I just found out there’s so many amazing fan-made movies all about the Harry Potter spin-off we asked for but never got (Marauders, the Black Sisters, Tom’s Hogwarts years, the Longbottoms!!!, the first Order of the Phoenix and so on) on YouTube that really make me wish I had the abilities and people who would be up to it to write and film one too (it would be about the Founders of Hogwarts because of reasons).

I mean we can discuss all we want about the writer who must not be named, but the saga itself is so good and so open to many reinterpretations and those people who did it made such wonderful and inspiring products despite all being fan films (only one had some “recognition” from Warner Bros and still the movie isn’t in anyway financed by them) to the point when they just give you ideas.

thinking about how in 'snape's worst memory' when james potter tells sirius black he knows how to rid him of his current boredom, indicating severus snape, the book literally describes sirius going very still, like a dog who had just spotted a rabbit.

you lot are convinced that it was just a 'rivalry' right, but if this were to be a rivarly, snape would just be another dog. dogs fighting. not the literal PREY. a dog and a rabbit? like a HUNT?! are you KIDDING ME?!

my sister and i are talking about how different the pjo series and the one piece adaptation felt in terms of being familiar with the source material, and because pjo was a middle school grade book, i feel like if they waited just a few more years, they could’ve had a crew of people who actually grew up with the books :(
