Valangel hc of the day:

Val makes Angel go with him to Hell Hobby Lobby(which is just normal hobby lobby tbh) to get art supplies every month when he runs out. Angel would genuinely rather be back at the club being trafficked then spend 5 hours pretending to care about different paint color names, or all those lil wooden doll house parts and Val's new plans to make a miniature version of Vee Tower. Val hits him if he doesn't keep it up the entire trip.

My hc is.. Recuperacoons are mainly for very very young trolls?? like basically when they're newborn to 5~8 years old? It's not something that stays in someone's home/hive forever and that it's a lil weird to see one past that point.. I imagine it's mainly for development + for lusus to know the grub/kid they're watching is actually asleep... Once you're past that age. Beds are expected to be what you have and trolls can sleep in them! It's probably something they prefer too since. That slime kinda gets everywhere..

I do think there is a common problem of trolls to have problems sleeping, varying from restlessness to dayterrors.. though I think it depends on upbringing/trauma/lusus/biological/how easy they were able to adjust from being in their recuperacoons. I also think that there are probably far more cases of insomnia due to the undead that roam during the day.. and while I also hc that most homes/apartments are sound proofed rlly well I do imagine some places aren't and you can basically hear them mainly thru the day so it's a lil hard..
