+ the sticker sheets i made to hand out at my show and give to dnp! :) i have about 15 extra i'm planning to put up on etsy or kofi at some point in the near future (i was hoping this month but it is looking less and less likely </3 but i will keep you all updated!)

+ many bonus sections incoming LOL guys they are so beautiful and sweet irl feeling ill and sick i love them dearly.....like actually so sweet and very beautiful.....

+ their very cute reactions to my stickers and art !!!! 😭😭😭

overall i had such an amazing time!!! so happy to receive a ton of bracelets and give out some stickers :) made a lot of very sweet friends and trauma bonded by freezing with other phannies at the stagedoor waiting for their phus to leave HAHA

and one last thing i recorded the preshow! it's here although there is most definitely a better recording somewhere else LOL

TIT RAINBOW GLOW NEW ZEALAND 🇳🇿🌈

so now that dan and phil have shared the photo they took of the rainbow glow project in auckland, nz here

let me share how it looked and the planning!!!

this is the kiri te kanawa theatre and my layout for all the different sections and different colours (not pictured is the balcony section which was pink)

it took a lot of planning and maths which i did instead of studying for my end of year exams because i love to procrastinate and start massive projects to avoid other projects!!

this was taken the day of terrible influence nz, this is almost 2,000 squares of crepe paper!!! all cut and measured by yours truly 🤭

and then recounted and bagged by my lovely assistant ella 🩷

then it was finally time to hand them out before the show started. i hand help from the lovely people in the auckland nz phannies discord server help me plan and hand these pieces of crepe paper out which i am so so so thankful for bc one girl vs an entire theatre is ROUGH

and then finally, they took their final bows, and according to this photo - the final product looked a bit shit HAHAHAHAH

in person i do remember turning around and looking around and the colours seemed to pop a bit more but this photo really just makes it look as if we’re all holding up our torch lights

dan and phil seemed to really be thankful and thought it was cute although obviously it was very much a bit shit :3

again a big big BIG thank you to everyone in the nz phannies discord server - i could not have done this without you beautiful people

saw the terrible influence tour tonight (spoiler free i’m just in my feels)

i am a changed man. i cried twice just from being overwhelmed by my love for these two gay dorks that raised me and everyone around me and how their love for each other and us led them here and led me here and how i’m not sure i’d even be alive without dan’s videos helping me accept and live with my depression or phil’s silly fun videos showing everything is not all bad and there’s fun anywhere you look and we hurt them irrevocably but they hurt us too even if neither meant to but we’re here and we love despite the hurt and i’m surrounded by people who also chose love over hurt and i made a new friend i clicked with instantly when i was so afraid about going alone. i have bracelets from complete strangers i’ll never see again but they put time and care and love into something i now have. if i think about any of this too much i start to cry again. it has been such a long amazing journey for everyone always and i could not be more proud of dan and phil and what they have nurtured and raised

hi @cheekyvank just for you here is every single detail i saw and can remember about the sister daniel underwear in phrisbane

based on shape/length it was either a pair of boxer briefs or really really really short bike/dance shorts. they were a beigey-yellow colour and there was a random black pattern on them but it was hard to make out with the lighting and movement! they pretty much only covered his ass.

the only time you could see them was when he turned and you got a view from the side or behind, he was very cautious about the front of the costume the whole time and did some things super slowly and carefully because of it (i'm not sure if this lines up with what normally happens though).

my suspicion is they were the best he could do under the circumstances so he was a bit less comfortable and secure than he normally is!

What did Dan say about Mexico?? I haven’t watched WAD but there have been other times when Dan has made a comment about. countries/people where I’ve just been like ‘🤨😬’ like in a sims vide where he made a ‘joke’ about native Americans

I got some asks about this same topic but I’m using this one to answer all of it!!

basically in one of the wad shows (obviously not in the recorder version) Dan was talking about how Mexico (and Brazil) wouldn’t get to see his tour because it was a first world country tour, not a third world one. Which, even if it was a joke…. it’s so ????

joking about how pretty much all of Latin America is some uncivilized territory that couldn’t fathom see his tour is so tone deaf and insulting. Specially after the whole interactive introverts fiasco where yes, maybe they had some organization problems and whatever, but they never really addressed it or apologized. I know they did some kind of dvd screening and q&a in Brazil, but Mexico didn’t get anything.

I’ve seen some people arguing that it’s that some countries are not as openly lgbt friendly as others, but then again, that is so reductive. The idea that Mexico or any latam country is incapable of having gay shows is simplistic. To act as if latam countries don’t have tours where lgbt creators have been is insane.

Don’t get me wrong I’m really happy they’re touring again and people are getting to see them. And maybe they don’t want to even tbc some countries in case it doesn’t happen, but to outright just exclude some regions (im talking about latam because that’s where I live and know, but it’s pretty much the same with Asia and Africa) because you think we’re not fit to see the show or the language difference or whatever it’s insulting to said audience.

And this is not me trying to cancel them or whatever, I do however think they should at the very least inform themselves about their latam, Asian, African, etc. fans and not make them feel as if they basically don’t exist. A great deal of their audience is from said regions, and to outright exclude them is so reductive to the care and love we as fans give to them
