I'm actually surprised you've found this small corner of Tumblr, but I'm happy to see you!

I usually go by zombie or KK! English isn't actually my first language, so sorry in advance if I make any bad mistakes.

This is my first time actually stepping out of my comfort zone and posting something, so I'm hoping that it goes well!

I'm a fanfic writer and write for Linked Universe and maybe other Fandoms in the future. But LU is currently my hyperfixation, so it might take a while to change that.

if you don't mind me sliding in about the kq / releases / frequency things because... i agree. while it is understandable that with a growing audience there is higher demand for 'something new' than before, there is a difficult balance that needs to be struck between 'fast music' and 'depth of musical releases'. in my personal view, work and generally golden hour part 1 did not have enough time to marinate properly before i sooort of started to forget about it/devalue it in terms of personal impact. it is literally the beginning of a new era, the movement of lore ateez away from universe z... but it feels?? not important?? at all? maybe it is just me but a lot of things are feeling either exhausted and depleted, or are racing on ahead so quickly that it is making me experience some odd version of burnout.

similarly i have some opinions about kq's strategy when it comes to marketing, presence and investment into different regions... but i would not want to spam your ask box.

i appreciate you for sharing your thoughts really. it's always nice to be able to discuss. i did talk about this to other atinys who have been in the fandom for way longer and from them, i learned that quick comebacks had been a common practice in kq. however, i saw a lot more variety shows and various types of schedule during 2019-2021 and i thought, what's stopping them from doing these again in the latest era and just releases music?

esp they often incorporated their lore in those variety shows. AND I WAS LIKE, KQ. YOU COULDVE DONE BETTER NOW THO??? because the world is such an intense series, even with the spin-off halazia. if i was kim kyuwook i would sell my car and come to work riding a bike to fund the production for the world's lore. plus they need to return don't stop mv back to youtube or who do i need to bazooka time, kq, just say the name. but they're just closed like that and then 4 months later, it's golden hour.

i feel a huge loss with the world ep 2 and fin: will's VERY QUICK descend [from the mainstream] because the entire outlaw album is otherworldly, never done before. i hope they could release something that supports their music (then outlaw being performed only once??? and none for dune???) i regret that honestly. there are albums that imo couldve been the "great attractor" where fans can theorize, even grow the story and lore, give more inputs and so on for a longer time.

but also 80 people to maintain 2 global stars asjdals i yeah... i won't complain no more 😂 im not sure with their strategy atp but feel free to share your thoughts again in my ask box, no pressure at all. anytime you want hahaha.

hi cal!! sorry to ask you this but i swear i can't find anything on google besides the articles i've read so far. how do you know if someone has blocked you or they just have like a private account? i had someone blocked me on one account specifically and to check it was actually blocked and not like a glitch or something from the app, i went to my main acc (which has a different email) and it showed me the acc but now i'm trying to find a certain author i really like (she wasn't a mutual or anything i just read her works on the side), her last account got deleted without notice from tumblr but i can't access her new one either. it says ghostblog whenever i try to click on it so idk if i'm blocked or it's just private (i tried searching for it with a new acc + diff email)

hiiiii!! no problem at all!! if someone has blocked you, you'll be able to access and look at their page from a different account or via google (assuming that they haven't blocked your other account as well). it only hides the blog from view on the one account.

if someone has deleted or deactivated, reblogs or posts they appear in will read "username-deactivated20240101" or whatever where the username would usually appear. you won't be able to find them or look at their blog from any account, since the account no longer exists.

if someone has put their blog on private (meaning no one can look or search it, but it still exists), posts they appear in will have their usual username but they will not show up in search and when you go directly to their blog it will say "ghost blog". no one will be able to access the blog if this setting is on (save for the person who owns it).

it sounds like the person's blog you're looking for is either private or doesn't exist, since you can't access it regardless of account!! good luck in your future endeavors and stuff!! hopefully they come back or go public soon, if it suits them!! <3
