Okay so last day, Revenge of the 5th. May the dark side rise.

I've always loved Barriss and her story. She is just such a complex character. A healer turned fighter turned possibly sith. I don't know yet. As of scheduling this, Tale's of the Empire is still about three days away. So I am flying blind once again.

Anyway, Happy Star Wars week. I hope everyone had fun and now if you will excuse me...... I need a nap.

dave filoni is actually so funny for dedicating a whole season to maybe explaining "somehow palpatine returned" only for it to not go anywhere. they spent all of season 3 telling us that omega is so important to hemlock's research and project necromancer. they teased a force sensitive clone and experimented with the zillo beast. they name dropped midiclorians for the first time in 25 years. and it meant nothing agsbdks. sure, we can infer that it was proof of concept for clone palpatine but in no way do they tell us what or when or how or why. they just blow up the lab. none of the research was salvageable. tarkin says rip hemlock sucks to suck and gives the order to redirect all funding to building the death star. filoni said you will NOT catch me cleaning up the mess of the sequels. it's so iconic

Day 3: “Shut Up” Kiss Track: 'Saving Grace' - Kodaline (Spotify / YouTube)

Quinlan was rambling about something or other to do with saving Obi-Wan’s ass, but Obi-Wan knew it was more a deflection of his worry. It didn’t exactly stop him from spiralling though, and after a few minutes of half exhausted quips in between Quinlan’s panic, Obi-Wan decided he was too tired and too relieved and too happy at seeing Quinlan to let him go on any longer. And besides, he did owe Quin a thank you for saving his ass.

for today's prompt (significant moments/rebel) I decided to use newton's third law of motion to highlight two things: 1. how jyn and cassian are radicalized by how fascism and imperialism impacts them personally; and 2. how jyn and cassian's actions spark reactions in the other.
