The torch relay was over by then and the staff has been debugging the camera position for a while. just wait a little longer with Yibo. the baby just smiled warmly. later, other torchbearers were being interviewed nearby. yibo just said it casually "I think it doesn't matter, there are other people's voices."

then they cooperated and recorded the first Q&A. i met him many times because of work. He is always considerate. not late or even arrive early and just wait in the car. easy to talk to but not too busy, very cooperative, professional and insightful. After the filming was over, he was just playing with his cell phone alone.

i mean if it were the pre-DLC version where i drew him purely on vibe going with whatever was popular in the fandom at the time (cuz i didn't have an actual take on him yet)... yeah maybe?

but the current version im drawing with bracelets and different hairstyle, no, i don't.... because i have a specific interpretation of his relationship with Fortissax, they are at most just close friends to me (actually i don't even believe that because the DLC dragon quest really got me looking sideway at any human that got love from dragons...like why all of them require the dragons to sacrifice so much for some random person that gave them nothing in return leave those creatures alone holy shit at least Nameless King forsake everything to stand by the dragons' side)

There are only so many fanfics that use the entirety of DC as cardboard cutouts to prop up bat family characters that I can read before I go berserk.

I swear to god. Every character that has ever been shipped with a bat or coexists on the same team as a bat is owed an apology.

How many Young Justice fanfics that solely revolve around Tim must exist? How many Titans fanfics centered only on Dick? Why is it a herculean task to find a Justice League fanfic without Bruce as the main character?

And then even when you do find a fic that seems like it's balanced, everything still revolves around the bat. Like Kon, Cassie and Bart have nothing else going on in their lives except Tim and Tim's issues or thinking about Tim. Like Donna and Wally and Roy just cannot function if they aren't spending every waking moment thinking about Dick.

I'm... Guys. I'm at my limit. I swear to god. We need to make a Batman tag and surgically remove all these fics and quarantine them there. We'll keep the actual DC fics and they can do whatever the fuck they want in their own tag. It's getting ridiculous how hard it is to find fanfic that's actually DC related and isn't just 'The BatFam Show'.

#okay uh 😵‍💫#I didn't talk about it much but the last piece I drew REALLY got to me #Just the idea of Avery giving Finn a physical #and him laughing at just about everywhere Avery touches...#Like feeling his neck to check his lymph nodes... feeling his belly... Finn just laughing gleefully and Avery chuckling gently #at how cute he finds it... then when he gets to his gills and Finn says he's not ticklish there but by that time... Avery has already made #him laugh quite a bit #so he's looking forward to Avery tickling him more... which is why he makes that comment #but Avery is suspicious of that regardless because of how ticklish he is everywhere else... so he pulls out one of those extra fluffy swabs #/////////////#this is the part that really gets to me 😵‍💫 because of the knowing look he'd have on his face and the unceremonious way he'd start dabbing #it on Finn's gills just KNOWING it's going to tickle so when Finn starts laughing he can't help but tease a bit #but this is all predicated on a genuine concern for Finn's health... not just physical but also his disposition... his mental state and how #he reacts to things... like are his reflexes good - is he alert and attentive - do his lungs sound clear when he's laughing #jfc #I'm not much of a foot person but imagining Avery checking the webbing between his toes and him just giggling his head off #😵‍💫#yeah like #if I had the time and energy #I would've made that a comic #Medical stuff is REALLY getting to me lately and so are goddamn teachersssss...
