild party or did a lot of things in the day, but he just loves sleeping, it is not because of deprecion, it is because he is a very sleepy guy.

If you knew him, you'd be jealous of him (even my self) because he is the kind of guy who does NOTHING the whole day and sleeps like he has done a whole day of military training. But the hardest thing he done is walk, eating, playing with Blue or Orange atend Red's checkouts or just beeing silly (ya' know, the basics, treat human kind with nuclear weapons, or pretend that he is some african Prince who needs money)

Also, Green wuld love cotagecore stuff, not becuase of the looks but becuase of the scents! And the comfynes! You know, the smell of freshly backed goods and bread and meals, the confort of many pillows and blankets, the feeling the scents of plants surounding you, the touch of grass, him not able to see but still beeing one with nature while wearing comfortable retro clothes. Idk how to portray him other ways but GREEN BELONGS TO COTTAGECORE AND COTTAGECORE BELONGS TO GREEN! Change my mind

Now, speaking abaut Orange. He has something that i like to think abaut sometimes. His eyes...

You see, his eyes are canonicly just a line, unfocused, but in the drawing of him across the game, his eyes are not a line, but a circle, focused. I have this headcannon that he can dilatate his eyes on purpose sometimes. From just a line, to a big ol'-blak-hole like eyes, and he does this in order to look cute and archive what he wants, the only 2 persons who does not fall for this are Green (because, Blind) and Red, he does not buy this.

He and Puple are besties, they are both have a good relationship, they are kind of Sibling like, if Orange has some dumb aa shit going on, there is Purple over there suporting his shit!

You can hear him ranting abaut how he tinks the word works like and you will be like "tf? Is this guy living in dereality?" And Purple be like "Oh yes yes you have quite a point" and Orange will be like "I KNOW!"

I like to thin that he is the rizzler in the gang, i can see him apearing in a corner in some "handsome" like pose and move his eyebrow and go like "heya" while trying to rizz you up in the rizzles vibes ever imagined and doing some faces. And then treating you like a friend lol. Yea this is Orange for me, some Sassy silly Rizzles little guy who makes fun of manny and hates when the karma hits back and goes like "WHAT HAVE I DONE TO DESERVE THIS!?!?" A drama lizard. He is not a Jerk, he is just a dumbass.

Also, i think that he will mostly joke abaut Red beeing ugly because he thinks that is funny, but he does not belive that Red's ugly, he just like to annoy him

Its Purple time fellas! Purple belives that the outside world is cyberpunk now, because thats what has been promised for the 2000's to be, poor little Purple.

I like to think that Purple walks araund everywere anytime purple whants, but just choses not to, because Purple belives that socializing is useless and rather be as far away from everyone. But fear not, Purple has get over that phase (thanks to Green) now Purple only walks araund only when Purple feels like so, but still not wanting to talk to strangers, they make Purple unconforfable and overwelmed, so if you are going to try to make friends with Purple, make sure to not overwelm them, go slow and secure, make them know that you are no harm, talk to them, be nice, don't make loud noices, eventually Purple will be interested in you, and you will found out that Purple's very curios and kind of energetic (in a short period of time) and will be a very good friend only to persons who deserves Purple's friendship, and then you will become Purple's favorite Person

I can tell that Purple likes to Wonder araund in a box, like, they just found a box from the deceased person that they just kill the ground and go like "Oh... this is supose to help them hide... i see" and now it is Purple who hide in these boxes, neat right? They think that this is like Red wearing suits. I can also see Purple finding old/abandoned clothes and wearing them, pretending it is some fashion thing. Finding crappy shoes especially, and goes like "yea, this shoes are designer" and the shoes in question are fake jordans. Lol.

Now, lets talk abaut our favorite King. Our beloved Baby, Blue in my headcannons is some kind of funny gentelman, playing roleplays, doll house, making his kingdom out of cardboard taking Green to dance, like he sees Green feeling down and he goes like "NOT ON MY WHATCH!!" And takes Green and hugs him and make him dance with his long as arms untill he starts laugting. They have a very 'favorite cousin' vibe.

To me, Blue is the kind of guy that will give you the best of advises and will tell you those things like he knows way too personaly abaut of why is he saying so, and then give you a pat in the back. You can be talking abaut your most embarasing and childish of hyperfixations one moment and then talking abaut life and your fears in the other moment, like he were your grandpa, or your dad!

"Did someone Hurt you? Friend? Oh... i see... don't worry, i'll make then know that hurting others is bad! Oh don't worry! I wont do anything bad to them! I'll... Just... make them know that they shuldn't Hurt oters for fun..."

"If you are going to Hurt someone there's better ve a reason... like... Hunger... like for now.... 'I' am hungry..."

Yea, he is not going to let that slide.

Blue is just like the kind of charactwr that is neat and cool with everyone! You know! Hiding a deep trauma and dark past and beeing misterious aswell. This is a super cool character to work with to me, it culd be either a murder or a mashmellow, or both at the same time! You can get crazy!

"Yea... he was my frist friend... i don't remember why he is no longer with me... i Wonder if i have been bad or something... but Red tells me that he just gone... but were?"

"Don't you get these gaps in your memories?... like what happened here? Why is this place so ruined? It use to be a happy place! Why is all so abandoned?"

Just like talking abt my guys… first ref w Lawrence specifically! He’s so funny to me idc. Was sort of a sidekick/ally to Sierra’s mom, and his whole thing was just being rlly fast LMAO. Speedster if u will… he managed to run himself into the future and at some point during Sierra’s Bplt era ran himself back and just retired as soon as he found Paige, one of the last living ppl in his family besides ppl out of state. He’s living comfortably to say the least!!! Paige also is good friends w Leah and Sierra!

Ellie oohh… lovingly married to Cal and a proud choir teacher fr! Loves her students a ridiculous amnt! Her shtick is being able to control certain parts of ppl, which she’s still working towards LMAO, but she mainly sticks to vocal cords, eardrums and parts of the brain related to speech. She managed to let herself go crazy w her voice without hurting anything and has a craaazy range LMAAOO.

T.V. and Carmen…. Carmen specifically is a menace on her blog, which she purely posts abt the latest hero/villain news, including drama shit and general news happening. T.V. is her little sidekick and manages to get whatever info they need, though she has a very easy time doing it on her own. Cam also runs the yearbook club and does the same damn thing with her own school. T.V. is much more chill and aspires to be a big comic artist, very much taking inspo from ppl like the Blaukers :-)). They also have a secret dream of hosting some sort of television segment or show LOL.

The Blaukers… both retired from being comic artist/writers interchangeably but Chris is more seen from his art and Bobby’s more seen from his writing. They met from both starting comic series abt Carolina’s Bolt, and eventually started to make the series together, making probably the most memorable series of any real-time hero. They sort of got the trend of it going as well, but at some point retired due to realizing that it was a bit immoral to treat heroes that way LMAO. They’ve been lenient on speaking on the issue seeing how more modern heroes act but are still very invested in the comic industry, even if they aren’t directly in it. Definitely caught in what’s going on and know everything happening with everyone

Kyra and Sean yaaayy! Not much to say abt them, but Sean is Sierra’s step brother and the both of them have always had a big influence on both Sierra and Luka. Mostly Luka when he was still with the family!

Chief Frye is just funny i just like thinking abt her sometimes

Trick or Treat (Drarry, T)

Relationship: Drarry Flatmates to lovers via Halloween makeup. The classic, oh. Word Count: ~700 Prompt: non-mag AU, one of them really doesn't like Halloween and the other is massive hype and somehow they're stuck together and, of course, the solution to the drama is a kiss Thanks to @erajmcouts for the prompt, this was so much fun to write!

They’ve been flatmates for almost two years now, and there is a lot that Harry puts up with for Draco.  

Halloween is one of those things. Every surface is covered in little coffins and dubiously accurate skeletons.

“Spiders don’t have skeletons,” Harry’d said when Draco'd opened the delivery box. Draco had rolled his eyes. 

“They do when it’s Halloween,” he’d said.  “It’s spooky!”

There are bowls of Dairy Milks and Roses near the door, in case the kids in the building stop by, and Draco’s put cat ears on Harry’s head and is now painting on the whiskers while Harry looks cross-eyed at the tip of Draco’s nose, painted pink to match the inside of his soft bunny ears.

Harry wouldn’t do this for anyone else. He wouldn’t sit here to be painted into some ridiculous approximation of a cat that's better suited for a four-year-old. All this to maybe pass out candy, if anyone happens to come their way.

Come to think of it, there are a lot of things he wouldn’t do for anyone else. He wouldn’t stay up too late watching the telly if Draco wasn’t sitting next to him, sharing a blanket. He wouldn’t get up extra early to make tea and have breakfast if Draco wasn’t cooking.  He wouldn’t shell out for the special Earl Grey if Draco wasn’t always moaning over it in ecstasy.

“Why are we doing this?” Harry asks as Draco leans in to draw in an eyebrow with a long stroke over Harry’s scar.

“I told you, Potter. It’s just a silly tradition and it’s fun, and I’m going to teach you to have fun if it kills me, which it very well might,” he says, brow furrowed adorably in concentration.

“But, why does it matter if I do it? Why does it matter so much to you?” Harry asks, wondering if, maybe, he knows. 

Draco looks away and clears his throat. “If you wanted out so badly, you could have made other plans.” He’s stopped drawing the eyebrows, as if he actually believes that Harry might leave, mid-transformation.

Draco does things for him. Not just this—fun things—but all sorts of things. He changed his shampoo because, if Harry sat close to him after he showered, the tea tree scent made him sneeze. He makes Harry’s favourite sweets sometimes, just because. He…he looks after Harry.

And somehow, Harry never noticed, because he’d been so stuck on looking after Draco.

Harry reaches out and takes Draco’s hand with the pencil in it, and brings it back to his face, his thumb against the crease of Draco’s palm. “I don’t want out. I want to be here with you. Surely you know that.”

Draco goes pink, and starts drawing again. “I…thank you. I…I’m glad. I’m glad we’re such good friends, Harry.”

“Is that what we are?” Harry asks, as Draco finishes his second eyebrow and steps back, his bunny ears flopping forward. “Good friends?”

Draco tip his head and frowns. “Aren’t we?”

“I didn’t mean…” Harry shakes his head and stands up, squaring his shoulders. “I suppose I meant, maybe, when I wasn’t looking, when I wasn’t…maybe it turned into something. Do you…do you feel that, at all?”

Draco licks his lips. “Something,” he says quietly, not quite a question.

“Do you think so?”

“I…um. Thought, maybe, someday. I just want you happy, Harry. That’s all.”

“You make me really happy.”

Draco’s smile breaks over his face like sunrise. “Do I? That’s, that’s good. That’s really good. I don’t mean to push so hard, I know I overdo it.”

“Not too hard. I need a push, sometimes.”  Harry steps in and lifts his hand to Draco’s cheek. He thumbs the sparkling blush Draco put there. “Like now, maybe.”

Draco leans in. “I can do that. If you want.”

Harry nods, and they meet in the middle. The kiss is warm and sweet, and soft. Everything about Draco is soft. His skin, his lips, his velvet mouth. Harry wants to touch every soft edge of him, kiss every gentle ridge and dip. 

“Harry,” Draco whispers against him, and Harry pulls him close—

And then the doorbell rings, and they hear giggles outside.

“One second,” Draco says, giving Harry a quick peck on the lips. “I want to pick up right there. One second,” he holds up his index finger and grabs a bowl of sweets. “Don’t go anywhere.”

“I won’t,” Harry promises fondly. “I won’t go anywhere.”

It starts, as most things tend to, with Yahya and Noor watching a show together. Noor has her feet resting on Yahya’s lap. She keeps adjusting the way her head is positioned. Yahya knows it would be more comfortable if it was resting on his shoulder. That’s how she falls asleep the easiest.

“You can sit in my lap if you want,” he blurts out.

She blinks a few times. “Huh?”

“You don’t need to. But you don’t look that comfortable. And if you’re in my lap, you can rest your head on my shoulder.”

Noor thinks about it for a second, and then Yahya can feel her hair brushing his neck.

He picks up the remote and rewinds twenty seconds.

“Little star,” the person on screen says.

“Nicknames are cute,” Noor comments.

Yahya stops the drama and switches it to an English cartoon to give them some background noise.

“Would you like a nickname?” Yahya asks.

She shrugs. “It could be nice. But I only want one if you have one,” she says.

“I’d expect nothing less,” he replies. “So, what do you want to be called? Buttercup? Sugar muffin? Love?”

Noor starts laughing. “No, no. None of those. They’re all awful. It’s like if I suddenly started calling you macho man.”

Yahya choked on air. “That is the worst thing I’ve ever heard.”

“Right!”

“I don’t even want to know how you ended up hearing that name,” he says.

She shrugs. “Things happen when you and your uni friends stay up too late.” Before she can expand more, she’s yawning into his shoulder.

Yahya laughs. “I think it’s time for bed.”

She shakes her head. “But I’m comfortable here. Don’t want to move.”

An idea comes into his mind. He knows he can do it. If he can’t, they’ll let it go. It won’t be shameful. Nothing is shameful with Noor, it’s just things they tried that didn’t work out the way they were supposed to. So as she shifts closer, her eyes closed and her breathing starting to slow, Yahya moves the hand that was originally playing with hers. Noor makes a sound of protest. Yahya shushes her gently and slides it under her legs, standing.

Noor’s hands immediately loop themselves around the back of his neck as she screams. Yahya lowers his arms so he can hold her more comfortably, but she shakes her head and turns to hide her face. For a moment, he’s worried she’s actually scared, but then he sees the faint colour in her cheeks and he knows she’s just flustered by the fact that she likes it.

“What are you doing?” She asks, head buried in his neck.

“You didn’t want to move,” Yahya says, as though it’s all the explanation in the world that’s needed.

Noor giggles, a soft and light sound. Yahya is still learning how she laughs. Sometimes, it is a loud and obvious thing. That’s when something is funny. Other times, it is a short thing- only half there. That’s when it’s not funny, but she refuses to rock the boat too hard. And recently, it has been a soft and light thing. That’s when Yahya has done something to disarm her. When he’s flirted back and she hasn’t quite known how to cope.

“Well, then carry me to bed,” she tells him.

“Whatever my princess wants,” he teases, both because it’s the natural nickname and because he has a sneaking suspicion that-

“Do not ever call me that again,” Noor says, but she doesn’t ask to be put down so Yahya just laughs and does as she asks.

They fall asleep the way they always do. With Yahya’s arm slung around Noor’s shoulder, her head nestled into the crook of his neck. Her hair smells like cherry blossoms. It’s the last thing Yahya smells before sleep takes him.

His alarm goes off for Fajr. Noor stirs, but he runs a hand over her head and gently pulls the duvet back over her. It’s getting colder, which means the prayer times are getting later. He knows he won’t sleep, but he wants to be cosy, so he gets back into bed and reads until Noor’s alarm goes off for work. He turns his own- set for ten minutes later- off.

She mumbles a Salam. He responds in kind.

An idea pops into his mind. “How did you sleep baby?” He asks.

She shakes her head. “Absolutely detested that one.”

“I had a feeling you would. Answer the question!”

“Good, I guess. Weird dream though. Remember that book I used to love as a teen? I was asked to be in the adaptation, but then I had to pick five celebrities I wanted to make appearances but it took me too long so they kicked me out,” she says.

“That is weird. I don’t actually remember my dream,” he tells her.

She shrugs, still a little too tired for real conversation. She kisses his cheek before she gets out of bed.

He gets started on breakfast whilst she showers. When she comes into the dining room, dressed for work, her hair is still loose.

“I’m probably going to need to change the bedding tonight,” she says. “So dinner may be delayed.”

“If you go to the bathroom, let me know if it does. I think I’ll be back before you today, I can do it. And I can make dinner. You just wash your hair.”

“Are you sure? You would’ve changed it on Saturday. And you cooked last time- we’re supposed to take it in turns.”

“We do take it in turns. But I don’t want you washing your hair and then cooking, and I also don’t want you to delay it,” Yahya explains.

She smiles. “You’re the bestest ever.”

He shrugs, and ducks his head, knowing it’s futile when Noor coos at his cuteness.

Whilst she double-checks that everything is where it should be in her bag, he goes to change. He comes down as she’s putting her shoes on.

“Be safe,” he says, as he always does.

She kisses his cheek. “I will. You too. See you tonight, sweetheart!”

He’s left stunned by the nickname. He regains his bearings as the door slams shut. After closing the porch door to keep the warmth in, he grabs his phone.

Let’s not stick with sweetheart.

She replies a few minutes later.

It sounded awful. I realised. As soon as I said it.

Have you made it to the station?

She responds with a selfie. She’s standing on the platform, smiling and with a thumbs-up.

You look beautiful.

Thank you. I’m glad you appreciate. Someone saw me and gave me the most unimpressed look. Now pay up.

He rolls his eyes affectionately and responds with his own selfie.

Thank you. Looking very cute!

You’re the sweetest.

And then he leaves himself.

As expected, the kids are obsessed with hearing about the honeymoon and everything that has happened since. Although Yahya is a private person who doesn’t enjoy the spotlight and would prefer to keep the details of his outside life contained to outside school, he indulges them because it is Noor. After they have done their work.

He ends up getting home before Noor. She had messaged earlier saying their bedding needed changing. He gets out her fresh towels, then puts everything in the washing machine, ready for her to switch on after she’d washed her hair and put the clothes she’d worn to work in. He starts to make dinner when he hears her key in the lock.

It has become one of his favourite sounds.

“Honey I’m home!” She says.

When he opens the kitchen door, she doesn’t look impressed with herself.

“I was going to say. Abhorrent. How was work?” He asks.

“You can’t just go around saying abhorrent. The same. How are the kids?”

Yahya smiles softly. “They’re good. Wanted to know all about you. Also, yes I can.”

“That’s cute. Like you- I said it first!”

He sighs. “I suppose I have to let you beat me every once in a while.”

She grins. “Right, I’m going to wash my hair.”

Whilst Yahya checks his phone to double-check how long the chicken needs, he’s struck by a moment of inspiration.  

Noor comes racing down the stairs, her hair still slightly damp. Yahya had heard the hairdryer going for several minutes, so he doesn’t say anything. She won’t get ill, and the curls will keep for a few days.

“Beautiful flower,” he tells her.

She starts laughing. The proper laugh. The real one. He knows it’s not meant to be mean, but he feels his cheeks go warm.

“Did you google nicknames for your wife?” She asks.

He wants to ask her why she would know that, but he’s not quite sure it’s a story he wants to hear in that very moment so he just shrugs.

She wraps her arms around his waist. “You’re so sweet for that.”

Noor goes to set the table. It’s just the placemats and the glasses, so Yahya is a little confused by what’s taking her so long.

He gets his answer a few minutes later when the kitchen door opens. She leans against the fridge.

“Hi loverboy,” she says, and the words have barely left her mouth before they’re both laughing.

He comes over, a hand to her waist enough to shift her ever so slightly, just so he can get the salad out of the fridge. Whilst he doesn’t want it warm, he also doesn’t want it straight from the fridge levels of cold.

“Did you also google nicknames for your husband?” He asks.

She nods.

“I’m not sure I like that it’s boy,” Yahya says.

“Loverman,” Noor teases.

“Oh no. That’s worse.”

“So much worse!”

It’s a comfortable meal. She tells him about the strange things that happened at the law firm, as well as the details of some of the cases she’s involved in researching. A lot of it goes over Yahya’s head, but he’s learnt that she doesn’t necessarily need him to understand. She needs him to take an interest. And he finds it fascinating. Not because he cares about the law- he does, but not in that way. Because she’s invested. He tells her about the things the kids said and the mistakes they made with their titrations. He also confesses that he also hates how precise one needs to be. And then he makes her swear that she will never tell them that if she happens to ever meet them.

“Do you want me to dry or wipe down?” Yahya asks. He cooked, so Noor wouldn’t dream of making him wash up.

“Wipe please. The stuff can dry and get put away tomorrow I think,” she said.

He smiles. “Okay, wifey.”

Noor’s face twists into something Yahya never wants to see again. “Oh god no. As much as I like being your wife, I think I hate wifey.”

“Yeah. As soon as I said it, it felt wrong. Why is this so hard?”

“Let’s just take a break. We’ve got the rest of our lives to work it out.”

It’s a lovely thought.

“I like that,” Yahya says, ducking his head so Noor can’t see how that single statement had his cheeks rising with colour.

“I know you do.” There’s a pause, as though she’s contemplating what to say next. “Cutiepie.”

Yahya pretends he’s going to fling the cloth at her.

He realises a few days later that they haven’t actually been on a date. They’ve been spending time together and existing in the same space, and they’re doing perfectly, but he’s been busy with marking the first set of tests and she’s been helping the new trainee solicitors, so anything more has just simply not been feasible.

So he makes the plans. He tells Noor the day before, having double-checked throughout the week that she had nothing else going on- that he was taking her out. She’s kind enough to pretend to be surprised.

When she comes back from work, a lot earlier than he was expecting, his surprise shows on his face.

“I left early. My actual work was done, so the only thing I would have been doing was supervising the newbies. Someone else can do it,” she says.

It’s something he’s always reminded her about. “Yes, they can.”

“What time did you want to leave?” She asks.

“Seven?”

“Perfect. I’m going to go make myself pretty for you.”

He knows it’s meant as a joke. And if not a joke, then it’s a learned habit from her youth. But she’s helping him unlearn certain things society taught him. He can do the same. “You know I always think you’re beautiful. With or without make-up. It’s in your eyes and your smile and the way you treat me.”

He’s never been good at choosing the right words, and all he can do is hope he’s not said something that’s going to make her think he’s acting like she’s wrong for the way she chooses to present herself.

But she smiles. “I know you do. I- with work it’s different. But when I wear make-up outside of it, it’s because it’s fun. And I think it’ll look nice. I know that if you took me on a date to a fancy restaurant and I didn’t wear any make-up, you wouldn’t be ashamed. Neither would I. But it’s been so long since I got to wear make-up for fun and I want to. You don’t need to worry.”

The thing about Noor is that she always knows what Yahya needs to hear. He pulls her in for a hug, his lips pressing a gentle kiss to the top of her head before he lets her go and get ready.

He’s going through one of the boxes of stuff that is in the spare room to find a particular pair of shoes when she comes in.

“Ta-da!” She says.

He turns, and his face breaks into a wide smile. He’s wearing a formal shirt and trousers because he doesn’t know how to wear anything else, but Noor has pulled one of the shalwar kameez she was given for the wedding out. It’s simple, and it may not have been a big deal for anyone else, but it is for them.

She notices him smiling and twirls until she stumbles slightly. And just as he always will, he steadies her.

“You look more than beautiful, my light.” The words come out without him meaning to let them slip. “I don’t- it’s never meant as a form of ownership. Because I don’t own you. Nobody does. I said it because you’re so bright it’s blinding sometimes. And because you let yourself be mine. In a way that is wonderful because it’s your choice.”

“Yahya. I know. I want you to call me that for the rest of our lives.”

“I will. I promise. So, shall we, my light?” He holds his arm out, and the date goes perfectly. Or, as perfect as life can be.

Her sadness comes from the fact that she doesn’t have something to call him. But like they both know, they have the rest of their times together to find something that fits.

It comes.

Noor’s sat in his lap. She feels comfortable there. Safe and warm and cherished.

Her head rests on his chest. Through the thin fabric of his shirt, she can hear his heartbeat. It’s steady and certain. Something feels different though. Not strange and not wrong. But different. When she brings her hand to her own chest, she realises what it is.

“Your heartbeat is synced with mine,” she tells him, looking away from the screen and into his eyes.

“Huh?” Yahya sounds confused.

Noor smiles. “Your heartbeat. It’s synced with mine.”

“That’s cool,” he says.

“It’s because you need to know mine really well. Since you’re the keeper of my heart,” she jokes. And it really was meant to just be a teasing remark. But Yahya bites his lip in an attempt to stop a full smile from breaking out across his face, and his cheeks go slightly warm.

And Noor knows.

“My heart,” she whispers. “That’s it.”

Yahya nods. He tilts her chin up to kiss her. “My light.”

Their heartrates stop syncing as Noor’s starts racing.

Harvey is the little spoon actually. Mainly because Eddie’s arms and legs latch onto anything at night and Harvey’s the victim.

Both of them really enjoy dancing. If they’re in the mood, they’ll put on some songs and dance together.

Edward uses all the hot water. Harvey will get into his bath and it’ll be freezing, so Eddie’s gotta get in there with him to warm him up.

These fuckers argue over the best type of cookies. For real. Mention that either Chips Ahoy or Oreos are better and they’ll start fighting.

Harvey does all the cleaning because he is a housewife and Eddie has every excuse available to not clean. Sometimes Harvey tricks him into cleaning though.

Eddie controls the streaming services they have, so Harvey wakes up everyday to “Are you ready kids? AYE AYE CAPTAIN!”. Either that or whatever shitty romcom drama he puts on.

Despite Edward kissing first, Harvey proposed the dinners and activities. He’s much more of a planner than anything else.

Edward has the better mind, he can remember things to a scary degree. He’ll remember everything Harvey can’t. Even Harvey’s own birthday.

Once again, Edward started the relationship since he just waltzed into Harvey’s lair and immediately they just got along after a coin toss and they became a match made in hell.

Lmao Harvey cusses more, but Edward drops more fuck words then Harvey does.

If Harvey was hurt, Eddie would fuss over him as much as possible, always ready with whatever he needs to help him. If Eddie got hurt, Harvey would do the same thing, just having to bear more of Eddie’s dramatics and does all his work for him.

They’re a chaotic pair, but an absolutely wonderful one.

Sidurgu: Sidurgu was the first NPC that Meiko was immediately physically attracted while I was playing the game. Then they pulled in the co-parenting plot! And while Sidurgu is an angry boy once in awhile, he also makes it clear how much he cares for Rielle time and time again. That and he just has such good, encouraging one-liners towards the WoL that catches Meiko off guard. I would love to navigate the 'your dead best friend haunts my job stone' and 'we're raising a child together but we didn't make it' plot points, with some 'Rielle ships them why are they dense/ Rielle is afraid if being ignored if they get together' drama.

Thancred: Thancred by default ends up in friend territory, like the other Scions, but ... he was her first actual friend in the Scions because he is familiar. He is a La Noscean orphan and he's a flirt rogue, Meiko KNOWS that archetype! So even if he did flirt with her she's like 'lmao ok' and doesn't believe it for half a second. Mei and Thancred also have the 'older sibling protective of little adopted sibling' bond. I also only really am interested in this ship if we follow deep into the Thancred hates himself interpretation for a chunk of the early game. Because what do you get when you have someone with those issues + Meiko who has no confidence or self -esteem? MESS. YOU GET MESS. Note that Mei x Than ship can only work in a world where she doesn't pick up the DRK job, because Fray would intervene.

Y'shtola: This would not get even started until Shadowbringers most likely, because Meiko is a pansy coward who was too intimidated by all the smart adults in the Scions for most of the early game. But! Meiko, by default, very much admires Y'shtola from the get-go. Once she takes it upon herself to properly treat Y'shtola like a friend, she would 100% bring her coffee/tea when Y'sh is working late on stuff, and even be a little 'do u need help goin' down th'stairs' ish as politely as she could now that it finally sank in how blind Y'shtola is sometimes. I think it would very much be a slow burn, but it could work, because Meiko as WoL would be busy very often, and Y'sh doesn't strike me the type that needs to have her partner around 24/7.

Ysayle: DOOMED YURI. No, not doomed Yuri! Ysyale deserved to survive! And while I don't often ship Mei with any of the 'villains', Ysayle made it very clear early on in HW that she regretted her actions and didn't keep that title for long. I think they would have a very nice parallel in healing/growing in confidence that could be very sweet.

Honorable Mention: Yugiri. I don't see many queer Yugiri muses (or many Yugiri muses at all), but Yugiri was the first person Meiko had a crush on (emotional) in the game! That's literally why I had Meiko go with her during that bad-idea-plan in Stormblood. She was just being a simp.

NOTPs

Zenos: Absolutely not. I get why people love the WoL x Zenos ship, and I do love villains. I love villains that are obsessive! But Zenos has just done too much damage (and would be willing to do more damage to get what he wants) for me to even dream up a scenario where that would work. I think the best Meiko would ever have with Zenos is a single civil conversation. If he could just cool it on the FIGHT ME OR I'M BORED for a minute, I think she'd be curious to try and figure out what's going on in his head.

G'raha: I'm not into a lot of the popular WoL ships, I know, but G'raha and any male Miqote are strictly in "brother" territory and always will be for Mei. Again, I get the appeal of it, but it just won't do for Meiko. That cat is sibling shaped.

Urianger/Estinien/Haurchefant: Similar to G'raha, they're pretty deep in the family bucket for her. While initially not on great terms with Estinien and too intimidated by Urianger (in my hcs), she has since come to learn that they are both dorks in their own way. And Haurchefant is just... a bro! He's always been a bro! I promise I don't have a thing against male elezen!
