One of our most favorite things in the Forrest Yoga Advanced Teacher Training is to demonstrate and teach you how to give and receive support. As spotter, you get to support someone else and help that person meet his/her potential in a safe and intelligent way for the both of you. As the student (the one receiving the assist), you get to receive the sweetness of support, feel new strength and opening, and also communicate what you need. @heidisormaz and I are teaching this training at @yogaonehouston on August 12-20, 2016.
