We were able to go through FEI Grade 1 Novice Test A twice, and I’m getting so much better at the half circles down centerline! My legs were also super relaxed and it was fun to get to try it all in a halter instead of a bridle today 😊 After we were done with the test we had enough time to go down the driveway for a break and change of scenery and Shane really enjoyed it! There’s lots of video of us outside if you scroll through 😊 With all the people that come for lessons it’s rare that we get to be together this much, so I had such a blast. Being able to ride Shane outside with someone clipped on was also huge for me because it gave me confidence that I’ll be able to go on trail rides with my friends in the future which is something I have wanted to do since my childhood ♥️ You were a star today Shaners, this is one of the best days I’ve had with you in a long time and I’m so grateful to have you as a partner 😊🇺🇸♥️🐴 . Shane and I are looking to enter a virtual show together in mid April and go through the test again for the USEF/ USPEA virtual judging program in May. And of course I am going to keep working on riding Cappy independently and enter more shows with him later this year. Started designing wallpaper a year ago. Could not find the right design for a interior project I was working on. After this immense project was finished , (Turned a school into a large flexible playground and made the wallpaper myself off course :-), I was lucky to have a 2 month sabbatical in France, where everything fell into place... My early history as a classic painter, growing up with parents who had a business in antiques, art and interest in Mid-century design, being a graphic designer for more than 25 years, learning all kinds of modern techniques to visualize, print and animate new ideas, concepts and dreams of clients. Even started teaching students in University how to design, build and animate 'immersive' spaces with digital modern techniques, but till that time never thought about letting my own dreams come to life. I think I had to go trough all those learnings just to arrive at this moment, where I now can say. I am building my dream, creating, designing exactly what's in my head. So glad to have learned all those things, still learning, still working hard to get better, still curious, still being eager.
