#witch hat tag #orufrey #you know those times when the defendant is still in shambles at the end of a case because it was not a clear-cut thing #but you get to present one Special Sentimental piece of evidence that proves not all is lost #qifrey's breakdown would be like... he turns up calm and pleasant like dahlia kristoph gant etc but very quickly:#well first he's hiding his scar so you have to use the bracelet and also you find out about the seal on his hat using that.#eventually he is throwing water that comes out of nowhere like that coffee prosecutor guy. and his cape starts billowing #the more he breaks down his neck thingies start coming undone btw. To represent his descent into guilt and his LIES becoming undone.#course as the player i have already used my magatama and seen his 35894 psychelocks. but theyre those BLACK psychelocks #representing his repressed memories taken by the brimhats. also his glasses shatter out of nowhere when you keep presenting evidence #and tartah's testimony etc. and the player is like UHH this guy is A PUPPET MASTER but coco's heartfelt testimony commands the tone #and of course he's someone who has been twisted and damaged by trauma like adrian andrews. the mastermind is of course the brimhats #only me with my magatama knows that... only i can do it. It has to be me.....#just like how as the reader i can see everything about qifrey and i can hold him dear as much as i judge him #whereas if i were oru things would not be ok unless memories can be restored and mentally ill decisions can be illuminated #WELL ANYWAY !!!!! what i appreciate about ace attorney is its ability to mix silliness with seriousness #i cant usually make jokes about serious heavy heartbreaking stuff in witch hat because it is all very intense emotions for me #but i appreciate ace attorney's mix of sincerity and psychological pain and the inherent silliness to being a character in a situation #so.....Get Iguin on the stand. I think of so many stupid shenanigans between Wriothesley and his daughters in the Addison Lee verse. They tell Wriothesley crazy shit all the time, their daddy-daughter secrets, and it drives Neuvillette nuts that Wriothesley won't snitch.

Sigewinne, whispering into his ear: Today at school I punched a boy because he was being mean. I waited until it was recess, and made sure that no one was watching, and I punched him. Everyone knows he is a liar, so noooo one believed him when he cried about it. And Sigewinne is aaaalways a superstar so Mr Vautrin didn't suspect a thing !

Wriothesley, mildly concerned: Uh huh.

Sigewinne: Papa would say Sigewinne has to be nice to everyone, but, Sigewinne thinks bullies need to get punched sometimes, b'cos, b'cos otherwise, they think everyone is just gonna let them be mean

When you are older #you can decide if you want to use them. however. there are some rules in the classroom and I do not want you girls to get into trouble.#if you get into the habit of cursing like your dad. it'd be hard to keep away from them when you are in class. and bad words frighten papa #so. I ask that you ladies do not use them.#but like I don't think. they'd Punish the kids. the swear jar isn't even like. a punishment. it is a swear tax. every time you say bad words #you have to pay the swear tax. and whatever's in the jar gets taken out for ice cream or whatever to make papa feel better #[ this is how wriothesley explain it ]#and it leads to stuff like. OC RNG stuff.

-Lucinda is engaged to the oldest prince in a family of nine where there are 8 brothers and then the youngest is the only girl. She adores her future husband. -Ink Blot is a really dumb mage who acts as a street performer using fake magic despite being an actual mage. He just wants to be the center of attention. -Ruby and Luce are from the same plot (thank you RNG I love the dream wardens). They're part of different pairs and basically just patrol to keep dreams in check. Ruby and Luce also don't really meet each other in canon. Their routes don't overlap but they both interact with the main duo which is Colette and Marcus. (Ruby wants to beat Marcus up while Luce wants to kiss Marcus for what it matters.)

#i really love luce hes just so calm and collected in front of marcus and colette to try and look reliable #but hes actually one of the younger wardens who is made to replace his partner's old partner #so hes with sil and sil is just watching him for the first decade like why is he so awkward #when will he warm up to me or the other wardens he meets why is he always so tense #and then something happens and luce is sent into a panic because he learns that marcus used to laugh with sil and the retired warden #hes like ???? WHY DOES HE HATE ME ? WHAT DID I DO? and sil is like the guy is older than me and doesnt do change well #thats all there is to it he got used to my old partner and youre a wrench in the comfort zone hell get over it tho #and when marcus laughs for the first time in front of luce it is SO over for luce he would do anything for marcus #but then you get marcus who is telling colette i have to say things took an unexpected turn with sils partner #i went from fine with robert to being abandoned by robert to do you think luce is cute cause i think hes cute #and marcus is very much IM SO GAY which is fair cause colette is like MM YEAH SAME #and then you guys gotta realize i love my silly lil prince group where the oldest bro has a really cool future wife #and then the second oldest is like hey bro im stealing your wife for the afternoon and lucinda is like i see i see #and then the second oldest and lucinda just spend the entire afternoon dancing and shes happy to indulge him #then the third oldest is the original main one where he and the castle witch are on a mission to help another kingdom #but like the fact the oldest has an arranged marriage with a woman he loves #and the second youngest is in love with the son of two castle aids #who happens to be 40 and very worn out with stress from having to turn the second oldest down all the time #then the third oldest has a crush on a prince from the kingdom hes trying to help but the crush is on like an 18 year old #so the 2nd and 3rd oldest are constantly bickering over what the other sees in their crushes #anyway hi i love my ocs (gestures to them)#and ink was a really minor character in the plot bc it was mostly me paying attention to a dumbass vampire #and this thief who had to help the dumb vampire get home bc he has no sense of direction and had been abducted

I have so many screenshots of Kalpas' face I could reconstruct his face at this point, and I'm afraid to say I'm not sure his face is scarred

#Biggest disappointment in a while #The marks on his face coincide exactly in shape and placement with the waves and twirls of his bangs #and they're the same colour used for the shading of his face #Which makes me think perhaps they're the shadow his hair forms on his face #I'm afraid of this realisation and hope it isn't the case but thankfully (?) I suppose we'll never know for sure #On the other hand his eyelashes have those reddish brownish parts that I thought were just the model breaking down #but they seem to belong to the actual design in some of the screenshots I've taken. That would be nice #I did want him scarred though. The marked dark eyebags are good nonetheless #And he has green eyes. A very realistic shade of green. I wasn't expecting him to have green eyes at all and I like it very much #I went to take screenshots hoping for noseless guy and I've ended up thinking he doesn't even have scars #I don't even know what to say haha #Kalpas #I talk too much #Traces #HI3 #I am very much not normal about the fact he has green eyes. I don't know why I have loved it so intensely #nor why the realisation has surprised me so severely #But I do really enjoy the fact that he has green eyes #By the way‚ hilarious when Mei catches him talking with some other Flame Chaser and he talks normal. No threatening tone. No screaming #Even with Mobius. Yes he's angry yes he's sad yes the weight of the past is crumbling over him #but kind of like everyone else there. Mei gets in the middle of his conversations with Hua or Elysia or even Mobius and he is calm #and having a decent conversation. Then Mei arrives and he becomes that one Yu Gi Oh character #or Light in one of his bad days or over L's tomb #or something along those lines of exaggerated. It's so funny #Truly hilarious and so very silly. I would have died in two days there because I would not have been able to avoid making fun of him

okay i know we all know OFMD has helped queer people not only feel seen but in other ways too. it's helped poc and neurodiverse folks and fat folks and disabled folks. i fit into most of those categories and i feel so seen and safe in this space.

but wanna hear a silly little way it's managed to help even my straight, neurotypical, tiny little sister cope with the world? to her OFMD was her sister's pirate brainrot show. then i made her watch it and to her, it's still just a funny, albeit heartwarming show.

but. she's no longer deathly afraid of gulls, because all gulls can be karl and livvy.

fucking amazing.

#that's it #that worked #i started calling gulls karl and livvy and i could see an IMMEDIATE difference in her anxiety responses #eventually she had a fuckung CONVERSATION with a gull #NEVER eould have happened before #still flinches if a gull dives too close or whatever but then one of us would call it karl and she'd calm down #which never used to happen #she'd just stay keyed up #nothing would work to calm her down we'd just have to leave the space eventually #she'd keep eyeing it and even if it left she'd keep an ear out #but now #it's a WORLD of difference #of course she's still anxious it doesn't just go away #but now she can bring silliness into it #and be like the 'bird guy'#she loved karl she teared up when he died #and she kept telling me he wanted mr buttons for a roommate #she can channel those feelings to try and overtake the anxiety #i'm so happy it worked for her im tearing up a bit #our flag means death #ofmd #karl the seagull #karl #internal monologue

i’ve been sitting in front of my chemistry notes for 3 hours crying because i just can’t retain any information

#i'm absolutetly mortified about tomorrow's final #my head hurts so much i can't concentrate at all #and no matter what i look at or read through i just can't remember or understand anything #this might sound silly but please pray for me that i'll pass the exam tomorrow otherwise i'll have to repeat the school year #unfortunately they don't give any second chances if you fail a final you automatically have to repeat a year it's absolutely horrible #i think i never felt so unprepared for an exam in my life even though i'm sitting here trying to study nothing works #i'm gonna try to summarize the most important things & hopefully i can retain some of that information #it's just SO MUCH to remember & i think our teacher didn't properly prepare us for this final #please please please please please please let me pass this exam i am on my knees crying i really am #i'm so anxious i just can't seem to calm down #☁️

There is this part of me that wants to wallow in self-pity, that wants to believe I'm doomed forever and that there is nothing good waiting for me. But the funny thing is, it's not true. I am better than I used to be. I am healthier than I used to be. It's just tiring to always try to be better. And while it is a possibility that the doom part of me will turn out to be true, there is a possibility that it won't.

#like yeah im a little bit dead. yea im a little bit pathetic. yeah im an adult living with my mom and maybe there really is something wrong #with me regarding the fact that ive never had any romantic/sexual relationships #and maybe it is pathetic how i hide all my silly creative projects from everyone but the strangers on the internet #and maybe its miserable that im posting things like these here #but fuck it #im not 14 anymore. no one is abusing me at home. i have some interest in what im doing. i have an okay job.#im studying what im interested in. im no longer having episodes of panic where i had to lie in bed to calm down.#havent had a panic attack in crowds for years #i think im no longer weird with men. like i used to be afraid? but not like really. i just avoided them like a plague #and was weird when i had to interact with them #now its gone #i have a car!! i can leave whenever i want to !!!!#i earn enough to travel!!! no further than europe but still #and im not exactly dumb! i have a masters degree! with honors #when i was in highschool i never imagined that i would like to travel or have another degree and then another!#i never imagined that i would be okay working together with people. that i would be fine being in their company and cracking jokes with them #overall im most definetely a mess but a much lesser mess than i used to be.

Lmaoooo okay so MAJOR story spoilers ahead-

But I just finished the crisis at hyrule castle quest line (after thorough googling that I wasn't going into the final boss, of course) and went back to the landing where everyone gathered to discuss what to do next.

It was all very solemn and thoughtful, everyone theorising and letting it sink in how incredibly dangerous ganon was, and then purah and riju are like 'omg there was a sixth sage maybe we can find whatever they've left behind maybe it can help us' and then Link IMMEDIATELY speaks up like 'oh yeah about that I've already found her. Yeah she's fine she's going to help us. I've also got the master sword too by the way'.

Everyone was SHOOK. I got praise and amazement from all sides. Purah was like 'ALREADY???!! And you didn't think to TELL ME??' it was great.

Never felt more like canon link in my life. I've got a screenshot of everyone's :O?! face. Going to be riding that high for hours XD.

But it's very impressive that I managed to procrastinate so hard I managed to skip about three major plot lines just by squirrelling my way where I'm not supposed to be purely by accident lmao.

I love Jaguars, but people in Texas somehow don’t understand what a Jaguar is and say, “a panther/leopard?” every time. Sure….Yeah, they’re panthers, but they are a specific panther, a special panther, an all-American panther. And no, they are not a leopard. They aren’t on the same continent. One has a central and southern American-given name for a reason. “True wild beast that overcomes it’s prey at a bound”(Tupi-Guarani). Yaguara, Jaguareté. They don’t attack throats to make the kill like most large cats in their family and genus. Jaguars purposely grab the skull of any prey or threat and crush the skull with their teeth. They are beautiful and terrifying and important and in major danger from human intervention in forests and poaching from European settlers. They have a rich history with Indigenous religions. Luckily, they have multiple regions in the Americas that take this seriously and have reservations and breedings programs to get their numbers back up, as scary as they are. I am glad they’re mostly in Central and Southern American countries because I don’t want to be old one day and have to explain to a child that the iconic predator is gone like the used-to-be-iconic-and-known Californian Grizzly Bear.

#which is ironic considerign the holiday #I'd say the combination of the explosion the vibrations the smell and the sound is offputting #he'll just watch cammy enjoy the fireworks than the fireworks itself #the sparklers i used didnt really have a noticable smell #when i was at disney watchign the fireworks show MY GOD was the smoke suffocating #theyre not really at a fireworks show like those big ol celebrations with like 10 minutes of lights and such #more like the two of them are watching from the backyard #where the fireworks only sound like gunshots #THAT SCARED ME on my drive to workt he other night but i saw the fireworks in my rearview #i acually couldn hear the fireworks if i had my window up. these windows wild. i had my window rolled down cause gosh its hot lately #cammy learns about earphones headphones and noise cancelling headphones and earplugs #cammy's got sensitive ears as well so they both try on those things. harder for cammy since their ears are poooointy #cammy doesnt mind the loud noise much since theyre too worried about harvey #had a little scene where cammy's covering harvey's ears for him and it was pretty silly that harvey calmed down #like their whole dynamic is just wholesome comfort and problem solving and i cry #jeez im rambling a lot. i just have feelings and i want to see fireworks goshdangit #dont look at me im still figuring this shit out. my brain is infested with bugs i cant think straight
